Yeah, of course. >> Of course. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I I don't know what we're doing wrong. Well, I made a traffic stop and he continued to keep driving and pull into the driveway. >> Okay. No, no, we're talking. >> Okay. Did he go inside? >> He did. >> Did he? >> He did. So, no. I'm going to have you stay out here for now. Okay. >> Okay. >> Where are you guys coming from? >> We went for a drive and then we just came back. >> Bro, he just left as collateral. >> While the women remain cooperative, the 24year-old man the officer is looking for has vanished inside the house. and she doesn't know the man the officer is looking for to avoid arrest this night. >> Lock the vehicle going 38 on the east coast. Quickly pulls into the driveway, gets out of the vehicle, storms into the house, and I'm telling him to stop. Gets into the house, locks, >> they step out. >> They're both going. He >> is too. >> You told him to stop. We have a reason to go in and go get them. They have ability to >> do either of you have a key to get into the house? >> No, I can call him. >> Okay. >> Oh, he lost. I have his phone. >> I have a phone. >> Okay. So, >> I have his phone. I have my phone. His phone. >> Okay. Would there be a reason that he got out of the car? No. >> I have my wife's phone. >> He wouldn't go home to go to bed. He was picking me up. She was going to go home. That was that was it. >> Why don't they call it like it is Jesus? >> Anxious. And that's why he got out of the car. >> Okay. Like I think it was an anxiety thing more than anything. >> Okay. That doesn't really give him the right to just keep going into the house. >> Okay. Is this Is there an upstairs? >> No, there's not. It's just this. It's just they have they have like an other >> Okay, who's there? Is there somebody who's got that open in I don't know. >> I don't see anybody here. So, must have went in the bedroom. >> Must have went into a different room. >> Where did he pick you up from? >> Just the street over at like Franklin. >> Okay. So, where were you? >> I was on Franklin. We just drove up. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink? >> I just only had two. >> Okay. And what about him? I don't know. >> That wouldn't be any other reason why he got out of the car so fast. >> No, no, no. It's his anxiety. I promise. Anxiety. >> It's his anxiety. I promise. >> Exactly. >> I have his phone and he's >> I'm the exact same way. I'm not going to lie. Like if I was in that same position, I would have done the exact same thing. Okay. So, first door goes in and there's a second door that's barely even open. >> So, there's two apartments. >> No. So, like there's the exterior door, but then there's an interior door a couple feet in to the left. >> Okay. Still, that's the only way in and out, >> I think. So, unless one of these doors go in, which looking through here, this goes into the living room. >> Okay. Is that one unlocked? No. >> So, did you end up popping that other door or not? Not yet because I didn't I saw that there were two doors. >> Yeah. If you want to come here for a second. So that white door is just on the inside to the left of the exterior door. >> Okay. Probably easier just to pop this door. >> Yeah, I think so. >> Kaye, come this way. We're going to go through here. >> Police department, open up. >> You gave ample opportunity on both sides. Portis 25 making entry. >> Police department. >> Police department. That'd be so funny. >> Got to search for it. What the I do? I'm chilling with my girl over here. What the hell did I do for y'all to surround my house and block him out? You guys got to search for us? >> I know we're going to see that at some point. You guys need to search for it or what's up? >> What is all this for? Let's talk about it. >> Really? >> No. And I did not do nothing wrong. >> Okay. Take a seat. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. I'm going to take a seat. >> Go sit down. 135. >> As the 24year-old continues to deny ever being behind the wheel, his presence and insistence seem to get to one of the women who suddenly changes her statement in a desperate attempt to protect him. >> Oh my god, the bikini bot. I swear. >> Can I call my mom? >> It's so good. >> You can come out. >> You know that. >> Can you go over there? Okay. >> Okay, I get that much. Mom, my mom, >> if you want to take me in. >> Nope. Do not feel bad for him for a stupid decision he made. >> Okay. Okay. I'm not feeling bad for him. Whatever. He didn't do anything either. We were both in the car. >> Sally figure out where these two are going. You said you saw open ins potentially in there. Yeah, there's empty twisted tea cans are in the driver's seat in a case of twisted tea. >> Okay. Anything that looks like they could be full or considered. >> I don't know. I It cans are tipped up and all I see is a cracked open top. >> Yeah, this video is going to get so funny. I just Why don't you interview her? Far where she's going to go and then uh >> I'll talk to her. >> Why don't you help me with the car quick? >> Okay. >> Okay. So, who else lives here? >> It's just me and that lives here. >> Okay. But for now, as they decide to bring him into the station for a field test, they are about to find out that he is reluctant to admit anything and will reveal something about the woman that catches them completely off guard. >> I didn't do nothing. Cuz I'm obviously if I don't submit to that, I'm suspended right away. I know >> that's not how this works for the preliminary breath test. This is just to give a baseline number to see how much alcohol you've had. >> I bet you guys can use that against me. >> That'd be funny. I'd probably get charges for not giving him my ID and I have it on my sweater. [laughter] Be the most ridiculous thing ever. >> No, the preliminary breath test is not incriminating. >> Well, then why do you want me to take it so bad? cuz you know they'll be like, "No, not that ID. I've been real with y'all this. >> I know. I I told you. I just got to fill out this form and then I will read it to you and then we will go from there. >> I don't want to do no blood. What an idiot. >> At the end, nobody at this scene can tell them what he says. >> Was that 11:03 today or yesterday? Was it 11:03? >> Today. Today. I just coming home. I take it. The corn was around the neck and I take it out. The first thing anybody in this family >> Yeah. What the he I don't understand. It's audio, not video. Okay. But still, I don't understand. It's so weird. Why did he say he had that? Why would he send it to him if it's him? What the hell? >> Did was take the cord off her neck. >> My son, her hands were bound. >> Video is a voice message. Okay. >> And what were her hands bound by? >> Same difference. >> Yeah. A >> homicide scene is a record of one event, and it only reads correctly if nothing is moved. By the time the first officer walked through that door, the cord was off her neck, her hands were free, and a work glove had been thrown into the room. >> What's your name? >> You're her You're the fiance. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> He also doesn't really seem to be like all that torn up about it. Like he didn't even react when they went in and were like looking at her. >> What happened? >> I don't know. Uh >> what did you see when you came? >> She was She was like this and a cone right here and around the neck. >> Where was the cord at? >> Right there. >> Okay. Come here. I want you to show me where's the cord at now. >> It's on the ground. flashlight. >> Hello, Michigan. How's it going? >> Where Where was she when you found her? >> Over here. >> It was right there. >> Okay. Where's the cord at that fall? >> No. No one. >> That one there. >> And the white one. I think so. >> What's Where's the white one? >> I don't know. I I I think it's that one. >> Okay. Was that one around her neck? Yes. >> Yeah. But it's also not just that Plymouth. There's a lot of other That's kind of weird. Especially like when when they were like, "Oh, somebody's talking at the end of the video." He's like, "No, no, no, no talking." >> This is why I think this is my from my job. Her hands were tied up and her cord was around her neck apparently. Oh, when I got here, they they were untied and the cord wasn't around her neck cuz the boyfriend was trying to like help her. >> Well, look at this video. This looks like a wild video. What is North Korea life is actually like beyond Pyongyang? I'm going to watch it. I'm going watch out stream obviously. It's really long. Oh, no, it's not. It's only 14 minutes. Maybe we'll watch stream later. >> I think it's that cord if you guys want. >> I assume so. Cuz it's the only one I see. I just want to address her. >> And I think I think this was tied around her hands or I'm not sure >> cuz he tried to hand me this cord earlier. >> Can you do your do me a favor? Shine your flashlight around her neck. >> It is fake news though. It's on CNN. All right. >> Where was she hanged from? >> A lot of people. >> Um, I'm not certain because when I got here, she wasn't hanging. And I think Corporal Davis might know that answer. >> I saw your post, John Porig. I saw it before you threw it away. You said, "Who uses Discord in 2026?" No, I'm just kidding. It's fine. [laughter] I don't like that. >> He probably put that message and then he was like, "Damn, what did I put that?" I used this picture. >> What was she hanging with? >> Unsertain if it was this cord or I think this cord wrapped around her hands possibly, but I don't know. That's the only cord I see. >> Are you talking about Discord? Discord or Discord? >> That would work. >> I probably talking about