Stop resisting. Give me your arm. I
can't find my phone.
 Don't touch me.
 We
give you plenty of opportunities.
 Who
needs a passport when you have enough
attitude to get a permit to enter the
band list? The
 reason why we're grabbing
you is cuz you keep on pulling away.
That's why.
 Weird over.
God damn it. Don't you bite me?
 Not
everyone flies to their dream
destination. Some land right in a
criminal record. A woman passed all the
security staff and went straight to the
plane. But no one understood why she sat
on the jet bridge, preventing the entire
flight from taking off.
Stop resisting. Give me your arm.
I'm going to hurry up.
 God damn it.
Won't you bite me? On May 22, 2024, the
woman without a ticket in hand refused
to leave the restricted area. And when
the police showed up, she made a request
that left everyone stunned.
 Pam, hey,
can we go up there and talk, please, so
we can
No, I cannot. I want my collect
my bag off this plane.
 Can I get a air?
I need I need my bag.
 You didn't let me
board. You're not going to give me a
refund. You're not going to send me.
[Music]
Can we go up there and talk at the at
the counter so they can work on the
computer to get you a refund?
 Ma'am, we
have to clear this jet bridge so they
can take off.
 What's going on
 right now?
This jet bridge, are you guys control of
it or is going
 It's still federal
property, but as of right now, we have
our team here. So, technically, Spirit's
operating on this ship.
 Okay. Do you
guys want to do you guys want to press
charges for trespass after warning? Go
ahead.
I don't think Spirit would want
to do that. She breached the Jach.
She ran away.
 Oh, so she didn't she
didn't scan.
We're not even sure that this is real.
Ma'am, can you fill me in on what's
going on?
I hate to get on a plane. She
going to talk about I can't get on the
plane. I've been sitting there all day
long.
 Okay.
I do not want to go back on
no other plot at 12:20 in the morning.
Do you have an ID on you? Because
they're not even sure if you are who you
say you are. Do you have ID on you?
 All
I have is a passport.
 A passport is
fine. Can I see your passport?
 You guys
can't take off until this is clear,
right?
 Correct. We cannot disconnect the
jet bridge with her in here because she
could get injured.
 So, the reason why
this is coming about is because they
said you came and went past them onto
the jet bridge without showing your
ticket.
 That's a lie. I think they know
what I got if I didn't show my ticket.
She didn't even see my ticket. D right
there.
They're willing to take care of
you, but you can't stay here because
right now you haven't committed a crime.
Technically, we're not involved yet. I
don't want us to become involved because
now if we become involved that means
giving me a refund is not I would say
that is not going to keep me the manager
just told you did you just not tell her
that she would try to let us fight or am
I
not today based on circumstances not
today but we will give her a refund so
she can look
 with no other option left
the woman declared arrest me but what
happened next forced the police to
resort to drastic measures to do I
secured my fin and I stuck out.
 But
that's not the only option. You have
other options.
No, I don't cuz you just
gave me a refund. It's going to take 3
to 5 days. All I have is $200 cash. I
cannot find a last minute flight to get
back to Dallas. Okay. Well, take me to
jail. That secure my safety and secure
my body. That's the only way I can feel
safe. I don't know nothing about your
state. I don't know how to get back
home.
 She wants what?
 She wants to
leave. She's refusing to leave. She
didn't explain this way. Now you have to
worry about a bunch. How are you going
to get out with a bunker?
 I'mma get out.
Hey, secure my safety. I'm in a state by
myself that I don't know nothing about.
Ma'am. Ma'am, we're right here. Just
talk to us right here. You don't have to
yell. Well, as of right now, they are
refunding your money. Okay.
 And don't go
back. Can you stop for a second?
 Can you
stop for a second? All we have to do is
go back to the the land. Daddy, I rather
go to jail at her cuz this is crazy. I
don't got nowhere to go and they keeping
me here.
I found a a gray hair bus. That's still
$500 something damn dollars. Everything
$500.
Can I talk to them for you?
That's why I told him to do the rest me.
It's different options. No, it's not.
I'm in the States by myself and I don't
know where I'm at.
 Can I speak to him?
Is it okay?
 Missing the emergency
number. That's 911.
 Yes, but I need the
police. This is the police.
 We are the
police.
But you not But you not taking
me to jail cuz I'm in the state that I
don't know where to go. And I'm telling
you, take me to jail and you're not
listening.
We're trying to help you out.
I'm by myself.
We are the police. Please do not call
the police again. Okay.
 Struggling,
resisting, and an extreme act beyond all
expectations. turning a simple refund
into a breathtaking confrontation in the
middle of the airport.
 You took my my
belongings already.
Okay.
Give me your hands. Give me your
hands.
 Give me your hands.
 Okay. You
don't have to do
 Stop resisting.
Stop resisting.
 Stop resisting. Give me
your arm.
 I'm not resisting.
 Give me
your arm.
Let me go and I'm going to let you I'mma
put it on. I'm going to put it on. I'm
going to put it on.
God damn it. Don't you bite me.
 Don't
you bite me.
 Cuz you seem grabbing me.
Don't you bite me.
 I'm not resisting.
Stop resisting.
I'm not resisting. I'm grabbing me all
kind of ways. Daddy,
until you're done,
 do not please
 sit on
your butt.
Sit on your butt. On your
butt.
On your butt. Thank you very much.
 I'm
not even resisting. You all got to do
all of this. All you have to do, Sarah,
ask me, can you turn your hands behind
your
 kick your legs out?
 All I can just
take me to jail and they just did all
this for nothing. So it can make it
safe. And you being recorded by the
camera. I'm being recorded by my body
camera.
Okay. All you have to do I ask
you I want to go to jail. I said can I I
can put my hands behind my
 You wanted to
