What's going on? Kane. I keep telling you. Yeah. Well, you're as funny as you. That I got a while ago. I just got to make it. One Ohio woman's small lie set off an irreversible chain of events. Was it worth it? How did you How did you purchase it? With the card. So, would you have that transaction on your car? On your phone? Oh, no. I did not. I really did. I don't know whether you Let's explore incidents where women encounter the fallout from their disruptive actions, facing both societal and legal repercussions. A financial dispute turns violent as a woman attacks her parents and destroys property and rage. What is going on? What's going on? Stand up. Kane, I keep telling you. Yeah, but you're intentional. No, I did not. I really did. I don't know what they're doing. The woman's outrageous behavior, resorting to violence over a rent dispute is inexcusable. Attacking her own parents and destroying property shows a disturbing lack of respect and self-control. Such actions only deepen conflicts rather than resolve. How could she justify turning a financial disagreement into a physical altercation? All this is going on. Yeah. I think I'm in her like right now. Can you tell me what's going on real quick? Where are you dumb white? They're fighting. They're fighting. I think you stand there. Who's fighting? Where? What is going on? Okay, we hold her down. Okay, she's going to go out. Let her go. Get out. What? What's going on? What's going on? Why? Ain't nothing wrong with her. I know. You need to get up. Yeah, cuz she poked my TV in there. She took that big thing right there and tried to hit me with it and tried to distill her girlfriend. Treasure, come on. She's over there. Come on. Get up. Get up off the floor. My pass. She's not passed out. No, she's not. Huh? Treasure. Get up. [Music] My face will be fine. Come on. Let's go. Get up. Get up. Excuse me, sir. Get up. What are you doing? Sit up. Sit up. She's saying she can't breathe. All right, we're going to have EMS show. Can you stand up, please? Let's go outside and get some air. We're going to talk to you out there. Come on. Let's go. Let's get up and go outside. The woman's reckless destruction of property and violent behavior toward her father highlight a troubling pattern. Her dramatic claims of attempted murder raised doubts. Was she seeking justice or manipulation? All right, let's get up. Stand up. Come on. You can grab her other arm. Stand up or sit her on the bed. Sit on the bed. Sit on the bed. Scoot back. Stand up. Kane. I keep telling you. Yeah, but you're intentionally falling back down. I can't even. What's going on with your mouth? He was He was holding you. He was in my mouth. My boy. I don't know. All I saw was him holding you down. I swear to God. Let's go outside. So we can separate everybody and talk. Can you walk with us out there? We'll get it figured out. We're going try to get her outside. Stand up so we can go outside. You can't use me. Does she have an inhaler? No. Leave me alone. She messing with me. You didn't take him out. He he was hitting me in my Okay, let's go. We're going to talk to you about all that. We're going to help you out. We'll come out to our car. We're going to talk. Okay. They got my game. We'll get it all figured out, but they call last night. Come talk to you. He was me. He was joking me. We're going to go outside. We have more room. He was joking me. He was trying to kill me. We're going to get your side. He was trying to kill me. Like, can you please stop walking? So, how did this all start? I went to go get my thing and he choked me. You live here. He was punching me in my face. Slow down. The woman's dramatic claims of not being able to breathe and demanding medical help seemed exaggerated, especially since police found no severe injuries. Her request for an inhaler, despite not having asthma, further undermined her credibility. Her frantic behavior highlighted the emotional intensity, but also suggested possible manipulation or overreaction. How did it go from the living room to their bedroom? Why were you Why did you go make it in there? cuz I was just asking for my my game and then he came in there tackling me. What happened with the TV? I don't break the TV. No, I did not. I really did. I don't know what they're doing. About to leave. I don't know. Like they're crazy. Like they trying to the bad guy and why was all of them in there like doing that? Like it only take one person. He's choking me trying to kill me. I'm telling you I wouldn't do this to myself. Well, when I came in, he was holding you down on the bed. Hey, no, he wasn't. He was holding me, choking me, and hitting me. What? Where did I get this from? Okay. Well, you came here, but I'm telling you, he was trying to kill me. He was one in here and one inside. Ma'am, can you tell me a little bit what's going on there? They tried to kill me. Like, he was choking me. He was pushing me on my lips. How are you feeling right now? I can't breathe. I need an inhaler. So, uh, you said he was he was choking you. Did you lose consciousness at all? I can't say it all because I was screaming. He was choking me and hit me at the same time. Trying to take some. Look at my lips. He was hitting me in my limbs. I wouldn't lie. Like you said, he was holding me down. So, how the hell did I do this to myself? Well, he was holding you down when I came in. That's what I'm saying. Bro, he was biting me. And I don't even want to talk to him