We got a lot of ladies in here. All right, but anyways, um yeah, so um yeah, today we got a video from Police Insider. Um, listen before we even get into it, before we even get into it, Wednesday might have a early start time. Okay, Wednesday is probably going to have an early start time because the video that we're going to do, it's a longer video. Okay, it's a longer video. Uh, it's like two hours. So, we're probably going to have maybe an hour early start time or something like that. I don't know. I got to come up with it. But just letting giving you a heads up. We gonna be locked in for a minute. All right. Um but um that's about that. Um who else we got in here? Uh Casey. Uh yeah. So anyway, before we um let So that's Wednesday, but we focus on today. Let's get through today. We got a video from um Police Insider and the title of the video is drunk driver realizes he just killed motorcyclist. Okay. Yeah, it's Yeah, it's a it's a it's a Yeah, it's going to be a doozy. Like it's a dang two hours. Yeah, it's going to be a doozy cuz I just seen the video today or not seen it, but I I I came across it and I'm like, damn, this will be a good video and I was going to do it tonight, but then I'm like, nah, it's not. No, cuz if Noah, I'm not going to do it tonight. I'm going to give people a heads up, man. I'm I'mma give people a heads up. I came over from your last video. Yeah, you know, I just dropped one real quick. One or I think I just dropped two. You know what I'm saying? just to uh uh you know cuz people will probably come over from those videos that may not tune in to the lives or whatever. See, so we doing this strategic. All right. Anyways, uh let's get into the video, man. Let's see what they got what they got going on. >> Midnight. >> Whoa, wait. Hold on now. Wait. Is that a cell phone? At around midnight in Wood County, Wisconsin, dispatchers received a disturbing call reporting a biker squashed beside the roadway and a wrecked vehicle with severe frontend damage abandoned nearby. What initially appeared to be a horrific crash would soon unravel into something far more disturbing. >> He's over there. vehicle. >> 10:23 have EMS roll up right away. We have the motorcycle driver. I just had one guy come out. >> Where's the driver of this vehicle? >> Get some gloves on. I got no pulse, but we'll start CPR. >> What do you need from me? >> Uh, just keep the scene secure here. What do you mean? Two two people. >> That's what the guy said. Came out of the car. >> There's >> There's a second person possibly involved. We don't know. Where's the first Where's the driver of this vehicle? >> He He He said he wanted to go look at the other guy. >> Yeah, but he ran there. >> He ran way down this way. >> He took a He took a left. I seen that. >> Okay. Stand by my towards my swap, please. We are potentially missing a second driver or a second rider >> on foot. >> On foot. >> Get uh the 28 dr and see if we can get someone to go to their house. >> Do you want them to respond out to the address listed on the >> standby Wisconsin 20 motorcycle 28 when you're ready? >> I haven't gotten that far. >> We'll figure out if you want to go over to the address. >> So it looks like he might have a femoral bleed down there. Obviously going up with this thing just kind of positioned >> where it is. Obviously, you got several minor injuries, no pulse grounded, CPR, approximately 2 minutes. >> So, did you guys pull up on this? >> No, we were we were just we were just there. >> You were just there. >> So, what did you see? >> Well, I didn't see anything. I just We were just talking about stuff and then we just hear a loud bang and then I turn around. I was in the passenger seat and then I just I didn't see the bike, but I saw the car. It like exploded or something like I just heard a loud bang and then we looked. >> I'm like, yo, 1 2 3 go. Hilo. >> God damn. >> Fracture. I'm no kidding. >> The guy that ran off said there was two and and then he said >> me on the motorcycle there was two, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> How many people came out of the vehicle? >> I only saw one. >> Only saw one. >> I only saw one. >> What did he look like? Do you remember? >> He had a backpack and then he started running. So I >> And he had like a >> red 28. >> He had a sweater on. Do you remember the color? Was it dark? >> I think it was gray. It was a dark gray or black. >> Um they're saying two people came off the bike, but Oh, I guess it is. Could be a >> They didn't see two people, but this driver took off saying, "Hey, I'm going to go look for the other dude that was on the motorcycle." I think he was maybe just saying that. >> Okay. >> To run away. >> Are they just witnesses? >> Yeah, they are. They were fishing down here. >> Said that guy said something about get out of the car and said call 911 and said I'm going to have to call my detective. That's what the guy said. They got out of the car. >> Okay. >> The victim identified as 28-year-old Miles had been launched nearly 100 ft into a ditch from the force of the collision. The impact had severely crushed his body, leaving his sternum separated, multiple leg bones crushed, a severed neckbone, and his right arm broken in half and completely detached from the shoulder. The suspect's vehicle, a Volkswagen Jetta, had all of its airbags deployed, and officers found blood splatter across the roof. Miles's motorcycle, a Honda VT1100, was in even worse condition. All of the evidence pointed to the collision happening at an extremely high speed, and fleeing the scene after such a violent crash would have been very difficult for the driver. Just as one of the officers was heading toward the registered address connected to the car's license plate, he spotted someone lurking along the roadway while talking on the phone. First of all, what do you think, [snorts] you're done, right? Most of the time, the people that are driving certain vehicles, it's their car to begin with, right? Or somebody in, you know, in close proximity, you're going to be caught. So, what's the point in running? I don't even understand that that point. You're done. You're you're cooked. That cell phone footage looked crazy. You're all on the other side of the road. You're done. The body limp looks looks done up, man. This is sad. >> Hey. Hey. >> Hey. >> What's going on? >> I'm on the phone with Detective Mark right now. >> Who are you? >> I'm Abdu. >> All right. Is this your vehicle? >> It is. Yeah. >> All right. Hang tight here. >> I'm I'm literally walk I was looking for the driver of