Yo, what's going on? So, today we got a video from Police on Scene and the title of the video is entitled Bully Spits on Fellow Passenger Mid Flight. Okay, let's get into the video. Let's see what they actually talking about. On December 21st, 2024, the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for reports of an intoxicated man in the airport. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> Charlie didn't know what he does. >> It's not like weird. I don't know. I have a blood shot and it's not like he's getting everything like you're like on >> not on here. I don't know if you can get some Panama send. Yeah. Is there a way to get a >> focus? Whoever >> the spitter. [Music] >> All right, he's coming. [Music] >> You don't know that guy at all? Strangers. Okay. didn't even know his name. >> So, what what happened all the way? >> Um, I'd say about 45 minutes to an hour, he's just asleep. We didn't exchange any words. And, you know, he was kind of like leaning over whatever towards my seat, but I didn't think too much of it. And then at some point, he was like hunched over just like asleep and uh he woke up and he just like turned towards me and just like Dip spit right on my leg. >> All right. Were you on the window or aisle seat? >> I was in the aisle. >> Okay. So, he was sitting in the window, right? Yeah. So, you just went like just >> Okay. Like didn't didn't do it into a cup or anything like that. >> Oh, no attempts. No. >> Did uh you smell like alcohol or anything like that or have any drinks on the plate? >> I mean, he didn't have any drinks on the plate, but >> So, I mean, first thing I said was, "What the hell?" Oh yeah. >> And I was like I'm looking at him. He looks sort of like >> out of it. >> Yeah. >> And um >> I I said like, "Are you like okay? Like what's wrong with you?" He just like starts mumbling. I'm like, "Are you like mentally sane right now? Like what's what's going on?" He said, "No." And I was like, "Okay, well appreciate the honesty, but um like why'd you spit on me?" You have a stain on there or your pants or anything? >> No, I mean I got I got a wipe but I kind of waxed it off. >> Which which area did you spend on? >> Uh it's like right here. >> So my I guess my next question. Do you want to press charges for assault or anything like that? >> I mean yeah. He didn't offer apology. >> I'm just going to take a photo. >> All right. Hey sir. >> Sir. Sir, >> stop. Come here. >> Come here. >> Hello. >> Hello. So, we got called because you evidently spit on somebody on the aircraft. >> No, I didn't. >> Okay. Why would they say that? >> I don't know why they would. >> Okay. >> I sit next to an [ __ ] >> Okay. So, you guys did get into something. >> Okay. >> I'm like, what happened on the plane? That's been an [ __ ] >> So, why was he an [ __ ] What do you do? >> I don't know. >> Okay. So, he was an [ __ ] but you don't know why, >> right? >> Okay. Have you been drinking? >> No. >> Okay. Your balance seems a little bit off. I watched you walk. >> Well, you definitely been doing something. If you ain't been drinking, then you've been popping pills. You've been doing something. You've been on that white girl. Something something. You've been doing something because you ain't acting right. You know what I'm saying? You acting a little a little off. How is he How are you sitting next to an [ __ ] but you asleep the whole time and you don't even know why he's being an [ __ ] Does that even make sense? That don't even make no sense. This guy, man, I don't know what what it is, man. But when I be traveling, I don't see none of this stuff. I like and I know a lot of problems happen at the airport and stuff like that, but I I feel like the airport should just be a good place like happy golucky unless you know your flight is delayed or something like that or whatever. Now, now that's going to make you a little bit agitated, but if everything is running smoothly, everybody should be happy to be getting the going and where they going and doing and this and that and and that and this and that and they going and doing the that and you feel me? But let's continue. Let's see what they talk about. Man, you press charges. Yeah, cuz he ain't offering no apology. You got to say, "I'm sorry." You got to be man enough to say, "Hey, man. My bad. I'm sorry, man." You know what I'm saying? He ain't man enough to do that. >> Something on your chair. >> What was that? Ketchup. >> Have you taken any medication? You >> have your ID on you? No. >> Are you Do you understand what we're saying? >> Don't want to talk. >> I don't know if he's comfortable. >> Do you know? Are you flying out somewhere else? >> Yeah. Okay, that's fine. >> Just want to let you know, man. We're just here to investigate. Somebody said somebody got spit on. Okay. And that's it. Whether it was you or not, we not we're not sure. We're not saying you're in trouble. Most likely not. We just have to come here to make sure everything's all right. Nobody's getting hit. Nothing like that. Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> Everybody want to pretend to be on their phone or record. So, >> obviously, there's always two sides to every story and you're not telling yours. That's why we're talking to you. So, Come on. We got to make it shake now. >> When something happens on an aircraft when it's flying, >> we have to respond and then it goes to the FBI. So that's what's going to happen after. >> Buddy, I understand, but this is wrong. >> But I wasn't there, so that's why I'm just talking to you. >> But now I got to do it this way. >> When somebody says you're involved in something, like I said, it's just But this is wrong >> for for who? For us? For the airlines? >> For everybody. >> Okay. What you got? >> You must be sobering up. >> Okay. >> Come on. We got to make some moves now. >> Kieran says, "Oh my god, don't touch me. Bullshit." >> Okay. So that So that's