go to jail. Why were you resisting?
 I
didn't resist. You just did all this for
nothing. You could have said ma'am.
 I
said ma'am. Do you know what you just
did? Slash body cam.
 Okay. Thank you.
Just because she couldn't leave the
airport in time. She found herself in
legal trouble and possibly a permanent
flight ban. assist.
Where did she uh Where did she fight you
at?
 Why you biting my officer?
 Because
he grabbed my face and messed that
officer.
So So you board a plane without
a ticket. Let me finish. Finish. You
board a plane without a ticket. He calls
all this chaos. His officers come out
here polite, professional, courteous,
and then you turn on fight one officer
when he's out here trying to be
professional with you. Not making sense,
ma'am.
How things have escalated. I do
need to have that.
Yeah, you can talk from here. It's fine.
Turn right here and just let her know
with everything that's happened after we
gave you the refund with me to let you
know that you will be going home.
 Yeah,
she just got me
here.
All right, we're going to get her to her
car. Let's go.
 Ready?
She walk. She said she going to walk. If
she don't walk, I'm going to spray her
and do not go that way.
You got a lot of questions for someone
who breaks. I was asking that my grand
to do is leave.
 Leave me. Doesn't
matter.
 You're an adult. You figure
 the
woman Tiffany was charged with assault
by biting a police officer, resisting an
officer with or without violence,
disturbing public order, and trespassing
after warning. Next. Did you ever think
a few mini bottles of alcohol could
start a storm on a plane? See what
happens when air parties exceed the
permitted limit.
 I can't find my phone.
Don't touch me.
 We gave you plenty of
opportunities.
The reason we're grabbing you is cuz you
keep on putting away. That's why
 weird.
Oh my god.
They thought they were just chatting,
but the flight attendants called the
police. What was the truth behind this
soft drink?
Uh, one is 19 years old. I
didn't physically see him drinking. I
only physically saw him handing out the
empty alcohol bottles to his his friend.
Now, they weren't drinking our alcohol.
They bought some of our alcohol, but
they handed us in total seven different
minis that is not ours, which they're
not allowed to consume any alcohol that
we don't provide.
 Do you have minis?
 I
don't know. It's a big party, so I don't
know if they're all traveling together.
They switch seats. All I know, they're
sitting 23 Delta, I'm sorry, 23 Charlie,
Delta, Echo, and Fox. So, what are they
doing?
Being obnoxious, loud, getting I when I
went, they were told numerous times to
keep it down. And the the one in 27 23F
was getting agitated, confrontational,
and they were being non-compliant.
 Which
one was the one?
 23F. We'll talk to them
and then we'll just tell them what you
need to tell them. Please you can grab
the boarding passes like
so grab all four of them and the
boarding pass.
 Okay.
Go ahead.
How you doing?
 Hang on.
Should we go outside? Now I'll have to
wait. They can't find
Let's get everybody up. Okay.
 You have
an ID?
 Yeah. Me, too.
 How old are you?
19.
You're drinking alcohol in here?
 No.
How we doing?
ID with you.
Can I see your boarding pass, please?
Guys, call them on the airplane.
Not listening to the flight attendant.
Huh?
being loud, obnoxious.
We were being we were talking
 to each
other and when they told us we that's
all.
A phone is lost and a heated
argument begins when reason is lost
somewhere on the plane who will pay the
price.
Person that you can bring nips on
the plane and drink them afterwards. I
was told after I drank them one at a
time. One at a time. After I drank,
after we all drank them, we were told
afterwards when we were giving the trash
out, we gave our empty nets obviously
and the flight attendants told us you
can't bring your own alcohol on the
flight, which I didn't drink it, which I
didn't know. And I completely understand
that now, but we had already drank them.
So, you brought to the plane and you you
bought more alcohol or you just
 Yeah, we
bought
We did drink like Yeah, we bought
more alcohol. Yeah.
 Not an excessive
amount. I'm just like I'm being
completely honest. Like we did have some
and we drank it on the flight and it was
finished before we even knew that I
guess there was announcement that you
can't drink it on the flight but I
personally none of us heard that. Like I
wouldn't have done that. I definitely
wouldn't have done that
reported me because I was trying to
diffuse the situation. literally just
what even in this situation like we
can't talk on a plane on a plane and we
weren't even like what?
 Let me explain
something.
No, like you can't talk on a
plane. Like that's your
 talking airplane
is one thing.
Okay. What you can do what
you're allowed to do on here and be loud
and all that. You can't do that inside
an airplane. That's fine.
 We can't talk
to each other. Like I'm right here.
They're all right there and I'm talking
to each other.
You can talk, but if you were talking to
each other, we wouldn't be here talking
right now, right?
 We were. So, what were
we doing? I'm not trying to get
 We're
being loud.
 We're talking to each other.
Can I have my ID back? Cuz nobody gave
me my ID.
I'll give it back to you when I'm done.
Can I see it?
 It's right here in my
hand.
That's from finding a phone to
being handcuffed in just a few minutes.
But what made the police take such
drastic measures? I don't see my phone.
That's That's
on me.
 We didn't take your phone.
 It's
in the plane. Took your phone. Your
phone's in here.
You got a problem with me?
 You got a
problem with me? You been on my dick
since I got
You want to have one with me
right now?
 I will if I can't find my
phone.
If I can't find my phone cuz
y'all was rushing off the phone to go
over there.
Okay. But I can't find my
phone.
So y'all can wait.
 Go walk over. Step
over there.
 That's the last time I'm
going to ask you this question.
 Okay.
When I found my phone cuz y'all didn't
give me a chance to look for my phone
when I woke the Y'all can wait. You guys
the [ __ ]

