unnecessary and he didn't tell me to put

didn't say put your hands behind my back

you're proving or trying to I just want
to I want to get my tattoo finished and

do you recall kicking or pinching or
anything the officer no not purposely
not purposely no but it was you did any
of that it was a fight or yes yes is it
possible that you did any it's a figh or
Flight Risk understand by doing that or
attempting to do that could be con uh
construed as resisting arrest I could
see how that looks but I'm not in danger
not a police officer I understand but I
don't you know I don't have a I
have it wasn't out of I don't have any
malicious intent or you know I'm okay

coming down I was on the way to my my
family's house to shower I I would
consider some of your behavior a little
bit odd why because you're just not
acting normal how am I I how am I
supposed to act well because your your
thoughts are are discombobulating I mean
it caught me off guard a little bit

officer use unreasonable Force could you
define or put it into words what kind of
symbol Force the officer used he he
grabbed me and put me under constraint
yeah and didn't let me and didn't tell
me to like he didn't okay so your
complaint is that he put you into
handcuffs without telling you you were
under
arrest yeah that's what you're saying I

fact that you're in handcuffs and under
