You're trespassing. Get back onto the public right away. Both of you. What's your name and badge number? Get off my land. Private property. $250,000 fine right now for both of you. Get off of my land is my side of the story. Are you above the law? The Constitution is the law. Oh, look at the narcissist. Doesn't want to be told what to do. Okay, this is a very important video because it demonstrates how a brave American stands up for and champions the cause of his own unalienable rights against two public officials who claim to be protecting the safety of everybody in the community by trying to trample this man's rights and trespass on his property. A West St. Paul police chief and a fire chief claim that they're responding to an anonymous call or actually a couple anonymous calls about a man who's burning on his own property. And they use that as the excuse to trespass onto his private property against the clear wishes of the owner who stands up to his rights cuz he knows his natural rights. They attempt to intimidate him. He's not buying it and he's not backing down. Just remember as we watch this, we got a call. We'll never Trump unalienable rights. Let me know what you think about how this guy talks to these public officials. >> Name and badge number. >> So, we've had reports. [clears throat] >> What's your name and badge number? Maybe they're false. Do you see a fire? Is there a fire today? >> I smell one. >> You're trespassing. Get back onto the public right away. Both of you. What part of that don't you understand? >> Can you have a discussion from the public? >> What part? Oh, is is you can't talk from here to there? Are you too [ __ ] >> I'm asking you, will you have a discussion from the public right away? >> Doesn't matter. You're trespassing right now and you got a smug look on your face when you're in federal court losing everything you own because you're trespassing right now. >> Come talk to us. You don't want to talk to us. >> What? Why? >> But because we keep on getting complaints. Well, that's because these eggs are [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] whiny [ __ ] and you keep [ __ ] >> Get back off of my land. >> Get off of my land is my side of the story. >> So, you don't want to talk. >> You're trespassing. What part of your trespassing don't you understand? >> What part of your trespassing do you not understand? You're leaning on [ __ ] private trust property and you're trespassing on private land and you have an oath to the constitution and you don't respect that. >> Can we discuss >> see this? No trespassing sign. See that? >> You are you above the law? The constitution is the law. >> Get back there and we'll start over. >> How about that? How about we'll step back here and then we'll have that. >> You're already fine. $250,000 and as of now it's per minute. >> So let's stand here. >> All right. You'll have that discussion with us though so we can solve this problem. Or >> there isn't a problem. >> Okay. Well, we want your side of things. >> Why? >> Because we >> You're trespassing still. >> Okay. >> Do what you're supposed to do constitutionally and then maybe we'll [ __ ] start over. Back up. >> You're trespassing. >> We can go over here. >> Oh, look at the narcissist. Doesn't want to be told what to do. And a firefighter with a bulletproof vest on. What a [ __ ] Do you want to have this discussion? >> What's your concerns? >> So, we've had concerns. We've had reports of you burning and creating uh smoke in the area that violate the wreck fire guidelines. >> Really? According to who? >> They're anonymous complaints. >> No, they're not. You know who it is. So, you have to have a sworn affidavit. >> I don't have to have a >> Yes, you do. According to the Constitution and common law, you have to have a sworn affidavit. Where is these [ __ ] >> I don't have a sworn affidavit. >> Where Where is the 9 Are these 911 calls or are they city report calls? >> It was a an anonymous report through the city's internet system. >> Well, then it's Well, then it's null and void. Who are my accusers? Name them. I want to confront my accusers. And why aren't my accusers confronting me? We got a call does not trump or nullify your unalienable rights in the land of the free, home of the brave. It's not supposed to. >> Can't have an anonymous complaint because I have an unalenable right to face my [ __ ] accuser. And you know that because you've sworn an oath to the Constitution. >> So, have you been burning things other than just firewood? >> Is that you? You think I'm burning garbage? Good. We got false reports and I want those [ __ ] reports because if somebody's [ __ ] making false reports, >> I'll submit a I can submit a foyer request. >> [ __ ] your [ __ ] pedophile [ __ ] city manager Nate doesn't respond to any foyas. >> So screw you. You >> submit it to the fire department. >> Yeah, >> we'll fulfill that request. will submit a a records request for FOYA information and I will I will forward you the anonymous uh complaint. >> Well, they're not anonymous. And if they're anonymous, they're no good. You have to have a [ __ ] real live human being swearing an oath. Otherwise, it's a false report and you're just here harassing me. You have a [ __ ] sworn You have a sworn duty to uphold my rights. >> But it's obvious you're not going to comply. So >> what do you mean comply? >> Well, you don't even want to have a discussion about it. >> How is that