Chino cops did to this guy threatening with deadly force for a simple window tint and actually it went beyond that it went to you know this is a contempt of cop he's going to ask the passenger for a driver's license there's no need to ID yourself if you're not the one who's uh being suspected of committing a crime and if you are suspect of committing a crime then they have to articulate what crime they suspected you of committing at the very very least but before I do that I just had I just did a Premiere and in the premiere there was a guy I can't remember his name said that I disrespected Jay surreal from Jay surreal camera when I uploaded this video right here now I uploaded this video that I this is a video that I did about six to eight months ago before I even knew who Jason real camera was and that's when he was still with us now the reason this appears on my channel is because I'm transferring all of my police accountability videos from my Grease Monkey videos I'm deleting them off there and um you know doing an intro and an outro and talking a little bit in the middle on my here's the deal Channel because I want to kind of keep that content separate so this is going to be my only police accountability video unless you know this video this channel goes down and I'm doing like a live stream or whatever so I'm not going to box myself into that but if I conveyed at all any disrespect to Jay surreal camera or anybody in the community that was unwarranted please accept my apology that wasn't my intent when I did this video Jason Royal camera was very much alive I have never talked to Jay's surreal camera I have I had given him super chats when he was doing a live stream and he had asked me to reach out to him which I did and he emailed me but we never talked back and forth he said he had an idea that he wanted to share with me and that was like three or four days before he passed away which is super unfortunate and I think one one of the top Auditors was lost in him so when he when he went away and the way this guy handled cops in such a cool even humorous manner I mean look at he said pick up your balls and sit on the curb to one of these cops so he was classic if I conveyed any kind of disrespect my apologies definitely not definitely not intentional you know how sometimes you can do things out of ignorance it's like wow you're extremely rude there disrespectful or whatever and maybe you know maybe you were off that day or you just weren't as aware as you could have been or maybe somebody that you know received your message was a little sensitive either way you know uh my apologies and the next thing is oh I wanted to get to this thanks thanks guys for for joining anytime I see one person in the room I'm just like I'm stoked that there's one more person out there who's got a mind for freedom I have a I have a couple 360 videos but something happened when I was out in um I was gonna say New Zealand in New Mexico and I filmed every 360 video and unknowingly I filmed them in 3K 100 frames per minute or per second so it came out kind of grainy so now I know that I'm gonna have to do four 4K 30 frames per second which is going to be a way clearer experience but for some reason and and I I hate doing this I oh I always know not to do this anytime you upgrade something install an upgrade for a program this thing's called insta 360 Studio it's for this camera right here by the way if you want a 360 this is this is pretty good I did a lot of homework before I got this I'm not making any money on this they're not paying me or anything this is called the insta360 one X2 I'm sure there's a lot of really good ones out there but this one's good as far as battery life and uh it holds a 256 gigabyte chip and all that stuff but anyway so I transferred the 3K over and I I transferred them from the SD card to my external hard drive and somehow the file got corrupted and I have 360 videos to show you but they don't have audio if I filmed it in 4k they definitely would have audio now when I looked at them in the hotel room they had audio but for some reason they don't now because I I upgraded on the the studio program but one of those one of those videos was when we were out at the sheriff's department in this video right here let me pull it up and by the way you can view these in 360 and the downside to viewing these in 360 is I can't add any text I can't add any like like music musical background or whatever but when we were out at oh it wasn't this one it was this one right here when we were out at this Sheriff's Department right here this law enforcement center in New Mexico we all left but before we left the the RV left and parked across the street and then my girlfriend left but when she left these guys got in their Cruisers and two of the Cruisers were following her so everybody the the drive of the RV which I think was pigs Under Pressure said hey let's all Pile in the RV let's let's go uh let's go follow the cops who are following Trish and so we did that and that's what this that's what you see on the screen right here oh wait a second oh wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait this this is the video that I'm talking about this is the law enforcement center we all left this law enforcement center the RV left and parked across the street right here my girlfriend left the parking lot and went that way and two Cruisers followed right behind her for I don't know a couple miles a mile or two or whatever James Freeman was in the back because we all piled into the RV and James Freeman was going tell her to take a turn and not use her turn signal so she can get pulled over so in this in this video right here we're all in I I just I went ahead there might be Factory tin on it but that's not enough to keep the UV rays off of you I know that it's a good thing to have window tinting especially if you're driving long distances for hours at a time so they just want to pull you over so they can issue you a citation cost you money increase the coffers of the state so they can get better Cruisers and mraps and a better police department and was that dark but they'll pull you over for window tints that's not even as dark as theirs I have the right to identify people in the car I don't know if you've suspect me of committing a crime you have the right to identify me okay what if you suspect me of committing a crime if you can articulate a crime that I'm suspected of committing then you can identify me but as a passenger in the vehicle you you don't have to go back to that okay and then you want my insurance there are two things that cop hates cops hate above all things number one a man with a camera or a woman with a camera and number two a man or woman who knows their rights and won't back down oh man they get that they count that as contempt of cop they trip on their power so much that they can't go on with the rest of their day without initiating violence on you because you disobeyed a command that they issued you you want my insurance why do you have some warrants or something no I don't actually I don't huh I don't know we're just trying to fall that's what we should say to Cops when they don't ID themselves go hey I need your badge now naming badge number officer nope not gonna give it why do you have dude it has a removable tint I should have had that one when I got pulled over that thing and they shouldn't even have they shouldn't even be I'm not sliding enough for doing this but they shouldn't even be having this discussion window tint should be neither here nor there it should never receive a citation no one should ever have to pay that now with the caveat of I'm not a lawyer I don't give legal advice this isn't a legal advice Distributing Channel but it seems to me that if you're not harming threatening harm or damaging somebody's property you should not be messed with the people you should be messing with officer are all those traffickers that are crossing the border every single day all those thieves that are breaking into all those convenience stores all those murderers out there who are often people that they don't like those are the people you should be dealing with aren't there aren't there women out there that are being uh you know manipulated and raped and all that like this guy is highly educated it almost sounds like this guy has information and knowledge from these YouTube videos that are so freaking important where public officials are held accountable for their actions for the tyrannical actions maybe he's a product of accountability for all James Freeman John Eagle James Madison audits San Joaquin Valley transparency all these good Auditors out there policy Enforcer but somebody who's out there actually serving and protecting you would want multiple camera angles you wouldn't be going no you don't need to be recording right there let me tell you
