You guys are so used to being in control, you hate when somebody else asks you questions. What makes you think that anybody needs to give you their ID if they haven't broken a law? That just blows my mind that you would think that. >> What What What makes you so special? >> Well, you see, copper, it's not so much that we alone are special. It's more like our lives together with our freedoms are special. So special, in fact, that they should always be respected and protected at all costs, including the right to be anonymous and not have to relinquish our ID under force, threats, and intimidation, which brings us to ID refusal. Now, there's regular ID refusal. >> Can I get your name? >> I don't think that I need to unless I've committed a crime or I'm suspected of a crime. >> There's extra strength premium ID refusal. >> You have to give me your name. >> Oh, bless your heart. God bless you. See, now, the bad thing is, for you, unfortunately for you, is I know my rights and I know the law, and I know I'm not breaking the law. >> But we got a call about you. So, you have to identify yourself. >> No, I don't. No, I don't. I don't have to identify myself cuz somebody called you about me. >> And there's ultra octane hyper beast mode verbally bludgeon the tyrant into the dirt ID refusal. >> I'm surprised you guys haven't called on the radio yet. Blue sprinkle in my little donut hole, come in, my little donut hole, I need help. >> Why are you tickling your little piggy tits? >> Today, we're going to look at a very interesting interaction between the owner of the YouTube channel Broken System, Broken Trust, >> If you can cite a law that I broke verbatim, I will gladly give you an ID. >> and these tyrants from the Oakland County, Michigan Sheriff's Department. >> He's hoping he can get me on something. I take it very seriously when I see armed gunmen out harassing the public and then using legalized extortion to get money from them, and then even worse, it's state sanctioned, so you guys get paid to do it. And we're going to have a little fun and make some comments along the way. Stay tuned to the end because Broken System, Broken Trust is pedal to the metal all the way through to the end. And before we get started, you should know that there is no jaywalking law in Oakland County or in the entire state of Michigan. As a matter of fact, regarding right-of-way, it clearly says, "If you cross a road where there is no marked crosswalk or intersection, you must yield the right-of-way to oncoming vehicles. You cannot just walk into traffic." And that makes common sense, for which you need no law from the government. Let's pick this up where Broken System, Broken Trust is clearly on the other side of this road from where the cops are parked, and he looks for a break in the traffic, safely crosses over, and this is where the interaction begins. What's up, guys? >> Sir, >> Why'd you activate your lights? >> Do you have your ID with you? >> No, you can stay 10 ft away from me, though. >> You used the crosswalk without walking. >> Oh, you did? What law is that? >> Jaywalking. >> That's jay-You used the crosswalk without walking, is that what he said? Walking, there's no jaywalking in Michigan, buddy. >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm You're not getting my ID. >> Dude, we need your ID. >> You're >> I'm not telling you, I'm asking you. >> Okay, well, if you can cite a law that I broke, then you can have my ID. >> Just did. >> I think he meant it in reverse. "I'm not asking you, I'm telling you" is what he meant. >> You didn't use the crosswalk. >> Yeah, tell me MCL. What What's the MCL? >> I'm not sure. I don't know the MCL off >> Well, if you don't know it, then how are you going to enforce it? >> Because we >> What's your names? >> Abbott, 2735. >> Abbott, and the badge number was what? >> 2735. >> 2735? >> Comma, 2219 >> 2219, what's your first name, Comma? >> I need your ID, sir. >> What's your first name, Comma? >> Sir, I need your ID. >> If you can cite a law that I broke and verbatim, I will give I will gladly give you >> Are you refusing to identify yourself? >> Well, see, refuse >> Right now, you're not free to leave. You crossed the You crossed the street without a crosswalk. We simply just need your ID. >> If you can tell me a law that I broke, then What's the law? >> We just told you, sir. >> You said you don't even know it. >> It's jaywalking. >> There's no jaywalking in Michigan. That's why Listen, you need to be able to cite a law. Hang out. This is the silliest response I've ever seen right here. You know that. What was your first name, Comma? >> You're just saying my last name. >> No, I need your first name. It's public information. You're withholding the information. I want your first name, and I want your salary. I can foil request all that information. You realize that, right? You guys are so used to being in control. You hate when somebody else asks you questions, right? Like, "Hey, what's the law?" Like, what