the motorcycle and I'm looking for my passenger. >> I I'll walk there WITH YOU. >> OKAY. I'M SORRY. >> HERE, let me pat you down here for a second. You can hang the phone up. You can hang the phone. >> I'm not hanging the phone up. >> You got anything on you? >> Nope. >> Are you hurt at all? >> No. >> All right, hang the phone up. I'm going to take your backpack, too. All right. >> All right. >> Okay. This time, I'm going to detain you. Okay. >> Till we figure out what's going on. Turn around. >> What are you detaining me for? >> Till we figure out what's going on. Okay. I can tell you what's going on. I was traveling here and the driver talked to center plane, I swear. And he hit me head on. >> Did this car like go off the road? You know what it kind of looks like? The car went off the road. >> Here, you just take a seat right in there. >> Seat belts on. >> No, you sit right in there. >> There was an address for that vehicle. They were going to give it to me, but I didn't know if you wanted us to respond or county to respond. I don't >> If you want to go with Trent >> and see if we can >> Miranda is her. >> Miranda is who? >> Uh the driver in custody. >> She's in custody. >> She's detained. Yeah. Down by Trent. >> I guess they have to be in custody. >> Yeah, Clint's got the driver of the car. >> I told you that. You're like, "Yeah, I know." >> Yeah, cuz that don't even make sense. He said the driver said that he went to go look for the driver of the motorcycle. I'm just I'm watching this and that that is just processing. See my my brain running a little slow sometimes. You know what I'm saying? Well, more times than not. Okay, [laughter] listen. I'm sitting here trying to proc that process that he said. Yeah, I was just out here looking for the driver of the motorcycle. Wait, hold on. What? The way that this guy is and you're saying that there was two people on a motorcycle and you How would the other one just be able to get up and run and we see the condition that this guy is in? That's the problem with motorcycles. And I know people, you know, they out there, they drive their motorcycles, they love their motorcycles and stuff. Motorcycles are not for me. Okay. The most you can get me on is maybe a four-wheeler or something, but that got four wheels. Okay? And I'm [snorts] barely doing that. I'm Hey, that's like once in a blue moon. Listen, motorcycles, there is no protection at all. None. This driver is in the wrong. You do not have to be a great driver to get into an accident. There's plenty of people that get into motorcycle accidents that they do not cause it, right? They're just existing and somebody else hits them and [ __ ] up their whole day, man. Car totaled everything. Just now imagine that driving a vehicle with no protection whatsoever. That [ __ ] ass little helmet you just seen. And they said that he got hit and launched 100 ft or 100 yard, whatever it was. Damn. Like there's nothing stopping you. You just going to be man. Yo, I can't I can't be messing with those, man. I ain't going to lie. Them motorcycles is >> So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to consult with a lawyer before questioning and to have a lawyer present with you during questioning. As the officer proceeded with reading Abdu his Miranda rightites, he could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath. Officers had also discovered 12 smashed packs of twisted tea near the crash site, making it even more evident that Abdu had been heavily drinking before getting behind the wheel. To determine whether he was fit to drive, officers conducted a DUI test, which he failed miserably. What the officers didn't realize yet was that Abdio was far more dangerous than he appeared and they were soon about to uncover the dark secrets he had been hiding. >> So here here's a little ride with us. Um based on the totality of the circumstances, we obviously had a crash. >> Sure. >> I got the order call coming off you and I had some clues observed during those tests. So you are going to be placed under arrest for operating impaired. Okay. >> How so? >> I just explained it to you. Okay. >> No, no, no. I like I understand that but like how so? >> How so? You're being placed under arrest? >> No. Like I did that part >> operating while impaired. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry if I didn't specify that. >> Honestly, bro, like I have to piss so bad. Like I waited through this whole field sobbing. >> Can you walk me over there so I can just take a quick like like genuinely like I have to pee. >> We got to do a search first. >> I'm cool with that. I am very cool with that. >> I'm guessing he hit >> broke his arm here and then broke it. Um his his right arm was completely compound fracture multiple. >> So I did have a passenger. >> Is he all right? >> I don't know. >> Like he got out. He said, "Oh, bro." And got out of the car and ran. He's like, "Oh, I'm on bond." >> Worried about him being okay. Like >> Yeah. >> Physically >> I I mean he got out of my car and fled. So So did you guys find the motorcycle driver? >> It's not for me to answer. Okay. This is This is the county I'll call take care of it. Okay. >> Hey, bro. I'm I'm like dead ass serious. I need to go to the bathroom. Like, if you want to turn around and stand there, that's cool. I just have to piss really bad, dude. Like, I'm literally about to go. >> Come over here. >> I'll have you take a step into the bushes there. So, >> police were able to >> Hold on. Before we continue with this narration part, I don't know how long people have been watching me or whatever, but do you guys remember a video that we did? It was probably a couple of months ago, but when the guy it was Yeah, it was a guy who got locked up or was getting arrested or whatever and he had to piss really bad and the cop told him no. Like piss on yourself. Like it was like no. You know what I'm saying? He was like, "PLEASE, PLEASE, LIKE, PLEASE, I GOT TO just [laughter] And it just that's what this reminds me of. It's amazing how like from each town or county or whatever, different cops operate differently where that officer that pulled him over, got him locked up, whatever, he could have let him use the bathroom. Like, they on the side of the road. Like, you don't, you know, I get it. It's illegal. I understand it. But you know, you could have just like how this officer is doing. This goddamn near just killed somebody. This guy is and he still let him. You know what I'm saying? I remember that. I thought, oh sh Yeah. See, you remember that video? Like, yo, that [ __ ] was a couple months ago. And this I instantly think of that. I'm like, yo, this guy had to pee so bad and the cop just made him suffer. Like, it was just over. And this cop, you know, he's he's reasonable, you know, reasonable. Fair, I should say. >> Get information from Abdu about the passenger who had been inside the car with him. He was identified as Trevor, and a records check revealed that the 22year-old was already out on bond for two open felony cases out of Portage County. What you're about to see is officers arriving at Trevor's house 2 hours after the incident was first reported. But he a passenger. He wouldn't be in trouble. >> County involving something in their county tonight. >> Yeah. >> That they crashed. >> Okay. >> Um >> Okay. Well, that's probably what they want to talk to you about. All right, Trevor. They uh obviously don't want to talk to you. They ask that we take you into custody. Okay. >> For charges. I'm not sure exactly what the charges are for for bail jumping. All right. Because you are on bond right now. >> Again, it's it's new charges from Wood County >> and then the bail jumping. >> I'm going to pop in here. >> So, you're going to have them come back out here and chat with you. But yeah, you're going to be maybe coming with us right now. They didn't tell me exactly what the charges are. Trevor, as soon as I know, I'll let you know. Okay. >> Kind of confused to be honest. >> Like I said, it's probably something to do with that crash. I have no idea. >> Knock it off. >> Uh, some incident occurred in Wood County tonight. I don't know all the details, but they requested that we take him into custody based on whatever happened in their county. So, >> Right. But you shouldn't be able to put me in custody if you have no idea what's >> Well, we can take requests from other agencies to place you in custody. agency in Wood County. >> Wood County. Yeah. >> With no proof. So, >> we're not we're not going to play court here. >> Be quiet. >> Um, we are going to transfer custody of him to Wood County. So, um, that's what we're working on right now. So, >> this is a prime example of literally making your situation 10 times worse. Just because you out on bail and you get into a car accident does not mean you going to jail. You're the passenger. You're not the one driving. It's not even your fault. But by you taking you made this situation literally 10 times worse. >> Probably going to their jail, dude. >> Okay. Just call a phone call. Okay. >> All right. >> I love you. >> Are you injured? Do you need to you need to go to the hospital at all? I mean, my [ __ ] chest and my left back [ __ ] hurt my [ __ ] knees all over. >> When when he got home, was he complained about like any head pain or chest pain? >> So, I do think that you should take him in. >> Okay. Yeah, we're definitely going to at least get him checked out. So, >> I just think he was I He's just scared. >> Yeah. >> So, I what happened was tragic and he was just scared. So, I know like, you know, I don't know. So, I was just watching him try to relax and wasn't going to just fall asleep and die in his sleep, but >> Okay. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, he was complaining of his neck, his head. Okay. Um, >> he did have some bruising on his cheek. >> Gotcha. >> As Trevor was transported to the hospital for medical clearance, police had already seized Abdu's phone and Apple Watch because he had been trying to communicate with Trevor through them. Officers also discovered that Abdu had two prior OWI convictions. And even in this incident, his blood alcohol level measured 107, well above the legal limit of 0.08. [music] Watch as officers slowly uncover his twisted secrets through both his and Trevor's interviews. >> Uh, yes. Can we see um right at you, please? >> Sure. And his attorney is here. Do you want me? >> I'm here. I think I'm back here. >> Oh, you already grabbed them. >> Okay, perfect. We'll get them for you. >> He's going to answer all your questions. I don't know if you know, but he's also been working with some undercover stuff in Portage County. >> Yeah. So, uh, if you want to ask him questions about that, you can. >> There's really nothing you can't ask him because, >> uh, right now you're probably assuming he was three sheets to the wind complete doing who knows what other drugs and, uh, killed somebody. That's what I would assume, too. So, you're never going to get the full story. You're going to wait on the blood test. So, you may as well have a picture of how the evening developed, not waiting around for that [ __ ] >> Basically, you were named as a passenger and a fatal motor vehicle accident that happened in Wood County. >> He died. >> Yep. The guy on the bike died. That's why we're here. >> Holy. I'm confused cuz I was in >> So, the reason you're in this situation is because you left the scene of a fatal accident without rendering aid or without contacting law enforcement. Do you remember the crash at all? >> I remember he was driving. I want to say he was going like 70 80 miles. >> So he's flying. >> Yeah. >> Did he run? >> Yeah, >> he ran. >> Yep. So he's he's going to have another >> Wow. >> another added charge to that, too. He's going to jail tonight. >> What we know right now is what we read in reports. >> Yeah. >> You know, so we don't have we obviously don't have the talks back or anything else like that. So, >> but there's no question whatsoever that he was the driver. None. I think [clears throat] >> uh there's no question whether or not the vehicle was above the speed limit. There's no question um really about the mechanics of it all. I think it's just a matter of what law did he break? >> Sure. >> So, who the hell is this lawyer working for? Now, what Hey, now what the what the lawyer is saying is correct. But uh you working for me or for them? Like what you talking about? They can ask me anything. Like what you talking about, man? >> What the HELL AM I PAYING YOU FOR, MAN? WHAT THE [ __ ] >> You'll figure it out. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Cuz I don't know. I only know what he tells me. >> Sure. >> And it'd be a fool if I blinked everything out of my client's mouths. >> If they always told the truth, I wouldn't have a job. You wouldn't have jobs. It'd be a beautiful sunshiny world and I'd live in a cardboard box. >> How well do you know Tate? >> No, two years. >> Two years. >> Not close at all. >> Okay. So, it's not like you're hanging out every day or nothing. >> No, we worked at Ashley friend. He still works there, but I don't work there, but we work together for a little bit. >> Okay. >> I do have something on my phone that will definitely help you guys. >> Okay. What would that be? You have a video of him hitting him. >> I believe Trevor called me or contacted me or it was vice versa and he said that he wanted to go out and do stuff like just hang out and I told him that I was going to limit myself to just only like a few twisted tees. So we Trevor comes over and uh he said that he wanted to go out and have a few drinks. Well, I don't buy drinks in the bar. Like I'll just grab like a few twisted tees and just put them in my backpack and then just fill my bag up with water like my like my travel bag. So I put like four twisted tees in there and we get downtown to kind of like by your office uh by the courthouse like across the street. >> Mhm. >> And I drank my four twisted teas. He just got like five bail jumpings for being at a I don't even know for being at a at a club uh in Steven's Point. So that was the reason why we went to Rapids. I was kind of going a little too fast and I went around a corner and all I could remember is me just dropping my vape and me bending down to pick it up, still accelerating, and I looked back up and Trevor said something and I looked up and it was just over. How did you end up getting back to Plover? I >> just after mom pick me up. >> Definitely should have stayed there, man. >> Was it like a bad like >> It wasn't good. >> Wasn't good. My eight years in law enforcement, it was probably one of the worst ones. >> Jeez. Old or young? >> Young. >> Were you in your lane of traffic or a different lane of traffic? The other line? I believe I was I was literally on the yellow line when this happened cuz I was bending over trying to pick something up which was my vape and still accelerating. I had to have been going >> I mean you can answer what you think but they don't have to. How fast do you think you were going? >> I I had to have been going at least like 50 45 50 miles an hour. Okay. Uh, do you want to show me the love? [clears throat] >> This must be them public defenders they be talking about, man. Cuz ain't no way in hell, bro. [laughter] Ain't no way. Ain't there is no way. Yo, this got to be one of them public defenders that they all be talking about, man. Because there's no way this is somebody that you have on retainer and that you actually have paid [clears throat] money out of your pocket, not our pocket, you know, not the taxpayers's pocket. Out of your own pocket. There's no way. Yo, this guy is different. I've never seen no lawyer like this. >> Video or not? >> What do I get out of this? you'll be able to at least, you know, show me that you 100% were not the driver, even though I'm thinking we're all pretty much on that same page that you weren't the driver. Um, but that'll help show that. Um, I'm going to tell you right now, it's not going to take any of your charges away that I have for you. >> What am I getting charged with? >> So, you're going to get charged for not contacting law enforcement of an accident and leaving the scene of a a fatal accident. On top of that, you're also going to be charged with felony bail jumping twice. So, you have two open cases right now. >> Why the bail jump? >> Because in the state statute, it reads that you will not commit another crime if you're out on bail being that you didn't notify us and you left the scene of a fatality, which is a felony. That's a crime. >> Here's the video Trevor showed to the officer at the hospital. something. >> Damn, we are over the road. >> We're done. We're done, bro. We're done, Trevor. So tell me about that that that ride. >> We got to run it back. This is this is insane. >> Trevor showed to the office. >> See, and he played this all wrong. See, because they not even going to work out a deal with him because what you're providing isn't Yeah, it may help the case or whatever, but the facts are the facts already. So, the video that he's providing is not like going to be groundbreaking where it's like, "Oh, well, he did he he did they didn't think he did it or they whatever." And that video shows no, he did do it. It's some concrete evidence that'll like sway the case for real. For real. So, he just giving this, but he ain't gonna get no deal or whatever. The charges they got on him is because he he decided to make his own situation worse. Don't even make sense. You're the passenger >> sir at the hospital. >> Damn. >> We're done. We're done. We're done. Trevor. So tell me about that that that ride. >> Um basically I just remember he started just like banging gears and I was just like dude chill out and he was just all over the road. Um he was blaring music. >> Was he around or was he drunk? >> Both. Both. >> Both. >> I don't even remember how far we got down the road. Um he was just swerving and um had the [ __ ] trap music playing on the radio. The guy was probably just like, "Yo, yo, chill out. Chill out." Um I actually started taking a Snapchat video like while he started like home like this and whatnot. Now, is that as the road goes straight or like through the curves and >> I want to say the road was like starting to get all wonky, you know, but even just before he was just, you know, being I saw a pair of headlights, but it looked like, you know, like the double stack like old bike or something. >> Mhm. >> Um like coming around the corner and I was like, "Yo, take Tate." And it was literally almost like I feel like I was in like a movie or something like it was like the car was like a magnet. He just like literally went was right on the corner where like that guard rail thing he was. It was like he just literally just dived in and just like I was just sitting there like boom out. >> After the collision takes place, what what do you do? >> Well, I shut my car off and I look over at Trevor and Trevor's like, "Dude," and I was like, "Are you okay?" That's the first thing I said to him. And he was like, "Yeah, bro. I'm good." I was like, "Dude, we got to find the driver of this motorcycle." That is the first thing I said. And Trevor is like, "Bro, you you have to I gotta go. I can't be here for this. Like, I gotta go. Like, this like see you, bro." And I was like, "Trevor, please don't do me like this, bro. Like, please help me find this guy. Like, you have to help me find him, dude. I can't find him by myself." Like, it's pitch black. >> I heard like somebody talking outside of the car. I don't know what he said. Um, uh, was it him talking? >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. >> So, I