car she continued to resist Express expressing her discomfort and repeatedly requesting to make a phone call to arrange care for her children however the police informed her that these matters would be addressed later once they had completed the booking process I need to call for my kids all right we can take care of that later okay okay how what's so you have the right to remain silent cour okay I have one question am I allowed to bond you have the right to an attorney am I allowed to bond though what we'll get all this stuff figured out do you have any questions right now just I need to make and you'll see that that's proof well not even minine mine isn't in there but my my children's I have three children and I could tell you their names those are theirs they're all my children so everything in that wallet and it's nothing else and like I said you can look it up and you can see for yourself everything in my purse and my wallet belongs to me they both have my ID my names on them in my address one is a passport photo and the other one is a regular BMV one and you can also look into that and see that that's the training legit other than that let him get out of here so what ones are mine those ones are legit you can call the the the be the the Social Security office I can tell you the names on Earth I have three children all going to be impounded impounded what does that mean it means it's going into our property CU I can't replace those yeah we have a property cler you get yourself back once or going check up with Walgreens on Park I went and got the passport ID yesterday whatever I'm trying to take care of my kids after discovering additional forged documents and IDs in the woman's possession raising suspicions of identity theft the situation took a more serious turn when questioned she insisted that the social security cards and identification documents belong to her children and were entirely legitimate hey thanks well she's also in possession of a driver's license that has identity at the very least at the very least yeah how many IDs does she have a different names on it her picture this is the same those are both the same and then she's claiming these three s are her children's yeah piece of paper which all have the same last name which that might all check out so a paper ID for identity the right now how much time can I get for this what they say they said they said the check check yeah yeah it's under someone else's name okay what it's a valid check all right while in custody the woman was charged with identity theft forgery and attempting to cash a fraudulent check during interrogation she claimed she had met a man on Facebook who promised her $22,000 if she cashed the check she insisted she didn't realize her actions were illegal believing she was merely helping out and stood to benefit financially from the deal the suspect in this case was charged with identity theft under Ohio Revised Code 29134 n this is a felony offense in Ohio with penalties ranging from fines to prison time depending on the value of the fraud and any prior criminal record in this case the use of a forged ID in an attempt to cash a $28,000 check would likely result in a third degree felony charge punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000 Additionally the charge of forgery under Ohio Revised Code 2913 .31 this is also a felony offense with penalties including imprisonment and fines in cases involving financial documents like checks the severity of the punishment depends on the value involved the woman's attempt to cash a $28,000 check could result in a second deegree felony charge with a maximum penalty of eight years in prison and a fine of up to $115,000 the woman's actions clearly violate these legal provisions and her defense that she was unaware of the falsified documents would not absolve her of liability this case underscores the critical importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to maintain Public Safety and Order following the law is key to building a fair and peaceful Society where everyone can feel secure what do you think about this situation share your the Florida police received a call to a local Brewery to handle an incident at an end of school year staff party a woman who had just been fired came to confront her former boss upon arrival the police found the woman drunk and being prevented by two other women from driving home duter in Abri in state the police quickly approached the scene and spoke to the woman hi thank you babe Jesus Christ thank you that so I'm the assistant principal um we're here having our end of year celebration um okay please take this I just please take go home phone okay thank you no it's my boyfriend's car but I'm not hey well you don't got to throw your water no I have what's going on talk to me the woman admitted that the car belonged to her boyfriend but when asked specifically about its owner she refused to answer her and even expressed her attitude by throwing a water ball although the officer stated that they only wanted to help her unfortunately she chose not to cooperate when approached by the police for investigation cooperation is crucial to ensure a smooth process and avoid unwanted consequences if the police have reasons to investigate you stay calm and comply with their requests remember you have the right to remain silent and request the presence of a lawyer if NE necessary avoid arguing or showing resistance as this can escalate the situation cooperation not only protects your rights but also shows respect for the law and those enforcing what happened doesn't matter he's an [ __ ] I want to try and help you out a little bit here I'm not driving I know I'm just trying to have a conversation with you that's no I didn't say that yeah not at all the woman wanted to go home but with her unsteady stance and unclear speech the police would not allow that to happen driving