If you don't want to do them, then we're going to go from there. No, >> I'm not trying to be disrespectful at all. I just like don't know. >> That's all. That's That's literally all there is supposed to do. >> There's a walk and turn test and there's one leg and stand test. That's all. >> And then >> and then we're going to go from there. >> And if I don't do it, >> if you don't do it, then we'll go from there. Do you want to do it or not? It's completely up to you. >> Can I be honest with you? >> Sure. >> I just want to go home and go to bed. >> Okay. All right. So, at this time, you're going to be placed under arrest for suspicion of uh driving while intoxicated. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you don't want to go to the hospital. This is what we have everyone go through. If you want to do them, we can do them. If you don't want to do them, then we won't. >> So, what do you What happens when you don't do them? >> I'm so cold. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. A little bit. >> Like I said, you have the choice to do it. If you don't want to do it, >> what's that? >> I'm like I'm very disappointed. >> Okay. >> So, I'm not really sure. I mean, >> all right. >> You know, >> it's up to you. Do you want to do the test? Yes or no? >> You're already displaying signs of intoxication. All right. You are involved in a motor vehicle crash. >> Yeah. >> Okay. uh the the if you pass the test then you pass the test and you go home. If you fail the test then you're coming with us. All right. But based off our observations right now, there's enough probable cause to believe that you may be intoxicated. >> All right. Where are you coming from? >> My friend's house. >> Okay. So, this either you're going to do the test now or you're not. >> All right. Let's just at this point like >> Do you want to do the test? >> Well, I mean, if you don't do it, what happens? >> You're going to be placed under arrest, >> right? >> Okay. Can you just kill all the lights? Thank you. >> They said you can keep that. >> I will, but >> All right, Alexis, face towards me. I'm >> like fighting. Put your >> hands down by your side. And then walk nine back. >> Yes, ma'am. >> 1 2 3 4 5. >> Okay. All right. You can turn around for me. All right. One more test. Okay. >> You're going to raise either foot of your choosing 6 in off the ground. While doing so, you're going to count 1 1 2 100 3 100 and so on until I tell you to stop. If you refuse to provide breath samples of your breath, you will be issued a separate summon for the refusal. A court may find you guilty for both refusal and driving while intoxicated. If the court finds you guilty of the refusal, you'll be subject to various penalties, including license revocation for 20 up to 20 years, a fine of up to $2,000, installation of an ignition interlock, and referral to an intoxicated driver resource center. I repeat, the the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit samples of your breath? >> Whatever. Like, at this point, there's got to get it get it over with. >> I just need a yes or a no. >> Yes. Okay. God, this is like so bad. >> Like I said, so this is all traffic stuff. It's a traffic related offense. >> You said you talked to my grandma. >> I did not. The other officer. So this is all Berkeley Township. So there was another officer that's up here.
