Get away from me. Turn around. Put your
hands. I need your help. I will come
free. I'm happy that you did this for I
had you down. Drunk women take reckless
actions without thinking about the
consequences until things spiral out of
control.
It's right here. Can you hold my hand
guide?
Is the lack of control just a momentary
moment? Or does it reflect a larger
issue of responsibility and awareness?
Alcohol drives a woman to reckless
actions, turning her into a danger
rather than just a joke. Get away from
me. Turn around. Put your hand. I need
your help. But I'm coming free. Yes.
Come and help me.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission officers were called to
Wakala Spring State Park after reports
of a female employee behaving
erratically, yelling at guests and
quoting the Bible suspected to be under
the influence of drugs. How you doing,
ma'am? I know we got a call about it.
You'll turn off your vehicle for me?
Sure. I just got started, but okay.
You're good. What's so what's going on
with you? I'm sick. I need to go home
and see my dad cuz I'm sick. They know
that. Yes, ma'am. You got your driver's
license on you? I sure do. I just got it
back. Yes, ma'am. Happy about that. It
took me a long time. 7 years. What was
the situation that was going on earlier?
Where? Not. They got We got a call
saying that it was a whole disturbance
or something going on. Something
happened. No. I'll be right back with
you. Okay. I don't know how she
typically acts. That was the only way to
go from here. I don't smell any alcohol
on her. I didn't smell it. You didn't
smell any alcohol? get her out and kind
of talk to her. Um, and see where she's
at. Like her pupils did look like Did
you notice that a little bit? Yeah. But
I'm I don't I don't think we have enough
as far as right now, too. Well, I don't
know. We need to talk to her cuz if
she's if there's something else that
that's going on. That's going We just
need to figure out what's going on. It's
girl and done. Yes, ma'am. It's all
right. Could you wait for me to get this
license back? And now you're going to
pull me over when I'm just leaving. I'm
leaving. All right. You know, I am going
to You know, I know you don't. I'm going
to just need you to stand out the car
for we going to talk for a minute. Just
try and calm down and just get to the
bottom of the situation. All right, I'm
calm. We We just want to make sure that
you're okay. All right. I got a
breathalyzer. I'm surely okay. The
police tested her alcohol level and
assessed her level of sobriety. They
noticed signs such as deed pupils and
slurred speech, indicating the
possibility that she may be under the
influence of stimulants. Therefore, they
asked her to get out of the car to
continue a more thorough investigation.
We're going to conduct some some tests
to make sure that you're safe to drive.
Stand on my head if you like. Okay.
We can have you sit on the front of your
car if you like. That would be easier
for you. I'm not sitting on the front of
my car. Um, do you have any physical
defects? I'm not doing anything that I
am supposed to do from people like
yourself. Yes, ma'am. Okay. We
appreciate that. So, don't don't ask me
questions that don't pertain to any of
this. Yes, ma'am. That are not legal
questions to ask me or things to do that
are not legal. concerned about your
safety right now, man. Okay. So, I need
to sit on the hood of my car for my
safety. Okay. So, I need to explain my
entire day to you for my safety. No,
man. We're just trying to get a better
just what you're doing. You don't have
the authority to ask me questions like
that and to do things like that. All
right. So, do you have any physical
defects or disabilities? Cuz we want to
get you out of here as quick as we can
as possible. My eyes are wonderful. If
you look closely, I'm wearing contacts.
Thank you, babe. Do you want to see my
prescription? You're fine. Are you sick
or injured? I heard you said that you
were sick earlier. Contacts. One came
out when I got to work. Put it back in
like good.
What's up? So, I'm not diabetic. I don't
have seizures. Okay.
Work and I just want to go home. I feel
like blowing a freaking day off to be
honest with you that I'm not really
sick. I lied. I'm not sick. I'm playing
hookie and I want to go home. There's
nothing wrong with me. There never was.
Did you ever lie to get out of work? No.
Okay, then you're lying now. Okay. Are
you taking any medications or drugs? No.
Okay.
It's too much powder. All right. You
said you are wearing contacts right now.
I can't see them. You can step back to
the back part of my eye. You can step
back to the back of your car. You want
to see some more contacts? I got two
more pairs. No, ma'am. You're fine. Are
you going to finish your question, sir?
Yes, sir. Cuz I'm playing hookie and I'm
busy. Okay. Playing hook. We're just,
like I said, we're just trying to make
sure. All right. So, right now, I'm
going to check your eyes. So, hold. I
wouldn't be able to drive the car. It
has a limit. Does it have a limit?
What's You know what the limit is set
to? Sure. Do you know how long ago they
put that in your car? You see the issue
date on that license? I did. I'm proud
of that license. Took me seven years to
get it. As you should be, and we're not
trying to take that away from you. Back
down in my car because I'm smoking this
baby, getting lightheaded, and I'm just
I'm trying I'm really proud to play
hooking now. I'm really enjoying sitting
here with you right now. The woman
denied using drugs, made conflicting
statements about her health, and
continued to refuse to cooperate with
further tests. Does this behavior
increase suspicions about her true
condition? Yes, I'm in the bottle. You
FaceTime? Um, I thought you were talking
to somebody else. To get my license
back. I was talking to y'all. Do you
feel like you're safe to drive? I feel
just fine to drive. I drove here, didn't
I? And look, look at what look at
what they said. Florida said good. We're
104.
They said I was. We just want to make
sure that there's no like other
impairment like drugs or or that you're
not having a me like anything anything
that we need to No. No. Shoot. I don't.
After returning to the car, the woman
suddenly drove away on her own, even
though the police asked her to stay.
This action forced the police to quickly
stop her, causing the situation to
escalate.
You are not free to leave. You are not
out of my mother.
Get out of the car. Get out of the car.
What are you going to do? You've got me
here for no reason. Stand at the reck of
your car. Call 911. No. Let me get away
at the rear of your car. Call 911. Stand
at the rear of the car. trying to do it
downstairs. Get away from me, mother.
Your car. Oh, you messing with You're in
trouble. You're in big trouble cuz he
really loves her. Sir, get your hands
off of me. Hands behind your back.
Ma'am, I need you to turn around for us,
please. Sir, ma'am, get away from me.
Ma'am, you need to turn around for us.
Get away from me. We're not asking you.
We're telling you to turn around for us.
Get away from me. Turn around. Get away
from me. Turn around. Put your hands. I
need your help on that screen.
Grab the keys. I need your help on that
screen. on the other side. Sir, help.
I'm at
work. Get your hand. Come help me.
