Yo, what's going on? So, today we got a video from Arrest Flick and the title of the video is cops couldn't believe what this family was hiding. >> Hello. >> Good. Hi, man. >> Hello, >> patrolman down at Kyhog Falls. The reason I stopped you is a couple things. For one, your rear view is obscured. You can't have stuff piled up in there like that. >> I thought I had it clear enough. I'm sorry. My bad. >> You also got a signal when you're coming out of there. And the registered owner of this vehicle is not valid. Do you have a driver's license proof insurance on you? >> Vehicle. >> Okay. Do you have a driver's license? >> Yes, sir. >> Do you ma'am? >> Um, no I do not. My mother was sick and I was taking her. >> Do you have ID? >> Uh, as long as you actual understand. >> She doesn't breathing problems. >> So, where you going? >> To the hospital. I don't know my way around here very well. >> Which hospital you headed to? on it. >> We just took it up there uh this month and got it legal. >> Okay. >> Actually, I had to come up here because all the circuit paid on that is not open. >> I only had the paper and I had the uh paperwork from Virginia cuz I lost my license up here. >> You lost it. >> She misplaced it. It's not lost like that. >> And uh the DMV says I have to get Mary's license now before I can get my license. But I do have all the paperwork that goes with that. >> Where is this? I don't know. >> So, you're the registered owner of this vehicle, ma'am? >> And here's here's my driving that goes with that picture. >> Here's the driver's name. >> Okay. >> I'm going to hand some of this stuff back to you. So, neither of you two are valid. >> What do you mean I'm not valid? >> You're not a valid driver? >> Yes, I am. You can call my 266 number in. >> This says that I have outstanding driver's license. >> Yeah, it just paid off because he hasn't got the hard copy. And this doesn't this doesn't say anything. >> It says you paid a ticket. >> No, I had outstanding driving record. I've never had no tickets or nothing on my life. I don't >> Do you have ID on you, ma'am? >> No, sir. I don't. >> Do you happen to know your social? >> Yes, sir. >> And you guys are head to the hospital? >> Yes, sir. >> Just making a stop at Sheets on the way there. We cannot do that and to help the other half. >> Okay. Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? >> No, sir. >> Any sort of narcotics? >> No, sir. >> Anybody been drinking today? >> No, sir. >> Anybody carrying a firearm? >> No, take work for it being legal. >> Yeah, that's it. >> That's for the car. Yeah. I'll be back with you guys in a moment. >> It's time for her diabetic shot. Can I go on ahead and give it to her? I'll have to come around and and and give it to her. >> Yeah. 1973. You said >> 1974. >> 74. >> Yeah, you can do that. We're about to administer a diabetic shot to someone. >> When I come out, did you say that my signal wasn't working? Cuz I did signal. Was it Did it not show? >> Didn't appear to have, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, do you need the fire department to come check you out? >> No, sir. It's just my lungs. I've got lung problems real bad. >> What do you got? just I have COTD and asthma, >> okay, >> congestive heart failure. She's got a whole list of stuff wrong with >> and >> my daughter takes care of me. >> Just to clarify again, we were heading to the hospital for that. Yes, sir. >> After a stop at Sheets for some food. >> Well, we went there to get gas sample. >> What hospital were you going to? >> City hospital. >> City hospital. >> How were you planning on getting there? Going up and going down across the Y bridge down Main Street. >> That's not >> That's the only way I know to get there. >> That won't take you to city. >> You go across the Y bridge and take a left. >> You realize city is is on route 8 right here. Two exits down. >> I didn't up here. My dog He just moved here with me. >> Ma'am, can I have you step out of the vehicle, please? >> Step on back here. Come back by my car and talk. >> No, somebody stay to this side of it, ma'am, so we don't get hit by traffic. >> What is your name? >> Lying. >> Last name. >> Okay. There's a warrant for your arrest. >> I know. I I have two of them actually and I'm taking them to take care of them. My mama got sick on me, you know, and I was I know that I I do what I needed to do, but my mama's all I've got. Okay. >> So, you you told me you're trying to take her to city hospital because she's having a medical emergency. But first, you stopped for gas. >> Then you went into sheets to get some food. And now you're not driving to city hospital. >> I was taking her. I promise you. I'm for I don't do the inter. >> This is going to take you three and a half times as long. >> Does it? >> Yes. >> Okay. See, I don't know how to get off this exit ramp. >> And you told me you were going to Maine. >> Yeah. >> North Maine and then down. You go all the way down to that uh to this red light and you take a left and it's by that Circle K. >> Well, another thing that stands out to me is that