no more cuz I telling y'all he tried to kill me. If somebody's telling y'all something I tried to kill somebody, y'all need to invest in that. I'm not lying. The woman's erratic and aggressive behavior revealed a clear attempt to paint herself as a victim. She accused her parents of relentless bullying. Yet, her own actions, including breaking a TV, contradicted her claims. Despite alleging serious abuse, officers found no substantial evidence of her injuries, casting doubt on her credibility. Like, leave me. I don't want to do this. She picked up too. The girl in here said they were the I mean it's biased on her girlfriend. Yeah. Was saying that they got up, they were brushing their teeth, they were getting their stuff to go and then the mom dad kept saying stuff to them. No, they just kept picking on her, picking on her and picking on her and then she went crazy trying to hit him with a gumbo. Yeah, I didn't hear that. She didn't mention that. Even if we were out here last night, but I don't know what went on yesterday. I I stopped right here to talk to her and then kids like the brothers like they're in here fighting still. I'm like I didn't know who was involved but I stopped talking. So we didn't really I didn't hear what happened. Where are you? They want charges for the two teams. Is this the choking her out? Let me see her now. Y'all can see was choking me. Can y'all take him to jail? He was trying to kill me. He was trying to kill me. He laughing about it. Y'all seen it. Y'all need to take him to jail. I pressing charges. He got to go, bro. He messed my whole face up in my neck, bro. I can't breathe. I'm telling him. He talking about he trying to lie on me, man. I can't I can't I can't. The woman's reckless actions led to her arrest for domestic violence, proving a disturbing pattern of aggression. Her parents, exhausted by her behavior, had contemplated eviction a clear sign of long-standing issues. Prior police interventions further highlight her disregard for boundaries, making her conduct inexcusable and deeply troubling. Yes, I I want to get my stuff. No, they took my ex off. I want my stuff. My boundies are good. Are you are you able to walk to Yeah, she can meet you down there. Take all my stuff and break it and stuff cuz they go say I broke the TV. They're not going to touch yourself. Please, please, please. Yeah, we're going to get her. They don't want to leave my touch of yours. I got all their info. I just got mom and dad. In Ohio, domestic violence is defined under chapter 2919 of the Ohio Revised Code. Specifically, sections 2919.25. A no person shall knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member. B. No person shall recklessly cause serious physical harm to a family or household member. C. No person by threat of force shall knowingly cause a family or household member to believe that the offender will cause imminent physical harm to the family or household member. D one. Whoever violates this section is guilty of domestic violence and the court shall sentence the offender as provided in divisions D to six of this section. two except as otherwise provided in divisions D3 to five of this section. A violation of division C of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and a violation of division A or B of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree. This incident highlights the serious repercussions when a woman disrupts public order. Disorderly conduct, as seen in the next example, often leads to consequences that could have been avoided. A woman in Ohio was pulled over for expired plates, then lied about her identity, pretending to be her sister despite clear inconsistencies. She couldn't even recall basic details about herself. How reckless. With a theft warrant and stolen goods involved, did she think deception would save her from the inevitable consequences? Ammerst Police Department. So, the reason I stopped you, I ran your plate. Owner of the vehicle's coming back is suspended. Are you Britney by chance? Who? Who are you? I'm a sister. Okay. Do you have your license on you? I do not. You do not? Do you have like any form of ID on you? No, I don't. Okay. Do you have a valid license or what's your social security number? I don't have one. What? Do you know your social security number? No. Definitely not there. So, where are you guys heading tonight? I'm taking your next. And how old are you? No. No. You. No. You. You're 25. Give me one second. My partner's coming. I'm going to check. She um the driver says she's 25 but does not look like it. Uh doesn't know her social. I couldn't see the picture the picture of the chick 51. So I just waited for you to back up. Back you up and I'm not. Yeah. Appreciate it. All right. That's not you. You're Britney. So we're going to have you step out of the vehicle. All right. You're under arrest. Put the phone down or give it to give it to your daughter. She'll be fine. Okay. Honestly, that's the only reason. I get that. Yeah. I just didn't want her to. All right. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. The suspect's reckless choices not only led to her arrest, but also left her 10-year-old daughter in distress. While the officer reured the child, her innocent remark about visiting Kohl's raised further suspicion. What kind of mother involves her child in such situations? Her irresponsibility speaks volumes. He has a drug history, too. So, I don't just come from it, too. But what was that? So, there's this stuff. I think brand use. Yeah. I wanted to help that little girl out and get her stuff and Yeah. Like do you want to ask her real quick? Um I'll be with you. Okay. Let's see what So we're helping your daughter get some stuff out of the car. There's a bunch of clothes with tags on them still. There's no bags. There's no receipt. Your daughter said you guys just got got back from Kohl's. What's What's up with that? You had a receipt? No, you know, no bag or anything that that stuff would have came in. No. How did you pay for it? That stuff I got a while ago. I just got her makeup. I mean, have you guys got any reports or anything? I said, is there any reports or Well, I'm going to call I got to call now, but I mean, that just doesn't make any sense to me. Okay. No, I can steal it now. What is this original warrant for? Um, I don't even remember. It was a from what 2023 the court case. You don't you have no idea what the original charges were? I believe it was for Seth. Honestly, apples. Do you see? I get it. I understand. And Okay, but here's the thing. Here's what I have some trouble with, too. I This poor girl is upset because mom mom already lied. This car is getting towed. She just told me you guys came from Kohl's, which you're saying was just some makeup and stuff, but you only have a receipt. The suspect's excuse was laughable. who throws away a receipt but keeps the tags. With a history of theft, her denial was hardly convincing. No shopping bag, no proof of purchase, just a pile of stolen clothes. Did she really think the officers wouldn't check with Kohl's for that? You just throw the receipt away as soon as you leave. Soon as you got the front door? That doesn't make sense to me. I'm sorry. I mean, I understand that what it looks like. So, when when did you buy one? Like last week. Yeah. How did you how did you purchase it? With a card. So, would you have that transaction on your car on your phone? Like through your bank? What's that? She seems to always be an answer to it. So, we're going to call Kohl's and we're going to contact LPD and see if they had any. So, they're going to check. They'll check the cameras. So, I mean, you've already lied to us a bunch of times. Don't be too fast. They might want to take a look at let's go through the rest of the car. Yeah, let's um let's put all this. I don't know if the book bag's part of it, but that's certainly is. That makes no sense. No stuff. He with a 10-year-old daughter. Yep. I don't Let me grab Let me grab you some gloves. All right. You want gloves from your car or? Yeah. Cuz she's got drug history. So, yeah, fine. Hey, Jeff. Uh, she's got hundreds of dollars worth of clothes. She says she bought them a few months ago. I had the daughter 10 years old. She said they just came from hole. So, when I asked mom that, she said, "Well, I just got her some makeup, no receipts, can't pull up the transaction on her card or anything." So, I I I don't believe her, but the daughter said this, this little girl said they The suspect's reckless behavior led to charges of obstructing official business and driving under suspension, both serious offenses. Her disregard for the law is evident, especially with expired plates and suspected stolen property. Despite pleading no contest, she was still convicted facing fines. Such actions show a blatant lack of responsibility. These examples emphasize the importance of respecting law enforcement and making responsible choices to promote public safety. They remind us of the serious repercussions of assaulting police and resisting arrest. Let us know your thoughts below and subscribe for more insightful updates. Thank you for being part of our community. Sit in the car. I didn't do anything. Sit in the car. This is the Listen. Can I Can I go speak? I'm Deputy Garcia. Why are you Because you're not listening to me. I just explained why you're not listening to me. I'm Deputy Garcia. Okay. Not really. No. What's not really? How much bottle did you finish? I don't know. Like 3/4 of the bottle. So, you finished 3/4 of a bottle of wine by yourself and you thought it was okay to load your kid into a car in August 2022. Officers were dispatched to a gas station in Florida after a good Samaritan stopped and stopped to visibly intoxicate with him with a case of beer while her child was in the car. Could she have gotten worried about child? Oh, did this child look like all day long? Yeah, that's what I'm saying. The issue we have now is she's by now he's not I'm I don't feel comfortable with her. The officers arrived to find that the mother had driven to the gas station while severely intoxicated. Thankfully, her child was with his school teacher, who happened to be present at the station. But the situation rapidly escalated due to the mother's condition. Hey, are you busy? Uh, could you hop on my call? Head over my way, please. I'm at the racetrack near Sunos. So, yeah. Yeah. So, this is going to be a child neglect that I'm probably going to go 10:15 on. And we're going to have to call CPI to come take the kid. She has no one to take this kid with. All right. Yeah, we're at the racetrack right now. All right. No problem. No problem. I appreciate it. So, I just walked in. It's a mess. Um, so I'm here at the racetrack with uh Drew and Marine. They got a call about this lady that was that was falling over all inside the racetrack. Uh, they get here, they do some investigating. Turns