The man was charged with two counts of
domestic battery. one for allegedly
assaulting his girlfriend and another
for allegedly assaulting his mother. He
also faces charges of aggravated battery
to a peace officer and resisting arrest.
In addition, he has three prior domestic
battery convictions dating back to 2018.