the officer asked the passenger if they wanted EMT, you know, the medics to come out and check her out. And she said no. But this whole ordeal is really about them going to the hospital. But you don't want the EMTs to come check you out. That don't that don't sound right to me. And the reason she getting pulled out is because somebody lying. They found out somebody lying. Either either something ain't coming back with names and date of births or or the story, you know, ain't adding up, which obviously is it's not adding up right now. Whatever. And another thing is that they said, you know, I don't know if city and Summit is the same hospital wherever they're at, but I know in the beginning this lady said that they were going to Summit and then they switched it to City. So I don't know if that that's the same that might be the same, you know, whatever with in their area. They may call it two different names, but that's something that definitely stuck out to me. Okay, so we going we going to get back into into this, man. And there's Dollar General. You keep going and there's a bridge, the W bridge they call it. You get to that red light and you take a left and it's down through there. >> Okay. >> Yes, I understand what you're saying. It It is what it is, but >> So, I'm going to ask you. >> Yes. >> Before we find out the less pleasant way, is there anything illegal in that vehicle? >> No. >> Not that you know about. >> Yeah, there's nothing. >> Okay. So you when was the last time you used it? >> Oh honey, I've been clean. I don't do drugs no more. >> When was the last time you used it? >> Two years ago. >> Two years ago, I'm assuming. >> Who's sitting in the back seat? >> What is her name? >> Judas. >> There's no record of a Judith Thompson anywhere. [Applause] >> Please don't do it to me. >> I'm going to do it to you. The question is whether you're going to get charged with obstruction again. >> Got him. Somebody lying. >> She's in the back seat. >> She's my sister. >> What is her name? >> Katie. >> Katie. >> Fisher. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you we need to know about? >> I got a CarMax in my pocket. >> What? It's a CarMax. It's lip balm. >> Yeah, I got Don't Don't go reaching for anything. >> I'm sorry. Red. >> Are you sick or injuring? >> I had to put you down. >> Are you pregnant? >> Okay. I'm going to have you have a seat in my car. I love my water. >> It's in my car. >> Go ahead and have a seat, please. Ma'am, would you like me to put the window down for you? >> Please. It is fine. >> Okay. Should you end up being taken on your warrant? I don't know what we're doing right now. Um, if you end up going on your warrant, this officer is going to search you. >> Is she going to find anything? >> She's more than welcome. So, I got $3 and change. >> Okay. and a lighter. >> Okay. You step out of the car for me, please. >> Go ahead and leave the salad. Said you're going to put your shirt on. >> Your turn. >> How old are you? >> I am going on 50. >> Going on 50. >> Yes. >> All right. And you're from Virginia. >> I know. >> Whereabouts? >> Snip Lake. >> Say it again. >> Smith Mountain Lake. Rocky Mountain. >> Where is that? >> Uh it's Rocky Mount, Franklin County. Bedford. >> Bedford. I know. >> Yeah. >> Um, >> where are you guys going right now? >> To the hospital. >> That's not how you get to the hospital. >> I don't know which way she was going, honey. I won't be driving. >> How long have you been up here? >> Uh, I'm going on six years been here. >> Six years. Where do you stay? >> I stay on Lexington and Dayton. >> Lexington and Dayton. So in in six years of living up here right down there, you don't know that's not the way to city hospital. >> I know how to get to the city hospital, but I take the wide bridge, too. Unless that's the general. She might be saying it wrong. The one the summer health hospital is city, >> right? Is that where? >> Yeah, it's general assuma hospital. >> That's the general suma. City Suma, >> but she's been saying city. This isn't the way to say it. So, here's an interesting thing. Judith, no one called Judith Thompson comes back from Virginia. >> Judith Thompson pagans. >> Oh, okay. [Music] >> Judith. Okay, that clears it up. So, that's your actual name, Judith Thompson. Payton. How do you spell Payton? >> P A G A N S. >> P A G A. Oh, pagans. >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm saying that wrong. 