You can call them whatever you want, but I call them ever circling, perpetually exploiting, parasitic, predatory vultures. >> [music] >> And it's not a game of the $64,000 question. For them, it's a game of 64,000 questions. >> You got the license on you real quick? >> Yeah, I got it here in Maryland. Is this your car? >> Any weapons on you or anything? >> No, I got to pat you down. >> Where y'all coming from? Is this your wife you got with you here? >> Have you ever been in trouble before at all? >> How long y'all been driving for? >> Did y'all stay in Oklahoma last night or something? >> We've never been in trouble for nothing, nothing like that. >> So, have you always lived in Maryland? >> Uh where do you work at? >> have anything illegal in your car, like a large amount of US currency, anything over $10,000? >> So, uh you haven't been in trouble before, nothing like that? >> Would there be any reason a K9 would hit on your car? Then has there been any weed in there? >> So, did you grow up in California or Maryland? >> You and your wife don't smoke weed or nothing? Would you have a problem if I search your car? >> So, were you born there? Are you going to do any sightseeing on your trip or anything? >> We should run a police K9 around. >> It's all right, dude. No big deal. >> Today, we're back in Arkansas. This is another one of those roadside piracy operations. Sorry, routine traffic stops on our interstates to keep everybody nice and safe-like. Today, the trooper has identified and targeted a white Nissan Altima, and he's about to harass these out-of-towners for no freaking reason under the corporate traffic excuse of following too close. Let's watch as the trooper honors his oath to protect life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Don't hold your breath. >> 61624 1012 8 California 9 semi auto 584 9 S80 584 white Altima 143 1 >> Hey, how's it going? >> Good. How are you, sir? >> Good. I'm Trooper of State Police. I just stopped you because you got to ride up on that that Trooper right there, man. It's a following distance of at least a couple car lengths. Especially in this weather, the way if she were to slam on brakes on you, you had time to react to it, okay? >> Thanks for the warning, officer. Have a great day. I appreciate you making me aware of that. Oh, wait. There's more. >> You got your license on you real quick? It's okay. And I understand that I got ahead of the Maryland. >> Yeah. >> Okay, I got you. Is this your car? >> Rental. >> Rental. Do you have the rental agreement with you? >> Uh >> Or on a phone or something like that? >> On my phone. Yeah. >> Okay. I'll have you find that. And hey, I'll have you come back to my passenger window and I got to get some info from you real quick, okay? >> You got a close thing on me? >> Yes. That's why I was stopping you to do here. Put them out in front of you. How about half? Yeah. Okay. Any weapons on you or anything? Okay, I'll pat you down. Okay. That's fine. >> Hey, man. Do you mind if I put my hands on you? No, I don't have probable cause that you committed a crime or anything, but under corporate traffic laws, I can do this, so you wouldn't mind if I put my hands on you, would you? What kind of psychopath would sign up for a job like this? Uh spoiler alert, this is a hard working man right here and his wife is a hard working woman. They don't have time to be harassed, but the thin blue line doesn't mind harassing or mildly molesting. >> I'm going to roll the passenger window down, okay? >> That's what I was >> Follow my email. >> 10-50 >> Where are you all coming from? >> Maryland. >> So, we were So, we went to my mom and my grandmother's house in Central Coast, California, then went to San Diego to see her aunt and then came across >> News alert, bud. The cop doesn't give a damn where you've come from or where you're going. He's not making small talk. He's trying to investigate you and you're helping him in his investigation cuz he's going to make a whole big mountain out of the thing you perceive to be a molehill. >> through every state. >> Okay, I got you. >> It's been >> Prolonged drive. >> Dude. >> And is this your wife you got with you here? >> Okay, I got you. Um You got to get me >> So, you went to visit your family, you said, your parents? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. For Thanksgiving, actually. For Thanksgiving and then we slowly made our way. >> I got you. >> Yeah. I actually wanted to buy like a nice Cali diesel truck cuz what the plan was, but I couldn't find anything during the holiday. >> Where'd you look at? >> Cali because I wanted something like rust-free. Everything in Maryland, you know, is crap. So >> Oh, is it all rusted up there cuz of what? >> Salt. Salt and stuff up there. >> Salt, exactly. Um >> I didn't know that. Have you ever been in trouble before at all? >> No. No. No. >> Never? >> Okay. This is This is the original >> Hold on. >> Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead. This is the original agreement. >> By the way, you don't have to tell a cop that you're not going to answer the questions, but it's a good idea not to answer their questions and it might be even a good strategy to just ask them questions. Every question they ask you, ask them the same question back. Where you coming from? You know, I was thinking the same thing. Where are you coming from, officer? Where are you going? I That's so weird. You must be a mind reader. You a psychic? I was wondering where you were going. Where do you live? How long did you stay there? Where were you born? What's your address? Can I get your ID, officer? What did any of these questions have [music] to do with the reason you pulled me over? Just give me the warning for following too close. There's no reason for you to look up anything. There's no [music] reason for you to have gotten my ID. You basically said, "Show me your papers." and you expected me to come off of my First Amendment right to be secure in my person and you tried to violate and you did violate by the implied threat of force because you and your buddies have guns, my constitutional right to be anonymous. >> Because we were supposed to return it in Paso Robles, right by my grandmother's house. And then we just modified it to go to Maryland cuz I didn't find a truck. >> Where'd you rent it from? >> I rented it We rented it from LAX. >> Okay, so you flew into LAX? >> Flew into LAX and then went up north to my grandmother's and then came back down. It's kind of kind of complicated. >> Yeah, that's a long long trip. >> Dude, yeah. >> So yeah, just remember man, here in Arkansas, we got following distance and stuff thing. It just says a cleared short distance within this kind of weather. Just kind of say about 10 or 10 miles an hour a car length. Okay, use that as a judgment tool. >> Sorry about that. >> It's all right. >> No, I've been like on and off of the cruise control like crazy and >> I understand. Yeah, the traffic's pretty thick through here so it's it gets kind of >> Yesterday coming through like Oklahoma >> I can't stand it when somebody says to a cop, "I'm sorry about that." Like you offended or violated them personally or something. >> It was even weirder with like all the tractor trailers like cutting up They're they're cutting you off and then getting back over. >> Did y'all stay in Oklahoma last night or something? >> Yeah, we stayed in Oklahoma City. Hotel. We've just been hitting a hotel like 10 11:00 at night every night. >> Stay until the morning. >> Getting like 10 hours of drive time in maybe during the day. >> Yeah. How long you've been driving for? >> Just since Monday. >> Okay, I got you. >> Yeah, on and off, you know. We just been hitting antique stores and >> Find anything cool? >> Not really. This is just little dumb [ __ ] >> Yeah, I got you. >> Yeah. >> You've never been in trouble for nothing nothing like that? >> No, no. >> Okay. >> No. No, I'm in the tree service back in Maryland, so >> You Have you always lived in Maryland? >> Yeah, my whole life, yeah. Her, too. >> Just wait on everything to come back, man. Maryland takes a while. >> Yeah, you're good. It was snowing in Oklahoma, too, so >> That's what I heard. >> The weather was way better than this little bit of wetness. It was like some black ice and [ __ ] too, so >> In Oklahoma? >> Yeah. Hopefully we can Our plan's to make it to Nashville tonight. >> Yeah. >> We got like 5 hours or so. >> All right. Uh where do you work at? >> I have a tree service. >> What do you What do you do What do you What's it called? >> STS Contracting. >> Uh-huh. >> In Huntingtown. It's like We live like 45 minutes to an hour south of DC. >> Okay. >> It's kind of country. >> I got you. Kind of like this, then. >> Yeah. >> All right. Shane is your first name, right? >> Yes, sir. >> And Tyler is your middle name? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have anything to leave in your car today? Any marijuana? >> No, sir. >> Nothing? >> No, sir. >> Uh any methamphetamine? >> No, sir. >> What about cocaine? >> No, sir. >> Heroin, fentanyl? >> No, sir. >> Ecstasy? >> No. >> Uh large amount of US currency? Anything over $10,000? >> If that's not a fishing expedition, I don't know what is. This cop is basically putting the worm on the hook and casting his line and casting his line and with every question he's casting a line expecting to get a bite and he's building a mental file not for you but against you. You think it's cordial. You think it's professional. You think it's polite. You think it's down home friendly but underneath the covers it's all sinister, it's deceptive, he is concocting evil against an innocent man. >> With the friendly mask and going on the pile. >> Sir. >> Nothing like that. >> So uh you haven't been in trouble before or nothing like that? >> No. No. >> Shows