Come out. Got it. Get her up there. Hey,
stop
resisting. When the other Stop

anywhere. I know. Stop resisting. We're
asking you to get out of the car. Calm
down. When the other cops get here,
they're taking Listen, listen. Listen.
You're only going to make this worse for
yourself. You know they're going to take
me to jail. Stop resisting. This is
You're making me You're making this
worse. You're making this worse. Step
out of the vehicle. Just step out. Just
step out for us. You're making this
worse. Worse. Relax. Step out of the

Just cooperate with us. All right. Step

they will take me. Okay. Come on. Just
step out with me. Step out. We're going
to put your handcuffs. We're going to
get your hand off of me. Come on. Just
step out with me. I will. Look. Legally,
the woman may be charged with the
following offense. Florida law title
SX3 vehicles motor vehicles SS
316.193 driving under the
influence penalties. One, a person is
guilty of the offense of driving under
the influence and is subject to
punishment as provided in subsection two
if the person is driving or in actual
physical control of a vehicle within the
state and the person is under the
influence of alcoholic beverages, any
chemical substance set forth in
S877.11 or any substance controlled
under chapter 89. 93 when affected to
the extent that the person's normal
faculties are impaired. As this case
continues to move through the legal
system, it serves as a reminder of the
consequences of affected conduct and the
importance of cooperating with law
enforcement to ensure fair and just
outcomes. On December 8th, 2024, police
were called to a Walmart store for a
theft. The suspects were identified as
two women below is what was recorded.
And how old are you? 31. 31. Do you guys
have ID cards or driver's license? You
don't have any form of
ID? Like if we look up your name,
there's not going to be an ID that comes
out.
No, I don't have my ID. But do you have
one?
ID. Yeah. Is it out of Florida? Is it
Where's it at? Jamaica. Jamaica. Do you
have one, Daniel, or No.
So, let me explain something, guys.
Okay. Um, we're trying to collect your
guys
information. And if we can get the
information like what you're saying and
all these things, maybe the phone
number.
If we can get that, there's a chance you
guys might be able to go home today.
You're going to be going to jail today.
Okay. Um, we can either give you a court
date.
You know, off the map, are you you guys
have phones on you right now? Yes.
Can you put up on Apple? Someone's
supposed to be picking up. Someone's
supposed to be picking you guys up. Is
this someone that you're staying with?
How did you guys get here? Dropped us
off. They dropped you off.
I got like I have baby stuff cuz I have
two kids. Okay. You have two kids?
No, I have.
So, you guys are just visiting from
here. Where you guys Where are you
visiting from? Thank you. From Jamaica.
How long you guys been here?
Huh? Could I ask some questions, please?
What? What is it that you want to ask?
Um, you are saying that um police began
questioning two women, one of whom was
named Britney from Jamaica about alleged
shoplifting. Both did not have valid
identification documents and appeared
confused when providing personal
information. What did you pay for?
They No, he wanted press charges. You
walked out with it. I know but I had
baby stuff in there. I had essentials
pain stuff that I I really needed and
could not afford to buy which I
understand it was wrong for shopping but
I couldn't pick it for them. You have to
make the sacrifice and pay for him just
to avoid all of
these we can go to regular register. No,
he would just tell the to
as much as I can. That's not how it
works. You've already passed. I
understand. But he looked at him, which
means he probably has some bad.
One of the two women admitted stealing
essential items for her children,
admitting her actions were wrong, but
citing financial difficulties. However,
this is still a crime that needs to be
prosecuted. They put on
her jewelry. I see you guys bought milk.
The milk is not going to be able to go
with you. The vape's not going to be
able to go with you. What kind of
medication is that? Is it prescribed to
you? Anything in your bra?
Leave your hand. Leave your stuff down.
Leave your stuff in your bag. We will
have to go through your bag, though. Oh
my god. If you resist, you're going to
get another hands behind your back.
Wait, wait, can I have a Can I breathe
for a second? I'm not violent. I'm not
violent. What happens when we go there?
Let's go ahead and take your bracelet
off. I just want to know. Look at me.
Look at me. Danielle, if you don't give
me your hand right now, you're going to
get another charge.
Danielle, one step at a time.
right now. We're just going to go have
you sit in the car.
That's not how we do things.
You're going to go over there. They're
going to hook you in. You're going to go
You're going to sell just for a bit,
maybe alone. Maybe there'll be like one
or two other people in there, right?
You're going to go through the process.
You're going to see the judge in the
morning. Then they're going to I can't
see. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. They're
going to give you a court date and then
you're going to be let go. That's
literally it. That's all it is.
No, that's not how it works. Okay. So,
is there any way I can get to No, not if
I have an a different ID. Is there a
anything? What do you mean different ID?
Like my passport? You're not But you you
guys are visiting from here. So, that's
not how it works, right? If I'm not
visiting, can So, are you lying to me
now? I'm
I'm totally because Daniel, I'm not
playing this game with you, right? If
you're lying, I'm trying to help you
guys out. But if you're saying now
you're lying, then I understand. It's
just that we deal with a lot of bad
people. So I don't know you. I don't
know her. Neither do these deputies. So
that's why I'm asking.
Wait, wait, wait, wait. Can I give you
You said it's not going to work. Why is
it not going to work? Because it's a
North Carolina purse. A pen. It's right
here, sir. Where? Can you hold my hand
and guide my hand? This one? Here, I'll
hold it. Sorry, there's stuff. That's
okay. I'm I'm happy that you did this
for us. Okay, we're still going to put
your hands. Hold on. I'll explain. We're
going to put you in your handcuffs.
You're going to go the car. We have some
paperwork we have to do and then we'll
decide where we go from there. Okay. But
this is this helps your case a little
bit. Okay. They're going to they're
going to adjust it and everything. So,
again, I patted you down. Is there
anything on you that I missed? Nothing.
I'll ask. It's considered contraband.
Whether it's drugs, whether it's
whatever on tucked off, stuck anywhere.
No, I can strip it right here.
You're supporting you opportunity to let
us know. No, nothing at all.
Okay. Is
there no ma'am?
Any again? Anything on you poke her,
stick me? Okay. Is there
anything? No.
Anything in your bowl?
Nothing tucked up, stuck anywhere, put
anywhere.
So that's not that's not how you you'll
be able to call her later. No. Are you
lying to me about your name? No, it's
right here. I'm just telling her it's
right here. Audrey, she's getting
resisting. She gave her a birth. Yeah,
she's getting resisting.