1114 to 74. >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, >> you don't have an Ohio ID? >> No. >> You've been up here for 6 years, not grab an ID? >> No. >> Okay. >> You got to realize the fir I came up here for the 4th of July and >> it just never went. >> I respect the law, right? I was up here on the 4th of July and the first night I was here, they arrested me as a 58-year-old dead black man. They put me in a padded room pee in a poop and in a hole in the floor for two and a half weeks. I've never been in trouble a day in my life. I've had two drunken Publix in Virginia that they put me in a drunk tank overnight. >> Okay. >> It scared me too. >> We're not drunk right now. >> No, I'm just saying that was my first half. >> I never been in trouble a day of my life. I've had two drunks and they put me in the drunk tank back. Like look at the contradiction. Oh my goodness. Oh my gosh. You're lying. Okay, they put you in there. They put you in there under a a dead black guy. That's Don't get me wrong, it we're human, right? So, and when you're human, we make mistakes. There's error, right? And I'm not saying that there's not. People have been falsely accused and falsely arrest and this and that, the third, but I got a good feeling that this ain't one of them situations. Okay? As soon as they start off with, "I have respect for the law." And this, that's when you overly doing it. When you overly doing it, it's like, "Okay, we know you full of it." You know what I'm saying? >> When they let me out, they handed me my necklace. I was like, "Where's my pocketbook? My my cards, my >> Is there anything illegal in that vehicle, Judith?" And it's Judith Thompson Paggins 114 to 74. >> Yes. >> All right. While we're getting everything sorted out here, I'm gonna have you have a seat back in my partner's car. All right. >> Okay. Why? >> Who are these people you're traveling with today? >> My two daughters. >> Your two daughters. And what are their names? >> Uh Jody and Charlotte. >> Jodie. >> Mhm. Well, she goes by Jody. Her name's Judith, but we call her Jod. >> Oh, okay. Why doesn't she have an Ohio ID? >> Just has never gotten. >> How long she been up here? >> Um, couple years, maybe. I've been up here six years. So, she come up here a few years ago. >> She came up >> youngest daughter, the one of the driving. >> Yeah. >> She's only been in here for a few months. >> Okay. >> So, she has a warrant. Um, we're going to have to see what happens with that. Uh, I don't know. For some reason, Judith isn't coming back through Virginia. Is there Judith Thompson is the name? >> What's her middle initial? >> What's her middle name? >> Like the singer? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> You're not valid. Charlotte's not valid and has a warrant. >> What do you mean I'm not valid? He keeps saying that. >> You're not. I checked through Virginia. You're not a valid driver through Virginia. You also have a warrant out of Virginia. >> Yeah, I know. I have a warrant. It's not a probation violation. >> Yes. >> So, you're not a valid driver. >> Even the mom got warrants. >> That's I just got paid for. >> Charlotte's not valid and she has a warrant. >> Yeah, I know. Judith in the back seat is valid and clear. Okay. So, theoretically, she she could take the car except Judith Thompson. Does she have a last name? Judith Thompson. Anything? Just straight up Judith Thompson. Okay. Is 53 and 130 lbs? 130. >> What? >> So, I'm going to give you She lying. Okay. Damn. I get it. the moms is going to represent the parents or or the moms is going to support their kids or whatever and stuff. But there's another lie because Judith says that her name is Judith Thompson Peggans and then the mom says it's just Judith Thompson. Like another lie. This this cop right here is doing great detective work. And and uh lady officer right here, she better be taking notes, boy, because he doing his thing. I'm not going to lie to him. He he is going to make detective one day for sure. For sure. >> One chance to be honest with me. Who's sitting in the back seat? >> It's my daughter. >> What's her name? >> Judith Joel Fisher. >> You're going to go back into car 13. Who's Katie Fischer? >> What? >> Okay. I know you don't want to answer questions about the person who's in the back seat. Will you answer any other questions? >> Yes. >> Yes. Is there anything illegal in that vehicle? >> I have a pot bowl in there. I ain't in there. >> Okay. I'm not real worried about Well, that's what I'd >> Is there any in that car? >> Not to my per knowledge. I do. There is not. Does the person in the back seat use >> look at her and see that she uses >> Okay. >> Is the person in the back seat So, I'm trying to ask you a question that you can answer with a yes or no. Is that okay? Is the person in the back seat Katie Fischer? >> I don't want to answer. >> You don't want to answer that? All right, that's fine. Charlotte, you don't have to. >> I'm sorry. I do apologize. And I really don't want to make jobs worse, but >> Well, you're not making our job worse. So, obviously the person in the back seat lying. She doesn't even have blue eyes, does she? >> I don't know. I didn't I didn't >> How old are you? >> 50. >> 50. >> Okay. [Music] So, you're not telling me the truth. >> I don't think you're Judith Thompson Peaggin. [Applause] >> So, Judith Thompson [Applause] 53 130 lbs. >> Honey, I'm gaining weight. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right, ma'am. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, want to be provided for you and you have the right to have that attorney present with you for any question. You understand your rights been read to you? >> Yes. >> Last time, what's your name? >> Judah Thompson. I don't understand why I'm arrested. >> Okay. When was the last time you used ma'am? >> I haven't used. >> Okay. Cuz you understand. Here's what's going to happen. All right. You're not Judith Johnson pagans. >> Okay. Just >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you're going to as of right now, you're going to be charged with obstruction. All right. Do you have warrants? >> No. Okay. Both other people in the car have warrants. You don't? >> No. >> Okay. >> Is there anything So, that car is going to be inventory searched >> prior to it being towed. >> Is there anything in your belongings? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Needles? >> No. >> Nothing like that? >> Firearm, anything like that? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Okay. Your car is being towed cuz none of you are valid drivers. >> Baby, I promise you I'm a valid driver. If you look at those papers, >> ma'am, I ran you through Virginia. You're not valid. >> I have an outstanding driver's record. I have no >> It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. They've got a block for some reason that you are not valid. You're not a valid driver. You can't drive that car. Let me call somebody coming and get it. I don't have the money to get it out of bounds. It's got all our clothes and everything. >> I understand that. I'm suspecting it's also going to have IDs in it. >> So, I'm going to ask you one more time. One more time. Who's sitting in the back seat? >> Her name is Judith Joel Thompson. Who's Katie Fischer? >> I don't know. >> Why'd you do that? >> Cuz I was scared. >> When I call him, what should I tell him your real name is? That's my name. >> Who's Katie Fischer? >> That's my cousin. >> Okay. Two g of Huh? What were they in? >> What were they in? And a napkin. Did you eat the napkin, too? Oh, dude. That's not a good idea. Did you eat the back here or did you eat it in there? >> Nope. In there, Sam. >> Why? What would the difference be? >> What? >> Don't you have to get in here with that? I don't know. >> No, cuz we didn't search you. >> Cuz you weren't under arrest or anything. And we don't like violating the Fourth Amendment. >> So, we know Charlotte, right? >> Charlotte, we know. >> We know Francis, right? >> We've got Francis. Oh, >> do I hear Judith or Katie? >> I have a social of someone else. >> Is it a female? >> I don't know. A Regina. >> Oh my gosh. >> That'd be new. I think this is I don't know. Charlotte and Francis. She got both of her stuff. Who's the mom? >> That's Francis. Okay. >> I would say watch for needles cuz I got Narcan. So, the mom has a warrant for from Virginia from for manufacturing and trafficking and imitation. >> Hey, what's up? >> You said Judith. >> Okay, let me write your name down here first. What's your last name? >> And what's your uh date of birth? >> Can you say that for me one more time? Okay, Judas, why are we here today? >> You took two grams of How did you take it? Did you eat it? Okay. >> Okay. Have you ever uh taken before? >> Okay. Do you want to go to the hospital and get checked out then? Yeah. Okay. Gotcha. She being arrested or No. Are you guys Yeah. All right. Good. All right. >> Paraphernalia. Woo. >> Yes. >> Uhoh. Success. You should just go ahead. [Music] I I know it's you. No, it's not. I found your ID. >> We're going to get you her real information. >> Oh, okay. >> These gentlemen, >> at least one of whom I actually trust with my life, are going to take great care of you >> cuz he's our squat medic. That's what I'm saying. When you get out, there's going to be warrants out for your arrest. More warrants out for your arrest. Okay. Also, don't lie if you leave identifying information in the car. >> They just be like, "Oh, cool." >> Yeah, cuz they're pretty I love it when they do it cuz they're they'll make fun of the person like they'll go on and on. But e was that uh behind the driver's seat. >> It's just in this big pile of stuff. >> Okay, I am going to go ask Charlotte if there are going to be uncapped needles in here. Fair enough. That is a thing. >> Has she played the fifth yet? That I hate [Applause] >> to be honest. I don't know. >> I'm just asking for our safety. >> To be totally honest. I would hate to think, but I'm not I'm not positive because that's hard on me. >> Okay. I'm not going to ask whose stuff it is or anything like that. I just wanted to know if there's >> I don't I don't know. I'm not going to lie to you. I I honestly I' I'd hate to say. >> You're not going to lie to me. >> I'd hate to say I have No, no, no. I didn't lie. I give you the name and just You know what? That's true. And then you said you didn't want to answer any more questions. You're right. You know what? You're the last honest person, Charlotte. >> I'll try to be when I need to be [Applause] >> obstructing. Oo. Obstructing justice. >> Cuz she has warrants. You're under arrest for obstructing justice. Cuz that's Sharon. >> It's not. >> It's not. She told us. And I have I have a picture of her. >> Okay. Thank you. Mama rocking with her