you've been in trouble in Texas before. >> Texas? >> Mhm. >> No, I've never >> You've never been in Texas? >> He's basically saying my system's right and you are wrong. You're not telling me something buddy, you're lying to me. Mhm, there's something going on here. >> No, I've never lived in Texas, no. >> You've been arrested in Texas for something a long time ago in 2013. >> No. >> Mhm. Yeah. Mhm, that's weird. Mhm, my computer says you're a criminal. >> See I've had the car since 19, I mean since sorry, the Monday the 3rd. >> Yeah, when we flew in on Monday, yeah LAX, yeah. >> Yeah, I got you. Would there be any reason the K9 would hit on your car then? Has there been any weed in there? >> No. No, hell no, no. >> No, nothing like that. You and your wife >> Yeah, there would be a reason the K9 would hit on my vehicle. Number one, there could have been a drug dealer that rented this car out before I did and there could be residue. Number two, 56 to 74% of the time the K9 displays a false hit which means you are more than likely to hit on my vehicle and it's going to be absolutely bogus but you're going to do it anyway cuz you don't give a damn about my fourth amendment right. And number three, even if I have any cash in my vehicle, 90% of all cash according to the has drug residue on it. So yeah, it's likely your dog's going to hit on my vehicle. And even if I did have drugs in my vehicle, officer, the weightier issue is that I have rights in my vehicle. I have rights in my body. And if by my rights I want to live and pursue happiness by transporting whatever I want to transport, it's my right and my freedom to do so. So, what you going to do, officer? Are you going to honor your oath or you going to violate my rights? >> You and your wife don't smoke weed or nothing? >> No, sir. No, sir. >> Would you have a problem if I searched your car? >> There's no reason to search my car, sir. >> I'm just asking. >> Yeah. >> So, you're saying no? >> Yes, I would have a problem, officer. You know why? Because I have a problem with any tyrant violating my rights. Tell you what, you can search my car after I search your car. I need to inspect your weapon. I need to look in the trunk. I need to see if you have any contraband, any burner phones, any dropped guns. I need to find out. So, let me search your vehicle. Let me pat you down. Let me inspect your weapon. Let me get your ID and take a photograph of it, and then you can go ahead and search my car. >> No. >> No, you don't want me to search? >> No, I would rather you not search my car. I It would No. >> That's fine. That's That's no big deal. I mean, just describe your phone for me. >> Okay. >> It's no big deal. I'm going to trample your rights anyway, boy. I know you don't want me to, but I'm going to, and there's nothing you can say about it cuz to me might makes right. Anybody who's backing law enforcement that does this right here, you got a serious problem rattling around in your head and your heart, and it's called Stockholm syndrome with a healthy dose of cognitive dissonance. >> You got the bubble jacket. I'm going to roll that window up real quick. I'm going to I'm going to roll the window up real quick. I got to run your license to dispatch. >> All right. >> Do they have an insurance card or anything on that rental agreement? >> On the rental agreement? >> Yeah, hold on. Let me That's That's my dispatch calling me. Find that for me. About 102, he's found. Got a refusal if you want to come over here. >> I got a guy who's standing up for his rights. I need you to bring the dog so we can show him what we think about his rights, will you? So, they're going to extend this traffic stop. And by the way, I've edited this down. After the dog hit, they searched this man's vehicle for almost 6 entire minutes. Three or four police officers go all the way through and just rummage and trash this guy's rental vehicle. The entire stop took about 30 minutes. So, they're harassing, they're detaining an American who believed up to this point that they were driving on the roads of the land of the free, home of the brave. >> What are you searching? >> I got it right here. It's It's the insured number right here. >> hold the phone again if you don't mind? Is that insurance number in the corner? Okay. Is this your insurance or is it through Enterprise? >> It's It's my USAA coverage, is what that is showing to them. >> Woo. Chilly, ain't it? >> Yeah, well, that's >> Sorry to keep you out there so long, man. >> I'm fine. >> No, you're not. If you were sorry, you wouldn't make them wait outside. You would not have them sitting on the side of the road, putting them in danger of 70-mph passing vehicles. If there was one distracted driver, anybody who is texting, anybody who had some kind of medical event, or some drug user, or somebody who's on this 16th hour of his 18-hour cross-country haul falling asleep, pop tire, anything, it would put these people's lives in danger. But the cops aren't sorry. They don't care. >> Stuff does take time. >> Oh, yeah. I understand. >> It's 1305. What's the policy number? >> What's the policy number? It ain't It ain't a big deal. >> By the way, he's merely pretending to look for information regarding the rental policy. What he's really doing is he's dragging his feet to give the K9 officer time to show up so it doesn't look like he's unnecessarily extending the stop. This is how they're doing this these days. They're trying to get around Rodriguez. >> Uh you probably could pull it up, I'm sure, right? If if needed. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can give you my USA information or whatever. We rent through you through Enterprise all the time. >> Y'all do? >> Yeah, I just took a tree truck down to North Carolina uh a few weeks ago. And um rented it from them. >> I got you. So, this is your your current rental agreement for this? >> Yeah. Uh I >> This car This looks like an old one, I think. It's uh that was last month. >> Is it? >> Yeah, have you got another one, maybe? >> Yeah. >> I thought it was a Toyota Corolla. >> This uh this might be the one when we took went to 11 Oh, yeah, okay. Hold on. Here Here's the current >> Okay, it's in my Enterprise mobile app. >> Okay. >> Steal some of your uh heat. >> I'll turn it up for you, actually. >> Dude, yeah, that'd be great. >> Why do the victims have to suffer while they're waiting for the cop to get his [ __ ] together? Why does the victim have to help the abuser in their investigation? >> That vent, feel free to move that vent. >> Oh, cool, man. Thank you. Thank >> Is it going to be on? >> you so much. >> Hold on, I got you. I know it's cold, man. We usually have this front seat cleared out, but all this >> Uh you're fine. >> weather's having had everything all jacked up. >> Can you pull up the actual It should be >> So, did you grow up in California or Maryland? >> No, I grew up in Maryland, but my mom when my parents got divorced, she moved back to Cali, so. >> So, were you born there or you born in Maryland? >> born in Maryland. >> I got you. >> Yeah. >> Do any sightseeing on your trip or anything? >> Dude, yeah, we went through Sedona. That was beautiful. And then up to Flagstaff. But Arizona was Arizona was sweet. >> I like Arizona. >> was. >> Where does your wife work? Does she work anywhere? You used >> for me, but she does like um She she uh does mental health therapy. We've been doing a couple sessions. >> That's interesting, huh? >> Yeah, yeah. But yesterday was the last scheduled session for our trip, so we just got married in September, so >> Oh, y'all did? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to roll that window up one more time, okay? >> He keeps rolling up the window because he wants to talk to dispatch so that they can continue to conspire together and drag their feet giving the canine officer time to arrive. >> I think everything. I don't know really. He's really really nervous. Came up on him almost rear ended him watching me. He said he flew out to LAX, they rented it, and they've just been driving across the country to go and see his mom. >> Where's his mom at? >> California. Grandma. He's going to see them for Thanksgiving. A little bit past Thanksgiving. He's got to be on his way and He's just really nervous. >> You uh >> I haven't spoke to her yet, but I spoke to No, I haven't got to talk to her yet, but she was talking to him, but um No, I asked him about weed and stuff, he looks away, he says no, and then everything else is just different answers, you know what I mean? So, then I asked about the search, he said he looked back at it, he's like, I don't know. I don't see a reason why you should search it, you know, no reason to search. >> Okay. >> That's all I got this far. >> So, because the guy wanted to stand up for his rights and not have his vehicle searched and not have his fourth amendment rights violated, he automatically becomes a target of the Arkansas Police Department. >> We will talk to her and get her out. >> You refuse to have her hop out? >> Bring them out. I think So, uh this is a police canine. They won't run a dog on the car, nothing like that, right? Uh they're still run dog on the car. I'll have you and your wife step up just about 10 ft up there that way the dog don't get like weird or nothing, you know what I mean? So, I don't want nobody getting bit or nothing. If uh she got a jacket or something she can throw on. >> jacket you can put on? They're just going to >> We're just going to run a police K9 around the car, that's it. No big deal. Woo. And what I'll have y'all do is >> Ain't no big deal. I'm just going to trample your rights here for a second, which means he would trample the rights of any American who were sitting in that driver's and passenger side, including you, including Samuel Adams, including Thomas Paine. These