imagine you just got pulled over by a revenue generating road pirate who's only out there serving and protecting and you're nice and safe in his police cruiser while you're awaiting your citation and then this happens oh wait a minute that's not safe and that's not protecting and serving but rather putting you in harm's way welcome back to the here's the deal channel if you haven't done so already subscribe to the channel hit the bell notification icon give it a thumbs up and share it with everybody you points know [Music] [Applause] one of the most dangerous things that can happen to you at least in america is that you be pulled over on american soil by a law enforcement agent and why is it dangerous it's dangerous for two reasons number one it's dangerous because you're being pulled over by a road pirate who's policing for profit it's not about public safety it's not about traffic safety it's actually about conducting a fishing expedition where they can get you on more charges so that they can bring more money home to their state masters see i'd be good see i followed my quota see i economically terrorized people and i've increased the cost of the state now we can get those souped-up police cars and that amrap that we always wanted for christmas so it's dangerous because you're being pulled over by road pirates and let me show you something how much do state functionaries i.e law enforcers because the state it's not about eloquence or reason it's about force it's like fire dangerous servant and fearful master not including parking tickets according to this one survey we can estimate that somewhere between 25 and 50 million traffic tickets are issued each year assuming an average ticket cost 150 dollars i've i received one ticket coming from uh california i was i was driving to u-haul and i had a trailer behind me and i was doing 65 but there were signs posted that said no i was doing 64. and there were signs posted that said uh trucks with trailers cannot travel faster than 55. the guy gave gave me a three a 535 dollar ticket so their averaging cost of the ticket is 150 i bet it's more than that but let's say there was it was an average of 150 bucks per ticket the total upfront profit from tickets ranges from 3.75 to 7.5 not million but billion dollars and just so you can kind of wrap your head around the enormity of the number billion let's say you spent a thousand dollars per hour how long i'm talking about a thousand dollars every hour that's 24 000 a day how long would you have to live before you spent your first billion dollars spending a thousand dollars per hour so a billion divided by a thousand is a million so that's a million hours and a million hours is 41 666 days or 114.1 years so if you spent a dolla a thousand dollars an hour you would have to live for 114.125 years to spend your first billion dollars and they're raking in 3.7 to 7.5 billion dollars a year on their policing for profit scheme and it's one of the most dangerous things that can happen to you and happen to them why is it dangerous number one it's dangerous for you when it come when a road pirate pulls you over because he's he's going to trip on his own power power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely so you're going to be pulled over by somebody who's absolutely corruptible and corrupted that's a dangerous thing and a lot of people 11 of all fatal shootings by police happened during traffic stops as of a 2015 uh statistic that i saw eleven percent of all police uh shootings that ended up being fatal come from just routine traffic stops where the person who is involved in you know being slain by the officer committed no crime no crime and it makes me wonder how many of those actually committed a traffic violation because they'll say you sp sped when you didn't they'll say your your uh running lights or your brake lights were out when they weren't remember philando castile boom boom boom boom gone and he was just trying to produce the id that was requested of him by the law enforcement officer and the second reason the first so the first reason it's so dangerous is because you're encountering a authoritarian power tripper and most of the police encounters uh with the public happen during traffic stops that's where most of the the the police public encounters happen so it's dangerous because you got a power tripper with a gun and a utility belt in the authority of the state pulling you over and the second reason it's dangerous is because you're on a roadway where cars are speeding by this is one of these videos that i've been wanting to do for for a long time so you got people out there that are jeopardizing your life on the side of the road and the only reason you're on the side of the road is because of policing for profit roadside pirate pulled you over the only reason you're sitting there it's not because you had a flat tire or some mechanical difficulty with your car those things happen okay but they are they intentionally pulled you over and put your life in jeopardy mortal jeopardy and his life he put his life in mortal jeopardy too well what if that tie rod breaks and the car swerves into you or into the cop or into you and the cop what if uh you know what if a tire pops what if a person falls asleep what if some teenager or somebody is distracted driving texting on their phone what if it's the 13th hour of driving from you know an 18-wheeler truck driver and he merges off into your lane and you guys are just decimated it's one of the most dangerous things that can happen so what i've what i've decided to do in this video is just give you