26-year-old woman Vicky reported that

center violating a civil protection
order the police quickly arrived at the
scene and approached the woman he's been
stalking me for the past year he tried
to kill me he ran my car off the side of

whether the man had received any legal
documents related to the protection
order later another officer spoke with
the woman and the situation turned out
to be quite different from what she had
claimed civil protection order that's
not through us that's through the
Sheriff's Office so the sheriff's office
has to serve him they already did yeah
just hear me out so when they don't if
he doesn't we don't have proof that he
was served we can advise him of the
protection order and tell him to leave
but here's the thing we it doesn't and

despite multiple attempts by the police
to handcuffed the suspect she continued
to resist and curse eventually the
suspect was handcuffed and placed in the
police car to be transported to jail all

somebody's yeah I'm her mom she is she

there's no protection order in place

this guy's all about it I mean we can
only handle one incident at a time well

her on this warrant but she wants to act
a fool out here she's going to the
county now and all she had to do is go
with the program that's I say I said she
called police and she probably got
she knew she had a warrant she knew she

suspect's mother despite the police's
efforts to explain the situation the
mother appeared highly agitated and used