out that this lady drove here openly admitted that she was intoxicated drove here with the kid to get more alcohol. And I mean, she's visibly intoxicated right now. So, she has no one to drop the kid off. She's admitting that she that she drove and confiscated with this kid. I'm thinking 10:15 on for child neglect. Now, let me ask you, um, how do I get a hold of CPI? Because I've never had to do a CPI call out. He's like, "Okay." All right. So, I'm pulling I'm pulling a case number right now. I have I have another uh third coming out because someone's going to have to stay with this kid if we go 10:15. So, though I'm I'm already working on that. I'm going to talk to this lady again. Um, I'm going to I mean, honestly, after what they gathered, I imagine I'm going to double check that they were just spontaneous utterances and a non-custodial interview. Um, that being said, yeah, she came from right south before that that apartment complex on Fountain Side. Yeah, I'm going to I'm going to double check a couple of things with with these guys and I'm going to talk to her, you know, post Miranda and see what she has to say. All right. All right. Thank you. The officer is reaching out to his colleagues for additional support in the case. In a commendable display of dedication, he shows genuine concern for the abandoned child, doing everything in his power to ensure the best possible outcome. Hats off to this officer for his unwavering commitment to the child's well-being. When did you guys were you here? I actually was supposed to wear the guest. It was another guest. I don't know if you saw her hair. Is that the girl in the picture earlier or that's the girl we're talking about? Who was all her? I guess that she was usually I've seen her all the time. She was just fine. I didn't take care of her personally when the whole thing couldn't happen cuz our credit card I was like trying to take care of who was actually dealing with her but nothing seemed like really to be honest until the other. Was there any like point where she was like falling over or not standing up straight or anything that led you to believe that she was off today? The only thing that seemed a little off was when she was telling it and she was like trying to like bump her back a little bit. So she didn't fall over or anything like that for me cuz I always like see her all the time and I usually take care of her. Okay. Thanks. Um but yeah, no I mean that's that's what still doesn't change. This lady is admitting to drinking. So I just want so I'm not to interrupt you but so the statute right I was like I know there's a part here and you don't have to prove it so it's by either knowledge or mission so I don't know what she admitted to or what's going on but so long as I mean we can prove that she was driving the car right I'm sure the camera right there points right down so and all we have to articulate is that she's under so intoxication she even said that she came back over here to get a glass of wine after she admitted to drinking over at the house. Okay. All right. And so let me ask you, Dr. with your experience, you determined that she's probably under the influence of some for water. Okay. Cool. Unfortunately, my camera No, no, no. It's fine. Fine. I mean, so again, at this point, I think we have more than enough, especially with her eating that stuff. So, it's it's disoriented. So, it's disorient. Despite witnesses at the scene stating that the woman appeared intoxicated, but not excessively so, the police still proceeded with her arrest, citing her involvement in the abandonment of a child. This is the Listen, can I can I go speak to her? I'm Deputy Garcia. Why are you? Because you're not listening to me. I just explained why you're not listening to me. I'm Deputy Garcia. Okay. You're Miss Answer my question. Are you Miss All right. So, I'm going to explain to you what's going on at this point. We're conducting a lawful investigation into child neglect. Okay. So before you before you start, I'm going to advise you if you're Miranda rights. Okay. At this point, you're detained. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you can say can and will be used against you in court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have a present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, won't be appointed to represent you before any question you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights as I've explained them to you? Yes. Okay. So, you understand everything that I've explained. What? Do you understand each of these statements that I've said to you? Yes or no? Yes. Okay. Why? Why? Why? He explained to you that you're detained. He has to read your Why am I being detained? So, I just explained it. I'm I'm conducting a criminal investigation into child neglect. The child? No, it's not. It's not like that. Okay. So, what's been going on today, ma'am? Because I'm going to be honest speaking to you. In the two minutes, just wait one second. In the 2 minutes that I'm speaking to you, it already seems like something's wrong. It seems like you're impaired to some degree. So, what's going on here? Give me a drug test. Okay. Throughout the investigation, the suspect displayed impaired judgment and erratic behavior, which further corroborated the officer's concerns. When questioned, she admitted to her actions, but showed little understanding of the gravity of the situation. Is it next to that