Stay right with it. Okay. Just keep looking at it. >> I know. I know it seems like a long silly process, but there's a reason for it. Okay. >> No, I know there is. I know. >> All right. Additionally, if you refuse to take the test I have requested of you and if your driving privilege has been previously suspended or if you have been previously fined under Florida State Statute 327.35215 for refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath. >> Why can't I wait for my lawyer? >> H >> why can't I wait for my lawyer? >> Because this is administrative. When you signed for your New York driver's license, you agreed that you would provide a sample. That's what imply consent means. Back when you were 16 years old and you signed on the dotted line for your driver's license, you agreed that you would provide a breath sample, a urine sample, and or a blood sample upon the lawful request of a law enforcement officer. If you're refusing to do that, you lose your license. It's administrative. It has nothing to do with the criminal process. >> Okay, then let's do it. >> Let's go do it. [clears throat] All right, mosquito. Brand new mouth. You can stay seated right now. Brand new mouthpiece is going to go attach to this black tube. Okay. You're going to sew your lips around this other tip. Don't bite down with your teeth. Just tight. So we lift only for me. All right. You're going to blow long hard continuously. When you're doing it correctly, it'll be a tone coming from the instrument. Keep it going until I say stop blowing. Okay. I need two samples. No less than two. could be more tuned correctly to complete the test correctly. Okay, understand what I explained to you. Give me a few minutes then I'll call you up. You going to come stand right in front of me. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Give me a minute. [clears throat] All right. Two. All right, come on up for [music] me. Look, come stand right in front of them. All right, this is the edges of your lips. Pull out as hard as you can when you hear that tone. means you're doing it right. You got to keep it going for me. Don't break it until I say stop. Keep a little harder. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Thank you. All right. Go have a seat for me. Can you do that for me one more time in a few minutes? Okay. And then what happens after this? >> You're going to he's going to finish up his paperwork. When we go back out, like I told you, when you're coming in, we're going to take you out of handcuffs. You'll sit in the sale while he finishes up his paperwork. You'll go next door to booking. And when you get over there, you can call whomever you need to call. They'll be phone holding cell. You stay here for 8 hours. 8 hours started before you got here. So, you're in your process of 8 hours. They'll tell you your release time. You have a bun and then you go home. Okay. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> That's how we do everything. time. I'm an itch. >> Always when you can't get to it. >> All right, come on back up from here. Same thing. No different. Just bring your mouth. Okay. Don't stop. I'm tell you, take your good breath because every time you stop, it starts all the way back. Ready? Yep. And just blot your mouth. Bang. Perfect. Keep going. Keep going. Don't break it. Keep going. Keep going. All right. Thank you, ma'am. You're done. In a few minutes, I'll explain your results. Okay. >> Okay. >> Should I sit? >> Yes. Sit down. I'll explain your results. Can you take these off? >> Not yet. I told you when to go back out the door. Okay, we're almost done here. >> So, I have to wait 8 hours. >> You are in your 8 hours already from the when they look at from the time he arrested you on the side of the road, your arrest time. That's when your 8 hours start when those handcuffs went on you. So, it's not when you get here, it's on the side of the road. So, you're currently in your 8 hours. >> And so, and when can I call? Well, like I said, when he's on his paperwork, we'll get you next to where you can call. >> It'll be like about an hour and a half. Hour, hour and a half. >> She requested a lawyer both on. So, no problem. >> Now, let's just call got to be patient. Okay. And when can I call my dad for the water? >> Same thing. Next door when you go to like I said when you're put you in a cell next door there's phone so you just follow them whenever they put you in a cell. If that's the first person you want to call, you can call me. >> There's no limit to how many people you can call me. >> Thank you. >> Okay, Caitlyn. The limit in the state of Florida for driving under [clears throat] the influence of alcohol is a 08. On your first test, you do a 19. Her breath test results indicated back levels of 0.198% and 0.193% which were more than double the legal limit of 0.08%. She was charged with a DUI 316.1931 and eventually released on a $1,000 bond pending her court appearance. >> Me is on your second test of.1 93. That means you are over the limit set by the state of Florida for driving under the influence of alcohol. You understand? >> Okay. All right, we are done. You come on out. I'm gonna take you off. [clears throat] I'll get you out of the handcuffs so you can relax. >> All right, Tommy. You're welcome.
