officer that was unaware about that
found her driver's license in her purse

woman they keep license on them at all

was someone that was found in their car
passed out with a vehicle running it
looks like the drunk drivers were out
and about tonight and that's why it's
good that the officers are there to do
their job and to remove The Maniacs off

road it just takes people

reflective like the regular one does it
feels

starting to feel like I can't breathe

relax so Chloe was taken to the the
station where she blew 228 so she's
almost three times over the legal limit
for adult and Chloe attempted to take
the fake ID card and put it in her purse
and then the officer located the fake ID
however it was a different ID than the
one found on scene it had a different
name on it than the one found roadside
so Khloe was still in possession of the
original ID card which she concealed in
her purse so an additional charge of
tampering with evidence was filed so she
was charged with OVI with breath
concentration
of7 of 1 gr or more and she was charged
with failure to control weaving
tampering with evidence disorderly
conduct and she was found guilty of OVI
and disorderly conduct the rest of the
charges were dropped or reduced and she
was sentenced to $1,200 as a fine as
well as a 180 days in jail with 177
suspended as well as 30 days for the
disorderly conduct with 30 days
suspended and she lost her license for
11 months and she had an ignition
interlock device for 2 months
additionally she had to do the driver
Intervention Program no alcohol drugs
and submit to a drug and alcohol
evaluation so that's it for the video I
think it's a decent sense sentence she
is young it is her first offense but
it's enough of a slap on the wrist so
that she realizes that she royally
screwed up and it could have been a lot
worse hopefully she learns her lesson
and we don't see her on the channel ever