the video. Maybe. I don't know. I don't remember where he put it. >> Two officers standing in the same room 40 minutes apart cannot agree on which cord did what. >> The man who could answer that has already handled all of them. >> Maybe I should have stuck on the floor cuz he needed like footprints and stuff. >> Yeah. I mean, this cord or that cord. >> Yeah. At this point. Yeah. Yeah. We've all I actually I actually legitimately don't know if he was talking about the video or he was talking about me having Discord. I don't think you could see I Discord though, right? Maybe it made a sound. I'm not sure. >> Yeah, >> but when you guys got here, the scene is just as it is now. >> It's just as it is, right? >> Okay. And what's with the only thing different is he I don't know, took one of his work clothes and threw it in the room doing anything. >> You can't touch her or anything right now. Can't touch her. I thought >> we don't but just don't don't touch her anymore >> cuz the problem is when you touch things in here >> that we stay in right by early because I just come in from my job. >> Nothing he did that afternoon was wrong. He came home. He found her and he tried to bring her back. It cost the investigation the scene. >> What can you show me? >> What do we got? >> Mr. Peterson. I'm about to get a phone call from my mama. >> Who's Mr. Peterson? >> Eric. >> Oh, okay. >> Who who called in? >> Um, I think it was the fiance that called. >> Okay. >> Good boy out there. He said that her hands were bound and I think she had a cord around her neck when he came in. >> Which where was she at? Was she on the ground or was she hanging? >> I'm not sure. Anybody told Davis that >> floor? >> Um we get home going to bed but got pulled over Sunday to call in the jerk dug. They toss my truck. Oh, that's crazy, bro. What the I'd be pissed >> or hanging. That single question decides whether anyone is looking for a suspect tonight. whole drug dog loophole is like the stupidest in policing. hate that. >> Getting from 10 she was hanging. >> Whoever this fiance is and her hands were tied behind her back regular contact >> and the officer saying they untied him, untied her and took the rope. He worked I need to speak to him. So he told me when she when they called me that she was lying on the bed. >> I was watching some video police video came where they were using a dog and um basically the dog didn't alert and then he brought the dog back to the car, changed the leash, and then it like alerted immediately. It was the stupid >> Get her around her neck. with no luggage marks around her neck and no liature. >> But the story he's getting is there was no liatur there was a rope around her neck that the person took off. >> They found that police do that like in a bunch of investigations too, but they probably get away with it more than they don't for sure. >> Yeah, I'll say took off. >> One account has her hanging with her >> link the video. Yeah, sure. Here you go. Her hands tied behind her back. One has her lying on the bed with no marks on her neck at all. Both are being written down at the same time in the same yard by people standing six feet apart. >> It was the fiance. >> So I got to speak to her cuz the fiance is going back to the station. >> Yes. >> Peters is telling me is that he actually found her with a rope around her neck with the cord and her hands bound. That's what I heard. Right. >> He took the rope off her neck. I'm assuming was she hanging or was she on the floor? He said she was on the floor. >> Okay. All right. Okay. >> So, this >> doesn't look like from this, >> right? So, it's it's leaning more towards M than S. >> M and S and suicide. That is the moment this becomes a homicide investigation. And it happens in a front yard in a single clause about 90 minutes after the first officer walked in. >> All right. He's and he he found her. Right. >> Right. Cuz that would indicate that. >> What is uh >> what is his name? I don't know it. >> 2 hours in the detective running this scene does not have the name of the man who found her. He has less than that on everybody else in the building. >> You you just just stand right there for me for a second now. Can we can we put him in a uh in a car or something? Cuz he was eventually going back >> to the station. >> Who else when you guys came besides him? Who else was here? >> These two >> and his dad. This guy's dad. >> So, everybody everybody's here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Hey, cool. We'll just make sure nobody goes anywhere. Sure. >> They said there's one more guy. That's not There's There's one more guy that lives here that supposedly live in this room. He's not here. >> What's this? >> This is the first thing anybody does to protect the scene. >> By now, five people have walked through that bedroom. >> It was used. That blue cord right there. And that cord there, he believes that was a cord that bound her hands. The blue cord was >> around her mouth and her neck. >> And he said she was laying over laying over here. >> How's going in a down motion down the mouth and then we'll get her around the neck is neutral. >> So it's not >> Why would you feel bad for him? They love the >> Like cool dead body, bro. Where the hell is her? >> She wasn't hanged at all. >> Yeah, she was found in the corner. >> Okay. Bound. And he said hands were like this. >> Like they're trying to get it off. >> The only reason so many cops came in that room was cuz they all wanted to look at that >> Hands were found was just What' you say, Josh? >> I was going to say I noticed her finger almost like they're trying to grasp to get something off their neck. The autopsy would confirm what that officer is describing. Cause of death, liature strangul. >> You think of any cop's going to go to a homicide, crime scene, and going to be like, "No, I don't want to see the dead body." >> What the >> She had bruising to her arms, her fingers, the left side of her face, her back, and her leg. She fought her hands down like this, and then the cord was wrapped around her mouth and her neck. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah, definitely not. Okay. >> No, they said there was one dude that was here. >> One of those guys. The fiance wasn't apparently. >> No, it was just some random guy who no one knows who he is. He was here. >> Still here. >> Apparently, one of the guys outside >> inside 10 seconds, the same officer establishes that this was a homicide. dumb guy. Was it the guy from the first video? He ran in again and was like, "I'm going asleep on your floor. [laughter] Cops are chasing me." >> And that there is a resident of this house nobody can identify. Those two [music] facts do not get put together tonight. >> You tell me the guy was in the the voicemail. >> I have no voice. >> You sent a message to me. I don't know if you're going to hear or >> we're going to have to take this. We got hopefully the officer told him to take it. >> Is pinging on the track city. So what Bill told me is that boyfriend came home and found her like this. He found a voicemail from her around 11:30 today. You can hear me voice in the background. You can hear what sounded like a struggle. He comes home around 4:30 >> and just uh when we do get the search warrant and all that, just want to make sure we bag our hands >> and that dude's got to get uh back the station. >> He's got Oh, cuz he's touched. Okay. Right. >> And I don't know. Uh, >> apparently none of them really have paperwork for the house here. >> Bagging the hands preserves whatever is under the fingernails. It is the single most valuable thing left in that room, and it is the reason this case gets solved at all 6 months from now. >> Our phone doesn't seem to be here. >> She made two calls that morning. The phone she made them from is not in the house. >> I'm having them ping it. What's that? I'm having them ping the phone. So, okay, just in case. I don't know. Hopefully, I was say, are we going to like seize this phone or have them? >> Yeah, her phone's also missing. So, all right. Call on it. I'm pretty sure they actually try to get a ping on it. So, >> but yeah, we tried to call it, too. >> A ping is not a location. The carrier tells police which tower the handset last spoke to and how confident it is. The answer that comes back tonight is confident to within 11,000 m. That is a circle roughly seven miles across. >> On APG property according to the paint how accurately is on 11,000 meter accuracy. Okay. So it could be like >> a PG Aberdine [music] proving ground an active United States Army installation that runs along the edge of this town. >> He said they did one ping and it was on track. Said he got to do a second ping to make sure it's not moving. So that's where it's at now. keep keep us updated on that where the pig is going. Actually, I'll let the send keep us up on that. >> Yeah, right now it's the last thing. So, we're trying to get a second one. If it's still if it's still in the same spot, we're going to see if they can check it for us. If not, see if they can let us check it. >> Yeah, we'll see. Let me see how many meters it is cuz it's a lot of meters. It's not even if they've got it over there, I can run over there pictures and collect it real quick. Her phone is pinging on railroad tracks on a federal military reservation roughly a mile from her bedroom. [music] Getting to it requires the army's permission and the army is not open at this hour. >> She she charged her location with me. >> Uh if it was right here in this part. >> Yeah, that was like at 11:00. >> No. >> When was that? >> Around 4. >> Oh, around 4:00. She >> around 4 something like this. >> Share the