yo what's going on so today we got a video from code blue Cam and the title of the video is he laughed at the taser but didn't see the pepper spray coming man they caught him off guard with it huh hit him with that act right huh all right let's get into it man in late June 2024 police were dispatched for a trouble with party call in Lacrosse Wisconsin the caller reported that her 59-year-old brother named Edward was experiencing a mental crisis screaming and damag ing property she also mentioned that he carried a knife and that she had locked herself in the bathroom for safety the previous day police had been called to the same address after a neighbor reported that Edward was outside yelling and swearing while holding a shovel additionally he was currently out on bond from a prior arrest for resisting after he had barricaded himself in a hotel room he is also a convicted felon and registered offender from an incident that occurred in 1999 hello what going on did you call him yes I want him removed from his property okay what's going on he is very abusive he has rearranged my mom's whole house okay he cannot stay here it's my other brother's house okay and he was just released from jail the other day okay cuz he barricaded himself into motel room okay so what did he do today here he's screaming a holler and her central air won't work no more cuz he broke it in there how did he break it it just won't work I know did he like did he like hit it or smash he cannot be here he's a okay and the school's right up this hill okay I'll go talk to him is he he's out he's clearly been staying there for a little while right so if things were perfectly fine he would be okay to to to be there but now that he's you know acting you know he's a bugout or whatever he's tripping out or they got a disagreement or whatever the case may be now all of a sudden oh he's an offender the school is up the block or whatever but if it was that big of a deal to you as soon as he arrives you would call but that's not the case it's only when he starts bugging out is now all the other things come about that you all of a sudden have an issue with this is your brother he's been an offender since the 90s and clearly y'all been in contact for all this time but now all of a sudden since he's bugging out now he now you want to bring up all that type of stuff like come on like you you can't be like keep it be right down the middle if you if you don't agree with it hey I don't want you around me you know what I'm saying C hey school is up the block yada yada like but no you go to jail for disorderly conduct back to jail again for no charges oh disorderly conduct is a possibility I not I was called here he should not be talking about why you sexually harassed me listen called here and we're willing to let you leave if you have somewhere else to go without going to jail but if you're refusing to leave then you're going to go to jail I'd rather not do that so that decision is yours but I'd like you to make a smart decision and just get up collect your things and and go wherever you want to go I think that sounds pretty reasonable unfortunately you don't have a connection on those yeah he he went through several Cycles but every time he would pull up the cord so I I'd have to deploy another probe doing today oh not well more aggressive today he tried to after he told him he had to leave and that he's going to get arrested if he didn't he tried to get back into the house and then became resistive and WRA both arms around that freaking post of the of the deck there they couldn't free them so several Cycles with a taser and spray and he still fought until he forced him you know he didn't really he get through a cycle and then he would rip the cords you know so I'd have to deploy another probe into him to get a a connection and then it'd go through another cycle and he do the same thing I'm going to take him down to gun for Med clearance and hopefully you'll I mean it seems a little calmer now but just no he going to jail that he fought with us they they wanted him gone and I think him going into the house is just going to give us more all right hey how you during the arrest the officer also sustained a laceration to his arm that required medical treatment I got hold on I got you get your seat belt okay I get it okay thank you you in there right over here for you KN you can take these off no you can have a seat you sure you want take these off the the jail staff will come and take those off all right as a result Edward was charged with felony resisting an officer causing injury misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct bail jumping and he was subsequently released on a $1,000 signature Bond as of July 25th the court determined that Edward was not competent to stand trial he has been ordered to undergo treatment and the case has been suspended until January 2025 to reassess his competency watch when I get in the
