2023 officers with the Menor Police Department were dispatched for report of a possible motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of Little Mountain Road and Rosebud Drive they were contacted as a result of an automated notification system in the driver's iPhone which notifies law enforcement after detecting a collision officer hre initially arrived on scene and observed that a house on Little Mountain Road had sustained significant damages there was a trail of debris indicating that the house had been struck by a car and the tension wire for a nearby telephone pole was broken okay you got little burn on your chin got you here my partner's going to ask you some questions okay she s sitting in the car when I pull up here here so she's aware she hit something she's trying to figure out probably the best thing though yeah and he's Mia so who knows what happened she said she dropped him off somewhere where earlier before she got here yeah they were probably fighting that's what they do yeah it's probably why she was upset but it's like to drink and drive like you have three kids that are here like you don't need to drink and drive you know yeah if that was even the case I mean do was trying to call my other brother to let him know that he's not answering his with this girlfriend it's just embarrassing like there's been cops here a few amount of times since he's been out of jail and it's just ridiculous what do you get what are you get arrested for um a lot of things actually the first time it was well before they met it was aggravated assault and then it was um I think money laundering and something with drugs and then it was aggravated assault again and he was supposed to get locked up I think he's on probation now which is why I thought he dipped from the car so who knows where he is true but of course my other brother tried to call him because I have't blocked cuz I will not communicate with him um and he didn't answer of course so he he doesn't care the sake of my mom which is why I know he doesn't give a [ __ ] about her obviously ant sorry give me one second where are you you um my mom just went to jail because she hit something because she's [ __ scene to evaluate whether the house had sustained any structural damages using the location tracking feature on the iPhone officers were able to locate the driver in the driveway of another residence Swindle initially arrived on scene at the suspect's residence he made contact with 44-year-old Jennifer who admitted to operating the Cadillac in the driveway Jennifer told him that she was coming from EJ's restaurant and headed to Chase's bar to pick up her boyfriend officer Swindle noticed that the driver airbag had deployed and the Cadillac had sustained significant damages Jennifer was so however the officers had enough reason to believe that she was impaired and she was placed under arrest for OVI officer Jones initially transported Jennifer to the Menor Police Department where she refused to submit to a chemical breath test Jennifer did not have any prior OVI convictions in her history and Sergeant Anders sin said her bond at 10% of $5,500 with a sober cosigner or after 8 hours