daughter to the fullest. She is going to protect her daughter to the fullest. I can tell this is a family that listen, they probably they've been doing crime all their life, man. And it hasn't worked. Clearly, it has not worked because they get caught a lot. Okay, you got warrants, you got this, you you was selling this, you was doing this, you when are you going to give it up? The one lady says she's close to 50 years old. You too old to be doing it. What have you done with your life? Nothing. >> I'm going to say probably Oh, no. That could be for blood or something. But there's a fold in here. It was so inevitable that we're going to figure out who Sharon was. Her mom was telling me she lived on Dayton Street. Okay. And she does. Okay. So, this just in case cars clean. >> I'm not surprised. Francis can bond out tonight. Uhoh. That's the obstruction one. >> Yeah. Okay. You got like a whole whole kit here. >> All right. Let's try to keep this organized, I guess. >> I'm going to clear out the trunk a little. >> I'm just going to put add some drugs. >> Can you pack >> some narcotics? [Applause] The problem is she invoked. >> It's kind of in the middle cuz honestly the snorch straw is in the middle. Like it has everyone's information. That's >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Well, there's more in this sock. But >> you know what say I'm wanting to go stick my hand in it. >> Oh my god. >> Don't like seeing that. >> Nope. Where was this next to? >> This was at the very bottom behind the driving. >> I'm going to get more evidence to. >> Yeah, if you could. Ha. What do you keep finding? >> Got us a good looking pipe. >> Oh my god. So that's the mom's. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Sorry, she's a girl and she's really nice though. >> She can leave. So, I mean, it's not. >> You make a good point. >> So, >> you bond her out. You got tow. And then we all just meet back at the >> So, what do we have on her? >> She's obstructing. >> Obstructing something. >> I think it's justice cuz it's a >> I'll take it for But what else do we have on? >> She's going to have some possession charges. >> Can you guys shoot me a tax? Um cuz she had >> when you get downstairs, call me up in the report room. >> Yeah. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and K9 handler. >> Okay. If y'all want to hear what Trent got to say, man, y'all could go over there um to Arrest Flicks and uh check out what what they actually uh talking about here. So, we going to get to the whatever the charges were and we going to keep it pushing like that, >> then identify them that way. And that's going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. The mom was charged with obstruction and drug possession, the sister with illegal possession of suboxone and paraphernalia, and the daughter with multiple felony drug charges, including intent to distribute. All of them remain innocent until proven guilty. [Music] [Music] They got caught with fettyw walk, too. Dang. You getting caught with everything. Yeah, man. They're cooked, man. This is a family here that, you know, they've been doing crime all their life, man. This is all they know and they not even good at it. They might as well give it up. Hang it up. That's it. officer did a great job, man. It's like he he was pretty much um you know, as far as trying to find out the name and stuff like that. Listen, he already knew, you know, some information. He didn't know the correct name like whatever Katie or whatever, like yeah, she threw out a name, but if it was a cousin or whatever the case may be, but he knew that whatever name she was given was not her name. And so he brought her out the car and he pretty much gave her the rope to hang herself. Okay, that's what happened, right? He already knows that that's not your name and he's going to continue to ask you and you giving different names, you know, now it's it was uh whatever pean then the mom is saying something completely different and then yeah, it was just a complete disaster. But that officer did a great job with that. Um, trying to get to the bottom of finding out who the actual lady was. I mean, I know I feel bad for the officers cuz brisking is not fun. Okay? Like that is not fun. You know, when I was a co, it's like it's cool cuz it's it you get out of the daily routine, but it gets old really fast. Okay. And it goes on for hours, okay? It it sucks. you know, if when I when I was a CEO, you know, we were pretty much uh doing frisking. We would pick one day out of the week and we would hit a dorm or hit a hit a cell block or whatever the case may be and bring everybody out and and do the whole shebang and and it takes hours, okay? It your whole morning is shot. All right, but anyway. So, yeah, man. So, any um I think the officers did a great job, man. And I give them five out of five, you know, five out of five for me. Um, let me know how well you think they did in the comment section below and I'm going catch you on the next video. You know FaceTime shoot my shot green 2K [ __ ] that get a [ __ ] lean.