some examples of what could and has happened it's not outlandish to suggest that one of the most dangerous things that can happen to you on american soil is get pulled over by a state-funded law enforcement road pirate agent this right here is a tire flying this is just a tire that fell off of a truck while these cops were in the median looking for traffic offenders look at this tires are supposed to stay on the road you must not fly through the air what if that was you what if that was you being pulled over by that cop wait i need you to get out we need you get out your get out of your vehicle so we can patch you down we need you oftentimes they'll have the person stand in front of the cop car while the dash cam is recording you what if somebody was standing right there when that tire came loose what if what if you were what if you or your brother or your mother sister or somebody that you loved was standing right there as instructed by law enforcement facing the windshield you don't see the tire coming you're a goner a couple of police officers from spring township pennsylvania probably pisses you off expected this while monitoring traffic you know waiting to catch a driver doing something ticket worthy waiting for a driver to do something ticket worthy amazing that she even said that a wheel rolled off of a pickup truck never would have expected that just completely out of the blue oh it happened absolutely by chance and went airborne boom you're gone you're gone pulled over by the trooper let's say here's another one where the trooper just is escaped with his life by mere seconds watch this this this car has been pulled over for a traffic violation and watch what happens to the driver of this car trooper was just seconds away from disaster boom you wouldn't have been there if that guy didn't pull you over he put your life in mortal jeopardy here let's do another one this is in oh and you might think well it's that's why they've they've started saying hey you know what once you go in the police car for your safety okay let's here's here's the inside camera of a police cruiser here's a guy right here in the passenger side and his wife or significant other is in the back seat right here watch what happens just out of the blue now they're okay they were fine i mean i'm sure they were shaken up and probably had to go to the hospital get checked out and all that kind of stuff nothing that i'm showing right here by the way even this one right here did not end amazingly did not end in a fatality it's it's gruesome it's brutal there's probably a hospitalization there was no new no fatality on this but often time and time again there are fatalities but who cares even if there's not a fatality this this could be a life-changing devastating occurrence that didn't have to happen and wouldn't have happened if you weren't pulled over you're not safer inside i mean you could be safer inside look at this here's somebody the moment a woman crashes in the scottsdale police cars during a traffic stop so they're conducting their traffic stops and they got we got that's why we got lights going so that people can see so they can slow down so they can get in the other lane that doesn't always happen and you wouldn't have been there let's say there's somebody in the back of this police car before it gets crunched from the back end boom boom come here come here what if your kid what if your little kid was in the back of that car here let's put you in the back of our police car so that you can be safe here's another one right here check this out body cam captures dramatic crash during welford police traffic stop well only on fox some terrifying moments for several welford police officers watch this video you'll see this driver along i-d-5 slam into the back of a welford police car while they're out on a traffic stop and today we learned the driver of that vehicle was actually a missing man out of north carolina who was suffering from dementia there you go add that to the pile guys suffering from dementia they have a maybe somebody has a heart attack you know people have heart attacks all the time you know there there's something going on there's a phenomenon that some people not me of course i wouldn't call it this but they're calling them vaccines and you know why and it's happening a lot it's happening a lot with a lot of people and there's a lot of people out there on the road that have you know what you know you know you know what i'm talking about so here's here's one where a guy had a medical issue he had dementia just plowed into the side of that police car check this out this kid gets pulled over by this uh by this cop for a traffic violation watch this boom i knew i knew he didn't get hurt but he could have and he wouldn't have been his car is completely damaged now and he wouldn't have been there if he didn't get pulled over by this cop and this is not an interstate right here this is just just like a looks like a you know any kind of road that you would see in your town not a 65 or 70 mile an hour speed limit uh area here's one hi uh haynes city police officer speeding at 107 miles per hour this is not even involving a traffic violation or a cop pulling somebody over this is just a cop driving reckless because he can oh i got my sirens on and i'm going to an emergency that gives me the right to do things that you can't do watch this meantime a crash involving a police officer on his way to a call destroys two vehicles and sends both drivers to the hospital but even though the accident report blames both drivers i-team investigator adam walser learned that