makes you think that anybody needs to give you their ID if they haven't broken a law? What makes you think that that's even like That just blows my mind that you would think that. >> Another thing that blows my mind is this frame right here where we have a tyrant cop trying to initiate oppression on an innocent man who has done nothing wrong as he stands under a symbol of freedom. That American flag is supposed to mean something. It actually means nothing to the boys in blue or gray or black or whatever that color is. >> What were you guys over here doing? What are you guys doing in the Island House parking lot? You just went deaf and mute all of a sudden. You can't hear me. You can't say anything. What are you guys doing? Other than harassing people. Which clearly you tried to target me for harassment. He's over there looking up He's hoping he can get me on something. Right now, he's hoping there's a law that he can cite. Right? Look at him right now. He's looking it up right now. He's trying to look up why you guys can justify harassing me for wanting to come over here and find out what you guys are doing. >> And that is the opposite of upholding, protecting, and defending the freedoms of Americans. I'm just going to look for something there. Maybe I can get him on something. Let's see. Is it this? Is it this? Usually they're depriving you of your rights under the color of law, under the color of drug war laws, or gun laws, or traffic laws. Right here, they're trying to deprive this man of his rights under the color of feelings, presumptions, assumptions, abject foolishness, and ignorance? What? >> Every time you're We're not trying to harass you. >> Okay. >> Okay. Every You just You spawn everywhere. Yeah. You spawn everywhere. And then you're like >> Spawn everywhere. >> What the [laughter] heck? >> Well You know, you're just You're just acting >> in court sometimes, too. And then the judges, they end up accusing themselves and They end up accusing themselves and find themselves out of jobs, the judges. So, what makes you, Camo, and I don't know your first name, starts with a V, right? >> Right. >> Okay, what's the first name, Camo? Let's try this all over again, man. >> you said you were going to FOIA it, so you can just FOIA my first >> So, you're going to make it more difficult. See, when you guys do that whole we can do this the hard way or the easy way? Or wait, it's the easy way or the hard way. So now you're going to put work on somebody else. When you're the holder of the information, you can give me the information, correct? Okay, then take down my FOIA request right now. You have to By law, you have to write If I give you a verbal FOIA request, you have to take it down and you have to submit it for me. Did you know that by law? >> No, I didn't know that. >> You didn't know that? You don't know the FOIA laws? >> Oh, man. >> You guys ran into the wrong one today, didn't you? >> [laughter] >> All right, so listen. >> Listen, there's no jaywalking. I'm willing to put this all beside us if you guys can just agree. The cameras are everywhere. Right? >> no, of course. Look, >> Yeah. >> camera like you're you're on Highland Road. >> Right. >> There's cameras everywhere. >> But for you to guys to like initiate your likes and then start demanding ID from me, it's kind of a little silly. If you guys don't know who I am by now, by now if you don't know who I am, then you haven't done your research. >> This is the first time I've ever met you, sir. >> All right. Well, you >> I don't think I mean, why would I know who you are? I see you around here, but like what what what makes you so special? >> Well, I didn't say I was special. >> Well, why would I know who you are then? >> Well, >> You're saying that would insinuate that like somehow you're special to where I would have to >> Do you know where Do you know >> You're special like you're immune from the tyranny that I would lay on you. Nobody else is immune, so you shouldn't be immune. You're not special. You don't have protection against my tyranny and oppression and utter lawlessness. I intimidate, harass, and threaten everyone. You're not special. >> The guys that come up and record you, right? And do First Amendment type [ __ ] Have you heard of First Amendment audits? >> I mean, yeah, it's it's no secret. >> You Okay, so >> think you take it that seriously, though. >> Who, me? >> Yeah. >> Well, I take it very seriously when I see armed gunmen out harassing the public and then using legalized extortion >> Yeah. >> to get money from them and then even worse it stays sanctioned so you guys get paid to do it. You don't think I take this very serious? I think I get oh man, I need to get a selfie stick. >> If he had a camera stick and better equipment, he'd be serious. But him just being aware of and knowledgeable of the law whereas the officers are ignorant of the law, that's just indicative of a lack of seriousness. What in the hell is going on here? >> But I do know