know normally that issue that you have on steamvr is going to be like low FPS a lot of stuttering and other little issues with steamvr um and usually it's provoked by if your game window loses Focus so for example if you were to I have Spotify or your browser open and it takes priority on your monitoring Spotify it's on top of your game um that's when your game will start to hiccup now it can hiccup even without doing that as well but um there are some fixes so the first thing that you're going to want to do you're going to want to open up steam you're going to want to find steam VR now if you can't find it on the list just type in steamvr here you're going to want to right click on it you're going to want to click on properties now this little window should pop up they're going to want to go to Beta now you're going to want to click on this tab here none and you're gonna You're Gonna Want to click beta Dash themevr beta update after you click it uh steamvr should automatically update if it doesn't just click your downloads and update it um and then there's one other thing that um and then there's one other thing that you have to do just click your downloads and update it a steam VR after you click it data update after you update after you click it uh steamvr should automatically update if it doesn't just click your downloads and update it um and then there's one other thing that you have to do now if you go to this window button here uh right click on it click settings and then you're going to want to go to uh display you're going to want to scroll down all the way you're going to want to click on graphics uh change default graphic settings now this toggle is going to be on by default you're going to want to turn this off um so that's basically all you have to do to fix those steamvr issues so you're going to want to turn off um you know to make sure this is turned off but then also make sure that you enroll in steamvr beta now eventually they're going to
