Remember swearing an oath to the constitution? >> I do. Or you consider me a road pirate, too, I guess. Can you get your phone out of my face? >> Detain for interference with public. >> You know what interference is? >> What's that? >> What's what >> that bag? >> Nothing. Go ahead. You're all on camera. >> Hey, get out and record that [ __ ] Don't talk to me and I won't talk to you. Roll your window up and don't talk to her. Do you know what interference is? If you are an unquestioning thin blue line law enforcement supporter, this video is not for you. Turn back now. >> Shut up. Go do your job. >> You done flundering, kid? Are you done floundering? You feel stupid yet? >> You never have to talk to the police. She's a little tyrant. She thinks she's a boss of somebody. Exercise your fifth amendment right to remain silent, bro. Stop talking, man. They're not your friends, bro. As friendly as they are, they're not your friends. >> What are you, some jail house lawyer or something? >> No, I'm just somebody that likes the Constitution. What are you, a tyrant? >> I don't know who you are, right? You're not doing anything. >> Well, I don't know who the you are either. >> When uninformed cops like Martinez here encounter a guy who knows his rights and is brave enough to stand for his rights in the face of tyranny, things can get a little spicy. We're going to first take a look at this video by the David Hammond channel and we're going to make some comments along the way. >> Uh, your left brake lights out. That's why I pulled you over. And you can't just leave your car on the side of the road. >> I have to go get towe dollies. >> Okay, that tag comes back. Can you get your phone out of my face? You want to record me? That's fine. But I don't want it in my face. You got your license registration insurance. >> Who me? >> What? Over uh you said what? What was >> your left brake light? Your third one works and your right one works. Your left one. have known that if I didn't if you didn't pull me over. What did you pull what was your reason for the blue light to be turned on? >> One, the brake light, and two, I needed to speak to her about her vehicle that the tag doesn't come back to that. >> That doesn't give you a right to pull me over. Was she suspended? Is she suspected of committing a crime, >> Jamie? >> Well, no, I need to talk to her. But you have committed a traffic infraction cuz your left brake light is out. So, that is the reason to pull you over. So, I'm going to ask you one more time. Give me your license, registration, insurance. I'm going pull you out of this car. >> Pits, I think. >> I don't have it. Luckily. >> Yes. >> Oh, wait. Yeah, I do. >> So, can I step out of the car >> in just a second? >> Okay. Hold on, Jamie. >> I just got a phone call from a friend. >> What's that? >> What's What >> that bag? >> Nothing. Go ahead. You're all on camera. >> Oh my god. >> Well, that's good. I'm recording, too. >> Good. >> No, I want you to go through it. >> Let me get your idea. >> So, I was at my boss's house, right? Because I I take care of uh his her aunt. >> You done plundering, kid? Are you done plundering? You feel stupid yet? >> You don't. >> So, anyhow, >> cuz you sure look it. Where's your license? >> I didn't bring them with me. They're in my other vehicle. Write me a ticket and I'll be on my way. All right. >> Okay. Well, what's your name and date of birth? >> David Hammond. >> Are you there? >> February 3rd. >> What's your name? >> Michelle. >> So, you were driving that car and you ain't got a license. >> I weren't driving. >> You were? I said you when you pass me. >> Then why didn't you pull her over? >> Because she was parked and out of it by the time I got over there. Well, then you >> What are you some jail house lawyer or something? >> No, I'm just somebody that likes the Constitution. What are you, a tyrant? >> I just want to pull my >> Do you remember swearing Do you remember swearing an oath to the Constitution? >> I do. Or you consider me a road pirate, too, I guess. >> I don't know what you call yourself. I know that your uh sheriff likes hiring pedophiles. >> It's not funny, Jamie. >> Okay, >> I know that he You remember the one that just was at the school resource officer, >> huh? >> You remember the school resource officer up at Fair Oaks? >> No, that was before my time. Okay, well, >> get me Mr. B. Pitts. Get this out of the way. Whatever he's going to do. >> All right. What was your name and name again, sir? >> David Hammond. >> Argue with him. >> Hammond. >> So, whenever uh Mr. Pitts will allow me out of the car, I'll talk to you then, Jamie. H. >> Okay. Are you wanting to talk to me or you want your attorney over here to talk to you? >> Who? >> You. You said you wanted to talk to me, but you're he's keeping you from talking to him. You want to get out and talk to me or >> I mean, you see me, but you did not pull me over doing it, though. >> Yeah, cuz you got out. You just told me my car. really tore up. Like I'll go crank it up and