needed help to get out I was underneath the truck they help me get out around 12:41 a.m. on July 2nd 2023 Deputy Brown of the Logan County Sheriff's Office was working a special assignment at Froggy's bar in Lake View Ohio he was approached by four Witnesses who informed him that another driver in a white Ram pickup truck had struck another vehicle in the park lot near aeson's Resort he asked for another unit to come on scene and Deputy Greg Prather and Deputy Boyd arrived around 12:58 a.m. Deputy Prather proceeded to make contact with the driver of the pickup truck who was identified as 26-year-old Hannah Johnson but they became a physical and I said I want nothing involved with it they kept coming toward me you'll see it you'll see it for sure you'll see it CU I have attorneys involved as well you'll see it sure and they kept coming toward me I said I don't want nothing to do with it cuz I'm not going to fight nobody and this is what happened we're here where we at today because the people over there okay what' you hit you don't know they'll tell you I'm sure they'll tell you Deputy Prather asked Hanah her how much she had to drink and she responded by admitting to consuming at least six drinks in the hours prior she seemed unaware that she had struck another Park vehicle and her statements were inconsistent the hell I know I tell you now I'm [ __ ] up for sure [ __ ] up okay how much alcohol you had to drink tonight I drank I don't know how much alcohol but I drank I told him I'm [ __ ] up I they got me out from underneath the truck and I thanked them for it but they didn't need to go any further they took it further they kep the guy chased me to my damn truck I [ __ ] ran to get away from him what guy it was a guy he said I know you ain't running into your truck I know you ain't running kept saying it I kept running and running until I [ __ ] got away I don't know who the [ __ ] it was but I ran away from he said I know you're not running your truck exactly you think maybe I know you're not running where you going by yourself ke say where you going by yourself where you going by yourself I just kept running till I [ __ ] made it to where I need to make it okay I was by myself at all times think maybe he was concerned cuz you were impaired and that he was trying to keep you from driving while you're intoxicated I don't know what he was I can't tell you exactly what he was thinking because I was not there I can't tell you what he was thinking because he was his own person he's a grown man chasing after a young woman okay and I'm going to run regardless okay so what are you drinking tonight High Noon High Noon yeah but you don't know how many at least six at least six you okay over how long hours hours yeah hours so on a scale of 1 to 10 one being stone cold sober and 10 being the drunkest you've ever been in your life what would you say you're at right now I know the drinks I've ever been in my life so say I'm about a seven or over here do [Music] [Music] it based on his suspicion of impairment Deputy Prather fored Hannah an opportunity to perform standardized field sobriety exercises and she agreed to do so the first field sobriety exercise was the horizontal gaze nagus hgn test during this test Deputy Prather observed a lack of smooth Pursuit and distinct and sustained nice stagos at maximum deviation the second exercise involved the walk and turn test during the walk and turn test Hannah was unable to maintain her position and failed to complete the test Deputy pra then asked Hannah to perform the one like stand test since she was unable to assume the starting position for the one leg stand test Deputy Prather terminated the field sobriety exercises all right you good yeah I'm good do you wear contacts no no okay first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to check your eyes do you have any problems with your eyes not at all okay are you under a doctor's care no all right do you take any medication I do I'm supposed to be antibiotics but I don't take it antibiotics okay antibiotics steroids whatever I don't take it I'm on B BV what that it's where I have an infection of my got all right so I'm going to check your eyes so if you just keep your feet together arms down to your sides and I want you to follow the tip of my pen with your eyes and your eyes only can you see the tip of my pen okay adequately perform the field sobriety exercises Deputy Prather her under arrest for operating a vehicle impaired doie after she was placed under arrest Deputy Prather and Deputy Boyd searched her vehicle and found a large amount of cash inside Hannah was subsequently transported to the Logan County jail for processing once she was in the breathalyzer room in the jail Hannah was repeatedly using profanity against the deputies and eventually proceeded to vomit in a trash can after the observation was complete Deputy Prather read Hannah the BMV 2,255 form and she agreed to submit to Chemical Testing can you take your purse off for me thank goad and put your hands behind your back Palms together like you're praying all right I'm going to place you under arrest for OVI [Music]
