failed to comply we caught him at 63
Burgess put him in the Cuffs searching
his bag that was around his a body we
found two tinfoil things one is a clear
crystal the other one's a blue crystal
he makes a spontaneous utterance of it's

chases down a suspect and what I love
about both of these videos
is it's an underdog a police officer
chasing a Suspect with the odds
completely stacked against them but
through either perseverance or teamwork
they get their guy if you like
optimistic police stories follow for
more can't always outrun one-legged guy