location. >> No, no. Share and share. She shared a long time ago, but you saw the phone here around 4. >> Yeah. No. So, she shared her location a long time ago. A long time ago. >> Yeah. Yeah. And you get to keep it. >> Yeah. You can see where she is. >> Yes. That's what I mean. And you saw around when you looked around 4, you saw the phone around here, right? >> Is that what you're saying? >> Yeah, that's what you're saying. Okay. >> At 4:00 when he pulls into the trailer park, her location is still showing at the house. Sometime after that, it moves. You found the heard fun. >> We didn't find it yet. We're still >> I want to ask you something. You found >> Bro, is this guy ger doing the same again? Dude, is he really? No, he hasn't really. He's only been a month. Uh, gloves and gloves. Gloves. Something about gloves. Translator would have been helpful. What the Uh yeah, I don't know what these are kind of stuff. It seems like they should have had like they should have had this guy like dead to rights like immediately, dude. Like it was so obvious. They should have just got a confession. >> You can They probably would have had a confession by now, dude. How can you feed the >> I don't know about the capabilities of that, but uh the other guys here are detectives, so that's kind of their thing. The detectives handle that stuff. So I don't >> But I'll tell you like they're absolutely going to try. They're going to try to do their best. Okay. >> Can I have my phone? We'll we'll have to get it later. So that's kind of their thing. >> The detectives handle that stuff. So I don't >> But I'll tell you like they're absolutely going to try. They're going to try to do their best. Okay. >> Can I have my >> We'll have to get it later if I'm sorry. >> Okay. Yeah. I don't know. Maybe he didn't do it. Maybe it's not that simple. He could be right, but also he seemed really weird. So, I don't know. I wouldn't say it's simple, but he was acting pretty sketchy. I would have asked him like a lot different questions about like why he didn't think that there was a voice and all sorts of >> Have you talked to the picture still yet? >> Just so, you know, our body cameras are on. >> Okay. >> So, could you explain everything that happened once you got here today and what time you got here? This is the fullest account anybody gives on camera. It runs 15 minutes on the street and every part of it gets checked. >> I turn around for something like this. I really I don't remember because because [snorts] I told you cheat on me so I >> Okay, come on. That's impossible. >> Video is called police hunt down 16-year-olds after he kills stranger for fun. >> That's why I don't really get is this guy 16? Well, I ain't coming to here because I was working. >> He heard the voicemail at work at 11:00 in the morning. He did not come home. He [snorts] thought she was with another man. >> Okay. Which one was my childhood nickname? Ah, you guys are too smart. 45% said all above. Mc Goober 25% 18% and Wade Zack 12%. Nothing gets past you guys. You guys are pretty smart. >> Additional top. Okay, check that out one second. >> Okay, we could start with that one. >> A mobile home park at 4 in the afternoon has almost no cameras in it. There is no footage of the front of that trailer and there never will be. >> One person I've seen is unaccounted for usually still walking in the area. He has pajamas for a I believe male white t-shirt with red and blue on it and basketball short. >> That description goes out over the air. It came from the man who found her. >> Possible suspect right over there. >> Where? Uh like right around the corner. Yeah, I think it's the uh it might be the roommate or something that they found. I don't know. >> In there. >> Uh no, they're they're actually uh so they just found a potential suspect right down the street. So uh that's where all the detectives are right now. >> Okay. >> Come here, sir. Keep your hands out of your pocket. Detective show celebrity police department body cams audio and visual recording. Come to the back of my car, please. Hello. Back to my car, please. Where where do you live? Uh >> yeah. Numero. Huh? What street do you live on? Huh? Which what street do you live on? >> All right. Put Put your hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Huh? You're being detained right now. I know if you don't speak English, I know you don't understand that. Right now, you're being detained. We're the Aberian Police Department. Again, you're being auditioned and recorded. >> Detained, not [music] arrested. A detention is short and it needs only reasonable suspicion that you don't. >> An arrest needs probable cause and it has to be based on something. Right now, they have a description of a shirt. >> El Salvador. >> El Salvador. But then I didn't want him to he was I mean I understand he doesn't but he's doing all like in your pocket any weapons >> I got you. Did you research him? >> Yeah. >> Okay. He's good. >> Take on body camera. You got your camera's on. Can you have a seat? Get your ID. >> Yeah. Seat. >> What's your birthday? When were you born? Gando. They're still trying to interview him in English. What the >> Your birthday. >> Oh, you want to? >> Oh, they got her. >> What year? Ano? Ano? >> Which ano? >> You said August second. >> His name is the CAD. >> Okay. Um, >> all he had was like an employment ID. So, if you could work on that, getting a positive ID on him when you get that would be awesome. >> Walter Martinez. That's it. I mean, Walter Martinez. It was his cat. >> Okay. >> Date of birth 8 1206. >> Yeah, we do know what's that much. >> Yeah. So, that's all. >> Walter Martinez. Date of birth the 12th of August 2006. He is 15 days short of his 17th birthday. And the only thing he is carrying is a work ID. >> We're getting no return. >> However, it does look like Louisiana is not returning. It doesn't look like he's invalid. We're just not getting anything back. >> 99 through Minnesota. However, surrounding states only through Maryland. Um thanks so um so anyways um basically this is really random but like a few months ago or a couple months ago something like that I um had this really weird issue. I was playing a game and I was streaming. I was actually running a lot of programs at once. So maybe that's what causes. But for some reason, my CPU cooler just like popped off and it fell down. And luckily, the only thing it broke, which is really weird, is it broke my my um computer's uh it broke my computer's um power button for some reason. So basically then I my power button wasn't working for a long time and it was really freaking annoying because I had to like go all the way down to like the floor and use a screwdriver to turn on my computer by touching the pins together. But recently, like a couple weeks ago, I finally fixed it. And I fixed it with this cable. And I basically ran the cable from the power but pins up like through the top of my case and then there's this little power button. So that's the little power button I use when I turn the stream off then that my finger is going towards. Pretty cool, huh? Anyways, totally random. Back to the video. >> Can you get information by email? The databases available to a patrol officer in Maryland cover Maryland and the states beside it. They hold arrests, warrants, [music] and convictions recorded in this country. They do not reach any further than that. And there is nothing in them for a boy who arrived 4 months ago. >> Copy person transport back to APD. >> Starting mileage is 120 584. I'm in unit 206 and my body camera's on. My infrar camera is not working. >> I bet you if I like walked in somewhere and I had this like this switch like attached inside a box and I was like wearing it and I was like everybody down. I'm going to blow this. [laughter] It'd be scary, dude. Do that for a Halloween costume. Be a terrorist. Walter Martinez. You have a middle name. >> Walter Javier Martinez. See? Okay. >> We're holding a call for a missing person. >> Salvador. >> Finding her daughter. >> El. You're from El Salvador. 45 minutes ago. >> Like this, bro. >> Yeah. Three East. Freeze. >> He gives them the address of the house. >> Yeah, you got to take them off. >> They have to go in here. Huh? >> They have to go in here. >> Your shoes. >> Everybody Jesus, I love you. I do this, dude. This would be even better. >> Hey, I thought you didn't have any family. Keep an eye open for passports. >> Keep an eye open for passports. >> Yeah. Keep an eye open for passports. >> Nobody in this house has a lease, a ban, or a license. >> Passports are the only identity documents on the property, and finding them is the only way to establish who has been living here. >> So, I have a question. Um, and the duty agent, he just gave me a brief overview. That's why I wanted to talk to you myself. Is there any indication gang related? >> Um, the actual >> event here is does not appear to be Not that we have any indication of it now. U it's only the guy that is letting him stay in his house and saying he knows about this guy's history back in um I said Honduras. It's El Salvador. I don't know why I keep saying Honduras. >> Okay, that let me run it back. Okay, I'm listening. >> Sorry. It is El Salvador. Um all their passwords to El Salvador. Um, but he's the one telling us that the kid is on the run from there because of the homicide and that he was in a gang down there. That comes from the man who rents him the room. [music] On the night of the murder, standing outside the tape, an Aberdine officer is told that the 16-year-old in their holding cell left El Salvador because of killings and belonged to a gang there. The Harford County State's Attorney's