necessarily have to do with alcohol for
example narcotics or fatigue

so she blew at the station and the test
read
0.247 so it looks like some of the
alcohol had time to process and it went
down she's still three times over the
legal limit and she was charged with
driving Under the Influence DUI 0.16 or
greater first offense Class B
misdemeanor she had to pay a thousand
bucks and she got two days of jail no
probation and on top of that she had to
do a chemical dependency evaluation and
a Victim Impact Panel so it's not
exactly a steep sentence but not exactly
a slap on the wrist either I guess they
let her go pretty easy because she's a
first time offender luckily for her she
didn't kill anybody because she could
have been charged with manslaughter and
do decades in prison so hopefully she
learns her lesson and gets her alcohol
consumption under control because I'm
sure that the courts won't be so nice
the next time she's busting anyway so
