kiing on January 26th
2024 officers conducted a traffic stop
on a vehicle that was speeding
erratically without its headlights on we
just pulled into the entrance of UV off

and you're going 50 m hour down here and
it's 30 m hour 50 yeah and you don't
have your lights
on you don't have your headlights on
these lights are so bad I feel like like

I may have her get out of the car so
what I may have her get out of the car
you got to do me or what possibly is she
decent or what yeah she's fine she so
she pul she's drived with no headlights
on she pulled out a McDonald's parking
lot out of McDonald's from the drivethru
right in front of me and then she's in
the middle of the two lanes from
McDonald's all the way to Annie she
didn't stop at the red light and then
she's just going back and forth of all
the lanes down here and she's going like
50
so all right
all right Sharon right is Johnson yep
joh all right I'm going to be honest
with you I don't know if you're okay to
drive right now would you be okay with
me putting you through some tests to
make sure you're okay to drive no I
wouldn't okay
right down the street so okay well I'm
going to be honest with you your eyes
look a little bit bloodshot okay just SL
your words and the way you were driving
as I was on route to another car kind of
concerns

reason because I can see where the car

Miss Johnson look at me
please the more you do this all right
the more let me talk for a sec the more
you are un Cooperative let's just go
ahead yes the more you're un Cooperative
the longer is going to take I'm going to
yeah like this is the type of thing I
hate about cops and [ __ ] I'm going to be
uncooperative because I feel like you're
you're arresting me for like unnecessary
[ __ ] so yeah I'm going to argue and find
that why would I
not consequen okay and I'm I'm I'm
prepared to face the consequen I am too
okay great so we're on the same page
let's do this [ __ ] you don't have to
talk to me you don't have to sweet talk
me because I feel like it's it's a it's
an unnecessary arrest I have to search
you one more time search me again cuz I
slipped some [ __ ] in my pocket when you
arrested me but [ __ ] yeah I'm going to
fight back anybody's going to fight back
when you're denying them their free will
you have my hands cued behind my back
what should I do honestly come the [ __ ]
on yeah you're under arrest so when
you're under arrest you're going to
fight it that's a crime okay it's a
crime I don't fight it in okay and we're
going to do that but at the same time
I'm still going to fight like arrest was
unnecessary Char with and you can charge
that and I'll fight that in court right
okay so shut the [ __ ]
up well you don't have to I W either can
you w your stand for all right thank you
all right on same paid and you're sober
and you're arguing so we're both arguing
so what's the difference you're under
arrest so what's the difference and you
feel like I'm not right exactly okay so
two ends of a shared
swk you can put this way no okay you got
to do what we ask make okay you can make
me do it and it'll happen
kick a cop and you get why are you
kicking me why are you kicking me
because I positioned myself comfortable
bring her over here what do we ask you
what we ask you do you you're going to
be to the
bench being cuffed to the bench you was
waiting for our welin okay you're
waiting for our welin no nobody wants
any problems you're the one because I
just spread my leg to kick me you and uh
sh you're trying to kick police officers
we all witnessed it okay so did not I
just spread my face well I'm going to
uncuff this in
sock it go ahead do it do the one handed
I'm going do that
[ __ ] let both on up that's
fine I just spread my legs so I can be
more no that's not what happen yeah that
is what happen you can lie to somebody
else you don't you got body cans right y
got
body y'all got body oh we going to be
aggressive with this hand
right shut the [ __ ] up
wikins I'm just getting more comfortable
I'm just getting more
comfortable we got schaer
Wilkins what is that that look Greek
what is that Italian and
Truth awesome I'm comfortable now I
don't really give a [ __ ] okay