Office would later confirm his gang membership and his own defense would state it in court. Aberdine investigators established that he had a criminal record in El Salvador dating to 2020. [music] None of that is in any database an officer can reach tonight. >> Okay, I'm I'm I'm back. I I've got a Peter in front of me. I I know you're probably busy, so I don't want to >> No, you're right. We just We're kind of stuck at the moment waiting on a search warrant to get in this house. >> Yeah, I know how it goes. >> Yeah. Me's office. You don't need a search warrant to go across to pick the body out of there. We're like, "Yeah, I know. I don't know why we're why we're waiting on that part." >> So, I'll give her your contact information. Um, I don't know if you're going to be up all night, but um >> I'm here for a while anyway. >> Where's my pencil? Look, I'm over here writing this down. I'll try to do my due diligence and just run this person in the system to see if I could just at least get a gate with a picture. >> Yeah. to kind of rule it out in the beginning, but I'm not seeing anything. >> She runs him. Nothing comes back. >> So, you know, with my I can't my group. I can't get anybody to come until early in the morning. That'll work. If you could tell about me, we'd be more than happy to. Um, >> if you could give me a >> I'm an alien. I wiped that one lady's brain. It was me all along. Uh if you give me an estimated time and I can see what I can do on stalling. >> Probably uh around nine cuz the the person I'm I'm getting she be coming from the Annapolis area. >> They still got to do their interview and then I'm going to and then when they get done everything they got to do with this with him. Then we'll call CPS. >> That's right. I do >> and then see what we get. CPS takes a little while too. So >> well my mind I'll drag it out as long as I can. >> Stalling. I need to take off my >> drag it out as long as I can. >> The officers here understand exactly what is about to happen. They have a 16-year-old they cannot hold a federal agent who cannot get to Aberdine before 9:00 in the morning and [music] no charge to bring. The whole thing comes down to how long they can make the night last. If for some reason we absolutely cannot hold on to but if we can at least get him to go with um child protective services then maybe I'll have a good address for him when she does come up and then we can just go to the address. >> I'm just going to run and use the restroom real quick while we wait on that warrant. I'll be right back. >> I have brought my alien minds up. >> The house is sealed and nobody can go back in. A judge has to sign a warrant first and a warrant has to be written, sworn, and carried to whoever is on call. That is what everybody standing outside is waiting for. >> I have to leave that car right here or I can take him. >> I have to leave that car right here or I can take it. >> I think you should be able to. >> Wow. You should You should be able to take that. We'll find out in a sec. >> I can take it. >> Y'all forgot how to take a piss. >> Okay. Thanks. I'm I'll double check for you. He says the car you can't go until we're done, but you'll be able to take it tonight. We're not keeping the car. Okay. >> So, I can't I can't take the car. >> You're not taking it. You guys can keep it. >> How does it feel not to know how to drive? >> You just can't go in until we're done. Once we're done, you guys can take the car. >> Um how long? >> They're still waiting. St going to process everything. So, I can't give you a time frame, but my lieutenant she gets back, she might be able to give you about a time frame. She should be back in a few minutes like that. >> What time is it? >> Uh, it is 11:44 to midnight. She's been dead for around 13 hours and she's still in the bedroom because nobody can go back inside until a judge signs a piece of paper. >> Dead. >> Yeah, I figured that out. Put them on the back of the trailer out of here. >> Um, >> yeah. >> Yeah. The Harvard County Forensics come or is that just Garrett doing that? >> I guess the laundry room has a door on the back side of the house. >> So that's what they're saying that door was open. >> A second door on the back of the house into the laundry room. >> Nobody follows that up tonight. He said he says what happens when I'll be listening again inside. Um, if somebody they said the brother lives next door. If somebody wants her, can you walk her over there? >> I think they said they have all of her information already. >> I took a picture of her passport. >> Okay. Make sure you get a good phone number for her. He's been in custody roughly 6 hours. Because he's 16, everything that happens in this room happens under juvenile rules. And every question has to travel through a second officer in Spanish and come back the same way. >> I know it was the other guy. Could you uh just basically explain to him what this is >> and then have him just uh write his name out here >> just like we normally do and then have read each line and initial and then if he has any questions explain to him the idea like you say he has the same rights that everyone else he does not. >> What he is signing away is the right to say nothing. Everything after this point is admissible and everything after this point is voluntary. >> All right. My name is Detective Schaes. I'm a detective with the Aberdine Police Department. Uh, our discussion or us talking today is going to be audio and visually recorded on the two cameras up there and this this little camera right here. at any time during our conversation you don't feel comfortable speaking with me any further or you'd like to take a break, use the restroom, um or stop, just uh let uh let my partner over here know. Do you do you have any idea why why we brought you here to the police station today? Uh >> he said no. He was surprised when he saw us. >> Uh, how how long have you been in the United States? >> 3 to 4 months. >> And do you remember where you came into the United States? Texas border. >> Did you have family up here in Maryland or how did how did you get here to Aberdine? >> Okay. So, Ferdick. >> Okay. his family here in Aberine and Frederick. >> Where's your family in in Aberdine? Okay. Okay. He he um Kevin so his brother Kevin lives in um the trailer park but lives he lives over by He doesn't know the numbers. I asked him earlier. Um, yeah, he the only thing he could tell me was his brother. He drives a blue car. >> And where where do you currently live? What's your address? And what what bedroom is yours? Okay. The one that's in front of the front of the entrance. The front entrance. >> The room at the front of the trailer. First door on the right. as you come in. >> Okay. So, his um his stepbrother knows the uh the landlord, the >> What do you mean Spanish speaking attorney? Dude, it's a translator. He doesn't have an attorney. >> The lady that owns the property. This very reason he's not living with his brother cuz he doesn't feel comfortable living with his brother. And on top of that, uh the um the landlord said that uh he can't he can't bring another person into the trailer that he that his brother's currently live in. Okay. Uh, do you have do you have a job at all? >> That's the uh it's the place that he has the ID through. >> Where where's your work located? Uh, he's not too sure. Um, and here in Aberdine or >> he's in Aberine. that he doesn't send the name on the streets. What are the address? >> When did you start working there? 3 to 4 weeks. >> Uh can you just clarify his uh date of birth? Um 82. Okay. So he's uh he's going to be 17 next month. >> So it has it has to be uh 06. >> A detective works out the birth year of the person in front of him by counting backwards from a birthday that has not happened yet. >> How how did you get your job um without any kind of identification or paperwork or anything for being how young you are? >> Yeah. So he get he gets paid in this card one of those cards and he just takes a cash out from an ATM machine. Yeah. So he uh in this job application he found out he was 18 years old cuz he had to get a job because he has to pay back the the smuggler the guy we had that brought him across the border. The smuggler threatened him. If he doesn't pay up he's going to go back and find his uh family. >> He owes money. >> He's been in the country 4 months. He works 3 days a week and he owes money to the man who brought [music] him across. >> Is the smuggler still down in Texas? >> He only works uh 3 days out of the week. three or four days out of the week and he works from 14 to 2100. >> How does he get to work? >> He gets uh somebody he calls somebody to come pick him up ride to um to work. >> Who who does he call? >> It's a guy that goes by name. >> Yeah, he goes there's a guy that goes by the name of Coco. He gives him a call and it's so it's not like what do you call like a hack hacking service? Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. So it's just um >> from my local >> so the Se the couple the married couple that was there and their their child and then u the other couple the fiance and the woman. So it says there would be six six people there right? >> Six people. He counts her without a name. So the uh Augustine lives in the far right room of the trailer. So Augustine lives over by the where the um the dryer and the washer and dryer. Yeah. >> And what about the other guy? >> Um next to the bathroom >> closest to his weird. >> And how does he get along with his roommates? >> They get along with him just fine. Um he said, as a matter of fact, they gave me a fan because I didn't have a fan in the room. who who gave him the fan. >> Have you ever gone into any of your roommates uh bedrooms at any time? Uh or have they ever invited you into the rooms? >> No. >> Yeah. He said uh he's ever been into the room without their permission or they he's never been invited. The only time that he's had contact with them, he'll knock on a door to take their clothes out of the uh the dryer so he can wash his clothes, the washer and dryer so he can wash his clothes. So, he's never physically been inside any other roommates's bedrooms. Yeah. No. Inside? Never. Oh, just by the door. That's it. >> That is the whole case in one answer. And everybody in the room lets it pass. >> Does he know the names of uh all his roommates? >> The only names Augustine, the two females, the child, and the other male and other names. to you live with these people and they've never introduced themselves to you. You never talked to them in passing. >> He's just the only one that uh the one that uh that he knows his the men. He talks to the men there and he he knows the other guy uh the fiance as Kik. That's a that's like a um I guess short for Enrique the man who found her. The one conversation they ever had. Then how does he know him by that? >> Okay, so he knows him because um or he spoken to him because he um and Kik had talked to him about splitting the Wi-Fi bill and he told Kik he can't split the Wi-Fi bill. He said um he was with his brother one time and Kik offered to see if he can go on a pay pay, you know, go half on the uh on the Wi-Fi. He said he couldn't do it. He's just going to he try to convince, well, you know, you get good Wi-Fi here. You can hook up a TV and, you know, get services, too. Like, I'm not worried about that. I'm just going to get a phone with u, you know, with service. >> Okay. >> Uh, have you ever talked with or interacted with uh Kik's fiance? >> He said no, he's never done it, especially since I know they're dating. I don't I don't want to cause any trouble >> and he doesn't know. Uh Kik's fiance, >> you won't pay half the Wi-Fi, you're dead. >> Say his name. >> No, he doesn't know the other lady's uh name either. One or the chops. I just have to think. >> Has he ever been in uh Kik's room when either when it's completely empty and no one's home or when it's just Kayla at home? Talk them at the at the door. That's it. So, >> it's probably cuz it like happened in like near like Maryland or something like super east coast. I probably don't deal with a lot of Spanish speakers. Usually, >> he talked to her before or he hasn't talked to her. >> Since he's never talked to her, never talked to her cuz she can't speak Spanish. It's mostly um use um cues and and use hands to get her to come outside and you um remove the laundry from the washer, washer and dry so he can do his clothes. >> Kayla Hamilton was autistic. She had lived in this trailer with her fiance for months. He had lived there 5 days and he is describing the only way the two of them ever communicated. >> Um he said >> Florida's a little bit different than Maryland, bro. >> He doesn't like to connect people's business. Um, I mean, he's heard her cry before inside the room, but um, that's it. >> Has he ever heard them arguing? >> They've he's heard them yell at each other, but he doesn't understand what they're saying. >> Has he ever heard anything that sounds like they're physically fighting or is it always sound verbal? I mean, he's heard that they yell yell at each other before, but never fighting, not physical. >> He cannot understand a word they say. He has been there 5 days, but he offers the detectives a marriage in trouble. >> So, seems he just moved there. He doesn't didn't know that. U they don't he doesn't consider them friends yet. He's just gone for for a week. >> Did you ever see anyone else in Kik's room uh with the two of them or with only Kik or only with Kik's fiance or about two two days ago, he noticed another two male coinc inside the room with her. Um Canada >> he couldn't tell who it was but um he just went in and got out of there. >> He was working. >> Nobody asked him that. He volunteers a second man in her bedroom [music] while her fianceé was at work. >> Could you hear what they were doing? Yeah, guys. So, here's a little geography lesson for you guys. Um, here here's Florida down here, right? You see you see where Florida is? And then Maryland is all the way up here. And maybe that doesn't seem that far to you guys, but I want you to keep something in mind. Here's where Florida is, especially the tip of Florida, which I think is where they were at. Let's go over to here. Okay. It's all the way in Alaska, bro. No, I'm just kidding. This is like where Mexico is. Okay. This is like where Mexico is. Right down here is where Mexico lives. Okay. So, there's Florida and then all the way up here is Maryland. So, let's go straight across. So, it's like mid California. Okay. So in this scenario, Florida, the tip of Florida is from Maryland is about as far as mid California is to like deep into Mexico. Okay. >> No, he couldn't. He was prepping food. And then when I got left, did she leave with him? Did he leave a hurry? He left by himself. She She didn't follow. She stayed She stayed there. He just said he um this what you're what you're what he's telling us right now. This information, he doesn't want uh to get in trouble with with Kika. He doesn't want any problems with him. >> This all stays between us. >> Just the the number number two male that he was talking about earlier. Can you describe him like what he looks like? Height weight when he's dressed in. >> Okay. So, a little bit taller than him. Um, he's about 56, 5'7 maybe. Uh, he says it's a little bit little bit heavier set than him. Remember what he was wearing? Color. It was like dye. It was dye brown. Um, black shorts, orange uh shirt. Nike shoes. Nike shoes. >> Has he ever seen that guy before? >> The apartment. Did Did the guy that came in the house, the white guy, did he look like he might be a drug addict or he look clean cut? Okay. He knows that he might smokes marijuana. >> Tattoos. Okay. It's like a tattoo on his on his leg of a of a snake. >> Height, build, hair color, shirt, shorts, shoes, and a tattoo of a snake. He's been asked a general question about visitors and produced a suspect in that much detail from a doorway 2 days ago. >> And people I know people talk around the neighborhood and in the house I'm sure um and in the community. Did he hear any did you hear any rumors about Kik's fiance um either good or bad? >> No. >> No. No. No. He said >> he said no. He barely leaves his room up there. >> Is there any other times that you saw anyone else uh at the house in Kik's room or visiting for KK? >> Just just that one man he was talking about, the number two man. >> Okay. >> Nothing else in 6 hours of footage corroborates that man. No neighbor, no roommate, no camera. So about noon, he uh he got up. He got up at 8:00 and he made some breakfast, a couple eggs, some tortillas. Um and he left the house about noon. He can't remember if his 11 or 12, but he went out with his brother about between 11 and 12. He was with his brother. Um there were um they were shopping for a computer. >> Um he does not know the name of the stores. >> 11. I don't know if you guys know this, but wos rancheros is my favorite breakfast, not just tortillas. >> Or 12. He cannot narrow it down. That is the only hour of his day he cannot put a place to. >> He says he went >> he went to two uh to a store, another store, and he bought earrings. So, the earrings he had on today, he just he just bought them. He bought three pairs of those earrings. Uh, he did not. >> We honestly still don't really know to beat this guy killed this other guy's fiance. We don't really know why. That's really random. >> Remember the store, the name of the store, where the store is. >> Um, yeah. So, he doesn't know where he the store he got it from. Um, he had an old one that he just took out, put the new ones in. >> So, about between So between 2 and 3:00 his father had to go to work. So he brought him back home. He had bought these papooseas and so he put him in his room and he went back out. >> So if he left out of the the trailer the mobile home uh entrance which way he go can you describe the park? >> Uh he's talking about the skate park. So in the open grass air, there was some people that appear to be doing uh practicing football. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> How long do you think he was there? >> So approximately was an hour and a half to two hours. >> Then where'd he go? >> Kept walking. >> And then after the walk was over, he went >> he went back to the uh the three east. So he was um after the um after the park he went walking again for another 15 minutes and then just went head back home. Enemies will >> um Yeah. So he has a question. Um he's wondering if he can go back the other room. He he'll be able to live in the same place. >> Yeah, probably. >> Yeah. >> You wonder why does he ask that? Excuse me. Why does he ask that? That question is the reason this interview keep >> we be able to go to the same place. Yeah, probably >> keeps going and the detective asks it straight back. >> Oh, he's there. The reason he's asking because someone told him that the one of the residents had had passed away. So if if if she was in danger, he doesn't want to be in danger. Also, >> who told him that someone passed away? How you doing? >> So when he was handcuffed, he was asking what was going on. Somebody told him that, you know, somebody had passed away. >> He learned there had been a death from the officers who detained him. [music] That is the account. And nothing on any camera contradicts it. >> He was all at at uh at home when you got there. Okay. He said us, police. So he went in there and uh the lady the fiance was in there in her room and the other couple was in their room in the uh on the left side of the trailer as you're coming in. >> Yeah. >> But he couldn't tell who else was inside her room with uh the the you know the the lady. >> He places her alive in her room that afternoon. By that afternoon she had been dead about 5 hours. >> Did he know was key? Okay. Uh, he didn't see him. >> Was uh was Kik's uh room's door was the door to Kik's room. >> Was it uh does he remember? Is it open or closed? >> No, he doesn't know. He don't know. >> Is it Is it uh is the door normally closed when Kik is gone at work? He says he doesn't know. is have you ever met uh Kik's father before? >> No, he's never met. Okay. >> So, all right. Were Were you still at the house when police started arriving? >> No. No. He was in the house with police. Now, I come in random. He was walking. So, how how long do you think you were at the house when you came back originally from your first walk? And then how long do you think you were at the house when you >> So, how did how did you find out that there were police at your house? So, when he when he arrived, um he saw he saw police there. So, he went over to the uh where the woman lives, the landlord, she or he went over to ask her what was going on. >> Okay. Is there a reason you didn't come over to the house to check to see what was going on since you lived there? >> Okay. Because of the u the case with uh with immigration. >> He walked past a taped off homicide scene at the address on his own identification and did not stop. And the reason he gives is the reason nobody in that trailer has paperwork. It is also tonight the most sympathetic thing he could possibly say. Did Did you see Kik uh at any point today? He said he never never saw him today. He didn't see him today. How about uh Kik's girl? He saw her he saw her this morning on Ronnie when he woke up. >> It's kind of boring to you, bro. >> Where was she? >> Okay. She was going towards the living was so invested. The video's almost over. >> This morning when this morning, she was walking out of her room. >> What was he doing? >> What was he doing? Mhm. >> He was doing laundry >> enough that he didn't see her, never saw her again. >> He's the last person to place her alive. He puts himself a few feet from her at the washing machine on the morning she died and he volunteers it. >> Did you do any laundry today? >> Yeah. So, um when he left uh to the parks, put it in the dryer, he left it in the dryer, his clothes. What door does he usually use when coming in and out of the house? >> The front door. >> He never used the uh the door next to the washer and dryer. >> No. >> Has he ever seen anyone in the house use use that door? The back door? >> The back door into the laundry room. 6 hours earlier, two officers stood outside that same door asking each other whether it had been left open. Nobody in this building has told this detective that conversation happened and nobody in that yard is going to hear this answer. >> Ask him give us one minute. >> I'm sorry. You ask just give us one minute. Okay. Um you want me to stay here with you? >> They leave him with the translator for 9 minutes. He makes small talk. >> Hey, quick little interlude guys. Just want to ask if he's uh okay with um taking some pictures of his uh of his hands and chest and body face. Nothing like no nudity or anything. Um and then that would be by our crime scene guy. He'll be able to relay whatever you need him to do. Just advise him. He's on audio video with me. Okay. >> Okay. Uh, take your hands. I probably want to take a picture. He was later moved to a foster home and enrolled at a second school, Edgewood High, in October, Harford County. All right, Bobs, this video is making me feel knackered out, so let's go and move to another video. This blo is really boring. So, the video is going to make me pretty chuffed, though. Um, all right. Under Maryland law, he could not be sentenced to life without parole because of how old he was that day. At the plea, prosecutors produced a letter that had been intercepted inside the Harford County Detention Center. He had written it to a pastor in El Salvador. They quickly realized they needed backup. A desperate help call went out, sending additional units flying through the city code 3. But as we've seen before, rocketing through Los Angeles intersections with lights and sirens blazing is a massive gamble. And this time an innocent driver was the one who lost the bet. The happened? >> Are they dead? >> Holy, >> bro. You didn't even slow down at all, bro. What the unit, >> bro. Didn't even have his hands on the steering wheel, dude. Civilian driver Regina. >> Hey, uh, a little idea here. Maybe put your hands on the steering wheel when you're going 100 miles an hour in a pursuit. >> Junior picked the absolute worst possible microsecond to make a left turn just as a cruiser came screaming up behind him at tripledigit speeds. But let's be real, the cops carry some blame here and should have been ready to hit the brakes. City traffic is basically free form jazz. You never >> No, we can see the passenger's hands. He's typing on the keyboard, but you can see the guy doesn't have his hands like up on the top of the steering wheel. He has them like down low. He probably has like one hand on the steering wheel and then he puts his hands on because he's like, "Oh, shit." >> Know what chaotic unscripted nonsense is going to drop next? >> Oh. Oh, dang. Um, look look look look. Oh, you can see it now. Hold on. Sorry. Hold on. Sorry. I'm mix up. But yeah, look. Here is the steering wheel, right? And his hands are most definitely not like a 10 and two. All units official in like 100 miles an hour. >> Yeah, exactly. You were saying like the little relax thing that you do when you're cruising around going 30 miles hour. You good, man? >> I'm seeing stars. Hold on. You're good. >> Yes, >> you're good. >> I got you. Adam's in grammar. Adam's in grammar seat. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we're good. Somebody okay? >> We're good. Stop. >> Partner, he needs help. While the officers walked away with minor bumps, Ora took the brutal brunt of the impact. His injuries were so devastating that doctors had to place him in a medicallyinduced coma just to keep him alive. ASP pit maneuvers are always brutal, but this one went in the worst way possible. It all kicked off on August 5th, 2026 when an ASP trooper caught Sonata flying down Interstate 555 at 90 mph in a 75 zone. When the trooper lit him up for a routine traffic stop, the driver mashed the gas and initiated a high-speed pursuit. Pushing the Sonata to its limits, the fleeing driver hit an insane 130 mph. >> Let's see if this cop has his hands on the steering wheel. Uh, we're not going to see it cuz it's the wrong angle. 2610 Black PJ 35 No. Heat. Heat. >> [snorts] >> Right. Honestly, I can pick this guy, bro. Oh, here we go. Going inv. Boom. Get back. Oh bro. I didn't even think that was possible, bro. >> No. pit at 120 mph in the worst place possible sent this chase ending in a tragic disaster. Instead of waiting for a clear stretch of highway, the trooper made a m >> Bro, you'd be dead. The car rolled over like 30 times. >> Massive mistake and executed the pit right next to innocent traffic. The hit sent the fleeing car spinning completely out of control, slamming heavily into an uninvolved Toyota 4ERunner. The SUV did more than 10 flips and you can only imagine the injuries the innocent 73year-old man and 68-year-old woman inside got after a crash like because of this terrible call. The ASP suspended after that worst. It >> did not roll seven 10 times. It rolled way more times than that. >> Show your hands down. >> Show me your hands, dude. >> We counted them over 30. I need a 1016 for a They hit somebody else. They rolled over. Show me your hands. Stop moving. Show me your hands. Show me your hands, dude. A search of his wreck. This is why you don't drive SUVs, dude. You want to roll over 30 times. >> Car revealed exactly why the suspect risked everything. Yeah, but no, it was 15 that we saw on camera, but we didn't see the 10 that happened off camera. A brutal pit at 120 mph in the worstly throwing basic safety protocols out the window. Tering through unpredictable city streets at up to 57 mph in a barrel. No, I didn't. The cruiserwe multiple calls out fumes causing serious injury secondderee battery DWI with plenty of prison time waiting for him. Running on the fumes of back-to-back double shifts, Baltimore police officer Alexis Acasta answered a high priority call by completely throwing basic safety protocols out the window, tearing through unpredictable city streets at up to 57 mph in a 25 mph zone. He recklessly blew through multiple red lights without ever touching his brakes to properly clear the intersections. That heavy-footed tunnel vision caused an absolute catastrophe when the cruiser blew through a blind intersection at 40 mph and violently t-boned 58-year-old Terry Harrell, who was legally crossing on a green light while riding his scooter. [music] >> I got into an accident. I got into accident. Send me a medic. >> All right, Miss Care. What happened? >> Ambulance up. >> What's your location? >> Send me immediately. >> What do you have there? >> Send me an ambulance immediately. >> Independent investigators later proved that between the urban blind spots and bouncing siren echoes, Harold had absolutely zero chance of seeing or hearing the speeding cruiser before the fatal strike. Despite ending