Okay? And even if you have a card, there's still certain rules with it. You feel me? Like as far as driving and stuff like that in most places, I don't know about this place, but in most places, even if you have the the the card, you can you can have it on you. You know what I'm saying? But it has to be in a closed container or whatever. Like it has to be in, you know, in Yeah. Like in a in a closed container. you can't be smoking it or anything like that. And from what we've seen is that when the cops rolled up, he was rolling up a joint. So with you driving and doing that, that you can't do that. You You know, whether you're the driver or not, whatever that that's not a joint is not a closed container. You know what I'm saying? So that right there to me, I see the probable cause, right? And then the officer clearly states the instructions here. I want you to have your hands on the dash where I can see him. He has his hand on the dash, right? The guy has his hands on the dash and then he moves his hand to go grab something or I think it was his phone or whatever the case may be. And the officer don't know what you reaching for, right? Cuz you could be you already kind of, you know, it's a little shady. It's a little whatever, right? People is hostile, you know? And you go to reach, that's when he opens the door and and drags you out. Now, that part I could see. I could see it. You know what I'm saying? Now, there's a part that happens on that ground where the officer is choking him. Literally got his hand on his throat like this. And I'm like, "Hold on, man. We ain't in the bedroom or nothing like that, man. What you What type of stuff you got going on, man? We don't get down like that over here." You feel me? You know what I'm saying? You get you with a little lady. You know what I'm saying? She might like a little You know what I'm saying? Hey, look. Look, we know what time it is. You got to do what you got to do to get him, but your hand shouldn't be on his th like unless he's trying to swallow something. Now, like there was a case where um there was a old there was a old black dude the other day or whatever where he tried to swallow the drugs. So, in that type of case, I could see somebody grabbing his throat to to get him to not swallow it. You feel me? But that's not what we talking about here. That's not what what's going on right here. So, you got him on the ground and you literally choking. You got his hand on your hand on his throat. I'm like, that's a little bit much. And then you tase the family. Now with that, it's 5050, okay? Because the family is getting hostile and they getting close to the scene. So how else are you supposed to get them back because you don't know what they're going to do with that. So it's a whole lot going on. So I can see the family going for interference or whatever, something like that. This is tough. This is tough. So, and we still only in kind of in the beginning. So, we going to see how how this play out. But for him getting out of the car and everything, that part right there, they do have probable cause in my eyes from what I see, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, you got the marijuana card, this and that, but this even with that, there's certain there's certain parameters where you can carry it, especially when you transporting and and a car is transport transporting it. I would think the the big girl, she deserved to go, too. She was way too close. Um, they both stepped up. So, both of them deserve to go. The guy deserves to go cuz he had something some he had something on him, whatever. And then they they were justified. They were justified in pulling him out. You know what I'm saying? They were justified in pulling him out. And the the stop was justified off rip because of the weed. It's always that weed, man. Whether it's whether the car smells like it or whatever. That's the that's like the number one thing that you know the cops love. They going to get you on that. I don't know. You know, the weed smokers, y'all got to chill out on that. Even if you got a card, if you got a card, this Yeah, you can do it and certain thing, but there's parameters around it. You can't just do whatever. That's not a just a get out of jail free card just cuz you got a a marijuana card. Like that don't make no sense. You know what I'm saying? And in most places you could have it, you know, when you in a car and stuff like that, you can have it, but you got to be it got to be in a closed container, not rolling up a joint in front of the cop. Like, come on now. So, I'm giving them officers a three out of five. The only thing that I could see what was wrong to me is when he choked him, but I don't know if he was trying to get rid of something. That's why he did it. You know what I'm saying? So, um, but the choking on the hand, that was kind of that was crazy. I ain't going to lie. But I'm giving him a three out of five. Um, this was one of those that I really had to look deep into it cuz, you know, there's a lot going on.