non-compliance? You have no proof that I'm you you're making >> constitutional law. >> You're making allegations that I'm not in compliance until I have a conversation with you that I am in compliance. What kind of a [ __ ] backwards [ __ ] is that? You just keep on getting complaints. >> THAT'S BECAUSE YOU GOT [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] douchebags that are nicest as psychopaths right here. >> They're not anonymous. You know exactly who it is. The last four cops that were here said, "Yeah, those [ __ ] called on you." >> Okay, so you know the city ordinance, I'm assuming. Yes. >> They're codes and they don't apply to the [ __ ] land in the Constitution. I'm not a citizen. I'm not a [ __ ] residider. I'm a [ __ ] national and your codes are for corporation employees and we don't have a contract other than the constitution is our contract. >> So you you're saying that you can violate any city ordinances and you're actually not in violation. >> How does a city how does a corporation's codes written by private bar attorneys have anything to do with a man on the land? You signed an oath to the Constitution to uphold it and you're [ __ ] showing that you're [ __ ] so ignorant that you signed a contract the [ __ ] law of the land and you don't know what that even means? >> I'm asking you a question that you're So you're saying that >> I'm saying that I'm not in violation of your codes and that your codes don't necessarily apply to me and it looks like your toes over the sidewalk line there. You're saying that you can have as big of a fire as you want and you're not violating anything. >> I'm not having big fires. >> Okay. So, you're having fires, correct? >> I'm not having big fires. >> Okay. But you're having fires >> according to who? Aren't you guys watching me on their video cameras? >> My point is >> my UNC my privacy my fourth amendment right to privacy that you've already violated by trespassing on my land. Doesn't matter. Just because some are calling, you need to get them because what if they're the ones that are [ __ ] violating the law? Well, >> why do you think we're here? We're here to talk to you. >> Well, are we noting talking? But it seems like you're accusing me and you're saying that codes apply to me. >> I did not say I asked you what your thought was on the codes. I know what the law says on the codes because the constitution is the law of the land and a code is aing corporateing code and you have to be a member or an employee of thating corporation for that code to apply to you. >> So just so I understand that does not apply to you. the any city ordinance violations you're saying does not apply. >> I have to violate somebody's life, liberty, or property in order to violate a crime. >> Okay. >> Right. Isn't that how the Constitution works? >> Okay, that's fair. >> Isn't >> Isn't that how the Isn't that what the Constitution says? >> So, >> do you see a fire? >> So, we I have seen photos of you having a fire. >> Okay. Yes. >> From where? From what vantage angle? >> I I don't need to give you any >> really cuz where could that be coming from? Second floor windows. So, you're admitting that there's no other place to see this and you've seen photos. You'reing >> can't somebody just walk up to your gate and take a picture? >> They'd be trespassing. So, let's see the picture that you've seen. Now, I know to foyer that picture. >> Trespassing. Am I subject to trespassing then? >> You are. If you're not responding to an emergency or I didn't ask you to be here. >> So why are you not subject to local ordinances but I am? >> Trespassing is land. >> So you're >> life, land or liberty. Land is a constit land is the constitutional. >> City officials never understand the difference between public and private property. Never. I think it's willful at this point. >> We can come and enforce that. That's a code. >> Is it in the >> Is it in the constitution? >> Yeah, but it has to be harming somebody else. >> If it's for my if it's for my right of happiness, it's for me. >> So trespass is a low >> read the constitution. You're You guys work you. I know you're low IQ guys. That's why they hire you and pay you a lot of money. But you've you've sworn an oath to the Constitution and you've never [ __ ] read it. >> All right. >> Okay. >> I just recommend that you stop having fires. Okay. >> Why? >> Because you can be issued a citation. And if you don't think that that >> then we'll go to federal court and I'll [ __ ] 421983. You guys, >> if that applies to you, then there's a process that you can follow. I mean, that's all it is. But >> see what a judge says, >> right? Right. And you go through that process >> and and what are what are your code rules for a fire? >> So you can look them up online. You seem to be prettyated. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> Well, who's going to pay me for my time? >> Yes. >> I might light a fire right now. Thank you. >> The bottom line is that regular Americans are getting sick of getting their rights trampled by public officials who are supposed to be protecting and defending their rights. and they're sick of being disrespected in their property rights as these officials of the county trespass on private property because they got a call from anonymous sources. So, you let me know. Do you think this guy was too harsh with these public officials? Would you have talked to them like that? Are you on his side?