redcoats would actually try to foist their road piracy on the colonists. This is who they are. This is their job. This is their profession. >> You stand about 10 ft in front of the car on the grass, that way you don't get run over, and that way the dog don't try to like focusing on y'all. It's not going to get you, but it's still going to be focusing on y'all. You can roll windows up or anything. >> And then listen to what he says later on about the K9, how dangerous the K9 is. >> You got to talk with them or what you going to do? >> I'm going to run it. >> Uh he did, but I'm still trying to find the rental information. So, I'm running it up there. >> Oh, really? >> I got it. Yeah, he He's over here. He's over here. Over there on the green belt. I think the right thing. >> Really? >> And it's out of LAX, too. Where you want me at? >> You stand up there with it. >> These cops are just despicable. I'm going to fast forward this. Listen to what he says about the K9. >> You can never be too safe with the K9. No, traffic Yeah, I traffic can be bad out here, for sure. >> You can never be too safe with the K9, and the traffic can be really bad out here, says the protector and servant. So, how are you protecting and serving me, officer? Oh, I parked you on the side of the roadway. Basically, you're this huge brick wall on the side of a roadway where people are traveling 70-75 mph and you could get bit and mauled by our canine. But, we're doing all that to protect and serve you. In the real world, that's called psychopathy. >> No, I'm going to stand over here under that back window watch. >> We're just going to speed up to where the canine is run around this vehicle and I want to show you how this canine false hits. >> Get up to get out of the car. When did you fly into LA? >> When? >> Yeah. >> Uh last Tuesday before Thanksgiving on the 26th. >> Which one is good? >> Look, now he's grilling her because he already grilled him separately. So, if she comes up with a different story, well, you lied to police, which means you're obstructing justice. This is why you don't talk to cops. >> How was California? >> By the way, this is canine Trooper Anna Escamilla. >> It did. >> It's cold in the mornings and 60 something and almost 70s during the day. >> Yeah, sounds like paradise, honestly. >> The dog is so disinterested. >> Yeah. Well, Maryland's like that, too, so >> Oh, I don't even want to ask about Maryland. >> Here, puppy. Hop up here. Damage somebody's property. Really dig into that clear coat cuz we got to protect and serve them. >> From Maryland, too? >> Yeah, I got you. >> Wait for the false hit. Here it comes. >> It looks like puppy age. >> Have you found anything in there at all? >> And there it is. 56 to 74% false hits by American canines. >> You got a lead in there at all? >> No, no. >> To me, that looks like an alert. I'll let troopers it to us. Would there be anything in there, guys? Okay. As long as they're not You know, these rentals sometimes are used to transport stuff. Unfortunately, so sometimes K9s will hit on them. Okay. >> So, he admits, "Hey, sometimes these rentals are used to transport stuff and you know, there's kind of leftovers, so the person who rents the vehicle next, he's kind of got a target on his back. And we're here as the arrow to make sure we find that target. And today, that target is you." >> As long as that's possible, we're going to just search the car, okay? Is there anything I'm going to find? As long as As long as that was a possible alert, I'll let her come and explain it. If it was, got to give us probable cause to search the car, okay? Uh is there anything in there? Listen to me, though. I'm very lenient. I'll work with you guys. >> I'm not like other officers. I'm very lenient. If you just let me know if there's a small amount in there, I don't care. I'll just write you a small citation and we'll have you on your way, but if I catch that you lied to us, well, that's obstruction of justice and that's just a different charge. I'm just going to fast forward this. All these cops are milling around and then the troopers really show up. They start circling and swarming like a bunch of parasitic, predatory vultures. They just tear this car up and we've seen there's this guy that shows up with the ponytail. We've seen him before. They just keep digging and digging. Let's open that bro. Oh, man, are there unmentionables in there? Let's dig into this thing. What do they got here? Oh, is that a vibrator? Oh, that's some lotion right there. Oh, yeah, look at all that stuff. We love going through people's stuff. Don't you love it, Schmitty? Rummaging through somebody else's stuff. You got your bullet. You got your gun. Are you ready to go? We're ready to throw down, man. Where's the guy with the ponytail? Look at There he is right there. Mr. Big Shot. Look at these freaking psychopaths. Five or six of them out there wasting