white one? I'm not into I'm I don't do drugs. Are you serious? So, you explained to both my deputies that you've been drinking wine at your house. I have been drinking Yeah. I I've been drinking wine because I'm moving. Okay. So, you've been drinking wine. I'm moving to a different cup of complex. Okay. All right. So, you've been drinking wine. How much wine have you been drinking today? I don't know. You don't know. Um, a bottle, maybe? A bottle. So, would you say that you finished that bottle prior to you driving here? Not really. No. What's not really? How much of the bottle did you finish? I don't know. Like 3/4 of the bottle. So, you finished 3/4 of a bottle of wine by yourself and you thought it was okay to load your kid into a car and drive them across State Road 54. talking to me like 5:30 I've been in the middle of the day when there's when there is traffic like there's no one's business. You thought that was okay. Well, why are you talking to me like that? Answer my question. You thought that was okay. I was just trying to go back to my apartment to pack up my stuff because that's not my question. Did you think it was okay after drinking three glass of a bottle of wine at that point in time? No, I did not. So, you didn't think it was okay, but you still did it. What do you want me to say? I'm asking you. I'm trying to understand why you thought that this was okay. I know you're being recorded. Yeah, I know. I I know I'm being recorded. Okay. So, No. No. So, you didn't think it was okay, but you still did it? No. No, I did not do it. You didn't do it. So, you ended up here magically. You flew here. Your kid ended up here magically. Yeah. Okay. All right. Do me a favor. Put your hands on. The mother openly admitted to consuming 3/4 of a bottle of wine before getting behind the wheel. She confessed that her intention was to purchase more alcohol, putting her child's safety in grave danger. I'm not playing this [ __ ] game with you. Hold back. Show me one chain. Don't wipe him out. I didn't do anything wrong. Those are my car keys. Okay. Follow me. Really? Lean against the car. Lean up against the car. Spread your legs. Do all of this. Lean up against the car. All right. Do you have anything on you? No. Okay. I didn't do anything. Sit in the car. I didn't do anything. Sit in the car. All right. Now that we got that out of the way, we can work on the officers on the scene promptly assessed the situation and determined that it was a clear case of child neglect. Given the circumstances, with no responsible adult available to care for the child, they took swift action and contacted child protective services CFC to intervene and ensure the child's safety and well-being. The suspect in this case was charged with two primary offenses, child neglect and disorderly intoxication. Under Florida law, child neglect falls under chapter 827.03, 03 which defines neglect as a caregivers's failure to provide necessary care or supervision to a child endangering their well-being. This charge can result in up to 5 years of imprisonment, probation, and fines depending on the severity of the case. In this instance, the suspect's probation and fine were likely influenced by her admission and cooperation during the investigation. The charge of disorderly intoxication is covered under chapter 856.011, which penalizes individuals who endanger public safety through intoxication. Disorderly intoxication can carry penalties such as jail time, fines, or mandatory counseling. Given the suspect's actions of driving intoxicated with her child, she faced this charge, which further reinforced the consequences of her reckless behavior. This case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure public safety and order. Adding to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious society where everyone can feel secure. What are your thoughts on this situation? and share them with us in the comments below. Do you guys have like a court agreement or Well, a minute a minute ago you were saying that you were dealing with the court process. Is that is that like he has waiting? Are you asking me questions or is he now for one second? The woman's distress was evident as she kept crying uncontrollably. Over and over, she insisted with growing desperation that her ex-husband had taken their 15-year-old son against her will. Despite efforts to calm her, she maintained her firm stance, repeating her claims. Hold on. Do not No, don't push me that hard. Courtney, don't ever [ __ ] touch me like this again. The confrontation escalated as the woman pushed one of the deputies verbally attacked them. Despite the officer's attempts to diffuse the situation, she became physically aggressive, refusing to follow their instructions and ultimately kicking one of the deputies in the face. At this point, the officers had no choice but to restrain her. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Stand still. Behind your back. Stand still. Stop hurting me. Stand still. Stand still. Stop. Please stop hurting me. You really They really are hurting me. Just stop hurting me. I will not hurt anybody either. Just walk. Just walk. Just walk. Just walk. Just walk. It won't hurt. After being placed in handcuffs, the woman broke down in tears, claiming she had recently undergone surgery, seemingly in an attempt to gain sympathy from the officers. Interestingly, it appeared that in the midst of her distress, she lost sight of the original reason she had called the police, her 15-year-old son. Okay. I'm okay. You okay? You sure? Now you just got a felony. For what? For kicking her in the face. I never kick her in her face. You did? You okay? I watched you do it. It's all on video. It's all on video. We wear cameras. Do you want to get checked out? Huh? So, do you want to get it checked out? No. You sure? What color are your eyes? What color are your eyes, Crystal? After being escorted to the patrol car, the situation became more complicated when she resisted by kicking one of the officers. This act of resistance not only heightened the tension, but also made her situation more serious. By reacting this way, she added to the challenges she now faces as her actions could lead to additional charges and more serious consequences. The woman is now facing serious legal charges for assaulting a police officer, a crime classified as a felony under US law. In this particular case, her actions fall under the category of felony assault. Specifically, chapter 784.07 of the Florida statutes addresses assaults and batteries against law enforcement officers. The statute clearly states that any individual who knowingly commits an assault or battery on an officer while they are engaged in the lawful performance of their duties is guilty of a felony offense. The penalties for such actions are significant and can include up to 5 years in prison, probation, and fines that may reach as high as $5,000. These legal measures are intended to provide law enforcement officers with a level of protection due to the dangerous and unpredictable nature of their work. As such, the charges the woman now faces reflect the serious nature of her actions and the legal framework in place to ensure that those who assault officers are held accountable. This case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure public safety and order. Adharing to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious society where everyone can feel secure. What are your thoughts on this situation? Share them with us in the comments below. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. I'm not. On January 2nd, 2024, officers are dispatched to a dentist's office due to a disruptive patient requesting her paperwork. There is nothing here. All I asked was just for my documentation about what happened here and what went on. And they refused to give me my paperwork and that's all I asked. That's it. I don't understand why it's a problem or an issue for me to get my documentation of what happened today. Yes. You refused to give it to me and you told me not to. I said no. I said she just left the chair and was unable to have documentation until I finish until I compile it. I asked her if she would like to come back for it. Okay. Then she can come back for it. Do you understand her? No. No. No. Ma'am, please. Because I was sitting here. I'm not going to argue with you. I'm not trying to argue with you, ma'am. Just how she said you think you can have the documentation. Just not right now. Just how you allowed her to talk. I'm asking for the same respect. All right. Let's go outside and talk. I'm asking for the same respect. Why is that an issue that I'm asking for the same respect that you just gave to this woman, but you're not giving it to me? Okay. What? What's going on? The problem is I was sitting down, okay, waiting to get the documentation. Before I got the documentation, which was asking for the things that were done here today, they told me, "Oh, you don't have to pay. You can just leave. It doesn't matter." They told me I didn't have to pay. I could just leave. When I told them I had the money to pay for today, so what's the issue? The issue is all I want is documents that happened today so that way I can take it and I can get the work done that I need it done. You heard what she said, right? You can get it later. All right. Can you hang up the phone? He's not part of this right now. Okay. So, I can come back later and pick them up. I told her I would mail them to her address because I don't have an address. And I asked her to write it down. Hang up the phone. This person's not a part of it. Okay. All right. So, you're going to have to leave the property now. If you come back here and cause more issues, we're going to have a bigger issue. Okay. They do not have the documents ready for you right now because they don't have an address or a place to send. The woman frustrated over not receiving her documentation immediately becomes argumentative with the dental staff and police officers. Can't you give her one? Why? They already told me I have to leave. I have to leave the premises right now. You want if you want them sent to you, then give them the address. I'll stay here while you're here. I'm going to I'm just when I can come back and pick up my documentation, I will come and she's going to print it up right now. Okay. All right. Just come outside. No, I I don't know. I We're We're going to wait outside and she's going to print it up while we're here. I thought she just said that they wait outside. Just wait outside. Go outside and she'll print it for you. Yes, daddy. Paper that they said that they were just about to bring out. Yeah. And then you left. So, we thought you left. No, I left to go for a walk so I can calm down. I didn't leave you. But you told me to come back in here when everything was done. So, that's what I was doing. I just told