the uh 107 Connecticut class I just
graduated there were 11 graduates we
started with 16 on April 9th of this
year
and prior to that with all the testing
that we conduct before the actual test
of the class begins we had over 300
applicants actually test for this
position
would a police cadet class graduates
um I can tell you it's a great sense of
pride
I am involved as a lieutenant I'm
involved in every aspect of the
recruiting selection and training of
every Cadet class I take an intimate
role in in their training and in their
selection so seeing them mature from day
one as a day one Cadet all the way up
until today's date the graduation I can
tell you it's like mother or father
saying your own kids going up and and
getting that diploma so it's a great
sense of accomplishment and pride for
myself
