left onto any Stadium Way She activated her emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop and the driver stopped on any Valley Road in the vicinity of any Brandy way the driver 23-year-old prianka displayed indicators of impairment and the deputy could smell the odor of intoxicants in and you started drinking them at about 8 yeah okay are you being honest yeah okay cuz this is telling me you've she had consumed to beers she would later tell the deputy that she went to Timber for karaoke after she left Rico's based on her admission to consuming alcohol Deputy PUD afforded her an opportunity to perform field sobriety exercises okay oh Ricos doesn't have karaoke Timber has karaoke yeah I work at Rico oh I see okay I didn't work today but okay like do you have anything to drink at Timber no no okay would you be willing to do some voluntary field sobriety tests like what uh like walking in a straight line standing on one leg they're just tests to see if you're safe to drive that's my job as far as I know okay any medical problems with your eyes the first exercise involved the horizontal gaze nystagmus hgn where Deputy PUD observed for six indicators of impairment the second exercise was the walk and turn test and Priyanka was unable to walk a straight line and turned improperly the final exercise was the one leg stand test during the one like stand test Priyanka was unable to maintain her balance and stop the test before she was instructed to do so following the field sobriety tests pranka was asked to voluntarily take a PBT test and it indicated the back of 0.19% well obviously glasses but any other medical problems no okay all right I'm going to have you take your glasses off and stick them in your hair oh okay all right there you go all right can you see the tip of my pen the little clicky part yeah okay I want you to follow the tip of my pen with your eyes and your eyes only do not move your head do you understand yeah okay and you can see it without your to give myself a little more room so again I'm from my starting position I'm going to take my back foot out and go one two three and so on I took three steps you're going to take nine take my back the car and push all the little buttons for the lights and they think that's fun yeah I okay so what this says is so we had the two different tests so at first it ran a blank test which shows that it's verified which means the machine's working correctly and then you have one sample which gives you two results of a 0.191 and a 0.198 and then it does another check to make sure the machine's working right and then your second breath it gives you again those same two results with a 0.191 and a 197 okay are they going to make me like undress and try to like cough them and see if something falls out of my vagina no what so what they're going to do what they're going to do is they're going to give you clothes send you into a room you'll change in there in private and then you'll come out and then we have a body scanner and so you'll stand in the body Scanner with your hands to your side and it's I like that much better yes as long as you don't have anything weird inside of you okay I'm curious if that'll show up I don't know it's not metal it's plastic yeah I don't I don't know that's a good I I don't know um and so then if you have something weird you then yes maybe we'd have to do that but that have to be like it looks like you have like a baggie of drugs or something that okay you sure yeah I would if I had done I would probably ose it or something okay let me grab this