you can see for yourself. Like I have no reason to lie to you. >> You got any warrants or anything? >> No. >> Do what you just say. >> Michelle, >> why would you tell him that you were driving? >> Because he doesn't see me. I ain't going to lie to you. >> You don't have to admit. >> Listen, I know, but I'm not going to lie. But I'm not going to lie to him either. >> And he's right. The less you talk to police, the better off you are. The more you talk to police, the worse off you are. Cops want you to talk to them. Cops want you to answer their questions. So, do you really think it's a good idea to do what cops want? And yeah, this guy's a road pirate. He is petty. And if he was sensitized at all to the Constitution, he wouldn't be asking for anybody's papers, especially when they haven't committed a crime. In this next one, we've got SA Ecstasy Press coming off the top rope. And there's nothing these cops can do about it. >> Hello vehicle here. You're more than welcome to report, sir. >> Stupid [ __ ] Hey, what'd he pull you over for? License plate. Hey, get out and record that [ __ ] Get out and record that [ __ ] That's the first amendment, man. You know what the first amendment is? You took an oath to uphold the constitution. Don't talk to me and I won't talk to you. Don't talk to me and I won't talk to you. Don't talk to me and I won't talk to you. Deal. Deal. The first amendment doesn't covers all that. Hey ma'am, don't talk to this officer. Roll your window up and don't talk to her. Roll your window up and don't talk to her. You know what interference is? You know what interference is? >> Yes, I do. >> It's Hey, speech alone. Speech alone does [ __ ] you, >> sir. I'm asking you nicely. >> Ask. Keep asking. Keep asking. >> You want to report? That's fine. If you can just >> get the [ __ ] out of my face. >> Get the [ __ ] out of my face. I'm This is private property. Y'all can be wherever the [ __ ] I want to be. Unless the owner tell [ __ ] you and your investigation. Investigate this. Shut the [ __ ] up. Shut up. Shut up. Go do your job. Go do your [ __ ] job, stupid little [ __ ] You know who the [ __ ] I am. Don't talk to her. Don't talk to her. Roll up your window and don't talk to her. You never have to talk to the police. I know. I'm here for your protection, bro. Make sure they don't violate your rights. This guy seems pretty cool, man. >> Yeah, he's cool. But she's she's a little tyrant. She thinks she's a boss of somebody. I like this guy, though. >> Bro, stop talking. Exercise your fifth amendment right to remain silent, bro. Stop talking, man. They're not your friends, bro. As friendly as they are, they're not your friends. Their purpose is to put you in jail, bro. Hey, ma'am. You didn't have to give your ID to this officer. No passengers have to ID in the whole United States unless she's been suspected of a crime. In Texas 3802, you don't have to ID unless you've been lawfully arrested. Penal code 382. This little [ __ ] here don't know what the [ __ ] she's talking about. >> I appreciate. >> Shut up. You appreciate whatever. >> Step a little further back. I'm not going to ask you. I You're more than welcome to stay where you want to stay. Just step a little back. >> You just said I can stay where I want to stay. You just Hey, are you going to keep changing your story or what? And I'm doing it. I'm doing it. I'm doing it. Shut the [ __ ] up. Hey, bro. Never talk to these cops, bro. All you're going to do is talk yourself into a jail cell, bro. >> Hey, your wife or girlfriend, she doesn't have the ID. Tell her to stop talking to these guys, man. Okay. They're not going to arrest you, are they? Okay, that's cool. I'm here for your protection, bro. I got a YouTube channel, man. It's all I do is record cops. >> Yeah. What is your YouTube channel? >> I I'll give you a I think I got a card. I'll give you the card. >> If not, I I'll you can pull it up on your phone. You can subscribe, bro. I got like 63,000 subscribers. >> Not bad. She's a She's a little tyrant, man. She thinks she's got some power with that badge and that gun and that taser, bro. But she ain't jacked [ __ ] bro. Her bad She thinks her badge grants extra rights. Hey, when they can't do something, they turn into the boundary police. Oh, stand over there. Stand over here. You're interfering. She don't know the definition of interfering in the penal code. Hey, I didn't mean to cuss in front of your kids, bro. You're not offended, right? Okay. That that's what she's going to try to go with. I'm going to ask you to stay back over there. Okay? Just stay back over by. Is this your car here? >> I don't answer questions. >> Okay. I need you to step back there. You're interfering with our public duties. Okay. They're trying to conduct a traffic stop. >> What's the definition of interfering? I just want to know. >> Sir, just just go over here. >> I don't want to go over there. I want How about if I go over here? >> Stand back. >> What's the definition of interfering? >> What's the