while intoxicated is not only dangerous for yourself but also for others on the road the consequences can be severe including traffic accidents serious injuries or even death Additionally you could face legal penalties such as fines license suspension or even imprisonment to avoid these risks always have an alternative plan when drinking such as having someone else Drive using taxi services or ride hailing apps or finding nearby accommodations to avoid traveling the assistant principal came out she's was a supervisor they stopped her before she got in her truck to ma'am hey hey look at me look at me this is your last chance look at me Mom although the officer suggested she stay and wait for her boyfriend to pick her up and cani advised her to remain calm the woman still acted threateningly and used offensive language towards the officers in my opinion the officers behavior in this situation can be considered reasonable and professional they tried to remain calm and facilitate the woman by suggesting she stay in wait for her boyfriend and continuously advising her to stay calm this Behavior can be seen as an effort to deescalate the situation and avoid unnecessary escalation you look at me real quick I haven't got to talk to you yet you look right here St on me I've already talked to your boyfriend who's going to pick you up and you get to go home and then just do whatever you want to do the rest of the day all right stal person can you hear that giv I hear Nick you okay Mom what are you threatening me I don't know if you want Patricia baby I'm right here you she clearly resisted By ignoring the police's let's go request and cling into the car to prevent the officers the officers had to try to remain calm and advise Karen but did not expect things to get worse Karen's actions have led her to face the following charges for a stat section 843.svg the performance of their duties without using Force this is considered a first to get you back here okay bull [ __ ] I'm you ultimately it took some time and three officers to restrain the woman who continued to scream tension Rose as the officers put her in the police car but she refused to sit still her arrogant Behavior left the officer no choice but to act decisively here the woman could be violating Florida statute section 87 .03 which defines breach of the sortly the officers to restrain her she was then taken to the county jail and charged with public disturbance and resisting a police officer the incident not only escalated the situation but also led to Serious legal consequences the lack of cooperation and use of offensive and threatening language towards the police can result in charges of resisting police Pol disturbance under VOR of statutes 843.svg and follow police instructions this not only helps protect you from serious legal consequences but also ensures safety for everyone involved we hope this video has provided you with important lessons don't forget to like share and subscribe to stay updated with more useful content thank you for watching what are you going to do come out of the stall and get out now I'm come out get out out here get out get your up in December 2021 police received a report of a blue car speeding on a New Mexico Highway shortly after pulling the vehicle over the officer realized this would be one of the most challenging traffic stops of his career 104 reason for the Stop's going to be possible 47 uh like I said not going to be in Pursuit vehicle is going Southbound [Music] who just walked in own in that car bom the driver fled forcing the officer to give Chase the situation became so tense that the the officer couldn't keep a up and had to use the radio to report the license plate and describe the vehicle however he continued in the direction the driver had fled and miraculously he spotted the car parked outside a nearby gas station but things only got worse from there what you going to do come out of the stall and get out now come get out here get out get your up what did I do I didn't do anything I just want to pee wasn't you what that's why they told me you're driving that blue car right yes okay good you are now detained so I figure out exactly why you left detained cuz you took off my traffic stop what are you talking about let's go no you need get let me go let me go let me go you are such an [ __ ] let me go what happens when you run from the police let me go come on no let me go let me go let me go no stand right here where go I didn't do anything I did not do anything let me go let me go I just had to beat 8:45 Soom let me go 1 1041 detained at this time let me go I didn't do anything she appeared Innocent but through the investigation the officer confirmed that she was indeed the driver of the disruptive blue car the woman repeatedly begged the officer to let her go but he wasn't about to give her a chance to escape again he used the radio to call for backup and another officer kept an eye on her while he continued verifying her identity she was identified as Jamie Granger at that point the officer informed her that she would be going to jail for resisting arrest and flee section 30221 of the New Mexico criminal code states that resisting evading or obstructing a police officer is illegal those who violate these Provisions can be charged with a misdemeanor and may face penalties such as fines and or imprisonment but you did witness her come out of that vehicle right there I did he did Gabe you witnessed her coming out of that vehicle correct I'm can you do a statement for me really quick thank you sir appreciate it boss what do I uh on this date I witnessed a whoever come out of the car what they were wearing describe the car if you can and uh where they went thank you I'll take some pictures really quick I'll get you my card the case number and everything and we'll go from there okay please please still no identity no that's fine okay so I'm going to