Now investigators want his version on the record because they already have the messages, the recordings, and the other side of the story. um his property I've gathered and witnesses are going to be in route to the PD to fill out statements >> just to anybody else in here. >> I think I found the predator poacher video. He's uh they're going to be pressure washing. He he is under investigation. Bloomington for child. >> Yep. We uh we made contact with him as well. >> Did they confirm and [ __ ] >> I don't know. I didn't talk to him. >> Somebody did and so we're we'll be working with them as well. >> Got it. Got it. Cool. Cool. Well, that's interesting stuff. We appreciate y'all taking it on. >> I appreciate you guys you guys doing this. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. Colin Maguire was booked into the Franklin County Jail that night on two charges. Indecent solicitation of a child, a class one felony, and solicitation to meet a child, a class 4 felony. A judge reviewed what the decoy team. >> Um, I found another one where they they bring diapers out, but I don't know if he should. It's himself. Probably not. But we could watch a little bit of Actually, no. This video is way too long. It's like an hour long. That's how a lot of his videos are just like raw footage. That's kind of what how his channel is. They're just like raw footage. So, a lot of these predator catches are like I like 50 minutes or an hour long. They're really really long. Um, but they are pretty entertaining. I recommend it if you want to watch it sometime, but I'm not going to watch it right now. Maybe another stream will do that. But yeah, it's Predator Poachers. Prior Poachers is a good one. Sker Jean is a good one. Um, Jittiana is like I don't know. He's okay. His thumbnails are wild. Like look at this [ __ ] Here's Well, actually, I don't know. This one's not that bad. Some of them are horrible, though. They're like [ __ ] with like little kids [ __ ] standing next to a pedophile. Then they're all like AI generated. That shit's weird. But anyways, yeah. Um, I couldn't find that video. I wanted to watch it, but what happened to that guy? He [ __ ] got arrested and put in jail and [ __ ] dude. President for a long time. Um, we didn't hear a silence. Did I close it already? Here we go. Had handed over the messages, the recording, the intent laid out in his own words and granted a petition to deny his pre-trial release. He was held with no bond. But that was only the part that happened in West Frankfurt. The contact had started weeks earlier back in April. And when the Bloomington Police Department's cyber crimes unit executed search warrants on his electronics, it stopped being about a single drive to a single house. They charged him with 20 additional counts of possessing child. Among what had already come to light was material stored on his Snapchat and a photograph of someone in his own family that he'd run through an AI tool to strip the clothing away. The man who fell apart on that floor over what his parents might think had by then already pulled them into the center of it. His name, his family, a scandal that couldn't stay quiet no matter how badly he wanted it to. He's now facing the real possibility of decades inside a state penitentiary. And here's what's hard to set down. Everything that caught him, the posing, the messaging, the recording, the evidence that put him in a cell with no bond, none of that came from the system built to stop this, it came from a man with a camera and a fake profile doing in his own time what the people with the badges and budgets hadn't done yet. Maguire was caught. The uncomfortable question this case leaves behind is how many men make that same drive to that same meeting? And they're never stopped at all because the only thing standing between them and a child was a stranger who decided to look. So where do you land on that? Are civilian decoy groups we should be grateful for a sign of how much the system is missing on its own. If cases like this stay with you the way they stay with us, subscribe to the channel. We're going to keep telling the ones most people would >> I don't think he's been sentenced yet, guys. But yeah, he's got [ __ ] so many bad charges. He's probably going to get a lot of time, but maybe not. I don't know. A lot of these guys get off really easy for some reason. It's weird. Um, but yeah. Yeah, he puts some a lot of the ones like exclusive ones on locals because they're just like too bad. And this one was probably too bad to be on YouTube, honestly. I could see why. Talking about [ __ ] in diapers and stuff in the chat, it's probably [ __ ] horrible. Um, anyways guys, I I'll see if I can find it. We could watch it on another stream or something, but I I don't think it's on YouTube. It's probably only on those locals. But yeah, um I'm going to take off cuz I'm tired. I'm about to go pass out.
