criminal was not new to getting arrested
this is actually the sixth time that he
is arrested for DUI which is ridiculous
at this point they should have locked
him up and threw away the key but don't
be worried because he will get a
significant sentence by the end of the
video so make sure to watch all the way
till the end to find out how much years
he's going to serve but when he got
pulled over he knew that his life was
about to change for the worse without
further Ado let's get right into

bringing this vehicle up because I'm

apparently the siren shut off when you

should not be because I just did all the
stuff on the
computer uh to get my license reinstated
okay and uh there's just a department
there's just a problem with the cone
uh with the co virus and stuff like that
that they're just not accepting

unconfirmed 99 out of Washington County

behavior now he already admitted to
having a beer and in his probation it
clearly says that he has to maintain
100% sobriety so that's an issue and on
top of that he is driving drunk without
a license without a license plate why
isn't this guy in prison already I do
understand that he did his time and now
he gets out but the fact that we have to
wait six DUI arrest to get a decent
sentence is completely ridiculous it
shows that there's something wrong with
the system are we going to have to wait
till he kills someone to put him behind
bars for 10 15 years like what is going
on

stuff and they really did a job on myle

walking uh a little bit but it that foot

thing I'm going to do here is I'm going
to administer
uh a test that we call the hgn test okay
if you could just face me in this
direction here sure all right all you
got to do is basically look at the top
of my finger and then follow with your
eyes and your eyes only okay okay all

top of my finger with your eyes your
eyes only keeping your head still the
entire time please okay MH or not not
still but just follow with your eyes

wasted but one thing that I'm wondering
is why are they bothering to explain the
test to him at this point he's been
through this five times before in fact
he should be the one that gives the
instruction to the officers sure
okay so this next exam here is the
nine-step walk and turn test so what I
want you to do here is I'm going to put
you in an instructional stance so if you
could put your arms down to your side
your feet together all right stay in
that position and don't do anything
until I instruct you to do you
understand that my foot's a little funky
though okay I'll take that into
consideration all right now from that
position when I instruct you to I want
you to take a step forward with your
left foot then take your right foot and
place your right heel in front of your
left toe just like this and just stop
and remain in that position okay okay
okay go ahead and do that for me

okay yep right in there now just hold

foot won't
hold

that position when I instruct you to I'd

typically administered it's called the
one leg stand test okay
okay so what I'm going to have you do is

okay from that position when when I do
instruct you to I'd like you to take one
leg of your choice whichever leg you're
most comfortable with okay and raise
that leg of choice approxim 6 in off the
ground just like so with your toe
pointed out okay while you're doing this
you count 101 1002 1003 and so forth on
up until I tell you to stop at first
when I started covering these DUI videos
I was confused why the cops were
spending so much time on these field
sobriety tests when it was obvious is
that the person was completely wasted
however a lot of you guys told me in the
comment section that it's to gather
additional evidence and to detect
something that could be impairing the
driver's faculties even though it's not
alcohol so I understand why they do it
so just keep in mind at home that it
might look silly sometimes when you have
someone so wasted like this guy and
they're spending all this time with
these tests but they are necessary it'll
be approximately 30 seconds okay as with
the last test you keep your arms down to
your side you look at the tip of your
toe while you're counting M count each
step out or keep counting out loud and
do not stop until you are instructed to
do so if at any point in time you put
your foot down please pick back up and
continue okay okay do you have any

away from this he has multiple warrants
but just the fact that this guy got
arrested five times before and he's
still driving drunk it just shows that
some people are just incurable in my
opinion maybe a 10year sentence would be
a proper deterrent for this guy because
he's clearly not learning his
lesson jeez okay so when was the last

drink uh I think about six hours ago can

arrest for off very well intoxicated
okay and that's based upon your driving
the failure to yield and also uh your
performance on the field sobriety test
okay um I'll just let you know I believe
that there is I don't believe it's
confirmed yet but I believe there might
be a warrant for you out of Washington
County Minnesota is what they were
telling me

happened over there that maybe if didn't
didn't show up the court for or
something or no not at the moment not at
the moment okay you're on probation is

going to place in the custody at this
time for operating while intoxicated

revoked so you're also being taken into
custody on operating after replication

just another day after all it did happen
five times in the past right so it's no

you all right so first we'll take a look
at the information for the arrest
warrant out of Minnesota so he was found
guilty of DWI it was a first degree
felony and he had to pay a fine of
$5,600 he was also sentenced to 42
months in state prison as well as 180
days in jail and a supervised probation
of 5 years now let's talk about the
arrest we just witnessed at first he was
charged with a DUI for his sixth offense
but then since he got arrested in 2020
he got two additional DUI charges so it
got upgraded to the
oi 7th eighth or ninth offense which was
a class F felony he was was found guilty
of that and he had to pay a fine of
$2,500 he was also sentenced with three
years of state prison and four years of
extended supervision as well as three
years of licensed revoked and an
ignition interlock for 3 years and
additionally he got a probation but we
already know that with this guy the
probation is completely pointless it
doesn't stop him for committing more
crimes so overall he got four years of
prison in one state and three years of
prison in another state now I don't know
if these are terms that should be
consecutive or concurrent but either way

at this point this guy shows No Remorse