Dana, you're getting two charges. So,
you're getting the the theft and then
you're resisting for lying to me. And
then you're getting the uh Can you just
take her up to the car and like Yeah.
Where's your car at? It's very Stop. No,
I'm just making sure my things don't
fall out, which now she's out. Just
watch this one because I'm not. Finally,
the police handcuffed and arrested the
two women in accordance with the law.
During this process, Daniel, one of the
two suspects, initially showed an
uncooperative attitude when being
handcuffed, which risked increasing the
charges she faced. The above two
incidents demonstrate the importance of
complying with the law and cooperating
with enforcement agencies. Whether the
cause is financial difficulties or
suspected substance use, rebellious
behavior only increases legal
consequences. This is also a reminder of
the social responsibility to support
those in need. What do you think are
effective solutions for these
situations? Please leave your comments.
Thank you for following.
I'm going to put you in on me right now.
Back the up.
Off me, bro. Get off me. Get the off me.
He just got banged the [ __ ] out of my
head. Get the off of me. Get the off of
me. Off of me.
An incident at a school escalated
quickly when a female student refused to
comply with a suspension leading to
police intervention and a serious legal
outcome. What caused the situation to
spiral out of control? On July 25th,
2023, a tense incident occurred at a
school when a female student who had
been suspended refused to leave the
campus. The situation quickly escalated
into a confrontation between the student
and the police officers dispatched to
the scene.
She's suspended. Okay. Where are you
trying to get her to? I I want her in
Liba's office building. I'm going to put
you in there on me right now. Back the
up. Get the [ __ ] off me, bro. Get off
me. Stop. Get the off me. Get [ __ ] off
of me.
Oh my.
You need to stop.
Stop.
Get the off of me. Stop resisting. Get
the off. He needs to get off of me, boy.
Just bang the out of my He just got
banged the [ __ ] out of my head. Get the
off of me, bro. My head literally Get on
your stomach. Get the off of me. Get on
your on your stomach. He needs to get
off of me. Get on your stomach. Get the
off of me.
When the police approached the student,
they initially tried to resolve the
issue with her, but she began to flee,
forcing the officers to use restraint
measures. During this process, she
continued to resist, using foul language
and demanding that the police release
her despite the officer's repeated
orders to stop resisting. Get the [ __ ]
off of me, bro. Thing is unnecessary.
No, my mom is calling me. Stop.
Go to the front office.
Weird. Get the off of me.
All right. Get on your stomach. Touching
me right now, dog. Your stomach. Off of
me. I'm not going nowhere till my mom
gets here, bro. What the how this
works, [ __ ]
Get up off of me, bro.
to go.
Okay.
Resisting him. I'm not getting on the
floor. I'm just getting the up. Get me
your arms. No, you're not getting up. He
just said I can. I'm not standing. He's
not pushing me on the ground. All right.
Put your hands behind your back up. I'm
going to stand the up. What the you
going to do? No. I said no. I don't give
a handcuff me. No one was taking it that
serious, [ __ ] Blow this up.
The girl persisted in her defiance and
refused to comply with the officer's
commands, even going so far as to kick
one of the officers. Although the police
tried to control the situation, the
suspect continued to resist fiercely,
using vulgar language, and it took some
time before the officers were able to
handcuff her. In such situations, using
foul language or demanding to be
released while officers are instructing
you to stop resisting will only make the
situation worse and could lead to
serious legal consequences. It is best
to cooperate, listen, and follow
instructions to protect yourself and
avoid unnecessary escalation.
Y'all are so unnecessary. Y all my that
was unnecessary was walking the clutch
now to put me on the
37 right now. Why are you doing that?
Why do
anything
clear for no reason right now? Oh my
god. Can you loosen it? There's no
reason to
really office.
That's my office.
Stop pushing me around.
Go ahead.
[Applause]
The teenager's bad behavior showed no
sign of stopping. Throughout the process
of being taken to the office, she
continued to complain and criticize the
officers for their actions while also
using inappropriate language within the
school premises. The situation only
calmed down when her mother arrived at
the school after being informed of the
incident. Shortly after, additional
officers arrived at the scene to
transport her to jail.
131. What I'm going to do is I'm going
to take these off you go to SSG121.
That one on top of your head also.
So,
Miss Do you want to take your bracelets
off and leave with your mom or do you
want them to go with you? You want to
take it? What about your necklace? Could
they take it off? Yeah, they're going to
make you take all that off. Okay, I got
you. They're not going to fall. Is that
it? Yeah, that one can't come off. You
better shove your nose ring all the way
up in there. What? They take all of
those off. They might. I don't know. You
have anything in your pockets? What's
this? Um, can you give
me a dollar? Okay, fair enough. Just
going to make sure you don't have
anything in your pockets. Okay. Mint.
There's two of them. What?
Tic tac. Whoops. All the things you took
from me.
Yeah, there's another one right here.
Yeah, absolutely. You want to get the
rest of her stuff? The police completed
a few final procedures before taking her
to jail, including a safety search and
then returned to discuss the bail
procedures and the next legal steps with
the suspect's mother. Okay. I that's if
she doesn't point out. I cannot imagine
with this being her first arrest that
she would point out. Okay. So, she No
promises cuz I don't have the sheet in
front of me, but I could I could not
imagine her going to JD Colony to pick
her up today. Okay. Okay. All right. Can
I have you come back in with me? All
right. Yeah, I'm heading back to my
office.
The suspect, Jasmine, was later charged
with battery on a law enforcement
officer. Serious crime. According to 18
US code 111, it is illegal to assault,
resist, or impede a federal officers or
employees while they are performing
their official duties. This law
prohibits the use of force, threats, or
obstruction with penalties of up to one
year in prison for nonviolent
obstruction and up to 20 years if
dangerous weapons are used or serious
injury
occurs. Additionally, at the state
level, this crime is also considered
very serious with similar or even
stricter legal
consequences. For example, in Florida,
this is regulated under 784.07
07 where the penalty can be a thirdderee
felony may be enhanced depending on the
severity of the
offense. The above story reminds us that
resisting and using violence not only
leads to serious legal consequences but
also worsens the situation. Cooperating
with law enforcement not only protects
yourself but also helps maintain order
and build a safer, more peaceful
society. Always choose the right path so
we can together create a more peaceful
and stable community.
Sit up. Come on. Get up.
Come get the kids.