resources, wasting time, trampling rights. >> Did you check up on the console and stuff? >> This guy is disgusting. All these guys are disgusting. >> I appreciate it. >> I appreciate it. >> Thanks, man. >> Is it any wonder that people think to themselves at this point right here when they see this kind of tyranny? Where's a distracted driver when you need him? Isn't there some kind of tire that needs to pop right about now, God? Dear God, please let it happen. Isn't there somebody who needs to fall asleep at the wheel right about now? So, they come up with nothing, empty-handed. Let's see how they handle this. >> Thanks, man. You got it. >> Yeah, I mean, we can look again, but I did >> Okay, I mean, if you >> I pulled them back, but you know, right in front towards the engine what you got the little uh over here the I couldn't see up in it. I reached up in it, couldn't feel nothing. >> It was all tied in. It looked like >> Sure. Oh, no, no, there wasn't nothing. >> I'm sorry. >> Appreciate it, man. Appreciate you guys aiding us in our tyranny. >> Sorry, not trying to cut you off or nothing. Oh, it's all right. You can hop back in there where you're not freezing, okay? Yes, I do if you don't mind. Can you come back to my window real quick? >> Let's listen to what this trooper says to this guy. >> Where's your phone back? Did you give me another phone or is that your only phone? >> It's mine. >> Okay. Did he Did I explain all that to you so you're not lost and confused and ticked off for the rest of the day? >> We don't want you to be lost and confused and ticked off for the rest of the day, even though we rummaged through your car, put our hands all over you. Not as bad as some. I mean, I just kind of lightly patted you on this one. Inconvenienced you and your wife. You guys are sitting out here freezing. We scratched your car all up. We put your lives in mortal jeopardy, not only from the passing traffic, but from our aggressive dog. And then we had our dog lie about you and claim that there were drugs in your car and we had to investigate cuz our doggy buddy said there were drugs in there. So we violated your rights while we dishonored our oath. Now, let me set you straight on what's going on here. Who cares if they smoke weed? Isn't this the land of the free, you freaking psycho? You found nothing. You detained me for no reason. You could have just given me a following too close citation and you chose not to. You basically implied that I'm a criminal cuz you found something in your computer system. You guys suck. And cops know that most people are nice. They won't say that. There has been some in this vehicle. You don't even know that, you freaking liar. He just lied to this guy. I remember the reason I initially pulled you over cuz you're following too close and I had to pull you over for your safety and the safety of everybody else on the highway. That's my justification for doing to you what the SS soldiers did to the people of Germany back in the 1930s and 40s. down the road, definitely. Like you're doing him a favor. I'm going to get you out of this cold. You have a great day. I hope your service was great. Make sure we get five stars. >> Nice to meet >> Nice to meet you. Here's what the Arkansas State Police sniff test report says. On 12/4/2025, I Trooper A Escamilla was contacted by Trooper Miller to run K9 Ace, who sucks, but I love dogs and it's a shame that the troopers have made man's best friend man's worst enemy. On a refusal on Interstate 40, a refusal, that's standing for your rights. Somebody who's standing for their rights and we decided, "You know what? We're going to use our dog to violate those rights." Near the 102 mile marker, I arrived on scene and Trooper Miller had both occupants exit the vehicle and go approximately 30 to 40 ft in front of the vehicle. I deployed K9 Ace on the vehicle. I deployed our asset on the vehicle to scratch that vehicle and it really digging into the clear coat. And on the detail sniff, I presented high on an open window. K9 Ace sniffed the exterior of the vehicle and on the front passenger side, he closed his mouth and focused on the area. K9 Ace sniffed the area for several seconds. K9 Ace methodically sniffed around the area. K9 Ace indicated by laying and staring at the passenger side door. A total of approximately $12,000 was located in the center console of the vehicle. to hear what they say about that. The driver stated that they flew from Maryland to Los Angeles, California to purchase a vehicle. However, they did not purchase it. The driver stated that they decided to drive back instead of flying back. The currency was not enough to seize. So, if there was more, we would have stole it. When are we as Americans going to collectively come to our senses and understand, I mean fully understand that this isn't protection and service, this is predatory behavior under the guise of policing for our safety.
