Yeah, they're not on. Wait, what? What? Yeah, you're driving with your headlights off. Okay. It's on. Where are you coming from? Um, from Dunville. There was like a breast cancer. All right. All right. [Music] Um, so obviously I'm going to ask you if you had any drinks tonight cuz I could smell it coming from you. From me? We had drinks earlier. No, you had drinks. Yeah, I'm driving so No. So, you didn't have many drinks? No. All right. You mind just stepping out for me? Yes. So I could check your eyes? Yes. All right. You didn't have anything to drink to know. Around 11:21 p.m. on October 13th, 2023, patrolman Vincent Fiser with the Danville Township Police Department observed a 2010 Chrysler driving without headlights on Route 53. He activated his emergency lights and initiated a traffic stop on Parks Road. He made contact with the driver who was identified as Camula. As he was speaking with Camula, he detected the odor of alcohol and asked Camula how much she had to drink. Camila's passenger admitted that they had consumed alcohol, but Camula denied having anything to drink based on his suspicion of impairment. She was asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety exercises tonight. Just her? No, she's had drinks and not you. No. Okay. [Music] 200. I'll have one out testing. Do me a favor. Just come to the front of the car for me. All right. Well, so obviously you said you were coming from the center of town from the there was a breast cancer awareness. This is called pink. Okay. And you didn't have any drinks tonight? No. Not one? No. Okay. So, what I'm going to do, I'm going to put you through an eye test. Okay. You understand? Do you have any issues with your eyes? [Music] 47 2020. No medical incidents with your eyes or anything like that. All right. All right. Do me a favor. Just put your hands down your side. The first exercise was the horizontal gaze nestagmus HGN test. During the HGN test, patrolman Fisher observed the lack of smooth pursuit, distinct and sustained nestagmas at maximum deviation, and the onset of nestagmas prior to 45°. The second exercise was the walk and turn test. During the walk and turn test, Camula failed to touch heel to toe on each step, took an incorrect number of steps, and failed to count aloud. The third exercise was the one leg stand test, and Camula failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion while not counting in the correct sequence. The final exercise was the Romgreg test, and Camula opened her eyes in the middle of the test. All right. What I want you to do is you see the tip of my finger. Just want you to follow that. Okay. Right. Don't move your head. Just follow your eyes. All right. Just your eyes. Just your eyes. Just your eyes. Just your eyes. All right. Now, I'm just going to go up. All right.
