2024 officers were called to an apartment complex due to reports of a domestic violence issue and a naked woman who was locked outside her apartment somebody staring hold on hold on I know all of you followed her in there and he's standing in front of the oven now or in front of the dishwasher or something like that and she's further back in you being on the door like that you want to answer the you had the okay and then underwear so I felt pretty naked but I wasn't fully naked okay but he it wasn't his fault I went outside it was me going outside just to be Petty like I definitely did start the argument he was screenshotting other pictures girls so I was being petty and arguing with him okay and then I didn't stop the arguing and then I just walked outside I didn't walk I kind of took a few steps and then no no no I'm sorry sweetheart we not trying to hear this story no no no no no no no no clearly you've been trying to cover up for for him from the jump okay we don't care about we not trying to hear this no and then you said it didn't get physical but he pushed you outside physical is touching touching physical it could be a push it could be a punch it could be a whatever like no we ain't trying to hear that yeah she probably was upset you know he probably screenshotting or talking to different girls or whatever the case may be but nah no they were both bickering or whatever and she wanted to look the story don't even add up she wanted to be Petty and walk outside naked like that's only embarrassing yourself what you want the neighbors to see your you want a thong like I don't get it that doesn't even make sense P there wasn't a knock down drag out or anything like that no no I wasn't her like are you guys married no how long have you lived together um we've lived together since December but we've been together for about a year now okay so dating for Year love you guys since December do you have kids together no but he his dad isn't involved takes care of my kid like it's his kid what's uh is it a boy yes what's his name Mata we've dealt with a lot of cops before so I just know he wouldn't physically spit on a cop okay and for North like North Baltimore for instance they are very R racial and we've had incidents with them with Xavier so would rather just keep him protected there was a discrepancy we weren't sure which apartment we weren't sure where the callar lived so that's why we wanted to talk to you guys it's always better to just at least answer and be like hey this is what happened I want to tell us anything beyond that that's on you guys okay I know you just on Cooperative or and I understand you know you've had you guys have lived here You' only lived in finle since December yeah okay is this the first time dealing with us yeah okay so we're not bad people to deal with good make it a memorable one get to the bottom of everything and get something that way nobody says well you guys didn't do anything so um as long as you're okay baby's okay he was okay we just typed up that we were out here so all right um You have a domestic violence charge no I think he was arrested for obstruction um since yeah okay so you're not injured you weren't like crying you weren't like screaming for us you you know said you weren't willing to talk you gave me a quick statement I don't think that there's much more it was a domestic um situation or what not a domestic dispute that's what the state anytime two people in in a relationship live together they consider it a domestic dispute rather than domestic violence so domestic violence is when there's actual violence physical violence somebody's hurt or um somebody makes a comment or statement that uh like if he were to say I'm going to [ __ ] you up I'm going to put you in the hospital you know you're scared and say I was scared for my life I ran out I didn't have any pants on I had just a shirt you know he wouldn't let me back inside I thought he was going to hurt me that's called the C-section the threat of um bodily harm or death great bodily harm Serious injury things like that that's still domestic violence even though nobody put hands on each other the threat of causing okay somebody harm or injury or death um this stuff want considered domestic balance okay so at this point I don't believe that he's under arrest for domestic and so it'll just be the obstruction just trying to talk trying to figure things out so like I said we'll have him give you a call let you know one way or the other he may call and say hey come pick me up okay so it might be a little bit I fig 20 30 minutes just depending on how cooperativity is but he probably not Cooperative before it hop in give him some time then he will be sounds that's usually how way to everybody is you know you get them down there and you get them a couple minutes to relax and yeah they are usually okay so all right any questions nope all right try to have a better evening you're welcome good
