DUI to think I do about it your blood
level your blood alcohol concentration
was double the legal limit legal limits

fellow to exhibit a um
a valid document
all right so what's going to happen
typically and again I don't know your
past history with anything or tell me
anything I can go look typically but I'm
not gonna you know but if so so so what
happens is the courts are going to take
in consideration any past DUIs not just
New Jersey and any of the 50 states
because they're going to find that out
all right so
first some offense you know there's
minimum fines and penalties and you know
typically what happens I'm not going to
make any promises but you get like a
bunch of tickets they go to court you
get a lawyer they work on plead
bargaining plea Deals they merge and Men
dismiss kind of deal and they kind of
put it into one right that's what
lawyers and the courts typically do
um under the totality of the
circumstances
so those are tickets I'll give to you
before you leave there's a mandatory
court date of June 7th at 1 pm
so you're looking at
just a day shy of a month away so you
have some time to figure out work
Arrangements
um I got your email earlier I told you
because of course gonna email you
probably send you a notice
correct
so the core is probably going to also
send a notice to your home address
saying you have a court date as a
reminder
okay there's some notice there if you
have any questions any interim there
will be a number on the back you call
their business hours and of course will
answer any questions
just make sure you go to your first
appearance on June 7th at 1pm and thus
for some reason the course engine notice
and they change a date but typically
that's gonna be the day
you don't you don't you don't need a
lawyer for first appearance can you show
up bring somebody to drive you unless
you get your license taken care of of

um and to show up and a judge will go
over the rest of it and what you need to