definition of interfering? >> Sir, I don't have time to deal with you cuz you're dealing with a a traffic stop. >> You're dealing with a traffic stop. You got four [ __ ] units here. Hey, you think those Huh? You think them stripes give you extra rights, man? Yeah, you too, [ __ ] tyrant. Hey, be cool, man. I'll be cool with you. You can be cool with me. I know, bro. You look like You look like you're a cool dude, man. >> How do you like your >> It's It's my wife's car, man. Yeah. I got a [ __ ] Charger 392. Bro, you know who I am? You watch YouTube? You heard of the First Amendment? You heard of First Amendment auditors? >> Uh, I already watch. >> Okay, that's cool, man. I'm not out here to give you guys a hard time, man. But she [ __ ] approached me in a in a [ __ ] aggressive way. So she gets what she get she gets what she gives. Like me and you, you see, we cool, man. >> You ain't giving me [ __ ] so I ain't giving you [ __ ] The [ __ ] sergeant right here, he's going to get some [ __ ] too. When I when this shit's over. >> No, I I understand everybody's judging, man. You know, we're just trying to >> Yeah. Well, you know what the definition interference is in the penal code? What is it? What is it? >> Sir, I'm not going to get into debate over you on pen >> because you don't know the [ __ ] penal code, man. Hey, is speech alone does not construe interference. You You should know that, Sergeant. >> Would you say speech alone? >> Speech alone. >> Absolutely. You're 100% correct. First app encroaching on the traffic stop, which makes it unsafe for my Okay. What? What? What? >> Because I don't know who you are, right? You're not doing anything. >> Well, I don't know who the [ __ ] you are either. >> Okay. >> You know, hey, you know what? And and what's the Supreme Court say for distance on recording? >> You can I don't have a problem with you recording. You record all you want. >> And I can record I can record up to 10 ft from your stop. >> Okay. Well, you were closer than 10 ft >> when when you got here. When you got here, I was leaning on that car when you pulled up. >> You walked up here to the car. You >> I walked over there. You You weren't even here. You don't even know. You're just going by watch tyrant [ __ ] told you. That's all. >> You're a [ __ ] tyrant, too. Yeah, you were. You were pointing your [ __ ] finger in my face, [ __ ] >> Look, just like right now. See, you can't help yourself. You're a [ __ ] tyrant. You can't help yourself. This dude is Why don't you take some lessons from this guy? Yes, he is. I can see that. I hope you ain't training his ass. [ __ ] tyrant. Yeah, he's he's a good officer. I hope you ain't training this I hope you ain't training him. Come at me all aggressive. You get what you give. You know that I'm not giving this guy [ __ ] cuz he didn't give me no [ __ ] You pulled up here with your [ __ ] finger out and be so you get going. >> Huh? >> Why you keep going? Why you trying to stir stuff up? >> Because you're a [ __ ] tyrant and you deserve it. You deserve my [ __ ] verbal abuse and you can't do [ __ ] about it cuz the first amendment allows it. >> Absolutely. The First Amendment covers unpopular speech. >> Absolutely. >> I can call you any name I want as long as it ain't fighting words. But I haven't called you no names except for tyrant cuz that's what you are. This guy right here should never [ __ ] follow your lead. And neither should that little [ __ ] over there. She called all this back up cuz she can't [ __ ] handle her [ __ ] self. Oh, Sergeant, come help me. >> Nobody called me. I just showed up. >> Yeah, I know. You heard it over the radio. I like you, bro. You're going to be a good cop. How long you been cop? I've been here for about my 30 years. >> Good. You're going to be a good officer, bro. Don't take his lead. Follow your [ __ ] heart, bro. Follow Treat people like humans, bro. You know what I'm saying? Don't Everything's about, you know, what I see from cops, not you, but a lot of cops, bro, their their main objective is to put people in [ __ ] jail or collect revenue. Let me ask you a question. I really like this psychological approach by SA Ecstasy Press because he's getting into the minds of all the cops and he's using the good cop bad cop method in order to do it. He's getting this guy right here on his good side basically psychologically operating on him in a very very good way which can lead to a positive result because it really makes the really bad cops look even worse. >> Have you ever done traffic? You ever pull anybody over for a ticket for speeding? What's What's the end goal for that? I just want to I just I ask every officer this. What's the end goal? The end game for pulling someone over for speeding. What's the purpose of the of pulling someone over for speeding and giving them a citation? What is the what is the endg game for that? >> Obviously, right, you know, you're you're making sure that they're following the traffic laws, right? >> Okay. But but obviously you you've already