the law and I do know that there's no jaywalking and I know you don't have to use a crosswalk in [ __ ] Michigan. I know that. I mean and then for you guys to activate your little bright lights. I'm surprised you guys haven't called on the radio yet. Blue sprinkle in my little donut hole, come in my little donut hole, I need help. >> You know, I just see you walking around here with your little your phone. >> With my little phone? Why are you tickling your little piggy toes? >> So All right dude, have a good day. >> He looks down. >> I hope this was a lesson you guys that the cameras are here and I still need your first name. I'd still like your first name. >> I just I told you my name and the badge number. >> Your first name. I'd like your first name. Like I know President Donald Trump, if the if the number one cop in the country, Donald Trump can give you his first name, why can't you give me your first name? Okay, well the he won't? Why won't he? You guys stopped your little light brights. Vinnie? Vinnie, why couldn't you just say that from the beginning? I'm Josh, man. Hey, listen, let's get off to a whole new start, okay? Cuz this is this isn't about me embarrassing you guys or anything like that. Okay, it's just about holding the camera and What's that? What it as far as you guys? Well, this whole video will be embarrassing for you if I were to publish it. It would show you guys trying to demand an ID from somebody. That's a violation of your [ __ ] oath, bro. You took in Look at you. You're so ashamed. You looked down when I told you you violated your [ __ ] oath. You violated your oath when you did that, buddy. And then for you guys try to make up some [ __ ] law when I know when I know it's it's not a law. And then to use that try Did you try to intimidate me just now into giving me an ID by activating your light brights coming out here? Two Two guys with with guns. And all I got is a little old [ __ ] camera, bro. Like you said, I don't have a tripod. I don't have fancy equipment. I just see [ __ ] armed gunmen sitting somewhere and I want to know what they're doing. So, what are you doing here? >> We're running traffic enforcement. >> You're running traffic enforcement. And it takes two of you to do this? >> Well, you know, sometimes we have officers in the car. >> Sometimes, yeah. Like when you have that little [ __ ] lady running around with the I mean, she has to have help at all times. I get that. But, this guy looks like he's pretty strong. He doesn't look like he needs backup. Huh? I don't know. I recorded her the other day and told her to [ __ ] off. She was a pig. What? I told her to [ __ ] off and she was a pig. >> You're not exactly the tallest guy either, so I don't know if we should be >> Yeah, I'm pretty short. >> [laughter] >> I'm I'm Yeah, I'm I'm pretty short. But, then again, I'm not out there trying to [ __ ] trying to act like I'm enforcing something, right? Yeah, but you guys hired her. >> Neither she nor they can control their height or other physical characteristics, but they can control whether or not they're going to initiate force and violence and intimidation on people in the name of the law. Laws that don't exist. For example, jaywalking laws. Non-existent Michigan jaywalking laws. And even if there was a jaywalking law, why would you violate somebody's right to be secure in their person to enforce that law, which comes from the pen of political parasites? If you're a moralist, you wouldn't. But if you're a cop, you absolutely would, which begs the question again, are there any good cops? >> You guys, imagine imagine it's a physical confrontation going on and then she shows up. I would discriminate against her for being ponytail police and being absolutely ineffective at her job. >> have a good day, brother. >> All right, guys. We can just stand here all day. >> Be safe. >> We can just sit here. Be safe. Be safe from the guy who literally came out here acting like he was going to do something violent to me. Do you see how ridiculousness sounds? >> Yep, it is. >> And then you got to try to tell people what to do. You got to try You You always got to tell people what to do. >> Always with the directives with these power-tripping authoritarian psychopaths. >> See, you just did it again. Have a good day. What if I want to have a shitty day? >> Then you go have a shitty day. >> Okay. There you go. Adios. That's how you do an ID refusal right there. What a bunch of [ __ ] clowns, huh? Jesus Christ. >> The name of the YouTube channel is Broken System Broken Trust, and he did an epic job handling these tyrants. If these tyrants had their way, if he just didn't know his rights, if he acted in ignorance, he would have rolled over just like almost every American rolls over because they don't know their rights. They don't have the knowledge. Knowledge is power, and ignorance is weakness, which they will always take advantage of. I will leave the link to the full video in the description for you.
