hospital case arrest is usually just a
transport from hospital to jail or jail

prison now the Philadelphia Police
Department as per directive three when
dealing with Hospital cases police
officers will not respond to hospital
cases when Medics respond unless a
criminal act has been committed
requested by Medics auto accidents and
other incidents when a police
investigation is warranted quick story I
had an arrest and Medics were needed on
this particular day due to the suspect
having some health issues and the male
is running his mouth calling me and the
medic some Choice names normal stuff but
he's on the journey he's strapped in and
he's cuffed now out of nowhere one of
the Medics takes his clipboard which is
made of metal and hits the suspect
directly in his nose and blood goes
everywhere and I mean everywhere now at
this particular point I literally felt
like time stopped to make a long story
not too long a simple trip to the
hospital turned into supervisors having
to be notified particular medic having
to explain himself and a crime scene
having to be held all due to him not
being able to control his emotions now
the case we just saw this officer and
the Medics were extremely professional
and handled the situation efficiently
and didn't allow this man to take them
out of character and good on them for
that this man even called the officer
weaker however the officer stayed
professional throughout and did not let
this man get under his skin when the
officer even allowed him to use his Vape
That's What I Call professionalism in
addition to his warrant Tyler was
charged with aggravated battery on a
peace officer and aggravated assault on
a peace officer he is innocent until
proven guilty in a court of law
