okay I'm officer Borella with the basic
training unit here at the academy cadets
are currently in week 19 this week is
dedicated to emergency vehicle
operations this week we'll start off
from basic maneuvers as far as backing
such as backing into parking spaces
things like that
to more evasive maneuvers today we're
going over accident avoidance skills or
evasive maneuver skills this sort of be
representative of some something in the
roadway that you have to make a evasive
maneuver around a pretty fun week for
not only step and the cadets get to hone
our skills and as well as hopefully make
good drivers out of them the big thing
we want to get out of this week is good
drivers not just during emergency
vehicle up or police vehicle operations
but also during normal driving we try to
teach good habits as far as defensive
driving things of that nature
just watch your speed on an accident
one-third dopes
all right Martinez let's try 30
now 29:29 so good speed control do it
again