end up if you work with me I'm going to work with you boyfriend please if I let you call your boyfriend you going to tell me who you are where's your phone it's I think it's in my car right there where right the blue car right behind obviously the blue car but where in the blue car and I don't know in the in the console I think is your car unlocked I don't know don't know I've got the keys I've got the keys right here around my nck it's later during questioning the store manager confirmed she was the driver of the blue Hyundai when the officer returned to jimie and his colleagues she still had not provided her identity even though she had been yelling nonstop since the police left so he decided to try negotiating to get information from her okay so I noticed that while we were in the bathroom that I smelled a faint odor of alcohol coming from you have you had anything to drink today bit is that why you ran from me no okay no I so the re the reason for the reason why I stopped you is cuz you were called in by several people failing to just listen and failing to maintain your lane and going head on with other cars don't don't play games with me right now okay I'm not stupid stop treating me like I am okay when I turned around and put my lights on when I turned around to put my lights on I saw you driving the car when I got out of the truck and walked around you decided to take off no I did not no what you call to this gas station I swear I did not know you were after me I swear I that's why you that's why you pulled over for me that's why I stopped right behind you I know know I just want my boyfriend please find him please just find my boyfriend please please please we're going to get we're going to count why you smell like booze right now okay how much you had to drink today that's not what you told me initially no she had nothing to drink so would you be willing to take some standardized fpr test so I can see no the officer noticed the smell of alcohol from Jamie and asked her about it although she denied all accusations her erratic driving including driving on the wrong side of the road exposed her lying to the police only complicated the situation further but at least it gave the officer a reason to act than Fields briy sh are you going to do them or no so here's the deal if you try to run I'm not going to run there's a possibility you might get injured not going to run I did not no I'm not going to run are there any conditions that prevent you from doing some quick walking tests no no nothing at all okay I like you to do is take your heels and your toes touching other just like this put your hands at your side leave them just like this okay do you have any injuries to your brain or anything that prevent you from doing any coordination tests does it prevent you from doing any coordination tests it might I don't know do you want to try the test anyway sure all right don't move your head keep your nose pointing at mine use your eyes only okay okay next one we're going to do is going to be the walk and turn okay I'm going to demonstrate it for you so what I like you to do you take your left foot put it right here on the line keep that left foot there you go right there on the line yep left foot on the line take your right foot you're going to touch it heel to toe just like that keep your hands at your side looking at your feet with your hands at your side make sure you watch me okay that way you can see you're going to go one two three don't start until I tell you to okay doing okay well make let me show you that way you can see okay like I said nine steps one 2 3 I'm going to three you must go to nine when you get to the ninth step you're going to turn yourself around using your opposite foot three all the way to nine touching Heel To Toe looking down at your feet counting out loud so I can hear you Jamie was asked to perform several sobriety tests she had to follow the officer's finger movements walk along the yellow line and stand on one leg however before the second test could begin jimie decided she had had enough the officer then informed her that she was under arrest for driving under the influence of intoxicants are there any large quantities of money that I need to be made aware of that way okay do you have any firearms in there I have to ask those questions all right no we're just moving from Missouri Arizona I just no please just let me go no ma'am I can't do that please you need to explain this to my boyfriend when can I get out of jail until the judge sees you when I don't know when that's going to be yes you do know probably Monday no I cannot sit in jail so mon no okay do you no ma'am do you want this little wallet to stay in your car or do you want it to go with you you want it to go with you okay I'll just keep it right up here that way it doesn't get lost okay all [Music] right all righty yeah I know that's what it looks like yeah she said she was moving oh okay so I'm not really worried about the the no I'm mainly worried about you know the search of her car by the police infuriated her just seconds after the officer discovered two open VOD bottles in the driver's seat Jamie flew into a rage her behavior worsened no come back let me go come on no come on okay mommy go okay momy go please grab now you got to charge for battery on a peace off put your hands behind your back now oh my God put put that one why will you tell my boyfriend where I am oh my go oh my [Applause] [Applause] go in no no let me go no get in get in get in get your feet in get your feet in let me go let me go let me go just get in come on no put your foot in you go the other side we'll drag her in let me go put your foot in there come on you'll get another you'll get another charge get in put your leg in thank you come on I can't get in get in no you're hurting me get in stop it you're hurting me stop it she kicked and tried to bite the officers a kick