that said chili got arrested and sure enough I looked at his last live stream and he definitely got arrested also in between now and then and and this live stream right here I called Clark County Detention Center the city jail in Las Vegas North Las Vegas jail Henderson jail and Boulder and none of them had him on the detainee list so it could be that he hasn't been checked in yet here's what makes me sick let me let me just we'll look at this video but what makes me sick is that people I don't care what you think about chili I understand he's a polarizing figure and all that kind of stuff he's my friend um and I it doesn't really matter if you like him or dislike him what was done to him was wrong what was done to him is the same thing that could be done to any one of us if we were recording the Las Vegas Police or whoever these people are saying this is the best video you've ever posted you made my night people are laughing where's your trifold chili the officer and Chile are going to have a very long future together enjoy you know I hope his little dog's okay yeah I wonder who's taking care of Charlie I hope Charlie's not locked in the car and they just laughed without I'm sure chili would say something and say hey you need to take care of my dog or whatever call or call somebody to get get his dog um let's see somebody said uh I don't know they're just making fun of him why didn't you get the trifold what I want to point out is before you're that quick to Rejoice put yourself in the shoes of the person that you're criticizing for my view and I've only taken one look at this live stream we're going to look at it together he didn't do anything wrong he was literally attacked by this cop for filming a traffic stop at a reasonable distance from the cop at a reasonable distance from the traffic stop he even backed up a little bit but because the cop didn't like what chilly said he's got the handcuffs on him and now he's sitting uh you know in some some jail waiting to be booked so let's take a look at this real quick I'm not gonna I'm not gonna belabor this you good oh wait you're not up I don't have audio in my ears why don't I have audio okay for obstruction of justice probably assaulting an officer because he put his hands on him that's going to be a pretty serious charge you guys can't hear it okay let's let's go ahead and watch this you the press go get in your car and do your job little doggy go see her okay so what just happened here psychologically is that this cop's ego just got damaged his fragile ego that he's he's got a safe face you can't talk to me like that I'm the authority I'm the law enforcement officer this is my traffic stop I'm in control you can't say that in front of this driver he can't allow his ego to be damaged in other words he can't allow an American on American soil exercise his freedom of speech so he's gonna get butt hurt and now he's gonna go in for the kill don't put your hands on me by the Henderson and Boulder and none of them even in their booking at their booking desk there was nothing about uh Jose De Castro so if you guys know where he is and how much the bail is let me know don't sure sure okay so here's my perspective on this there's no legal or moral reason for the cop to have gotten into Chili's space and put his hands on him there's no legal or moral reason for him to put the cuffs on him and taking him down to jail there's no reason at all that the that Chili's in jail other than the cop didn't like being talked to like that wanted to take command of the situation wanted to save face in front of the the person that he had pulled over anybody who's speaking against this particular situation chilly in this particular situation is a dumb ass because you're speaking against yourself you're literally saying that and it's not okay because you hate chili so much and you're blinded by your cognitive dissonance because of your hate for chili you're saying it's okay for an American on American soil to get arrested for recording and using his freedom of speech against a cop that's how dumb you are you you've become so blinded by your hatred for chile that you can't discern between right and wrong and that's infuriating to me because that you Lemmings out there you boot lickers that are applauding the cops for taking down chili because you don't like him you're the problem with this world even more than the order followers who are wearing the costumes and the badges and come with the authority of the state because you're the ones who applaud the chains of your own oppression by applauding chili going down I don't care but like haters just don't buy well I okay I gotta I gotta admit they do bother me some they do bother me some but what really bothers me is that this hatred this vitriol you have for one human being is blinding your eyes to the Justice of the situation or actually in this case the Injustice to the situation you're saying that if I or anybody in this room or even you or your mother or your sons or your daughters was in the same position recording the cops on a traffic stop which is a perfectly constitutional thing to do and then exercising your freedom of speech that that person you your sons your daughters your mothers your fathers chili me anybody in this room it's okay for them to be abused and harassed and oppressed by the authority [Music] do not put your hands behind your back when you're going to jail put your hands behind your back no if you don't put your hands behind your back you're going to jail the cop already determined he's going to jail anyway I don't know if you have any five minutes God I hate that there's so much wind there's only like I don't think there's here we'll City Jail North um Las Vegas jail Henderson and Boulder nothing in the jail nothing at the booking desk it's almost like you know he hasn't been taken in but they did say it could be four to six hours before he gets booked in and I do intend to bail him out so if you guys want to help me bail them out you can if not I'm bailing them out but the reason I'm bailing them out is because I would bail any one of you guys out I would bail you know I would want to be bailed out if it was my son or my daughter somebody that care about I'd bail them out no need for somebody to be sitting there in jail when they did nothing freaking wrong so please share this guys again let me just reiterate Freedom means something if you are applauding that cop taking Chilly's Freedom away then you're also applauding him taking every American including your freedom away and that's just that's wrong this cop did wrong this cop right here can committed a criminal activity on camera because he didn't like to be talked to like that he didn't some he didn't want somebody recording his traffic stop that's what we're looking at right here he violated his oath of office to protect and defend the rights as defined in the Bill of Rights against an American citizen on American soil American person on American soil and that's wrong it's always wrong it's never going to be right to do what is wrong so it this is this is the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department I don't know which jail he's in I've got this list of jails right here that I've already that I've already called and um the thing I the one I think he's gonna the two the two most likely that he's going to go to is the Clark County Detention Center that's 702-671-3900 on 330 South Casino Boulevard the second one is the city jail 702-229-6444 and I've called all these I called all let's see what is that five I called all five on my list and have come up with nothing if you guys do come up with where he's at and a phone number