heard I heard a voice. Um, like when [clears throat] I woke up, I'm assuming I woke up not too long after he hit the guy. >> Pretty quick. Yeah. >> Yeah. Probably like 30 seconds or something. Um, I probably was only like a minute and something long. Um, I woke up, you know, I was like, "What the like, you know, you know, dizzy, whatever." Ears ring and [ __ ] >> Yeah. Felt like my face was kind of weird sounding like this like that. my like my Apple Watch I was going to go into the process of calling 911 but my Apple Watch already did so. So I like the dispatcher was like telling me like stay where you're at like and I couldn't take it dude. So I I told them like I'm going to go find the motorcycle driver. I started to like chase Trevor at first and then I stopped and I was like dude I got to get my head back in the game. Like I got to I got to find this motorcycle driver. >> From there I just like freaked out and I didn't know the [ __ ] going on. Um, I got out of the car. That's when I saw like the just bike a bunch of on the floor. I heard him say my name and then I heard him say like, "Oh my god, I'm calling 911." And then like I looked back. It's like still pretty blurry to me, but I looked back. >> Did you Did you see the the person that was on the motorcycle? >> No, I didn't see him. >> Okay. >> You didn't look far either? >> No, I just I just got out of the car and Yeah. >> Got your phone and ran basically. >> Yeah. flight response kicked in. I was like, "Okay, let me just get the out of here." >> Both of them were largely lying about how they initially responded to the accident and Abdu had actually hung up on the 911 call almost immediately. In fact, witnesses near the crash site told police that the two had simply fled the scene, claiming they were trying to look for the victim. >> So, like I told your attorney earlier, um, everybody loses in this case, right? Obviously, Miles loses cuz he dies, but obviously um I can tell that you're not um proud of your actions and we we appreciate you talking about this with us. Okay, >> bro. This guy is a freaking low life. this Abdul like they're both not great but this guy here he's already got two DUIs prior and then you're doing this again and you actually take a life [snorts] where was your phone at when you were uh when the accident took place >> I don't even remember. >> Did he try calling you or talk to you or? >> Yeah, he texted me. Um he was like he texted me. He said, "Hey, hit like you could tell he was drunk in a text message cuz he couldn't even like spell properly but he could still make out like what he meant." And he was like he was like, "Bro, dude, hit me head on. Don't reply." Something like that. Um >> don't reply. >> Don't reply. He told me not to reply. Um, [clears throat] I called my mom and I told her like what happened? Obviously, I didn't know dude died. I just told her that I was scared as I ran away and she was like, "Okay, I'm coming to pick you up. Just stay wherever you are." >> Do you Did you know that there was a recording of the video of the accident? >> I did. I was just involved in 107 mph accident with no seat belt on like back in June. uh some Daltton Eber kid. I was breaking up a fight that he was just assaulting this kid for no reason. And >> could even be talking to us right now. >> Yeah. >> 107 miles an hour. >> Dalton decided that he was going to jump into the driver's seat of my car and I jumped into the passenger seat and Dalton took off and I was like begging him like to stop like Dalton stop. And he wouldn't stop. He just stepped on the gas pedal. Uh there was a T intersection and he didn't see the stop sign. And I [music] said I like I decided that I was going to pull my phone out and report it because he wasn't listening. And we crashed. My car flipped on its side and went like 40 yards into a pine tree and landed back on all fours. And I ended up taking the headrest out of my seat and smashing my window out to get both of us out of the car. And he told law enforcement that I was driving the car. >> He showed me his laptop. Hey, [clears throat] fire. I appreciate you. Glad you enjoy the content. Eli, you said, "Why does the court system let them get away with two DUIs? Suspend his license." You are absolutely correct. But you forgetting something. Remember what his lawyer said? His lawyer said that he been working undercover. So he he is an informant. So that's probably why things have been uh brushed under the rug. >> One day he has like some website you buy like we all this [ __ ] Um he has a he has a card swiping reader. He does like like sell like fake cards on the website or some a fake amount of money on it or something like steal money from people on the web. >> I don't know. That night we went over I went over to his house and he was like, "Yo, check this out." And I was like, "What's up? I'm not really like a bad guy. I'm really affiliated and did drugs bullshit." And he was he was like, "What this?" And he was like, "He just showed me all the [ __ ] drugs on the computer." And he was like, "Should I buy this? Should I get this?" I was like, "I don't get involved with that. You do that." And you have a card swiper thing right here. He told me he had been doing that for like some time. He sent me photos and pictures of him before of like going to the uh post office and like mailing out and people paying for it and whatnot and scamming. >> So he's scamming people basically. >> Yeah. He calls him dumps. He never showed me the money but he did have a picture on his Snapchat at one point just like his hand filled up just like rubber band big ass stack of cash. >> But you mentioned that pursuit that Grand Rapids had. Um, you actually texted Trevor and said, "I just ran from I just was in a high-speed chase with um, Grand Rapids PD." You texted him that. >> Yeah, but that was a lie. >> Why would you text him saying that? >> Just because I was making fun of him for his high-speed chase. There's no way that I have ever been in a high-speed chase in my entire life besides when Trevor took me on one. >> Expect them to charge you along with it. expect for some I wasn't even driving though. That's so crazy. >> That's okay. Um don't argue with them on that one. They'll bring you the proof. They'll you'll get it in discovery. Um just focus on letting them know for their jobs for this really really important case. Um everything that you know that would help them figure out what they need to do, how they need to get to the bottom of it. So, with the accident reconstruction, they can