pulled them over, so they've already obviously broken some type of traffic code, right? >> Right. Traffic >> inction. Let's just let's just say Yeah. traffic infraction. Let's just say they were speeding, right? Yeah. >> So, what's the endg game for giving them a citation? >> Well, I mean, there's just everybody's different, right? There's a discretion, right? You >> I get that. I get that. It's a discretion. You don't have to give them a citation. But let's just say you do. >> What's What's the What's the purpose of it? It's to collect revenue, bro. >> So, >> it ain't for safety because I guarantee you you drove twice fast to catch up to him. So, it can't be about safety. But I understand all that about you know >> this guy SA Ecstasy Press is hitting on all cylinders. It's clear the major reason to enforce traffic code is to generate revenue for the state. It's not about the safety of the people because these cops, let's say that the cop was standing still and he was behind a billboard and he got you doing 65 and a 55. Well, he's got to do twice the speed just to get up maybe 100 110 miles an hour just to catch up to where you are because by the time his radar catches you going past at 65 mph, he's got to cover all that ground. So, it's obviously not about public safety because if the problem was that there's one car on the road that's exceeding the speed limit, well, now you have two cars on the road. just now the second car is going way faster than the first car was going. It's not about public safety. It's about control and it's about generating revenue. >> And and I get it right cuz people say like, "Well, you're speeding too cuz you had to catch up to me." It's like, "Well, >> so it can't be about safety." >> But it is about safety. >> It can't be about safety. If you guys are speeding to catch up to a speeder, it can't be about safety, bro. So, it's about revenue. That's what it's about, bro. >> Let's just say you actually pull that person over, right, from from driving 100 miles an hour, >> right? Right. His destination was to get to the bowling alley in San Antonio from San Marcus. >> Okay. >> I want to tell you this because that just happened. >> It happened. >> Yeah. And uh let's say you're driving with your wife in your car, right? This guy just comes and grabs, >> right? Right. >> But see, I could have stop I could have stopped him and said, "Hey, look man, stop you because you're speeding." Right. Whether I give him a warning or a citation now at least he has it in his mind to say, "You know what? >> I better slow down. >> I better slow down." Right? I mean, I get that part, but but the whole until the until the end game until it stops until the traffic stop is over. The the initial endgame is for revenue really and not for safety because you're driving twice as fast to catch up to them. So, I mean, I really don't see where it can be called for safety and the endgame is either a warning or citation. That's revenue for the city. What else would it be? >> And to add to the fact that it's not about safety is now you have two vehicles pulled over on the side of the road, which is not only dangerous for the officer and his victim, it's also dangerous for anybody who might blow a tire. Maybe a trucker falls asleep. Maybe somebody's not paying attention or there's distracted driving. Well, now there's a barrier. There are two barriers on the side of the road that wouldn't have been there, which provides a higher likelihood for a traffic fatality. >> So, I mean, we have >> You're not going to change people's ways, bro, because especially me. I'm I'm 60 years old, bro. You're not going to change the way I drive because you gave me a ticket. I'm going to take off and drive the same way I was driving before you pulled me over, you know, cuz it's And you probably would, too, because you're just habit, bro. It's just a habit. >> Well, I'll tell you the truth, man. I've I've gotten when I was younger, I've gotten some citations and um I didn't like them. So, you know, I either slow down or make sure I did my stop. >> Yeah. >> I mean, driving on these roads, right? >> Yeah. Exactly. >> Everybody here driving like it's a wild wild. >> Exactly, bro. I mean, but you guys as a as a unit like this, like this, that's a deterrent in itself. You know what I'm saying? You seen them on the highway just parked with nobody in it, bro. And people you see brake lights, you know? So, it's a deterrent that that's more safe than trying to haul ass and catch up to a speeder, you know, cuz you Hey, do you know you know what the two main reasons for the deaths of police officers are? The two main reasons. Number one is traffic accident. Number two is suicide, bro. Those are the two top reasons police officers die. It's not from criminals, bro. >> Actually, I don't know the statistics. >> No, I'm I'm just saying. I mean, you know, I got a big YouTube channel. This is what I do, man. And I research stuff like this, man. And it's, you know, it's that's that's really that's that's