Police Department responded to a call of a motor vehicle collision involving a 2013 Toyota rap 4 and 2014 Forge utility truck on Chestnut Ridge Road near the New York state line as he arrived on scene he made contact with the driver of the Toyota who was later identified as 27-year-old Sage Peterson officer winnik detected the the odor of alcohol and noticed that her eyes were droopy Her speech was slurred and she displayed a lack of balance he also noticed that there was vomit on her pants all right thanks man bye Miss open the door step out cuz your car's smoking you okay you okay why don't you step out your car's smoking 47 centr start a uh vs and get me a to iut my off uh yeah can you Cal get me a rig and he instructed Sage to exit the vehicle because there was smoke coming from the vehicle and asked her if she had been drinking Sage initially admitted to consuming three drinks but she would later admit to consuming five or six drinks at the Pearl River Saloon across the state line in Pro River New York around this time officer Robert cleta and Sergeant Jeffrey Hannah also arrived unseen to assist officer cletcher asked officer winner radnik if he wanted this DWI case for himself and he was willing to take it start bur and Brookside please what happened already get I'll get you to have you been drinking tonight you have okay why don't you stand back here for me okay 47 officer clutch attempted to administer standardized field sobriety exercises to determine whether Sage was impaired he started with the horizontal gaze nagus hgn test and asked Sage to follow the tip of his pen Sage was unable to understand his instructions and officer cleta ultimately made the determination that they would not proceed with field sobriety exercises and that she would be taken to draw War oh Jesus um or you bring the consent forms for blood draw she could said yes or no either way they're going to take blood cuz she so out of it yeah um and then whatever T old you us get them in couple weeks two weeks 3 weeks oh really and then now they'll be able to tell you how much alol is in her system or any other drugs Sage can you sit up try to sit up grab my hand let's sit up just scene to evaluate sage and she was placed on a stretcher officers decided to take her to Valley Hospital in Ridgewood New Jersey for further evaluation officer clutch aode with sage in the ambulance rig and she vomited multiple times during the ambulance ride you guys got any extra I got never mind no I got okay you can stay right here right highly in talk uh says she had about five or six vodka drinks um on top of whatever injury she sustained crash into that thing right no she said she has leg pain which leg is it which leg pain where it he's completely out of it uh Bobby has ID hi what's yet oh he's over there [Music] box yeah once they arrived at Valley Hospital his body worm camera was deactivated at the hospital officer cletcher contacted Sergeant Eric Rubino who subsequently contacted judge Brady to request a warrant authorizing a blood draw judge Brady ultimately approved the warrant and her blood was drawn and placed in a sealed container officer win radnik arrived later at Valley and both the officers transported the blood samples to the monvale police department at the station the blood blood samples were entered into evidence in the Beast system and placed in turkey HS out the road and literally right in the road right P caves cars yeah a bunch of turkeys out here crazy we going out to our friend lake house tomorrow I'll swim down there my buddies want to ride in the morning well run this morning and then tomorrow morning bik going do like 3 hours I'm like guys I'm doing this DIY stuff I got to got to catch up sleep this is the last weekend so go back to a normal schedule get my light back I be slowly getting back into training but it's it's not going too well going take long of your body to yeah gra what's going on like I was going out for a easy
