Um, I understand you have Reckless Ben's phone number. Okay, can we get that from you? >> Reckless Ben This is a joke. You know what I mean? I don't know what they're planning on doing, but they've threatened to break into that business up there in Oregon, Reckless Ben and his people. >> You'd think that they have something better to do. If I was 16, I would not be doing this. I'll say that. >> No. >> Is he getting charged for like trespassing trespassing and stuff for money? >> All right, this is super interesting, especially if you're keeping up with the Bricks and Minifigs versus Reckless Ben saga going on on the internet, and it's going hyper viral. This is the unredacted body cam footage of Officer Strong from the American Forked Tongue Police Department as they come into contact with Joshua Johnson right here. If you'll remember, Joshua Johnson and Brandon Best are the two guys that assumed ownership from the original Bricks and Minifigs store over there in Oregon, and this apparent conspiratorial effort by the Bricks and Minifigs corporate office to move in on and take possession of a $200,000 Star Wars LEGO collection owned by a guy named Brian Mansell, who consigned his Star Wars collection with the previous owners before Brandon Best and Josh Johnson took over. Now, you've heard of the highly accurate statement "Snitches get stitches," right? Well, one of the main reasons I want to show you this video is this guy sings like a freaking bird as he interacts with the American Forked Tongue Police Department. Stay tuned, we're going to get to him in a second. Let's first watch the interaction between the American Forked Tongue Police Department and Joshua Johnson, and keep in mind, the accusation is that Brandon Best, Joshua Johnson, and the CEO of Bricks and Minifigs are engaged in a conspiracy against Brian Mansell, the owner of the $200,000 Star Wars Lego collection. And Reckless Ben from the Reckless Ben YouTube channel is trying to bring all of these parties to justice as the American Fork Tongue Police Department appears to be involved in a conspiracy to cover up all this injustice. What they're trying to do is serve this guy legal papers. If you have any question about that, you can check out my last video on this. Yeah, you'd think Reckless Ben and his crew would have something better to do than to pursue corporate con artists who appear to be trying to steal retirement money from an old man who spent 23 years accumulating this massive Star Wars Lego collection. Come on, Ben. Do something better with your life, like join the American Fork Police Department. These cops are a joke. >> All of them, four members, looking at me. What what happened to Thompson? >> Okay, man. >> We'll we'll get out of here. >> Just try to get to come back and talk to you. >> Okay, we're dealing with that right now, so okay. >> Just let me think. Obviously, I got to tell him to get the truck back out of there. >> Hi. How are you? >> No, that he's part of them. Oh, yeah. He's part of their group. Like like there's a whole bunch of them. All right. >> Oh, no, you're one of them. Oh, that's fine. >> This is telling me that this is going to be like texting one of the people. >> Yeah. >> How do you know they said >> Yeah, how are you doing? I'm Ben, by the way. >> What's that? >> I'm Ben. >> Ben? >> Yeah. Not not the like >> You're not the original >> I'm just another Ben. That actually was the original dog. Yeah, so I'm not the Ben. >> Got it. >> But >> Are you okay if I photograph this? >> Yeah, go for it. Um what you guys I guess like to hear my like what I'm just doing here? >> Yeah, yeah, absolutely. >> Um And I was just so so far I I guess right. I go to many places, so with cops, I do have like some trespassing charges in the past. It's always >> Sounds like it. You guys are going on people's property and mess with them, so it doesn't doesn't surprise >> That is a false accusation. This guy right here never stepped foot on somebody else's property. >> Surprised me. >> My my I guess whole position of this whole thing is really just filming. Um so the YouTuber who came in the other last night he filmed him. Um from I think LA or something like that. Um, he just posted on his Instagram, "Hey everyone in Utah, I'm filming a video." He didn't give a word >> You can go back to the video or to the video. >> You get paid or something for this or what? >> Yeah, I I get paid. I I film for different creators around Utah. Um, this just happened to come up as an opportunity for me to just make some extra money. >> So, you're exchanging a criminal record for money? >> I didn't What does that mean? >> Well, like you're >> charged >> charged for like trespassings, trespassing and stuff for money. Is that really what you >> didn't want to do that. >> enter onto the >> I'm not You just said you have multiple trespassing charges, right? >> Well, just with abandoned places. Like I go to abandoned places. >> Yeah, so you're filming for money for that. That's a bad idea is what I'm saying. >> Oh, yes. I I stopped doing that. It's just that used to be my past time. >> Yeah. All right. >> Can you send this to me, that video? >> I got a All right, you got a good number to send it >> Yeah. Just give me 801. >> 979 >> 801 >> 979 >> 979 >> 6012 >> 6012 Uh, I just I'll text my number. So, let me know if you got it. >> Are you over 18? >> I'm 20. >> You're 20? Okay, just so you know, you're trespassing here if you put one foot on his lawn. >> I even if I haven't already. I I like I I understand I I understand that. All right, cool. >> So, again, >> You straight up. >> Yeah, I'm sorry. >> No [ __ ] >> Mhm. Okay. >> Um, whatever he is dealing with with with what's done >> Mhm. >> Yeah, I'm going to start him on the road. Um, whatever he's dealing with with what's going on here >> That doesn't involve >> It doesn't need to involve >> Mhm. 100% >> Right? So, stop [ __ ] with him. >> 100% I didn't