needs to go to the
I can't find my [ __ ] phone.
 You I
can't find my phone. Don't touch me.
Don't touch me.
 Don't touch me. Don't
argue. Don't argue.
 We gave you plenty
of opportunities.
Plenty of opportunities.
You can go around. You don't.
The
reason why we're grabbing you is cuz you
keep on pulling away. That's why
 weird
over
me. Y'all have my ID but still arresting
me like a [ __ ]
 And I have
eight criminal war.
I live in Massachusetts [ __ ] and I have
a reservation. So my
 I didn't do
anything. She screamed as she was
restrained, but the camera recorded it
all and the truth cannot be shouted
away.
They have my ID. They're saying I don't
have an ID, but they got it.
 Okay.
Because you got me in hiccups for no
reason.
I got an attitude.
Okay, but nobody got a attitude over
handcuffs, my [ __ ]
Well, if you break my wrist, I swear to
God,

I don't give a go with me.
 You You want
to arrest me?
Wait till you come. Wait till you come
for real cuz you're not against
when you're

me. Nobody representing nothing. You put
cuffs on me like a [ __ ] ass [ __ ]
Relax.
 So let go of me.
So now All right. Wait.
I'mma do now.
Yeah. Thank you. Thank you for your
support.
Can y'all record it? Stop recording.
 I

 Stop
recording.
Well,
everything is recorded with your
behavior at the gate.
 Yeah, behavior at
the gate. I was looking for my [ __ ]
ID. Before I found it, [ __ ] put
handcuffs on me like a [ __ ] What are
you talking about?
 I'm talking right
now.

Stop resisting.