the police officer was going more than 100 miles an hour the accident report blamed the drivers not the cop and then they had to do an extra investigation to find out oh yeah the cop was at fault on a busy state highway just seconds before impact dash cam video from an approaching tractor trailer shows the terrifying seconds when a speeding hane city police car crashes into a toyota corolla entering the highway crosses into the opposite lanes and narrowly misses hitting two pickup trucks and an 18-wheeler head-on as auto parts fly in every direction it happened on february 19th on highway here's another angle of this way 17 one of haines city's busiest roads shortly after 9 a.m one of the busiest times of the day the police officer was taken to heart of florida hospital the other driver rushed to lakeland regional and both drivers were sighted after gypsies is in the room and says i ran a trucker i ran a wrecker for 20 years let me say brian is right this kind of thing happens all the time polk county look at that car this the cop car was going like 77 miles an hour on this street around that corner investigator did and he had driving infractions before that rona's record that the police department knew about determined from death oh let's keep him behind the wheel that's a good idea it's all about public safety though dash cam and surveillance footage that the driver of the toyota coasted through a stop sign before entering the highway but an accident reconstruction specialist who reviewed the crash for the i-team says it was the officer's actions which put the public most at risk once the vehicle is out of control it's out of control and you're at the mercy of physics retired traffic homicide detective andy levesque now works as a driving coach and accident investigator it could have been devastation complete devastation for both parties an inch either way or a foot either way could have made a big difference a report prepared by a polk county sheriff's office traffic investigator says 46-year-old christopher jackson a haines city traffic enforcement officer was responding to an emergency call a department spokesperson said that call was a disturbance which involved a 17-year-old with autism who was banging on a door and about to break a window oh yeah so let's go spell oh you have an auto autistic youngster uh acting up that that warrants me going 80 miles per hour prior to that he was going 107 miles per hour down the road to get to this call right here now we're not talking about bank robbery we're not talking about a mass shooting or anything like that and even if there was 107 miles per hour weaving in and out of traffic give me a break and who had no weapons the report says that jackson's car was going 77.5 miles per hour at impact and according to the report jackson had both his emergency lice and audible siren activated even with the lights and sirens would that driver have been able to to really know that that officer was coming at those speeds it looks like it was a low profile police car meaning no roof lights only inside the car and that reduces the visibility of the car when you're driving with your siren on about 88 miles per hour you're out running your siren people can't hear it if he was only going 77.5 at the second of impact why would the other driver not have heard the siren data the i-team obtained from the patrol cars black box show he was going much faster 107 miles an hour on that road just seconds earlier five seconds prior he was at one point we don't know what he was doing above that black boxes have been in the news lately the black box in cameron herons mustang shows he was dropped man i gotta get there pedal to the metal i got some tyranny to exact on some citizens driving 80 miles an hour down bayshore boulevard seconds before hitting and killing a mother and her one-year-old daughter who were crossing the road that is just horrible man horrible this guy goes to jail for like 25 years was sentenced last week to 24 years in prison so he gets he gets 24 years in prison but officer sergeant robert george who did what he did to chelsea doolittle gets three years come on the black box and tiger woods suv showed he was driving 80 miles an hour on a 45 mile an hour road before so that's just an example what cops do and then to add one more thing to the pile of okay what could cause cars to come into your lane while you're being pulled over by the cops getting a traffic citation so that they can increase the coffers of the state and make sure that they meet their quota what what other things can happen besides a flat tire tie rod breaking somebody falling asleep texting while driving just not paying attention to the road a medical event like alzheimer's or somebody had a heart attack what else could we add to that pile oh yes tesla autopilot tesla on autopilot plows into sheriff's car it's been a year and a half but these officers still can't believe what happened with this out of control tesla authorities just released dash cam video of two law enforcement officers nearly run over after a tesla hit the back of a nash county north carolina sheriff's deputies vehicle so there's a lot of things that can happen one of the most dangerous things that will happen to you on american soil or can happen is being pulled over for by a cop leave your thoughts about this and if you have any uh stories of where you had a bad run in with a cop where it could have cost your life when you got pulled over for a traffic violation leave them leave those thoughts in the comments section below and i'll see you guys in the next video you