This is my first time even like hearing about this guy on >> That's such BS. You can act as an investigative reporter all you want on your own time, and this cop doesn't have a say in that. If you're staking out a place that's owned by a potential criminal in the hopes of telling a guy who has a process server with him to serve him court papers legal legitimate court papers in order to bring justice to a guy that was ripped off. And then the cops come along and say you shouldn't be involved in this. What does that say about the cops? Essentially, the kid in this car is doing what the cops should be doing. They should be involved in investigating this crime that allegedly Joshua Johnson and Brandon Best are involved in. >> I This is the audio from the phone. >> If If you're a film artist, great. Go film. Don't mess with people's lives. You're going to get yourself hurt. You know what I'm saying? You're going to people's properties and and doing this [ __ ] >> Yeah, and stealing people's properties is bad. You should really be questioning Joshua Johnson. >> yourself hurt. Um You're either going to get arrested again, if you have before, um or somebody's going to take this stuff as threat If white people show up at my front door yelling and screaming I mean, I don't know exactly what happened, but >> Yelling and screaming. This cop has no facts. >> Dude, I would take it as a threat to that, so you're in Utah, so I would just be careful about that. I'm I'm See, I know you're just filming the portion of it, but like I said, >> No, I would not. >> bad idea to exchange trespassing charges, a criminal record, for money. I understand you weren't trespassing. It's not technically trespassing on this. >> Huh. >> What do you say? >> He just said, "I understand that you weren't technically trespassing in this." But the cop gave him a trespass warning anyway. >> Yep. >> Oh, yes. >> Okay. Um I understand you have Reckless Ben's phone number. Okay. Can we get that from you? >> I'd prefer Um you can you can take a picture of it just to make it easier for you. >> Yes, that would be great. >> Uh I'm sorry about all this. I mean >> [ __ ] happens, but we all learn from it, right? >> 100% Yeah. Uh I'm so sorry for you, I mean >> I mean yeah, I literally just do content on the side. That's >> This guy is destroying his career on social media by outing Reckless Ben's phone number to the police department without Reckless Ben's permission. Sorry officer, I can't do that. I can't give you someone else's phone number if I don't have permission to give their phone number. >> Okay. >> Yeah brother, you can do that if you want. You can do what you want. You can make great money doing that, but when you start messing with other people, that's when you got to be kind of worried about that. >> This is the first time like I've done something like this. Usually the content I do is more you know on the lights, like you know, ladders. Not not even bad, just like it's more like just more fun. This is the first time I'm actually like, you know >> Here you're at somebody's home. >> Yeah. >> It's not funny. You know what I'm saying? >> I understand that. >> What if what if somebody showed up at your front door? That's how you got to look at it. You're at somebody's house right now. >> Yeah, people have showed up at my front door before too, as well. >> How did that feel? >> Well, guess what officer, I would expect somebody to show up at my front door if I stole $200,000 worth of property from another guy and then started threatening them with law enforcement when they were trying to serve me with official court documents. >> Of course, I I want to say >> Exactly, so don't do what you do to other people, you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah, 100% >> The cops are going to get called, you're going to go to jail and all this [ __ ] so >> Yeah, the thing with Reckless >> This This kid right here does not know how to take a stand. He has no balls. He's made his name mud on the internet and he needs to shut the freak up and stop talking to police. >> I'm not I 100% I understand my mistake. I'm very sorry. I 100% won't do this again. Um with Reckless Ben though, um I guess some stuff he was explaining last night and this morning too, he like had him sign a contract that like I don't know. His whole video kind of concept, he kind of showed us the love Jeff of the video uh yesterday finding all the legal loopholes to make you think that he's doing, you know, legal if if that makes sense. So in a sense today, he got sent to go sign like a package. I wasn't there for that. I just really joined them like 30 minutes ago. >> Yeah. >> Um but I guess he had someone, one of his friends, uh like had that he sign a package as a fake UPS worker. Um and then like on that like package, it was like a disguise, I think, as a contract. I was like, "Oh, you guys can't like go on my property, etc., etc." So, like he's just trying to find like legal loophole, if that if that makes sense. Um so, I I I think that's kind of like what Ben's >> No, nothing you're saying is making sense, dude. Nothing. >> kind of mindsets going on. Just like trying all these things um >> Yeah, but do you believe everything you read on social media? First of all, that would never hold up in a in a court thing. It'll never be allowed onto his property. >> Yeah, we don't know that. >> Second of all, do you think that everything on social media is real? >> No, not at all. >> Right. So, somebody's telling you something. What if I told you the sky was green? And I went on social media and described every reason why it's actually green and not blue. Is that real? No, it's not real. >> It's not real. >> So, it's like and everything on social media is, you know, boosted up and all these things. So, maybe he's trying to get local people to do work for him to create this narra- You don't You never know. That's what I'm saying. So, to