he observed a clear plastic baggie with
a brown-like substance inside of it on
the floorboard of her back seat he
retrieved the clear plastic baggie and
asked if the baggie belonged to her and
she stated yes while advising that the
baggie contained heroin she said it was
inside her small pant pocket a field
test provided a positive result for
heroin she said she met up with the male
suspect and he sold her 1 G of heroin
for
$160 she advised they then snorted
cocaine inside his vehicle and she also
snorted heroin as well she also said she
has purchased heroin and crack cocaine
from the male suspect on numerous
occasions while officers haven't yet
found any narcotics inside the male's
vehicle the many secret compartments
that are located throughout the vehicle
lead them to believe there is indeed
something in there they haven't found
yet the officer returns to the suspect
to inform him of their plans for his

only drug rated item that was found was

was found with the female suspect which
she claimed she purchased from the male
the incident report indicates that the
item that fell out of the male suspect's
boot when officers first put him in the
squad car was actually a small white
napkin that was wet and too small and
soaked to feel test the suspect had been
previously arrested in January of 2022
for manufacturing and delivery of
controlled substance charges and again
in March of 2021 for a weapon charge and
possession of a controlled substance the
male suspect was charged with driving
with a revoked driver's license
possession of controlled substance with
intent to manufacture or deliver
resisting obstructing disobeying a
traffic control device and operation of
an uninsured motor vehicle he is
innocent until proven guilty in a court