We're going to make sure they're taking
Okay. So, tell them to come over here
and let me listen to what my grandpa's
saying. writing down a message right
now. I can't hear it. On March 16th,
2024, police were called to Daytona
Beach, Florida, due to a report. When
the police arrived, they found Timothy
Stevens and Elishia Langley sleeping on
the beach. The video shows the police
trying multiple times to wake them
up. Sheriff's office, time to wake up.
need to sit up. Come on. Get up. Wake
up. Yep. Time to wake up, guys. Hey,
welcome back. Why you can't have eyeball
on the beach? It can be seen that the
police also took some time to wake them
up, surrounded by beer and scattered
children's items and toys. At this
point, the police asked them to present
IDs and inquired about their children.
Do you have ID?
My Give him my ID. Give him yours.
Are they with you?
Hey, your kids with you.
Hey, where are you? Your kids. Right
there.
Where's your ID? I don't have mine.
So, give him your ID. That's where he
wants your ID. over here.
Okay. Where are they? An ID is a
document used to verify an individual's
identity. These types of IDs are used in
various situations such as age
verification. Identity verification for
banking procedures, security checks at
airports, or upon request by the police.
Carrying and presenting an ID helps
confirm identity and comply with legal
regulations.
When asked by the police to present an
ID, people should cooperate and comply
with the request politely. Stay calm.
Communicate respectfully and clearly
with the police. If you do not
understand or have questions about the
reason for the ID request, ask politely.
I'm going to I'll go with him. Show me
where your kids are.
Nice day.
How old are they? Seven. Eight.
Boys, girls, boy, and a girl.
Okay. You don't know where they are.
The man then went toward the beach,
intending to look for the children. In
reality, Timothy Stevens was not the
biological father of the children, and
he admitted that he did not currently
know where they
were. It is important to know that child
neglect is a felony, which can result in
up to 15 years in prison and finds up to
$10,000. This is stipulated under
827.03 and 827.10
10 of the Florida
statutes. Children in the US are
protected through various measures to
ensure their safety and healthy
development. These measures include
intervention by the child protective
services when parental or caregiver
neglect is
detected. Education and support
programs. Negligent caregivers must
attend classes on parenting skills,
emotional control, and even substance
abuse rehabilitation. TES provides these
educational programs to help improve the
skills and awareness of parents or
caregivers. Employment and housing
supports assist parents or caregivers
and finding jobs or stable housing to
help them build a new life and better
care for their children. Temporary care
children are cared for by relatives or
licensed foster families or in child
welfare centers until the parents are
deemed fit to care for them again.
Therefore, the police decided to arrest
both Langley and Stevens.
I tried work. Yeah. Somebody wouldn't
know about it's not very nice. I don't
care.
Come get the kids. Why am I being
arrested? Can you tell them where we're
at? We're not allowed to have any beer
at the beach. Nope. Glass is not
allowed, but neither is because what
happens is people get drunk and when
they're drunk in that I only have like
two beers. Two is still illegal. Two is
still illegal.
Two is still illegal. In the US, most
cities and states have implemented bans
on public drinking except for a few
cities considered entertainment hubs.
Additionally, adults drinking alcohol in
public places, especially in areas
frequented by children, such as parks
and beaches, poses many risks of
negative impacts on both the drinkers
and those around them. According to
Daytona Beach Shore City regulations,
drinking any type of alcoholic beverage
on the beach is illegal. This is
stipulated based on Florida's general
open container law. Furthermore, Florida
beach rules also indicate that alcohol
is not allowed on the beach. Forget the
cod.
No. No. I want to I want to listen to
what my [ __ ] has to take care of. I
don't We can roll down the window. I'm
sorry, but him and him. I don't trust I
don't trust them. No. In the truck. She
said in the trunk in the truck. Can you
just wait? Can you roll down the window?
I want to make sure my kids We're going
to make sure they're taking care. Okay.
So, tell them to come over here and let
me listen to what my grandpa's saying.
Writing down a message right now. And I
can't hear the truck and I'd like you to
get in yourself. Get in the truck with
you this whole
time. Family resource center. So they're
going to take care of them. They'll feed
them. They'll clothe them and they'll be
comfortably waiting. Was it father or
grandfather arrived? Okay.
Okay. Let's try to get this over with.
Okay.
At this point, the woman named Alysia
began blaming her fiance and expressed
concern for the children. Well, about 20
minutes earlier, she and Stevens were
sleeping on the sand and unaware of what
was happening.
Got it.
Call an ambulance, please.
While handcuffed, the video shows
Stevens trying to run away from the
police, but he eventually collapsed on
the sand. According to reports, he was
taken to the hospital for evaluation and
was released to the Valuchia County Jail
a few hours later. When being arrested,
do not attempt to flee as this will only
worsen the situation and could lead to
more serious charges. Stay calm and
comply with police instructions to
ensure safety and minimize legal risks.
You know your rights, including the
right to remain silent and the right to
an attorney, and use them to protect
yourself. If accused of or involved in
resisting arrest, seek assistance from a
criminal law attorney for protection
during the legal
process. Both Langley and Stevens are
now facing child neglect charges. And
Stevens is also facing charges of
attempting to escape from law
enforcement and possession of alcoholic
beverages on the beach. Police later
found the two unsupervised children at a
nearby hotel in the swimming pool.
Fortunately, both were safe. The
Department of Children and Families took
care of them until their grandfather
from Georgia arrived to assume
custody. This case highlights the
dangers and serious consequences of
drinking in public and neglecting
children. Drinking in public and child
neglect can be prosecuted under laws
related to child safety and public
order. Resisting arrest by police can be
prosecuted under section 843.02
02 of the Florida statutes with
penalties of up to one year in jail or
fines up to
$1,000. Strict and decisive law
enforcement is necessary to protect the
community, especially children. The
police's arrest and handling of this
case are reasonable and necessary to
prevent similar actions in the future.
When accompanying children, always keep
an eye on them. Do not look away to
prevent unfortunate incidents from
happening. Additionally, parents should
control themselves, adhere to the law,
and ensure the safety of their children.

To the ground, then get in the car. Get
off of me. Get in the Don't kick
me. Get in your knees in the car. I will
beat your I'm in here already. I'm in
here. Stop. I don't care. Disregarding
the law or engaging in illegal
activities almost always leads to
serious legal consequences.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What? What?
What? Hold on. Wait. What? No. No. No.
No. No. No. Why are you doing this? No.
I have pets. Why are you putting me in
cops right now? Why are you bringing me
in cops, sir? Let's take a closer look
at cases where women due to wrongful and
unlawful actions are forced to face the
lifealtering reality of incarceration.