to be here on that somebody's property for a whim, somebody telling you something, I mean, that's crazy to me. >> Yeah. >> You know. >> And you don't know, officer. What if that guy living in that house over there, Joshua Johnson, what if he's lying to you? What if Reckless Ben really does have a process server with him? And what if that document that they have with them is a legitimate court document that has to be served? And what if the American Fork Police Department verified that it is a legitimate document? Aren't you guys kind of breaking your own laws there? Aren't you protecting a guy who's involved, at the very least, in shady business practices? Aren't you possibly protecting thieves who stole the life savings of an old man? >> You don't know. You weren't involved in this deal. You weren't involved in any contracts. You have You have no idea what you're talking about, besides what he's telling you. The victim in this instance. >> You have no idea what you're talking about says the cop who has no idea what he's talking about. >> What are you talking about? I mean to to do all of this on a whim is crazy to me. That's wild that you would put yourself in a harm's way criminally, civilly, you know, or in harm's way. I don't know what Who is this guy? I have no idea. Is he crazy? We don't know. Does he have bombs in there? Who knows? You know what I'm saying? To do all that on what somebody told you is just wild. You don't even know the guy. You just know him on YouTube or whatever, right? You don't know him personally. >> Uh we've talked back and forth a few times. This is the first >> messages or something? >> Through yeah. >> Okay. Yeah, that's crazy. >> I know. I wanted to just understand that. >> You have you have no idea who this guy is. Okay, I can text Abdul Shamar wherever a prince and whatever. Doesn't mean I know him. >> Yeah, 100%. >> Doesn't make any sense. >> No, I totally get that. I'm sorry about that. >> Do you have a driver's license with you? >> Uh I was giving that info to him. Um >> Do you have a Utah license though? >> Yes, I do. My car got totaled a little bit ago. >> Did I commit a crime? Was there some kind of traffic infraction? Do I just give you my ID because you demand it? Are you saying you want me to show you my papers? Is that what you're saying, officer? Are you trying to violate my Fourth Amendment right? >> This is a new car um and and that I was getting info cuz I was getting a new license. I lost a lot of stuff. >> Okay, but >> I have a picture and everything. >> Oh, okay. >> I'm and that's why I was pulling up for that guy. >> Yeah, so we're having a talk right now. >> I'm sorry. >> Well, that helps me. Let's see. Which was You might be stuck out here for a couple minutes. All right, we could just maybe give you a courtesy ride. >> Sir 28? >> No, just a temp tag. Um, okay, so I use it a lot recently. Sorry about that. I mean >> What was your name, bud? >> Uh, Ben, Benjamin Adams. Yeah. I mean, I don't know if you I know my social security number or like all that stuff. Do you need me to write all of that? While I find this? >> Yeah, while you're finding that, I'll take down your social. >> Uh, that's the easiest way to do it, I think. Let me know when you're ready. >> Ready. Do you not keep it in your wallet, dude? >> No, I That's when I told I lost it, so I was in the process of getting it mailed to me and anyone. >> Got you. >> Or did you like leave it in the car or something cuz they >> Yeah. I lost a lot of just cards that day. I I have a picture of it somewhere. I just can't seem to find it. >> How did you lose it? >> I use it a lot, that picture. >> All right. Just sign Just sign right there. Yeah, perfect. And hopefully try to get rid of the glare a little bit. There we go. Awesome. Good, buddy. Any questions for us? >> Uh, no, sir. I I just want to say again, I'm sorry. I I promise I Yeah. >> You just got to think about what you're doing. Like, take yourself out of the situation and be like, "Is this normal what I'm doing?" And it's not. >> a part of me was just big YouTuber. >> Yeah. >> Is the YouTuber I've watched for years, so sorry. >> Yeah, no. I get you. Yeah. >> But I wanted to say I wanted to say like >> A little excited about it or whatever, I get it. >> Yeah. >> Uh, when you're involving like people >> Come on, dude. Educate yourself before you go out there. This is about bringing justice to an old man who accumulated a large collection of Star Wars LEGOs that was worth a lot of money, and a big corporation stepped in and stole his property, and he has no recourse and everybody's getting together to try to help this guy. That's it. And what it looks like is the American Fork Police Department is actually obstructing justice. Don't be like this guy. Shut the front door when cops are around. Don't be such a pushover and definitely don't be a snitch. >> lives in their homes at their house. It's like you got to think about it. It's not like you're at Walmart. When you're involving like people's lives in their homes at their house. It's like you got to think about it. It's not like you're at Walmart making a funny video or something. You know what I'm saying? >> It's a little bit different when you're at somebody's house. >> Totally. Totally. 100% totally. >> And since you know you trespassed, if you come back, you will be arrested, bro. >> 100% 100% totally. >> And only other thing I'll say is if you know anyone else that's coming up doing this stuff, tell them to knock it off. That way they're not here for 20 minutes talking to us, right? Drive safe. >> Doing this stuff. If you know anybody who's out here seeking justice and trying to nab criminals, just tell them to stop, says the American Fork Police Department. If I was audit the audit, this guy gets an F. These guys get an F minus. Matter of fact, some of these guys should lose their jobs and be locked up in jail. Leave your thoughts about this.