to the officer's chest caused his body camera fall off and temporarily shut down when the camera came back on Jaimie was still crying outside the car and now she faced an additional charge of assaulting an officer to make matters worse she accused the police of attacking her Section 302 224 battery upon a peace officer this is the crime of assaulting or battering a police officer while they are performing their duties this act is considered a felony and can lead to severe penalties including imprisonment it took the police several hours to get jimie into the jail and complete the booking process but we can skip ahead to the court charges Jamie pled guilty to the charge of aggravated DUI and two counts of assaulting a police officer this incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of driving Under the Influence du and the consequences of not cooperating with law enforcement this case underscores the need to obey the law and act responsibly to prevent similar incidents in the [Music] future you can't go inside yet you're under arrest a juvenile against yeah he's only 17 years old don't pull away and don't name I'm sorry what's your name Deputy Moore what's your name can I write that down These Cuffs are hurting me really bad well unfortunately that's your fault on January 28th 20124 a deputy sheriff was flagged down by a resident after a woman assaulted a boy who was handing out flyers the officer promptly initiated an investigation starting with taking statements from Witnesses stay right there okay stay right there I'll be talking to you in just a second so my kids are out riding their bike so I heard yelling I'm like okay one of my kids are whatever come out and she was like going she tried to steal his bike like it was her she was the aggressive okay I saw the same thing I was I'm here I'm on my way up to Montgomery um and I saw these two uh in some sort of verbal argument hey hey stop please there's something wrong and then yeah she physically so she began to chase him and then she went after the Bight and it was when he took the his bike back from her that she struck him several times and he just kind of shielded himself walked down the street that's when I stopped I stopped him I'm going to go back to my house where do you live at right there where I told him to stay just my stuff's open I don't you're fine you're fine I I'll come get some information from youor Witnesses at the scene reported that there was a heated argument between the two after which the woman chased the teenager and even assaulted him when he tried to retrieve his bicycle seeing this the witnesses intervene moved him away and quickly called the police the officer then sought out the victim to collect his statement but also had to deal with the victim's father who was quite upset about what had just happened no not her not the one by the C the one who done it over there stay over there go get her stay over there H her son let me do my job please let me do my job you need to go get her let me find out what's going on do put your hands on him hey hey I just got here I'm trying to do my job let me do my job a phone call that somebody's attacking my son and I'm trying to find out what's going on I just showed up too well she tried to attack him you weren't here I just you weren't here please tell me what's going on bud I was trying to I was putting flowers all up on the houses I went over there to that house I was about to put a flower up she started talking to me and I couldn't understand what she was saying so I and then she uh just stole my like stole my fers and I was like can I get those back please and then she ran over there to that house she went over to that house of that one I can't really smells like wine mm right yep Miss piet's actions during the arrest resulted in multiple legal violations with the primary charge being driving Under the Influence DUI under Florida statute 316.193 which defines DUI as operating a vehicle with a back of 0 8% or or hire or being impaired by drugs or alcohol to the extent that normal faculties are affected the evidence including her erratic driving refusal to submit to sobriety tests and the presence of an open container suggests Miss picket faces severe legal repercussions in addition to the DUI charge she violated Florida's implied consent law under Section 322.212 15 which mandates automatic suspension of driving privileges for drivers who refuse breath urine or blood tests after a lawful DUI arrest a first refusal results in a one-year suspension but since Miss picket appears to have previously refused testing her suspension could extend to 18 months and the second refusal is classified as a misdemeanor carrying additional fines in jail time furthermore her failure to comply with the officer's instructions and her uncooperative Behavior could result in an obstruction of justice charge under Florida statute 8 843.svg this offense can still lead to penalties such as community service probation or jail time Perfect all right I'm okay there's a toe coming for it and it'll get towed it'll let you know where where it goes pretty good no that that was solid yeah they'll they'll like that well the first one was just your standard so we'll see again this is a this is going to be fhp's bag on on whatever they do um but she's definitely being arrested on on DUI um I don't know if he's going to hit any kind of obstruction or not on or not more than likely if it was mine I I wouldn't be messing with it but pretty evasive and pretty uncooperative Christine was arrested for driving Under the Influence DUI following the accident after refusing both a breathalizer test and a blood sample a cup with the smell of alcohol was found during the vehicle search she was taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail at 5:10 p.m. and charged with DUI involving property damage and nonviolent resisting of law enforcement