On July 18th, 2021, officers were
dispatched to a home following a 911
call about an intoxicated mother
allegedly in engaging in abusive
behavior. Here is the unfolding of the
arrest. The girls, can my kids can can
my kids go in the truck if they're
leaving? I don't need them to be
involved in anything extra. How about
you step back here with me and talk? I'm
going to go this way. Can we go this
way? Yeah. They can stand under the
porch out of this door. My kids go my
kids go in the truck. Is that okay?
Let's talk over here. They're 12 years
old. We'll deal with that in a second.
Let's talk over here. Let's go over
there. Excuse my daughter's book. She's
turning 13. I don't know why this is a
problem, but like apparently when you
turn 13, you're entitled. I don't I
don't [ __ ] know. I don't have a car
because I I got in a wreck with a semi
on June 1st. I can show you the
paperwork for this. No, that's fine. Um,
however, my dad is here to pick the my
daughters up, okay, unannounced, for
their birthday, which is okay for their
birthday, right? I'm the mom. I have
full custody. My husband is on the phone
right now. I'll put him on speaker. My
husband's on the phone. Okay. He lives
in Charlotte. I have full custody.
I have raised these girls by myself for
the last 4 years. Okay. So, what's the
issue with him coming to get them? He's
controlling.
So, you don't want him to come in now?
This is his house, though. He said he's
going to take them out for their
birthday. For her birthday party is
vapor. No. No. He's not taking them out
for their birthday. He wants to get this
resolved so he can go to the [ __ ]
bar. What do you want me to do? I don't
know what to do right now. Well, what
can I help you with? Make him leave,
please. And how long do I have? If you
want to move out, we can move out.
That's That's up to you. I can move out
any time, but how long legally do I
have? Whatever. If he evicts you, then
he evicts you. Then he's going to do it
tomorrow or Monday. That's a whole
process that can take weeks. Months.
Weeks or months. It could Yeah, I know.
Okay. I know. But this is his house. I
rent from him. I do. I do. Okay. So,
this is his house, but he can't legally
come inside my home even though I rent.
Right. You have to have a notice. There
are certain laws. Yeah. Landlord tenant.
So, what is what is my law for him
coming into my home? I'm not trying to
ask for this, but he wants to take my
kids, too. I'm a good mom, and I know
Florida is a mother's state. You don't
want him to take him out somewhere? No.
[ __ ] no. But you're clearly inebriated.
You're in under the influence of
alcohol. I'm not. So, what's I'm the
mother. What's wrong with him just
taking him out for a little bit? He
doesn't do this. He didn't do this when
I was a kid either. Well, this is them.
This isn't you. Maybe he just wants to
So the grandfather wanted to be better
for the grandchild. When the police
arrived, the mother insisted she had
full custody of her children and denied
all allegations. She also argued over
the presence of her father. What made
her believe she was entitled to act with
such impunity? This this afternoon, our
mom was drunk and was and she wasn't
really paying attention. And that's been
for a couple days. So, we decided to go
to our grandpa's for like a couple hours
and then we came back and our mom got
mad at us and she said that she was
kicking us out and she ripped Jada's LED
lights and she choked Jada and this
morning she was also hitting me and she
hit me this afternoon too. So, we called
her grandpa and then she locked the door
over there. She isn't letting us grab
any of our things. They they were at my
house for about three hours. They packed
their backpacks halfway to my house. I
live on 110th and they called me because
she's got asthma. Well, I don't know
because because they stayed at my house,
like I said, for three or four hours.
And then they said, "Well, we got Amazon
stuff coming up that we ordered and
we're afraid that mom's going to get it.
We ain't going to find it tomorrow and
this and that. Will you take us back
home?" And she said, "I got a doctor
appointment Wednesday for my iron to be
checked. Can you take me to the doctor's
Wednesday?" The situation grew more
complex when the two children gave
detailed accounts of what had occurred.
One child revealed they had experienced
difficulty breathing during a tense
moment while both described heated
arguments with their mother.
See right there on that side you turn
that black Chevy.
What's that mark there? It's right
there. That's been there for a little
while but this morning she was slapping
me all around my face. Yes, ma'am. I was
going to say
she always um negative. They moved from
they lived well they lived in my house
for a year and a half. No rent, nothing.
All of them. All three of them. Yeah.
And I lived here with my girlfriend.
This is her house and they moved in with
the Mark's parents and after about 3
months they threw them out and they were
living in a hotel and I gave them money
to come back down here. The police
documented physical markings on the
children's bodies that corroborated
their accounts. The grandfather also
disclosed that this was not the first
time the children had turned to him for
help in troubling circumstances. So what
happened when they when they came when
they showed up here? CJ, you're on
speaker. Okay, I'm listening. You hear
me? What? I'm sorry. What happened again
when they came here? From your My kids
have full custody of them. I don't
understand what's going on. Well, we
just want to know if there was a
physical altercation that happened when
when they got here with Did you guys um
No, there's no physical altercation. I
don't touch my kids. My dad used to do
this to me. I will never be that. We are
going to end
up what? Hold on. Wait. What? No. No.
No. No. No. Why are you doing this? No.
No. No. I have pets. Why are you putting
me in cuffs right now? Why are you
putting me in cuffs, sir? Why are you
putting me in cuffs? I'm going to reach
Marine once. Why? What did I do? I'll
tell you. Just give me Why are you
putting me in [ __ ] cuffs right now,
though? All right. You have the right to
anything you say can and will be used
against a lawyer. You have the right to
talk to a lawyer and have a present with
you while being questioned. If you can
afford to hire a law a lawyer won't be
appointed for represent any questioning
if you wish. You can decide anytime you
these rights. You listen and ask any
questions or make any statements. Do you
understand these rights I explained to
you? No. I don't know why I'm in cuffs
right now. What did I do? Do you
understand the rights I just explained
to you? No. My dad paid arrested for
child abuse. For what? Child abuse. Are
I just said no. I just said I did not
touch my kid. Are you kidding me?
You all you
I
never take seat for
No, this is wrong. Kick your feet in.
This is wrong. He's taking my kid for
the wrong putting the feet in. All
right. After gathering sufficient
evidence and testimony, the officers
decided to arrest the mother. She was
charged with child abuse under Florida
law. Despite her persistent protests of
innocence, the police acted in
accordance with the law to ensure the
children's safety. The mother's actions
violated Florida statute SS
827.03, which clearly outlines the
responsibility to protect children from
physical and emotional harm. Under the
law, causing significant harm to a child
can result in felony charges punishable
by up to 15 years in prison and a
$10,000 fine depending on the severity
of the violation. This incident
underscores the critical role of law
enforcement and social services in
safeguarding children while also
sparking discussions on effective
measures to prevent similar dangerous
situations in the future. This is a
reminder of parents responsibility to
protect their children. Beyond legal
enforcement, educational and
psychological support is needed to
create a safer and healthier environment
for children.
