We're just going to clear you down here cuz >> wallet's in the side. >> You got what in there? Wallet. A wallet. Okay, cool. Any other goodies that I need to know about that are going to hurt me potentially? >> No, sir. >> No. Where's it? In this pocket? >> No. >> Fantastic. Do you have a guard card, sir? >> No, sir. >> No, but you're carrying a taser and an ass baton. >> I legal for me to carry a taser, but like I said, I do funeral concessions. >> Okay, that's not over here at the meeting. >> All right, come over here with me. Okay, here's what I want you to do. Okay, very gently, I'd like you to have a seat for me, okay? And I'll help you down. All right, nice and easy. Perfect. There's a Well, >> can you raise my visor? >> Sure. >> There we go. Just just lift it up. Best way. >> There's a good reason for that. >> Yeah. Whenever we do the funeral sports and stuff like that, we try to look as much as we can your sheriff, police, whatever. >> Uhhuh. This main reason is that people will respect you more and they'll listen to us. >> Okay. >> I mean, we get out there, you know, as close as we do. We get out there and we're stopping traffic. >> Sure. >> And uh drivers. >> Gotcha. >> And they do have more respect for man in uniform. >> Sure. I know this is a this is a no no. >> Yeah, that's a no no. >> Yeah, >> this is probably too probably over the $3. >> May not be. >> Yeah, they're not legal. >> You got to be certified in those. >> Oh, I am certified. >> You have a car. Who put you through instructor course? I mean the taser program. >> I did go through taser program. >> You did? >> Yeah. >> Through who? >> Through uh San Berno. >> San Bernardino sheriff's. >> No, it's through uh guard security guard thing over there. >> Okay. Do you have the card with you saying you have a certification? >> No, they gave me a certification. It's framed in my home. >> They gave you a certificate. >> Yeah. >> You have something that Oh, it's on you, too. >> I did not. >> You have your badge. >> It says traffic. >> Call the chief. He knows me. He'll probably verify this. >> Where'd you get that badge from? Who did you go? >> You just ordered it. >> All right, Mr. Good night. Well, there's a couple issues, okay? Uh, namely the tasers, the baton, >> all that. So, you are going to be coming back to the station with us today. Okay. Um, we are going to tow the bike because we obviously can't leave it here. Um, and we'll discuss more about this when we get back to the station. Okay. >> Am I under arrest >> right now? Yes, sir. You are under arrest. >> Am I arrested for it? >> I just explained to you the tasers, the hospital, all that stuff right now. Can >> you get a hold of the chief, please? >> I'm not going to call the chief, sir. >> I'll call him. >> Okay. >> You have to call the mayor. >> Yeah, please. That's fine, sir. Well, the law is what the law is. So, >> there's I don't I don't work in the I don't work in the world of of favoritism and personal favorites and and back door deals, sir. So, >> everything else is all that is perfectly >> tasers and tasers and and this are certainly not legal and neither is that >> in companion with your drug registration to the county. None of that adds up to being perfectly legal, sir. Doesn't change the registration fact. >> I'm just explaining you why why you are under arrest at this point. Okay. >> Charges were >> Okay. the 180. Yes, sir. >> Make a phone call, have someone pick the bike up? >> No, sir. We're not going to sit out here and do that. Okay. >> Uh, >> it's going to it's it's not I'm not impounding the motorcycle. It's just going to get stored off the off the roadway. Okay. >> Would you mind picking me up and putting me in the back of your car? Start getting me. >> Sure. Move up. >> We got you. >> I am a heart transplant patient. >> Totally understand, sir. You ready? Put your feet down in front of you. >> There you go. Stand up. >> Thank you. >> Where's your unit? >> Uh, is it back? Can we put them in yours? You mind? >> Yeah. All right. Cool. Thank you, gentlemen. >> Oh, >> I'll let you pull it out. There you go. >> You have a chain cuff? >> No, we do not, sir. So, it's not It's going to be a short ride to the uh our station. Okay. >> Know where it is. >> We've seen quite a few of these before, right? Where people are impersonating officers and things of that nature. Whatever. He's doing funeral services as a freelancer, but he works for several different companies, whatever he's trying to say. But I can't quite put a type of crime, man, because we have seen younger people doing it and older people doing it a lot of times. You know, sometimes we could put ages on these things, you know, and put, oh, well, this type of crime, we could kind of see, all right, you know, but this impersonation of law enforcement, people are doing this of all ages, man. Look at this guy. This guy, older guy. We a couple months back we did a video of another guy um who was impersonating and he was saying that he was retired out of somewhere else and he was going here for some services or not services but to help out or whatever like whatever excuse he came up with but he was another older gentleman. And then we've also seen there's other cases on this on this page of younger people doing it. And I'm like, does everyone just want to be law enforcement but don't want to take the test? You doing all of this and you're already what? This person is probably somewhere old. You know what I mean? It's probably 60s, 70s, somewhere like that, right? And it's like you had your whole life to join the police department. You would have been retired from there by now. But now you just want to pretend and get a criminal record. It doesn't even make sense. I don't get it. >> Thank you. >> If I'm not mistaken, isn't that an infraction? >> What's an infraction? What I'm being arrested for? >> Um my partner will uh explain everything to you. I believe uh when it comes to weapons that you cannot have um it may be a misdemeanor, it may be a felony. Okay. All right. Me, sir. Sir, watch your head. Watch your head. >> Too old to be getting felonies, man. >> Old time. Look at him. >> Easier said than done. >> Yeah. Hopefully that's how you go. All right. You going to stop right here. Have you been uh to this facility before, sir? >> I'm sorry. >> Have you been to this facility before? >> I don't know. >> I don't think so. >> Do I have any of these items on you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Just catch me. >> Yeah. You'll be supervised. People hide things in all types of places. All right. Go ahead and have a seat right here, sir. >> Uh I will. I just need you to have a seat cuz I got to remove your shoes. Okay. >> Yeah. I really All right. Go ahead. Lift up your left leg one more time. Got to get your socks. You can't leave my socks on? >> No, sir. >> I'm just I got to ask this. Why? >> Why? >> Yeah. >> Just uh our protocol or rules that we have. >> No, I just wondered if there was something to them, you know. >> Yeah. Are you going to stand in this box for me? Go spread out your feet and you're going to face that wall. Okay. >> All I'm trying to do is make enough money to live off of. >> Yeah. What you do for work? >> Escorts. >> Escorts. >> Yeah. That's I get $1,200 a month from social security. >> Okay. >> You can't live on $1,200 a month. You got to do something. >> No. is legal. No, on everything. >> Face the wall for me. Face the wall. >> Don't you want to open the door? >> No. >> Go ahead. >> All right. So, um um the investigative officer is going to come and talk to you. Okay. >> You can use him, huh? >> Any idea how long? >> Uh probably like 10 minutes. >> So, um your property is going to be put in a bag. Uh you can make a phone call. Marshall Goodnight was booked into custody on multiple charges, including possession of prohibited weapons, possession of a baton and tear gas weapon as a felon, and impersonating a peace officer.