what happened. Like what? >> No, I'm not saying anything. >> Okay. I mean, you're not. >> That's fine. >> All right. He don't want to talk. >> Okay. >> All right. He don't want to talk. Then we only could go off of the witnesses and we can only go off of one side of the story. Put your hands behind your back. Come on. Let's go. Let's chop chop, baby. Let's go. Put what thing? >> Do you know where you're at right now? >> In Dallas. >> Okay. >> That's funny. >> It's not. No, you >> No, it's funny. >> Why is it funny? >> Because you're saying that. >> No, you would be amazed how many people think they're somewhere else. That's a very common thing. >> Actually, you're right. Actually, yeah, I argued that. Never mind. >> You are correct. I I'm not going to give you that. That's wrong. >> You have another flight after this or or is this your final destination? >> Not answering questions. So, the reason he asked that and the reason I asked that and that it's relevant is if you don't have another flight, >> you're not supposed to be on this side of security. So, >> did I just walk up and pray? >> So, the only course of action we have if you don't want to provide that is we want to kick you out of the airport. >> Okay. >> And if you go to comply with that, you go ahead and do that for that. Okay. because we have a visual flight. Uh we don't have >> What happened on this flight, man? >> Really? Not a whole lot. >> Nothing at all. Did you spit on somebody's pant leg? >> No, I didn't. >> Not at all. Okay. So, there is no reason why he has a pant or a stain on his pant leg. >> He's an [ __ ] >> Why is that? >> What did he say to you? Don't put the thing down. >> I said what? What's the thing? We weren't on the flight, so we don't know. >> Okay. So, what thing are you talking about? >> I'm not talking about anything. >> You said don't put the thing down. So, that's obviously something talking about the armrest. >> I don't know what I'm talking about. >> I'm not talking. >> How much you had to drink? >> Yep. >> Cuz you obviously had some alcohol. I obviously can. >> Yeah, we smell it. We smell it. >> Really apparent. >> We smell it. >> You walked funny coming up the jet bridge. You're leaning on a trash can to stand up. You have stains on your shirt and pants. >> Eyes are bloodshot. Breath leaks alcohol. So, how much you had to drink? >> We're just going to play a silent game. >> No, that's what he does. We're going to actually exit out cuz he won't even provide a boarding pass. So, he has no business on this side of the uh terminal. No, no, we'll get there. But uh we're gonna escort you out. How about that? >> Let me tell him he's good to go. >> You're good to go. He's He's gonna end up coming with us. He's intoxicated. So So yeah, you're good to make the flight. Uh you still want to go with the assault charges or >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. We'll do that. Like I said, I'll get that typed up in the next hour or so, but we got to deal with them real quick. But you're going to be making your connecting flight. All right. I'm going to walk with you. >> You're going to walk with Yeah, that's what's going to happen. >> Exactly. I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Are you here or here? >> Thank you. >> All right. Hold on one sec. Go ahead and stop warning. Put your bag on. Do what? Drop your backpack. >> Take your backpack off. >> Take your backpack off. >> Good job. Good job. I like how they played that. that they played that smooth, escorting them out, yada yada, right? And pretty much they got him out of the main area where like there was so many people at and now it's less congested, less people. You know what I'm saying? So now they can actually go in with the arrest. Cuz as we're as he's walking, I'm like, well, if the one guy wants to press charges, why isn't he going to jail? They're saying they're walking him out. But now it makes sense. So, yeah, I like how they did that. Good job, officers. >> Okay. Thank you. >> All right. >> All right. You're under arrest. >> All right. >> All right. You've had too much to drink. We know that. You won't admit it, but we know it. And you need to sleep it off. Okay. You spit on somebody. You have crap all over your clothes. You wreak of alcohol. So that's what's going to happen. There's nothing in there. >> There's a laptop in the back. A mouse and a charger in the front pocket. There's nothing in the second one. And he's got golfing clothes and women's panties. Dip ketchup. >> I don't It might have been like spit from there. Just a little bit. >> Dude, it was like thick. >> There's just a little bit on there >> on his shirt. in left. >> All suspects are innocent until >> Yeah. So, that was a good job. I ain't going to lie. That was a good job by the officers. Um, the whole silent game, this and that, you know, it's understandable with the other two officers because they were waiting for the one officer to finish conducting his interview with the uh with with the guy that got spit on there. So, you know, just wasting time. You know, this this was very boring. I ain't going to lie. But um you know sometime the boring ones are are good. You know what I mean? Because he went peacefully. They didn't have to you know apply no extra uh discipline. You know what I'm saying? So everything was good. Everything was good, man. I give these officers four out of five. I think they did a pretty good job. Um yes, it's not the most entertaining body cam footage, but hey, it was decent. It was decent. This is how it should be. you get caught, go peacefully and that's it. You know what I mean? Go sleep it off. Get a flight or get something tomorrow and you'll be done and over with. But anyway, let me know how well you think the officers did in the comment section below and I'm going catch you in the next video. [Music] No FaceTime. Shoot my shot. Green beep 2K. [ __ ] that get a [ __ ] lean.
