okay where do you live around 12:25 p.m. on March 17th 2024 officer Somerville with the Lakewood Police Department responded to a report of an intoxicated driver with a flat tire on Larchmont Avenue as officer Somerville returned to his patrol car officers costanzo and Wallis arrived on scene to assist as officer Wallace was speaking with her she detected the the odor of alcohol and noticed that her eyes were bloodshot and glossy based on their suspicion of impairment Allison was asked to perform field sobriety exercises you don't know you don't know I really don't I just moved back here because I liveed on the east side so like I really don't know the roads we're at on the east side that's a little bit away yeah okay you you said you have somebody got take a look at the tire yeah nystagmus at maximum deviation and the onset of nagus prior to 45° vertical gaze nystagmus was not present in either eye the second exercise was the walk and turn test and Allison did not touch Heel To Toe on each step and stepped off the line while walking the final exercise was the one leg stand test and Ellison failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion and suede while balancing okay this