get someone who's good enough at math to figure how fast you're going from how fast the trees are going past in the picture, but they would love to not have to spend that money. And if they can't get the tree guy, they'll get the guy who looks at how big the dents are in the motorcycle and the car and the skid marks and how far the human being was launched from the point of impact. That's just trigonometry. They'll figure that one out real easy. They'll know >> trigonometry. WHO THE HELL ARE YOU WORKING FOR? WHAT? Who are you working for? What [laughter] are you talking about? Tell him what to help him with the cake. WHAT? [screaming] YO, NAH. This is No way. No way. No way. What is he talking about? This guy is the main character the whole thing, man. This guy right here, this lawyer right here. Yo. Yo. [laughter] Oh my goodness. >> For his high-speed chase. There's no way that I have ever been in a high-speed chase in my entire life besides when Trevor took me on one. >> Expect them to charge you along with it. Expect for some. I wasn't even driving though. That's so crazy. >> That's okay. Um, don't argue with them on that one. They'll bring you the proof. They'll you'll get it in discovery. Um, just focus on letting them know for their jobs for this really, really important case. Um, everything that you know that would help them figure out what they need to do, how they need to get to the bottom of it. So with the accident reconstruction, >> they can get someone who's good enough at math to figure how fast you're going from how fast the trees are going past in the picture, but they would love to not have to spend that money. >> They would not want to have to spend that money. Who gives a crap? You better they got to spend that money, man. That's what the lawyer That's what your lawyer should be saying. Like you're like not tell them everything that they would need to know so that way you know they don't have to spend that money. You can help them with everything. And what I just killed the man. ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? What are you talking about, man? Look at the look that he looking at him with. There's no one, bro. If if I paid cash money out of my pocket and this is the guy I get, you see you ever see them videos where guys end up going to trial or whatever the case may be and then they end up blowing trial, right? And they end up blowing trial and all of a sudden the the the the person who's convicted, he look at his lawyer. He look at his lawyer like this. He do one of these. You he just spent, let's just say he just spent 100,000 on a lawyer, man. And he get convicted. Okay. He get convicted. All right. And then whatever. Let's say maybe he is sentencing as well. Okay, he gets sentenced, he get hit with whatever whatever the max is. He's going to look at his lawyer. Remember, this ain't courtappointed nothing. You paid cash for this guy, man. and you blow trial and you get hit with the max of whatever it is, he gonna LOOK AT THE LAWYER, ROCK HIS WHOLE [ __ ] JUST WHAT? YO, GET HIM TOGETHER LIKE what's up with you, man? What you mean? What are you talking about here? Look at the look that he looking at him with. Look at this [ __ ] [laughter] You can't make this up, man. And if they can't get the tree guy, they'll get the guy who looks at how big the dents are in the motorcycle and the car and the skid marks and how far the human being was launched from the point of impact. That's just trigonometry. They'll figure that one out real easy. They'll know how fast he was going, how fast you were going. >> Like I said, I had to have been going 15 to 20 over. >> I appreciate your honesty. >> You know what the speed limit is there? >> 35. Is it 45? >> I'm not even sure of 25. Yeah, I thought so. >> Based on Trevor's tip about Abdu allegedly running SC [laughter] >> Charlie sent for LOL's >> scams that had reportedly taken thousands of dollars from innocent people. Officers arrived at Abdu's residence to seize his computer, believing it contained evidence tied to the scams. But to their surprise, all of the equipment was gone and the room had been completely trashed, almost as if someone had burglarized the place. Suspecting foul play, officers later arrived at Abdu's mother's house with a hidden camera, trying to determine whether she or someone close to Abdu had secretly removed the equipment from the apartment to protect him. >> So, when that computer turns on, >> it's going to connect to a Wi-Fi. >> Okay? And then it's going to connect to your place. [snorts] >> Okay. >> And then that's going to be problematic. I don't want you to be in trouble for lying to me. >> I don't see I did not see any computer there. >> I did not see a computer. I grabbed a soundbar. I disconnected his cable stuff. So, I'm going to bring I had to work the next day. So, I'm going to bring his cable back to uh >> cuz I just don't want you to get in trouble or or for for flying because you said you guys didn't take the >> I did not take the computer. No. >> Who would else would have access to the alarm? >> His friends maybe. I don't know. I have no idea. Maybe Cody. Maybe >> I don't know who Cody is. Can you tell me who Cody is? >> Uh Cody Sullivan is a close friend of his. >> Do you know if uh the deedent and the uh defendant knew each other? >> How'd you guys know each other? >> Uh we worked together at furniture and appliance >> like currently? >> No. Uh like last year. >> Didn't have any issues with each other. >> Nothing, dude. >> Like absolutely nothing. He he used to be a pretty bad kid like myself and we both got our [ __ ] together. >> At this point, we'll probably just leave that in jail property when he gets out. >> Why is that? >> Well, it's his. I mean, it's not going anywhere safe there. >> Okay. But that's a it's a piece of jewelry that I purchased for him. Okay. >> You know, and it's it's sentimental to me. >> I I guess we can release it if you really need >> I do want the necklace. Yeah. Okay. >> I don't know if I'll ever see my son again. You know, made some bad choices. Yeah. Yeah. He killed somebody. >> Yeah, he did. He took a life and I'm not okay with it. >> And I appreciate that as a mother. I mean, that's tough to do, you know. I'm >> not okay with it. >> You know it as well as I do, right? >> I'm not going to defend him. >> Well, >> because there's nothing to defend. >> And we want him to have support at this point, too. You know, we want >> I do support him as a mother, but I don't agree with the choices he made. >> Yeah. >> I I do have remorse. I'm I'm a