pulled the woman over because she was
driving in the wrong lane furthermore
she appeared to show signs of
intoxication and begin arguing with the
officers at this point the officers
conducted a field sobriety
test I pulled you over in a gas station
there's no lines in our immediate area
we could relocate over there the normal
line though like a straight line we can
go on the street I would not like to go
on the street I'd like to go right there
there yellow line right there go on the
street though it's not St that's a stand

the woman who had a prior history of DUI
attempt to make excuses to avoid being
arrested again and argue with the
officers about using a sidewalk instead
of an imaginary line to perform the
sobriety test this argument lasted
nearly two minutes and I can only say
that the patience of these officers was
truly
remarkable about 45 about 45° you're
making up cuz when

that the woman continued with the
sobriety test but as expected she failed
after reviewing the results and
assessing her condition the officers
decided to arrest her for driving under
the
influence the DUI Law Florida is
detailed in section
316.193 of the Florida Statutes it
states that driving with a blood alcohol
content of
0.08% or higher is illegal penalties are
harsher for repeat offenses and
aggravating factors such as having a
child in the car or causing an accident
leading to Serious

been removed the officers returned to
check but once again the woman was
uncooperative this time worse than
before with yelling and demanding to
talk to her mother according to section
800
43.2 of the Florida Statutes obstructing
or resisting a public officer's duties
without using vellal and can lead to
misdemeanor charges with penalties
including fines or imprisonment
therefore when dealing with the police
remain calm and respectful to avoid
tension and misunderstandings if your
rights are violated comply with orders
first then seek legal advice or file a
complaint to resolve the issue I'll say

right she reeks of alcohol why would I

why he checked resisting is pulling
pushing anything active like that she
had active resistance against him no he
didn't come on the [ __ ] Sid he's
[ __ ] up 90 if I have you in handcuffs
and you're pulling away preventing me
from putting you in handcuffs you know
what he's pulling away for that's why he
just checked them again they weren't
tight SLI out of them [ __ ] she
slipped out of them it's all on yeah and
she wasn't okay he's stronger than the
[ __ ] out of his he threw up against the
back [ __ ] did all the [ __ ] to her I
watched it and you stood there and
witnessed it too yeah I helped him take
her into custody [ __ ] one must say
the mother and daughter share striking
similarities after subduing the woman
the police talked to her mother who
argued whether her daughter deserved to
be arrested if these individuals behave
so poorly towards the police when
breaking the law imagine how unbearable
they might be towards ordinary
citizens in the end the suspect pleaded
guilty to charges of DUI resisting
arrest possessing alcohol under 21 and
refusing a test she was sentenced to one
year of probation a one-year driver's
license suspension and hours of
community
service this story serves as a lesson
about the severe consequences of driving
Under the Influence it reminds us of our
personal responsibility when driving
always respect traffic laws and
understand that every action has
consequences helping to prevent
unnecessary trouble and harm
