the car off 10:27 around to 11:00 a.m. on August 17th 2022 off officer Terell Norman with the Athens Clark County Police Department observed at 2015 Mazda 3 driving east on Oak Street without illuminated headlights he initiated a traffic stop and the driver pulled over inside the Shell gas station at 1290 okani Street he made contact with the driver who was identified as 21-year-old Macy as he was speaking with Macy he detected the odor of alcohol and observed indicators of impairment so you had a staffing meeting at generals Staffing for huh staff meeting is generals what is generals can't do that Macy told the officer that she was coming from a staffing meeting at General's bar where she worked as a bartender she initially admitted to consuming three beers but then recanted and only admitted to having two beers officer Norman asked Macy to perform field sobriety exercises but she declined based on the odor of alcohol her admission to consuming alcohol and her refusal to perform field sobriety exercises officer Norman placed Macy under arrest for driving under the influence you like participate in Stand standard Fieldy test do what would you like to participate in the state may be suspended for a minimum period of one year after first submitting to the requested state test you are entitled to additional chemical test of your blood breath urine or other bodily initially transported to pedmont Area Regional Medical Center Park where a blood draw was administered officer Norman then transported Macy to the Clark County jail and she was issued the following summonses DUI alcohol less safe for 06 39181 and headlights for8 to2 [Music] they're probably have to give you a mask um yes what do they yeah come right over here and then she'll get I will still graduate I don't care about I don't see why you wouldn't graduate no I know but I just I need you to promise me that you can't promise up I mean that's up to you is you the one got to take the test