very remorseful person. I am sorry. >> We're all human. >> Yeah. He's sorry that he got caught. >> We all make mistakes, okay? Um um so I want you to be the best person you can be when you get out and I want you to be the best person you can be when you're in prison, too. Okay? And I I don't know if you're going to go to prison, but um in a case like this, you could. Okay? So, I think it's very important for [clears throat] you to get the help that you need so when you get out, your mind's right. Okay? I'd love to see you at some point in your life, you know, giving speeches at high schools about like why you shouldn't drive like this, why you shouldn't drive like that, and why you why you should take the right steps in life. Okay? That's what I'd like to see. Okay? And ultimately, that that that falls on you to make those choices. I mean, like Scott was saying, you know, if if you do end up going to prison, I mean, that's that's that's not a that's not a fun place from what I'm told. There's a lot of different [ __ ] that goes on there, too. Um, which I'm sure that you're probably aware of or you've you've heard of, you know, pretty much, you know, if you do end up going that route. >> You don't have to say if. He's a grownup. >> He knows he's going to prison. >> I don't know WHO'S HE'S BEEN. >> OH [screaming] MY GOD. WHAT? OH NO, BOY. OH NO. WHAT? Oh my goodness. Who is this guy? WHO IS THIS GUY? Who is this guy? Where? Yo, no way. He's got clients. No way. This guy has got clients. This is insane. This is insane. He's a big boy. He know he going to You're my lawyer. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? YOU SUPPOSED to be trying to get me out of this situation. If you can't completely get me out, help me get the least amount of time possible. [ __ ] with this guy, you're going to get the max. You vehicular homic. You're getting the max of whatever that is. This is your lawyer. Oh no. Oh >> my god. I didn't even know this boy he was driving with. Never met him, never seen him. Don't know anything about him. >> Oh, the passenger you mean? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Because when we were there for the search, weren't there wasn't really >> Well, his bed was up on the wall. >> Yeah. >> You know, that was up. Um >> Oh, so you noticed that? >> I did notice that. Yeah, >> his bed was up. >> Uhhuh. >> I feel as if he potentially was burglarized. >> Yeah. I don't know. >> After the crash, >> I know you left his door open a lot. I I've yelled at him multiple times to lock your door when you leave. I I've done I know that for a fact. Make sure you lock your door. Make sure you lock your door. >> In another interview, Abdu admitted he was involved in a skimming system to scam people, but he also lied about his direct involvement. He said that he sold fraud books to others which had instructions on how to scam citizens using skimmers and even charged consultation fees for tutorials. He also taught people how to transfer funds obtained through skimming onto gift cards instead of actual debit cards and had fake dumps in his phone, which were transactions from his personal account using a fictitious name to prove to potential buyers that the activity was legitimate. [music] He claimed he was only teaching others how to do it, but never did it himself. But based on Trevor's account, officers knew that he himself had been directly scamming people. It was also later discovered that the twisted teaacks found beside the road actually belonged to the biker, Miles. Investigators later learned that Miles had cocaine, THC, and alcohol in his system at the time of the collision and was reportedly on his way to meet a woman named Sierra, allegedly hinting at having sex once he arrived. >> This isn't a life sentence. Yeah, you're not going for the rest of your damn life. >> And how old are you? 25. >> 25, right? >> Yeah. You'll be a young man when you get out. >> Damn. Miles was about to have a good night, man. Damn. He just [ __ ] this whole [ __ ] up. Now he knocking on THEM HEAVEN GATES. IT'S OVER. LIKE, YEAH, he what? He was turning up. He turning up. He about to go get him a have a great night. His night was about to go from good to great. And now you in the afterlife, man, because of this guy. That's what I'm saying, man. [clears throat] You never know these people that you on the road with. It could get it. It It is crazy, man. It's crazy, you know. So, but what whatever, you know, that stuff he he shouldn't have been driving the motorcycle in that condition. And also, you know, he shouldn't have been driving the vehicle drunk like that, man. Like this is just a disaster. Disaster, man. >> I'm just more sorry that >> So there's other things you can [music] do in prison that can help you like different types of programming and schooling and things like that. You need to do those things. Okay. >> I was going to go to school. >> I know, but this is an opportunity where you got you got nothing but time. Okay. I was going to go like I was working with Zach so I could hopefully get my record expuned before all this happened so I could go to school for cyber security and do ITS but there's still a long you you still got a lot of opportunity I do okay so you're a young man and uh um so what I'm telling you though is if someone offers you help doesn't there's it doesn't take anything away from you to say yeah I want the help I want to talk to somebody okay >> he doing 15 to 20 at least. He doing [clears throat] Then they got him on a fraud case, man. They did. They They did. Then they got him on a I'm just sitting here thinking about this. I'm like, wait, hold on. This was a motorcycle accident and then they he talked so much they caught him on a fraud case, man. Teresa, what's going on? I'm good. How are you? Uh yeah, they caught him on a fraud case. Said that he was using skimmers and stuff like you know when you go to the stores and stuff like that. Um, [clears throat] and you have your and you have, you know, when you go to the store and you you put in your card and you type in your pen or whatever, yada yada, right? So, some scam, what scammers do is they put that same thing that looks just like it, they put it on top. And so when you actually putting your card in and typing in your numbers, they getting your card number and they getting your pen and I and yeah, so you know, it's a lot of fraud stuff going on. But they turned this vehicular homicide into a fraud case. So I'm thinking, wait, hold on. So they getting it. They going to get him with that, too. This guy is