a fact, bro. You know, you guys have somewhat of a dangerous job. You know, you know when you signed up for this that you were eventually going to come into contact with a criminal, >> right? >> Right. So, you knew the the dangers of the job when you signed up for it and you took a oath to uphold the constitution, bro. And that includes the first amendment, second amendment, fourth amendment, all that, bro. You know, the 14th amendment to [ __ ] due process, you know. So like >> and I get all that, man. But you know, and it's as as a peer, right? Some everybody's different, right? Some people can some people know how to talk to people, some people don't. Um me myself, I this uniform doesn't change who I am. >> Right. Right. And it shouldn't, bro. And it shouldn't change who you are as a person, man. >> Everybody like like I would want to be treated cuz I I used to have I've had when I was younger, I've had officers that would come up to me kind of uh a little bit too rough, right? or or >> and I didn't like, you know, I didn't like the way they were talking to me, right? So, it's going to cause a reaction, >> right? So, >> you know, I know from past experience that I didn't like that when I was a kid or when I was a teenager or in my early 20s, right? >> How old are you? >> I'm 30 31. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Uh, I got I got a question for you. Do you know what penal code 382 is? >> Before we get into this, yeah, we all know that cops are doing to others what they would want done to themselves. That was a complete lie. >> I got a question for you. Do you know what penal code 3802 is? Failure to ID. If I'm being detained, do I have to ID? >> Not unless we have a under arrest. >> Perfect. >> All right. And or if we have reason, uh reasonable, what's it called? If there's reason to believe that you're, you know, you're involved in a crime. The only way I can have the ID in Texas and not if I'm not a driver. If I'm a driver, of course, I have the ID. But the only way in Texas I have the ID is if I'm lawfully arrested. >> Now, lawfully detained. The only way I can be arrested for not IDing when I'm lawfully detained is if I give false or fictitious name as a witness to a crime. If I'm detained, I still don't have to ID. Only if I'm lawfully arrested. There's two parts to uh Texas Penold 302, A and B. A covers uh lawfully arrested. be covers witness to a prank. So, I mean, I'm not I'm not out here [ __ ] dumb, bro. Just holding a camera. >> Yeah. I'm not I'm not saying you are, man. >> You know, but I asked every officer this also because almost everyone you guys come in contact with, you ask for an ID, right? >> Well, it's >> I mean, just about. >> But it's not illegal to ask for. >> No, it's not. It's not It's not illegal. You can ask me anything you want, but I don't have to answer. Right. >> Yeah. >> Right. And like passengers nowhere in the United States do passengers have to ID unless they've been suspected of a crime. >> And we know that, right? But like I said, right, it doesn't hurt to ask if we just want to know who's close in the car, right? Just for our safety. It's just it's just so we could I can go back to my car and say, "Okay, I got that passenger's return, the back passenger, everybody's clear, you know?" >> But a lot of people don't know that, bro. You guys show up in your tool belt full of tools designed to hurt and kill humans, right? That that tool belt is designed to hurt and kill humans or put them in a cage. You show up to a lady like that driving a car, soon as they see your lights in the mirror, bro, adrenaline starts going. They're scared, bro. People are scared of police officers. That's just a fact, bro. That's gone on forever since cops were in it, bro. So, >> just about everybody. >> Just about everybody, bro. I mean, people like me and people that know their rights usually aren't, but people that don't know their rights, that lady was crying, bro. >> I know you weren't. I know you weren't, but I'm saying they're scared, bro. people. I mean, and with everything that's been going on since George Floyd, man, you guys got to be scared, too. You guys got to be worried about about what's going to happen out here on the streets to you guys, you know? Even ambushes and [ __ ] like that, you know? >> I mean, there's dangers everywhere, right? You never know. >> You can walk into a store somebody on drugs and all of a sudden you >> Exactly, bro. >> We knew that we were going to We signed up for a job that was going to be dangerous, >> potential dangerous. >> I'm going to flip her off when she leaves, bro. and your sergeant. Not you, bro. You did a good job, man. I appreciate you. And that guy, that guy did, too. I don't know who he is, but he was cool, too. >> Well, I appreciate you. >> Thank you, man. >> All right, brother. Y'all be safe. Hey, [ __ ] you. [ __ ] all y'all. >> And that is probably a gesture the 1700s colonists would use against the red coats. I will leave the links in the description below.