you to wait outside. Then you That's what I was doing outside. I was praying. All right. Can you find where you're at so we can just give you the documents and it'll be officers explain the situation informing her that she needs to leave and return for her documents later, but she refuses to comply and argues about her rights for me to just step outside and go for a walk. Okay. Can you just step outside and just wait there? Take the documents. We can just hand it to you. I can't be here all day while you're going on a walk. You don't have to be here all day. I can come back in a few minutes when the paperwork is done. I don't understand why that's a problem. Can you just stay here for a 1 minute and then we'll get you your documents. Okay. I don't understand why. You're making a bigger You're making a bigger issue than I'm not trying to make an issue. I'm not trying to make a problem. I'm just Why can't I go for a walk until this is done? So, can I go for a walk until it's done? No. Stay here or we're going to be trespassing you from here. Okay. Just stay here. Just stay here. I said I would come back in a little bit when this is done. I can give you a call first and then when they're done, I can call you and we can come here together if you want. Just stay here for a minute. I don't want to do that. I just want to leave so that way I can go and finish what I had to do today. They're working on it and they're taking a long time. So, I can't go for a walk cuz I have to fill it. You left. Okay, we saw you leave. I hung out here for another 5 minutes. You clearly weren't coming back. I told them you left. I never said I wasn't coming back. I never said I left. How How am I supposed to know? I can't read your mind. You can't read my mind. Okay. You don't know what I'm going to do or what I have to do. I had an appointment to go at another place that's near here that I missed an appointment. Okay. That's not my fault. And then Okay, that's fine. So, I went to go and take care of what I had to take care of and I came back so that way I can get the You can let us know what you're doing just so we know, hey, you're coming back cuz I was about to leave and they're going to have to call me back out here again or we're going to have another issue. So, then if you want to sit here and wait while I go and do what I have to do, fine. I No, we're not doing this. I have an appointment somewhere else that I have to be at. Okay, then do you want to come back later today for the documents? Despite multiple warnings, she continues to argue and attempts to leave the premises without a resolution, leading officers to inform her of the legal consequence. I just want my paperwork. Okay? Wait 2 minutes and you'll have your paperwork. Okay? Do you understand? If you return to this property, you will be arrested. I don't mind that. I don't care about that. That's fine. I just want my documentation so I can take it to my new doctor so they can do what they need to do since they don't want you here. Nudy. So, like I said, you're just going to have to wait here cuz if you leave and come back, you're getting arrested. I can't get my paperwork and documentation and then if I need to come back. I'm telling you. I have to wait. You have to be here and let me write down my information or whatever. Okay, ma'am. Sit down. I'm not a dog. I'm not sitting down like I'm a dog. I'm not a dog. Stay right there. You're not moving anywhere. You're waiting for your documents. Unless you want to leave, then you'll be trespassed and you'll be arrested your return. I want my Come sit down. You're not blocking the door. We didn't back up here in case I have to go hands on with you. Come sit down right now. For what? Come sit down. Hands on with me for what? All I asked was for my papers. I don't understand why this is an issue. I'm not refusing anything. I didn't know. I'm just I'm asking for my documents. Get out of the door. You're not going to be blocking the doorway for all these other customers. I'm not blocking the doorway for anything. The door's open. Anyone can come in here. I'm not blocking anyone. Ma'am, I do not want to go hands- on with you. Can you come sit down right now? I'm not a dog. Who called you a dog? You're telling me to sit down like I'm a dog? Yes. Get out of the door. Okay, fine. Come stand by this wall. Get out of this doorway right now. Why? Cuz I'm asking for my papers. Yes. Come stand over here. I don't understand why. For what? Okay, go stand over there right now. I'm not a dog. I'm not going to be blocking the doorway. I'm keeping the door open. Anyone can come in here at any time. Okay, my partner's going to come in there. The woman is informed that if she leaves and returns, she will be arrested for trespassing. She disregards this warning, escalating the situation for my paperwork. I'm waiting for my paperwork. I'm opening. The doors open. Wide open. Go outside. I'm getting dressed. What? Why am I Get up. Get up and go outside. This is a business. Okay, I'm not cave. I'm outside. I'm outside. Get off of me. