just one tonight coming from the
beginning what happened when beforehand
he approached you going to work I caught
this guy flying down the highway at 120
mm-hmm where do you work at I work at
Albuquerque cruising and parking
producing parking is that for the city
of it's a security company okay let me
say that again well Albuquerque okay
how do you know that how fast another
car was going and then what happened
when you're someone that fast
was it on the freeway on the street
that's about the time that you got there
okay the lights were the your car or
personal car company car okay
who install the lights in your car I did
you did okay and when I peeked into your
car I also saw that you had some sort of
radio as I bet yours too okay okay and
then when I made contact with you I'd
notice you had a badge
where'd you get that badge from it did
is he is he still around or they pass
away well it was killed okay when was he
killed
Oh five six years ago
when did he leave the department
okay instead he used to work for
BCSO Branwell County Sheriff's okay and
when I approached you why did you
identify yourself as a as a deputy or a
part of VCs l.joe okay okay cuz I asked
you your date of birth and he initially
gave write something in 1994 right okay
okay what are the the pet of the driver
sent to you you said you was something
about his sister in the hospital and
then he was trying to get there I told
him it's not worth killing someone over
okay how old was the guy how do you
account based off his license he was
about 60 I didn't do the math in my
mouth
do you remember his name at all right do
you have any weapons in your vehicle
there's a handgun and a locked case
under the seat okay is there anything on
the type of vehicle that we should know
about the glovebox
I think I have set of handcuffs and okay
for now that will conclude our interview
more likely somebody else will give you
a phone calling around and just try to
go a little bit more in-depth okay