On January 28th, 2024, police in Ohio
received a call from a Kroger store
reporting that a woman, later identified
as Mon'nique Smith, had stolen items by
placing them in a bag and leaving the
store without paying. Here's what
happened
next. What do I mean? Uh, I got called
on you from Kroger. Oh, I had the tissue
underneath and uh I actually I had a a
paper towel and I put it on the top and
then I forgot and I woke back and said,
"Oh, I forgot how much it did." Then I
had the tissue underneath. That's not
their version of it. What's their
version? I was only in there for 5
minutes. Okay. Do you have a receipt for
all the stuff? What stuff? Did you take
anything from Kroger? I didn't have
this. You what? I didn't have this in my
cart. Yeah, I had this and that in my
cart and this cuz we were calling on
you, your exact person, for a theft in
progress from Kroger from the tissue.
Well, I gave the tissue back to her.
Well, you took it out of the store. So,
that's a theft. So, you can either
cooperate. Listen to me. You can either
cooperate with us. I did not take the
tissue out. I gave it back to her. So,
regardless of whether you gave it back
to them or not, it's still theft. You
still took it. I didn't take it out the
store. Took it past points of sale.
Okay. I have a paper paper towel.
Explanations are fine for after. Can
somebody go talk to the people at
Kroger? They were in the parking lot by
the uh they teach you how to roll a
paper towel. Kroger doesn't call us for
[ __ ] Okay. So, we're going to go
talk to them. They're going to tell us
what happened. So, that's what the best
thing you can do is cooperate with us
and tell us. I am cooperating. Okay.
Don't feed us on some [ __ ] cuz they
got cameras. We'll watch all that. Okay.
And you can see I gave they paper I
priced paper towels. But you didn't go
in there with that stuff. Yes, I did cuz
I was in there for earlier before I went
to DJ. Upon receiving the call, police
approached Mon'nique near the store.
When questioned, Mon'nique denied the
theft and offered a different
explanation, claiming she had forgotten
a roll of toilet paper under a roll of
paper towels, but had returned it
because of what they've told her so far
that you stole all this stuff in this
bag. Okay. I'm asking for mine. Makes me
think you left and you're hiding out
over here on the other side of a fence.
Well, it looks to me like I'm waiting
for the bus. I had a roll of tissue
underneath and I had paper towels and I
priced it and I forgot the tissue. Well,
we have a huge step problem back. But
while we're doing our investigation, you
do have to provide us the information
we're asking for. When you were giving
us attitude back and we got stern with
you, you have to give us the information
we're asking for. Okay. All right. I'm
going to identify you regardless of how
it shakes out. But you asking me all
this information over paper towel that I
gave back. I was in there twice. I went
over there and I came back. I went to go
get a tissue and I gave it back. Why you
grabbing me? You have a warrant for your
arrest. No, I don't. You got a Why do I
have a warrant? Don't wait a minute.
Wait a minute. Relax. If you don't
relax, I will charge you with resisting.
If you do not relax, I will charge you
with resisting when I tell you I tell
you to cooperate. This is not relaxing.
I have a warrant for my arrest. Yes, you
do. When I when they ran your social,
they just told me you had a warrant. All
right. All this could have been avoided
except for the warrant. You just Why do
we know I have a warrant? I don't know.
I haven't been able to get that far cuz
you haven't been straight with me. I
mean, you didn't let me know. You're
doing You doing this. You're moving
around. That's why. Stop moving. I'm
trying to loosen them up. You Okay, wait
a minute now. Relax. I am relaxed. I'm
about ready to just put you on the
ground. Y'all always do. And y'all broke
my arm before. Relax. I broke my arm
before. Now I can get if I'm in there.
Okay. All right. Look, let me put my
arms together because I been through
this. Okay. Now, let my arm go. You are
not the one that char. Okay. I'm not
going to trip you. I'm preventing you
from moving cuz you've not been
cooperative from the jump. All I was
trying to do is investigate a theft
investigation and you have stopped me at
every turn. Oh, no. You say I got a
warrant for my arrest once I gave you my
my thing. You might have both. You do
have a warrant, but I was trying to
figure out the theft thing before. Okay.
So, when is the warrant? I haven't been
able to get that far because you have
not been cooperating with me. You have
anything on your personal illegal or
dangerous? No. Anything going to cut,
poke, or stick me? No. Okay. Separate
your feet for me. When is the warrant?
We don't know all that. Can you put my
tablet in my bag, please? Everything
will go with you. At the moment, I'm a
little bit less concerned about your
tablet. More concerned about making sure
there's nothing. I want to leave it on
the ground. I don't have anything. When
is the warrant for us? There's nothing.
Can you confirm all that for us? When
you have a warrant, our step is to
detain you for your safety and ours so
we don't get Despite the officer's
efforts to clarify the situation, Monik
refused to provide identification or
cooperate, which escalated tensions. Her
resistance and inconsistent statements
resulted in her being detained into a
tussle like we just did.
That's all my stuff. That's all mine.
Based on your reaction and how you're
behaving towards us, I'm going to say
you probably sold it. I haven't been
doing this job. I've only been doing
this job for a few days. I've only been
doing for a few days, but I'm going to
say this shit's stolen. You find I find
a receipt, I'll be more than happy to
tell you I'm I'm an idiot. Not that bag.
This bag? Yeah. This bag? Yeah. All
right. No,
it's a receipt and talk to TJX, too. We
got stuff. There ain't no receipt in
here.
No, he bought that for me. Steal. Yeah,
he went in the car. He bought that.
That's his stuff. Who's he? Yeah. Who?
That's my boyfriend. Okay. All right.
Well, we'll check on it. You've been out
stealing. I'm not a fool. You act like
I'm an idiot. I'm not acting like you're
idiot. All right. Well, you are. Not
much. You're You've been out stealing
today. I just think those are my I had
days. I couldn't hear. They're wanting
to know how much products you got. We
got all kinds of stuff from We got all
kinds of meat and frozen stuff, some
cereal, some juice, some tea. We got
fella stuff.
And you threw toilet paper at him. So
I'll just charge it with the robbery.
You want to cooperate? I throw toilet
paper at him. I had toilet paper under
tossed it at
him. To her. My guess is to get away.