doing at least he gonna do like probably he should be lucky to get 15 years. Georgia Tyrone going to be in there waiting on him. Can't wait for him. Boy, >> he crying like this too. Oh yeah. for those >> you're going to for some reason I uh I don't believe you when you say that, dude. >> It's going to It's a roadblock that you hit. It's a hump to get over. Everybody comes across roadblocks at some point in their life. It's going to come at you in waves over and over and over again. And you're going to feel it a lot before it's over. But the sun's going to go down. The sun's going to come back up. And the feelings are going to be less and less over time. And focus on becoming a productive member of society. Cuz you can't take back what you do. >> No. >> You can only make yourself the best person so that no one regrets that you exist. Cuz right now, we don't regret that you exist. But some people out there kind of feel like they should. I'm so sorry, God. >> No, I can't hug you. I I can't hug you, dude. Okay. I can't. >> I'm sorry. >> I know you are. I know you are. >> I am such a remorseful person. >> Yeah, I know. So, >> just give us give us like 30 seconds real quick. >> Y >> um Okay. Um like I said, you're you're 25 years old. you got I mean yeah you're going to have to do a small bit okay um [clears throat] and that's that's where the learning curve is going to come in okay that's where you're going to like I said prison's no joke there's some dirty that goes on there and you keep you keep your nose clean when you're there okay cuz then you can come out and you can freaking [clears throat] still become the person that you want to freaking become just because you hit this roadblock doesn't mean that everything's over and done with dude All right. There's a lot of freaking that you're going to be able to accomplish because there's going to be a [ __ ] ton of years left that you're going to have. You just got this small roadblock. And I mean, it's a up and it's a big one, >> but but I know you're going to learn from it. >> I'm going to I'm going to learn from it. Never do this [ __ ] again. [snorts] for his crimes. Abdu was charged with operating while under the influence, felony bail jumping, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. He was held on a $2 million cash bond and later pleaded guilty [music] receiving a sentence of 17 years in prison followed by 10 years of extended supervision. Since no concrete evidence could be secured against his scam activities, he was not charged for them. Trevor, on the other hand, was charged with failure to aid a victim or report a crime and felony bail jumping and was held on a $25,000 bond. He was later sentenced to 3 years of probation with the condition requiring 30 days in [music] jail. YouTube thinks you'll love the >> man. Yo, damn. That [ __ ] is crazy. Oh [ __ ] Oh, we got a Oh, dang. Okay. Oh, we got a $50 super chat uh from Georgia. She says uh for Tracy. Yeah, appreciate that. Appreciate that, man. Yo, I said I said it. I said, and if you don't know, this is it. It It popped right up. Remember I said in the beginning we're going to do a video that's a little long on Wednesday. This is the video. This right here, right in the corner, that's the video we're going to do. So, >> [clears throat] >> um, yeah, it's it's a long one. So, you see it says 2 hours and 20 20 minutes. You know, obviously, you know, if you going to go watch it on your own, go watch it on your own. But that's the video that we're going to do on Wednesday. And um yeah, man, it's a long one. Okay, so [laughter] uh but yeah, um yeah, this is uh this is sad, man. Really, really sad. Um I don't feel bad for him. Uh I said he he's gonna do, you know, he should be happy to get 15 years. 15 years would be a win. Um, with his lawyer, I was thinking more of a 20 piece at least. Um, cuz his lawyer [ __ ] [laughter] [ __ ] You know, his lawyer [ __ ] he could have got he could have got a 40piece McNugget. Okay. He could have got what? Yeah. But um yeah, this is uh yeah, any anything 15 but or or less would have been a win for him in his situation. I think um 17 years, you know, I still don't think it's appropriate. I mean, I I think if I was the judge, he would have probably got at least 20. All right? Cuz because we have to look at the past. You already have two DUIs. This is your third one. And on your third one, you actually killed somebody. So I I I this you got to get a 20 piece, man. You got to get a 20 piece, man. [laughter] Just off the house, man. Off the strength, you know. Just Yeah. Justice for the family. At least a 20 piece, man. Man, do you have to do all 15 or will he get early released? Um, yeah. Yeah, he'll probably he he's not going to do the whole 17. He's not going to do the whole 17. He'll probably do Well, it depends. I know New York, it's like if if you're if you're a first time offender, like going to I don't know. It all depends. But if you like a first time offender, it's like you doing one and a third, you know? So it's like if you get 15 years, you could go you could start going up to probation like after like or you could go start going up for parole after like six years or so like one and a third. So it' be the five years and a half. So whatever something like that. So but yeah, I don't know how each spot goes, but he's not going to do all 17. Um he's not going to do all 17. Yeah. But he still got even on the back end though, he still got that parole on the back end. So 10 years or probation or whatever on on the on the on the back end of that. So you know, yeah, he this guy is just [ __ ] somebody like him need to stay locked up though. I ain't going to lie. I am not going to lie. They give you t chances chances chances and you as an informant on the outside so you're probably going to be an informant on the inside uh getting other inmates in trouble or cos and civilian stat whatever you know what I mean so he he he man he's a trip I ain't going to lie but uh yeah that's the video for today um you know like I said on Wednesday we'll um we'll do that longer video so we'll probably start an hour early probably start around 7:00 Eastern. Um, but look forward to the post um that earlier that day and I'll let you guys know the exact time or whatever. But, uh, yeah, you guys have a good rest of y'all night and um, I think I think this was a good start to the week. I think this was a great start to the week, man. Woo! You guys enjoy yourselves and um, I'mma catch y'all on the flip side. All right, have a good night. Peace. >> [music] [music]