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not resisting. Turn around. You're hurting me. I am. You're hurting me. Nobody is trying to. After refusing to follow officer's instructions, the woman is arrested. She resists verbally protesting and claiming that she just wanted her paperwork. Pick up and get in the car. I know I'm not getting arrested for this. Yes, you are. Get in the car. Why am I getting arrested? Because now you're getting arrested for refusing to move. You're going to get tased in one second. I just saw a police officer in my I can't. Can I leave? Hello? After being placed in the patrol car, she continues to protest her treatment, stating that she did not resist or commit violence and begs not to be sent back to jail. So, you've suffered a whole bunch of damage. So, let's talk about the house, right? When questioned, the woman downplayed the incident, casually telling officers she had a little accident, but insisted she wasn't driving at the time. Despite overwhelming evidence, she denied operating the vehicle or hitting the house. Cole and talking about passing, I want to talk about you said that I need to get out. No, you need to get out. You are not one. As the situation escalated, the woman refused to comply with officer's repeated orders to exit the vehicle. She engaged in a prolonged argument, claiming she hadn't done anything wrong, resisting arrest by refusing to leave the car. After several warnings, law enforcement was forced to physically remove her from the vehicle. I said step out. I said step out. Step out of the car. You are under arrest. I don't think we need to do this. I got it. Well, you think wrong. I'm going to put on my I I asked you several times. You refused to comply. It's okay. Now, it didn't have to go that way, did it? Let's go. We're going back to Come on. You are under arrest. Please. I don't need to be man. I asked you about 15 times to step out of that car. You were given a law. It doesn't matter. Dude, if I didn't shut it so quick, she's going to spring back out of there. After being handcuffed, the woman repeatedly proclaimed her innocence, insisting she was not driving the vehicle involved in the accident. She maintained a stance throughout her interaction with officers, denying any involvement despite the evidence presented. That you can't just keep your legs in the car. No, it's fine. I just don't want my arms. I'm not a menace. Honestly, there's another officer on the way to talk to you. Okay, right now. Right now, I I'm arresting you for resisting. I'm not resisting. That was what that was. You refusing to get out of the car. Resisting arrest. I don't know what's going on. Well, I was trying to explain it to you, but you refused to listen. So, I'm not going to have listen. I'm not gonna have any more conversation about it as of right now. So, okay. Trying to be and doing it are two different things. But like I said, we're not going to have any more conversation right now. All right. I just I don't want you hurting your leg. You need to not be banging on the door. They do not need an ambulance. Just stating that they do not want to Well, right now, right now, you're under arrest, so you need to just hang out and wait. Should we just uncut these? No. Yeah. That is our department policy. Okay. But I don't think that there was anything that you saw. After being informed by the police of the reason for her arrest, the woman repeatedly denied resisting, claiming the incidents were minor and insisting she had immediately cooperated by stopping the car when asked by the police. I just want to know why I'm here and I would like to use the restaurant to her. Yes. She said yes or no. Yeah. Okay. Take her take it over there. Have her sign. Take it over there. Have put her name. Can you give me the address of the building that has physically crashed it? It will be It will be in the report and your attorney can get that for you. Thank you. When they say by force more like she like physically. After being transferred to the police station, the woman continued to assert that she did not know the reason for her arrest. When presented with the necessary documents to sign, she refused, which significantly prolonged the legal process. Her refusal not only delayed the paperwork, but also made the testimony process more difficult than usual, as officers were unable to proceed without her cooperation. She faces multiple charges, including resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and obi. According to chapter 45,511.19 of the Ohio Revised Code or it is unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Penalties for OVI under this statute include fines, possible jail time, and the suspension of a driver's license depending on the severity of the offense and prior violations. Additionally, by fleeing the scene of the accident, the woman also violated ORC chapter 4,549.02, which mandates that drivers involved in an accident must stop and remain at the scene. Failing to do so constitutes a hit and run, which is a criminal offense punishable by fines, imprisonment, and potential restitution to the victim for damages caused. Lastly, the woman's refusal to comply with lawful orders from law enforcement is a clear violation of Orc chapter 2,921.33, which deals with resisting arrest. Resisting arrest is a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by fines and imprisonment. In this case, her refusal to exit the vehicle after repeated orders constituted resisting arrest, leading to additional charges. This case highlights the importance of mutual respect and cooperation with law enforcement to ensure public safety and order. Adhering to the law is crucial in creating a just and harmonious society where everyone can feel secure. What are your thoughts on this situation? Share them with us in the comments below.