No, I took the toilet paper down back
down the road. All right. Down the
aisle. Well, you're going to get charged
with theft, too. You can't produce a
receipt.
[Music]
Say, huh? Just say. Okay. Can I get some
of that, please? My soda.
Can I get some of my soda, please?
You're going to take You might as well
take this TJ Maxx [ __ ] too. No, that's
that's that's that's mine. If we can
find a receipt, we're going to hold on
to it. That came from home. So, you can
tag on TJ Maxx. That's all that [ __ ] is
from home with the tags from TJ Maxx.
Yeah. All that from home. All that All
this from home. Until we can determine
that. I think that good bags. That's all
from home. Cuz we'll give her the soda.
Where my soda?
I'm not going to give you a drink cuz
there's potentially you stole it. I'm
not going to give you a drink of
something. I got a lot of stuff with me.
Come on now. I have all this stuff. You
haven't given me a single reason to
believe it. All right. No, I don't have
a bag that uh I might for that thing or
all that stuff. I might have a womb bag.
My EV kit. During the investigation,
officers discovered items with TJ Maxx
tags. Moniku insisted that these items
belong to her, but her inability to
produce receipts undermined her
credibility. This raised further
suspicion that the items might have been
stolen from another location. Incidents
like these not only shed light on the
challenges of law enforcement and child
protection, but also emphasize personal
responsibility in complying with the law
and fostering a safer living
environment. What are your thoughts on

Stop. Undo it.
Actions that go beyond social norms
often serve as a profound wakeup call,
emphasizing the importance of
accountability and mutual respect within
the community.
Just turn. Stand up. Turn up. Put your
hands behind your back. Going to be
arrested for 30 years in a
second. He's going to jail, too.
Here, we analyze cases of women facing
the consequences of their actions,
providing insight into the connection
between personal freedom and community
responsibility.
On May 15th, 2023, police received a
call from a man reporting that a woman's
kicking at the front door of his home.
Hey, come on out here for me real quick.
Hey, so what's going on? My boyfriend
left. Your boyfriend left? How long have
you been staying here?
Like how many do you live here? So he
said that somebody was nearby. So that's
why and you match the description. So
I'll be on
You're not under arrest. But until I get
stuff figured out, but just for now,
just until we get stuff figured out.
You're not under arrest. You're being
So do me a favor and turn around. All
right. And then put your hands behind
your back real quick. We're going to
figure everything out. Okay.
I can. Yeah, please. Yeah, sure. When
police arrived, the woman identified as
the man's ex-girlfriend claimed she
entered the house through an unlocked
sliding door to get her car keys. She
was temporarily handcuffed while police
investigated and was told she needed to
clarify the situation before making a
decision. How's Joe supposed to give you
your keys back then? We need to
communicate. Give me a chance to talk.
Did you get out? And now he go to
police. I've been keep telling like I
don't have a car key. So, so listen, the
the issue I'm so embarrassing. I'm not
even here. Okay. Well, the issue is is
that you you basically broke into his
house. No, I don't. The side door was
open. Okay. Did you have permission to
go in? Why not? I I I have to buy his
house. I'm sorry. I put the money on to
buy his house. You put the money down to
buy his house? Throughout the
interrogation, the woman lost her
composure when answering the police,
admitting that the door was unlocked.
She also declared that she contributed
money to buy this house. So, this is all
going to be your info. I need you to
fill out. When you're done, you're going
to go down here and say, "I do not want
to press charges on her name." So, she
doesn't get arrested. Nothing. Right. As
long as you say that. You told me on the
phone. Not not press charges. Right.
Right. So, you got a point already? Yep.
It's not working. You mind? It's just uh
in situation like this sometime is
emotional. You know what I'm saying? So,
I get you keep a level ahead. Yeah. The
quicker you get this done, the quicker
we could get her out of here and all
done up. Sir, just to confirm we're on
the same page. You don't want any
charges pressed. You don't want to
trespass. N she just intoxicated. I
don't want to be in a position where I
get you. Excellent. Wanted to make sure
we were on the same page. All right. You
know what I mean? All right. Just keep
working on the statement form for me.
All right. So, Lee, you are intoxicated.
So, you're not capable of driving away
right now, but you can take your car
keys, go home, drink water, eat food,
take a nap, and then come get your come
get your car later on. Well, I don't
have a mobile phone. That's why I've
been asking you. Do you have your Do you
know your friend's phone number?
Does he know your friend's phone number?
What the [ __ ] I know my life. Where do
you live? Do you live at this address on
here? Le me
said loot. Yeah, that's far side. How
far? That's 53.
Coming, man.
What's up? I'm trying to find my
license. It's kind of confusing now. Do
I really have to? I gave my social data.
Is that good enough or what? Uh, let me
see real quick. Just keep working on it
and if it's a problem, I'll let you
know. So, if I give you a ride back to
your house, are can you get in your
house? I don't know. That's my key. I
just want to What do you mean you don't
know if you can get in your house?
So, if we get your car keys, stay there.
Joe, do you know where her car keys are?
He said that your keys and your phone
should be at your house. How about
bringing my car? Okay, but did you have
your keys? Of course. Remember that you
got escorted by the deputies back to our
house last night. Okay. So, did you
drive over here? The man decided not to
sue the woman for trespassing or
breaking the door. However, the woman
was still in a state of agitation and
crying. The police emphasized that the
situation could be complicated if she
did not cooperate. They offered to take
her home. I did not
leave. Leave. Why are you You need to
stop. None of this is helpful for you
right now. I want you to go home, too.
But I'm trying to figure out where your
keys are. I can't believe that I
was the last time. He [ __ ] got
the [ __ ] out. I'm going to drive you
home. Okay. Cuz once she's done,
yo, why give me three songs and she
[ __ ] you know, ran off. You going to
be feeling good? This is not helpful for
you. I just want to go back to my
country. This is not a [ __ ] I need
you to calm down for a second. You
[ __ ] call the police on me. I got
handcuff.
[ __ ] you. Do you want me to drive you
home? We're gonna go over to my car and
we're gonna go home then. So, grab your
driver's license, contact him. I
understand. Thank you. Listen, leave.
Whenever you go home, sleep, drink
water, eat, and then call him and try to
find out if he has your keys or if they
are actually at home. So, that's fine.
But you can keep that. Okay.
No, I didn't see any of that. Please
don't talk to him. We're going to go to
my car so that we can go. [ __ ] light.
Yo,
walk out. Whoa. What the [ __ ] is that?