an innocent man's life and costing the city a $400,000 settlement, Aosta didn't spend a single day behind bars, walking away with a fully suspended sentence and two years of probation. >> On May 26th, 2025, LAPD officers were running code three with lights and sirens blazing, hauling down Satakoy Street toward a domestic violence call. But high-speed emergency responses through city intersections are always a massive gamble. And this one ended in absolute disaster. You are suspected line position call back. >> You're good. >> Oh >> You're good? >> Yeah, dude. >> You're good. >> Yeah. You're >> good. Hey, sit down. Sit down. >> We're good. I'm going to check on him. You're good. You're good. >> All right. What happened? He's good. >> And this is one too. They hit a Honda. No. >> 39. Let me get a RA for >> California for sure. And we also got another two for us. >> As the cruiser blasted toward Cleon Avenue, a silver Honda Accord pulled out to make a left turn directly into their path. Honestly, I don't think that cop ever even saw that car, and I have no earthly idea what he was actually [music] looking at. The cruiser completely t-boned the Honda, triggering a brutal multi-vehicle pileup. As the dust settled, a continuous blaring horn echoed from the crushed Accord. And if GTA has taught us anything, it's that the solid horn sound from a wrecked car is never a good sign. [music] The driver of the Honda, 91year-old Joseé Hernandez, tragically died from the devastating impact. If you're wondering whether the officer was fired or thrown in jail for the fatal wreck, the answer is no. Because the cruiser had its lights and sirens activated and Hernandez turned into their path. The horrific crash went down as an active investigation with no criminal charges or terminations announced for the cop behind the wheel. This stolen Ford F350 already dusted a mass. >> He had lights and sirens in so he could run into whoever the he wants. >> Massive multi- agency pursuit the night before. You might wonder how a guy hauling a literal couch in the back pulled that off. Well, you're about to see how because this driver almost shook Franklin County deputies on October 3rd, 2024. After creeping up quietly, deputies had to drop the stealth routine and kick off round two. Because, incredibly, even after catching a perfect set of spike strips, this maniac kept pushing 90 mph on completely shredded tires, violently swerving through traffic on sparking rims. Did you get the wrong car? >> I'm not for sure if I got it. >> Good hit. Good spike. Repeat that. >> Look like a good spike. We're coming into Union now. >> A good spike. Can get him again. Do it. >> Going across 50. We're on progress now. 57. You want me to push him off the road if I get a chance? Passing the car 24 back up a little bit. Oh, I'm playing like heading back into town. Where's the city? What? >> That's clear on Franklin County. We're heading back into town. Right. >> You okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. You're good. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go. >> Deputies went for a pit maneuver, but somehow picked the absolute worst possible place on the map to do it. Instead of a clean spin out, the pit whipped the massive F350 totally out of control, launching it directly into the path of an oncoming patrol unit. The vehicle slammed together in a brutal head-on crunch. Honestly, the department is incredibly lucky the speeds had dropped by that point because a high m hour impact would have turned this master. >> That was nowhere as near as bad as some of those videos, dude. >> Class and friendly fire into an absolute tragedy. Miraculously, no officers were seriously injured in the chaotic wreck. The same can't be said for the driver. After deputies dragged him from the burning truck just before it roasted, the dazed suspect claimed he hit his head so hard he forgot his own name. But between the booze medics smelled on him, first-degree vehicle tampering carrying up to seven years alone, aggravated fleeing, and an active felony warrant, suspect Shaw traded his flaming couch hauler for what could easily be a decade behind bars. >> Down speeds of 28, maneuver >> TVI successful. little here. >> On June 20th, 2023, Colorado State Patrol troopers successfully pitted a fleeing driver, cuffed him, and tossed him in the back of a cruiser, but the troopers made a massive mistake that it ultimately cost the suspect his life. While left unattended in the back, the suspect somehow managed to slip his handcuffed arms from behind his to his front and squeeze all the way from the back seat into the driver's seat. >> In under 90 seconds, the fugitive threw the cruiser into gear. >> They're they're um sunglasses for um killing vampires. >> He peeled off in the marked patrol car. >> I show my sword up here. on. >> I was thinking about getting it going to get it as a bit, but it's like really far away from here. It >> would take me a while to get it. >> Do I really need a sword right now? >> Chargers take lead on this. We're running out of fuel. One coming up right now and up on the line >> because this is a video about cops making mistakes. The title is literally called when cops make unforgivable mistakes. My camera's doing weird stuff. Ah freaking camera. Oh, it's fine. No, that's what it's supposed to do. >> Cuz I got last now. >> Hello. Usually, law enforcement deploys spike strips in wide open, safer areas because blowing a car's tires at high speeds almost guarantees the driver is going to lose control. Instead, officers set up the spikes in an absolutely terrible spot, right near parked vehicles. You got keys in it. >> I don't have a vehicle. >> Good sticks. We got a You got keys in it? >> Good sticks. We got them. >> Yes. >> You all right? >> Yeah. >> The stolen cruiser hit the strips, violently veered off. >> Okay, this one isn't that bad. Suspect Anthony Alfonso Sanchez III did not survive his injuries, leaving the department with a destroyed cruiser and a very messy internal investig. The one where they flip 30 times a secondation. >> On March 24th, 2023, Arkansas State Police were tearing up the highway, hunting down a fleeing Mercedes Benz. Instead of hanging back, our trooper aggressively jumped into the primary spot, completely convinced he could bring this chase to a dead stop. But as the pursuit hit an absolutely blistering 130 mph, he was about to learn. >> Yeah, I mean, they did do that quite a bit, Silvers. I mean, it totally depends on u like the precinct and stuff if they let him chase. Like a lot of precincts in California will not let them chase at all. It just depends. San Marino willow >> in the hard way that he was stepping way out of his weight class. >> I mean, I think it's kind of dumb. I think people are so stupid like they go on chases in California because it's like they literally just drive on the freeways forever. It's like, dude, if you're on the freeway, state or highway patrol will follow you to like the ends of the earth. But literally, you could just like get off the freeway and they'll stop chasing you cuz whatever precinct is runs that city will just like not follow you. It's so dumb. That's very stupid. Heat. Heat. Mess that bit up, huh? Bad pit. Bit more radio. >> Committing to the take down at 130 mph, the trooper swung in for a massive pit maneuver. But thanks to that heavy solid German engineering, the bins shrugged off the hit like a literal tank and didn't budge a single inch from its lane. The impact violently kicked the cruiser off balance, sending our trooper careening into the guard rails at >> Yeah, that's weird. I can't even see. Yeah, I can't even see. Uh I can't even see his chat. Weird. >> Terrifying speed. He miraculously survived the crushing wreck, but his total patrol car was left in the dust as the suspect vanished. We all know how professional and skilled Arkansas [music] state troopers are, but let's be real. Sometimes they take things way too far, and this chase is proof of that. On de >> you did. Well, either way, whatever it is, I'm sorry, you're you're struggling. You'll get over it, man. It's nothing's forever. >> December 19th, 2023. You're the suspect. >> Before you interrupt me, you guys are under an investigation for a multi-million dollar lawsuit with the police department. >> During one of you guys are under investigation for a multi-million dollar lawsuit's many prior arrests, she alleged that police entered her home unlawfully and assaulted her. So, she filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Sarasota Police Department, which by the way isn't even in the same county as the department that's arresting her now, a fact she seems blissfully unaware of. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? Two coronas. >> All right. What's your name? >> You're going to look at my arm in here. >> You have a body cam on your >> I see a flashlight. Do you have a camera? >> I have my body on. >> So, why did your girlfriend hit you? >> She's had a lot to drink. >> Okay. There was a few girls that smiled at me, waved, she got confrontational. I don't really want to put her through the whole legal system. She's drunk. I believe. >> I don't care what you believe. Go get the video footage, get probable cause that I actually broke a law, and then come talk to me. I'm dead serious. You guys are in a multi-million dollar lawsuit with me. That's over $10 million in April. Okay? This is a game. They are playing a game with you. You are a pawn. Just so that you know, you are a pawn. [clears throat] And I respect police officers. I've respected them my whole life. I've done events with you guys in Portland, Oregon, and lots of other places, and I have had police officers there with me. They are intimidated because I have actual probable cause. They broke into my house when they had no authority to be there. They had no body camera footage and they assaulted me and they called a dog on me when I wasn't resisting arrest. That is why you were here today because somebody apparently lied about me and said I assaulted somebody. Go get the video footage and ask if somebody actually assaulted me. I knew exactly what you guys were doing when you did it. >> I heard the police call. >> I heard it. >> I think it would be bad if I just like end it with her and let her do her thing. Because if you don't, I will sue you like I did everybody else. I'm not threatening you, but I will sue you like I did everybody else. You will end up losing your job. Not because you're not a good police officer, but because they care about their money. >> Ask them for the veto footage. >> Some house arrest. I go to prison for probably a year. Is that hers or what? What the hell was that? >> Yeah, it's her hair. She has extensions. One of them came out. >> I swear to you. I swear to you. They gave me nine tickets. They tried putting me in jail. They gave me nine tickets when I had no criminal record. I have had no criminal record. They tried putting me in jail because my fiance was the president of the Republican party and he paid people. Go ask them. Ask them for actual footage. Ask them for any evidence that they possibly have. I'm dead serious. Ask them and then you are more than welcome to arrest me on probable cause. But until then, you have no probable cause. >> Okay. So, what are we here for today? >> You guys are here apparently because of what he told me, which is that I assaulted some girl in a bar, which is a lie. >> I don't want to be held responsible for her like a year in prison. You know what I mean? >> It's not your fault. She should not have punched you. >> I know that. >> Are you here with your friends? >> I'm not here with anybody right now. No, I'm not. Yeah, my friend, she just like I just went to go meet my friend and she was like, >> I have literally no girlfriends here. So, for somebody to say that I assaulted them is a lie. It's joy land. Go ask them for the video footage. Like, like literally, what is wrong with you guys? Go ask them for the video footage. They can pull it. It takes 2 seconds. I have so many friends that are in business. I'm an entrepreneur. Go ask them for the video footage. It takes us what? 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and [clears throat] if you're wrong, they're going to come after you. When I sue everybody, it's going to come after you. Seriously, I didn't assault I literally did not assault a single girl tonight. Ask them for the video footage. They're lying to you. And he goes, "Oh, I see the cut on your leg." I'm like, "That was there literally before I even got here." >> Like, >> I just want to >> Now that he's figuring out that, oh, she's going to jail. He's really just backing up on it. He's like, "I don't want to talk anymore. I don't want to talk anymore." And would you be willing to let us take a picture of your lip? >> No. Okay. All righty. Do you need anything else from us? >> I'm good. >> I always have a good idea here tonight. >> We don't >> You're not detaining me because you have no proof at all. >> We don't just harass people for no reason. So called us over here. >> You don't And you have no right to detain me. You haven't IDed me. And you have no reason at all to detain me. I am not unintelligent. You guys have no reason to detain me. You have not IDed me and you have not proven that I have broken any crime. So, leave me the alone because I know. Sorry. I'm so sorry. But >> I'm not fighting against you. I'm fighting against the system and I know exactly what they're doing. And here he comes to step in. You have no right to detain me. You have not IDed me. You have no proof of anything at all. >> I'm going to read you this before I talk to you. >> No, you're not reading my Miranda rights because you do not have any legal reasons. Do you want to lose your job because I'm in a $10 million lawsuit with the Sarasota County? >> What does it look like the other person? >> Look at the video footage and ask them what I actually did. >> Her boyfriend says that she hit him in the face. >> Look at the video footage and say what I actually did. >> Okay. Well, you don't want to talk. So, we're going to go off. >> Is your boyfriend the person in that Republican party? Is it the same person? >> No. >> No. >> Is this your actual boyfriend or is just a friend? I don't know who you guys are talking about, so I have I have literally no idea how to answer that question. >> We're going to go this way. >> You got to lose your job so >> I'm in a multi-million dollar lawsuit because you multi-millionaire. >> You're in Northport. >> No. Do you know where >> somebody donate so I can be a multi-millionaire like? >> Are you right? >> No, I can't. No. >> Oh, well, this is my office. >> Oh, okay. Is that the guy? >> Your boyfriend? >> This I don't have a boyfriend. >> You want to check the text on my phone? That's fine. That's fine. I got a good ass attorney. Subpoena the text on my phone. I have no boyfriend. I don't know who the hell you guys are talking about right now. >> You're not searching me. >> Why? You're under arrest. You're going to get searched. >> You're not searching me. >> Why don't you? >> You are not searching me. A woman can search me, but you're not searching me. Did you get positive >> on her? >> Did you get Yeah. >> No. >> No. >> No. No, she don't want to identify herself. >> You have no identification on me. You're literally >> You're You don't even know who just asked you questions. >> You don't even know who just asked you questions and you are trying to detain me. >> You're not actually >> Do you know that been arrested for several several things? >> Look up Washington State. You have no proof. You have no problem. >> You're not cooperating. So we're going to go with what we >> This is not a matter of not cooperating. Wow. You guys are not doing your You guys are not doing your due diligence, are you? You are just a bunch of pongs. Make sure you have your video footage on cuz the less police officers couldn't. >> Wow, guys. Wow. Like seriously, you have actually no probable cause. Can you arrest me? You have literally nothing at all. You have no ID. >> Do you have anything on your bra? >> I'm not on anything. >> It's a sticky, bro. I have nothing. >> I didn't hear anything you said. >> I'm not on drugs. I've done nothing wrong. >> You take off your victim here. Not want her. >> They made allegations about me. They lied about me. Did he confirm their relationship? >> He said they've been dating for a year. That's fine. Let them prove that in court. >> There's no witnesses. They have zero proof. They're accusing me of something I didn't do. So, they want you to find somebody that's a witness cuz they have nobody and they're trying to accuse me of a crime that I did not commit. Go ahead, find somebody. And then also get your video footage. Don't get witnesses. Get your video footage because if I end up in jail for several weeks, >> we're trying to help you out. She was fighting back with our security uh pushing our security. The guy was still inside and she ran back up to him and said you and then decked him in the face. >> Okay. Is there a camera that catches that angle where it happened? >> No, there is not. >> But you saw it happen. >> I did see it happen. Yeah. We had uh multiple people that saw it. But then did they tell you about how she ran out back ran into somebody? >> She might get away with the cash >> car as well. >> Yes. That's how I found her. She ran to a random person's car and asked for a ride and they told her no and then >> Oh. in. Like actually got jumped into somebody's >> car and got it and locked the door. >> Yeah. She offered her $100 to give her a ride home. She's going to be banned from uh the facility. >> Have you ever trespassed anybody? >> I have not. >> Okay. Okay. >> I have to explain that she's going to be subject to arrest. >> Well, just tell her she can't go back for a year. If you don't want to explain the arrest, I'll I'll explain to her the crime. >> No, not really. They used to be, but there was a few studies people did and basically like they realized that um when people give witness testimonies, a lot of times they're all screwed up. Like they don't make any sense. Like all of them are different and stuff. They they will only really use witness testimonies if they're like corroborated like multiple people. So, this one's kind of strong because they both the people that work there said they said the same thing, but it's not it's not as good as a camera for the trespass. If she talks back, it is what it is. >> Hi. So, you're no longer going to be allowed here for at least a year. Okay. If you come back, you're subject to arrest within a year. >> It's a little bit stronger than one person. >> It depends on like corroboration. >> They'll probably try to find other relationship text messages. ask for protest. >> We're going to have a fun ride up to the jail. >> Oh, this is one of those cases. I just flash music. Song of choice. >> I'm not going to be petty about it. >> Give them their song of choice and take them out. >> Where is the person that accused me >> with the other deputies? >> If you don't do your job and I sue them for millions of dollars that they aren't doing, you have literally no legal right to detain them. >> He's like, "Damn it, my iPhone connected the car. >> You're not detained anymore.