What the [ __ ] is that?
Stop.
Undo it cuz I'm
putting a lot of tires in
that. I got it.
So I'm going down now you are. The
situation escalated when the woman began
shouting aggressively, resisting
forcefully and unexpectedly assaulting
an officer during the process. This act
led to her being subdued and immediately
arrested on the spot for assaulting a
law enforcement officer. She was
subsequently taken into custody for
strict legal processing. Legally, the
woman violated multiple legal
regulations, including the offense of
trespassing as defined under section
810.08 of the Florida statutes. This
statute states that trespassing on a
property without permission is a
firstderee misdemeanor, punishable by up
to one year in jail, probation, and a
$1,000 fine. Additionally, she was
charged with assaulting a law
enforcement officer as defined under
section
784.07 of the Florida statutes. This is
also a first-degree misdemeanor with
penalties including probation fines and
the possibility of imprisonment. These
violations highlight the serious legal
consequences of disregarding personal
boundaries in the law. This incident is
a warning about the consequences of
uncontrolled decisions. Although the
police and the victim tried to resolve
the situation amicably, the woman's
escalating actions led to inevitable
legal
consequences. On April 28th, 2024, at
the Bokea Bash event in Florida,
officers handled a typical case
highlighting the dangers of operating a
vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
This case involved a woman driving a jet
ski after drinking, violating speed zone
regulations. So, you understand what the
problem was? You You said you went too
fast. I told her. Yeah. Yeah. So, you
told her. I told her. Okay. Gotcha.
Whose jet ski is this? Oh, it's yours.
Okay. And then you were just driving
driving and borrowing it? Yeah, I was
just enjoying it. Just enjoying it.
Okay. Gotcha. So, did is there a reason
why you took over and started driving?
No, she asked me to drive. She asked you
to drive after she got stopped by us.
You're saying I didn't ask. Right now,
we're stopping. Yeah, but before No, I
didn't. No, that's us stopping you.
Yeah. So, yes. So, when you guys when
she got stopped, you she asked you to
take over. Is that what you're saying?
Right here. When you turn around, you
grab the throttles.
And the then the wheel. You grab the
wheel. Okay. All right. So, just getting
getting that underway. And where's the
registration for your vessel? You have a
picture of it. Okay. Sure.
And do you have your ID with you?
No, mine's in the boat. Yours is in the
boat? I was trying to go to my boat. My
wallet? My wallet?
What's that? My wallet? Your wallet?
Okay. She got my wallet. And we're going
to have to see when when we get done
with this. We'll just check for the uh
check the fire extinguisher. And do you
have a horn or whistle for your jet ski
as well? And you and you don't have an
ID with you or a driver? It's in my
boat. It's in your boat. Okay. What
we'll do is we'll just take your name
and date of birth. What's the wristband
for? What's that? Oh, when I was uh in
the the pier. What's the pier? I don't
know. I'm not from around here. Oh, from
uh Do you have a boater ID card as well
or No, I don't think she No, just drive
license. Yeah, you have to have a boer
identification card to operate. But he's
good because you're with him, but he's
got the temporary. No, I'm saying for
future reference to let you know. Okay.
So, if you're by yourself, you need to
have one. But right now, he's taking
over for you. No, no, no. I mean I mean
he's if he has one, you can drive as
long as he's on the boat with you. You
can't drive by yourself. During the
initial exchange, officers identified
that the woman did not possess the
required boating license. Although her
boyfriend had a temporary permit, her
operation of the jet ski in a restricted
speed zone made her the focal point of
the investigation. Additionally, the
police suspected that the woman was
impaired while operating the vehicle.
Just want to run you through some field
tests to make sure you're safe to be
operating. You're okay with that? I'm
not going to operate anymore. Yeah. I'm
not going to drive anymore. I know, but
you were operating. Okay. So, we want to
make sure you're safe. You want to just
sit right here for me?
Right there. Sit down. There you go. So,
if you could just move to the front edge
of your seat for me. Why do I have to?
What's that? Why do I have to? Uh, if
you move to the front edge of your seat
so we can begin the filter body tasks.
But why do I have to do that? No. No.
Sit down. Sit down. But why do I have
to? And then move move forward. Okay,
there you go. Pupil size.
rest. Check for equal track. Don't move
your head. Just follow with your eyes
and your eyes only. Okay. Right here.
Okay. Remember to keep your head still.
Okay. All right. Equal tracking is good.
We're going to check for lack of smooth.
Last one. I'm going to go slow again.
Okay. Make fist with both of your hands.
Place your left fist at the center of
your
chest and your right fist against your
left fist. It's going to look like this.
When I say begin, you must perform four
tasks. The first task is to count out
loud from one to four while you move
your fists in a step-like fashion,
making contact between your fists at
each step. The second position of your
fists, after you've counted to four,
clap your hands three times and return
your fists to memorized position. One at
a time.
And the third task is to move your fists
in a step-like fashion in reverse order,
counting out loud from five to eight and
returning your left fist to your chest.
It's going to look like this. Five, six,
seven,
eight. The fourth task is to open your
hands with your palms down and place
them in your lap.
Do do what you can remember. All right.
Are you
okay? Are you done?
Okay. What I need you to do now is just
turn stand up. Turn around. Put your
hands behind your back. Okay. You're
going to be arrested for voting under
the influence at a point where your
normal faculties are impaired. The woman
was asked to board the patrol boat to
perform standardized field sobriety
tests, SFSTs. Although initially
cooperative, she quickly exhibited signs
of impairment, including difficulty
following basic instructions. She was
subsequently arrested for operating a
vessel under the influence of alcohol.
Should I wait, please? Do it.
Go ahead and stand up. Turn around. Look
at those numbers. Put your hands behind
your back.
You're being placed under arrest voting
under the influence. Okay.
The next task is the palm pat. You're
going to place your hands palm to palm
with one hand up and one hand down like
this. Remain in this position while I
explain the task. Do you understand?
When I tell you to begin, turn a top
hand over and count out loud one. Then
turn a hand back over and count out loud
two. counting only when your hands make
contact like
this. One, two, one, two, one, two.
Repeat this speed up as you go and do
not stop until told. Make sure to keep
your hands and fingers parallel during
each pat like
this. Do you
understand?
Okay, go ahead and begin.
I'm sorry.
Okay, just do what you can remember.
I'm sorry. Do what you can remember.
Okay. Meanwhile, her boyfriend also
underwent testing but failed to pass. As
a result, he was also arrested for the
same reason. The above incidents are a
