attempts to do he literally calls Jeff Gray a frauditor and the name of this video is frauditor arrested for acting homeless and begging for money it's it was just uploaded on the 16th of December it's got 1231 views it's got a phenomenal like to dislike ratio it's 124 likes to one dislike and what amazes me is that well I don't want to get ahead of myself but I do want to define a term here what is fraud and we did this last night on the live stream wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain a person or thing intended to intending to deceive others typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or quality so I think what these people who are calling Auditors frauders are saying is that these Auditors are engaged in wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain and Wes if you're watching this video I want to know what your definition of frauditor is what is the basis by which you cast the accusation of frauditor on an auditor how do you arrive at that conclusion we're going to watch this and we're going to determine whether or not in this video Jeff Gray from honor your civil said uh something about homeless veterans and uh then after he did this he decided to go in this public meeting at this library then I guess the cops show up now if you're going to do a video like this and I I don't want to be nitpicky here but if you're going to do a video calling an individual a fraud number one you better have plenty of evidence to back up your assertion because accusation without substantiation will always be the height of ignorance we're going to come back to 4 30 here but it's clear what Jeff Gray's sign says right here God bless the homeless vets but he says something about something about the Vets you need to be absolutely accurate when you're making that kind of accusation against an individual gifts especially against the character of an individual that you cross your t's and you dot your eyes frauder who made up this homeless sign and went outside of a library and said uh something about homeless veterans and uh something about home God bless the homeless vets then after he did this he decided to go on this public meeting at this library then I guess the cops show up and said the library wanted him trespassed for him standing outside with the homeless sign so let's go ahead and see what happens guys Bill Lowry second any other discussion I want you to just notice all Jeff is doing is sitting here he even says I sit quietly quietly and peacefully in the back as I attend the meeting that's it that's all that that he's doing okay so we'll assume you'd like to speak it's public comment time you don't have a particular I'm fine okay well we'll enjoy having you stay with us thank you presentation no no well you're being trespassed how did you leave I'm not even a trespass yes why they don't want you here you're begging for money I need your ID first I'm not giving you anything they don't want you here you were begging for money that is hearsay and it's predicated on a lie Jeff Gray does not beg for money he goes out with a cardboard sign that says God bless the homeless vets if you can't walk out in front of a public library or post office from some public building or on a public sidewalk to say God bless the homeless bats without being harassed by a badge uniformed armed law enforcer then you're not in the land of the free home of the brave and that is our concern here that was probably like the funniest cop encounter I've seen all week he said you're being trespassed for the property so I'm gonna trespass said yeah you're begging for money that's what these frauders do they beg for money uh so he's implying that Jeff Gray is begging for money with absolutely no proof that he was begging for money I've never seen a video I've seen a lot of Jeff Gray's videos a lot of videos from under your civil rights investigation I've never seen him beg for money as a matter of fact I've seen people hand Jeff Gray money and he will not accept it because he says I'm not out here panhandling I am out here to tell just just bring to your remembrance that there are homeless vets in America that need your consideration that's it not asking for this for me I'm asking you to just remember to God bless the homeless bats that's it and even if he was panhandling and even if there wasn't a Supreme Court decision saying that panhandling is protected in freedom of speech and even if cities Across the Nation were dropping their rules and ordinances against panhandling is it a criminal act is it a fraudulent act to Panhandle and say hey I'm broke I could use a couple bucks uh you know we're we're on our last leg we just ate our last scrap of food could you please help out and then and then somebody happens to come along with a soft heart and give somebody you know a leg up in life a little bit of help even if Jeff Gray was panhandling what's the crime when they get arrested when they get in trouble so what so what he's saying here is he said this is the funniest cop interaction I've seen in a long time listen to what he says I think the funniest cop encounter I've seen all week is that you're being trespassed for the property so is tyranny funny I mean seriously is it funny for a badge law enforcer to come with the implied threat of force against a person who's sitting peacefully doing nothing wrong being removed from a public building being trespassed for having broken no law that's not funny I'm your trespass said yeah you're begging for money that's what these frauders do they beg for money uh when they get arrested when they get in trouble they tell everyone to know donate then this this frauder took it to the next level and he stood outside of a library with a cardboard sign saying support veterans I'm sure he had a little bucket or a little cup of change hidden somewhere I'm sure he had a bucket or a little cup of change I'm sure in other words you're positive there is no doubt in your mind you're operating on knowledge Wes Wes you're literally slandering a guy you're literally speaking about a man something that is absolutely not true you're literally pinning a guy for fraud and you have no evidence of it well probably nothing in it because I don't think anyone would be donating to this guy but is a prime example of what happens when you're a frauder and you try to act like you're a homeless veteran and stand outside of the library now he's now he's implying that Jeff Gray acted like he was a homeless veteran that Jeff Gray had a bucket or a cup of money he's sure that it's hidden somewhere and that he was acting like a homeless veteran where's your evidence for that Wes when you start making accusations like that and you have no proof no evidence you are way out on a limb and you're truly in dangerous territory and you're applauding tyranny why you condemn a free man you have you literally are showing contempt for an individual who's operating under the framework of what's supposed to be the supreme law of the land the talking to him about the Supreme Court ruling supposedly the Supreme Court is supposed to be a higher authority than cops you know I don't buy any of that kind of stuff because Authority is an absolute fiction the state is that that fiction by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else but he still disregarded just like the cop disregarded his own law but more importantly and this is why Jeff Gray has a channel called honor your oath civil rights investigations because he's he's out there with this camera investigating and testing to see who actually is going to uphold their oath of office and yet you have this guy big West broader to watch condemning a free innocent peaceful man and condoning the actions of a state functionary that's cause for great concern because like I've said it's not the Psychopaths and the order followers so much that are ruining this country it's not about the rulers ruining this country it's about all the masses who desire to be ruled who desire to lick that boot who desire to bow down who desire to submit who desire to condemn everybody who wants to walk in the fullness of the rights one thing that cracks me up that I've been noticing a lot ladies when these frauders get arrested they like try to argue with the cop um and be like I didn't do this I didn't do that like a revised code whatever once they make the decision to put you in handcuffs their minds already made up that they're taking you to jail that you're and that's not right it's not right to take away a man's Freedom when the man didn't do anything deserving of having another man take away his freedom they're arresting you there's nothing you can say or talk to get out of get out of it you can't say I'm sorry officer oh the Supreme Court law blah blah they already made their mind up when they put you in handcuffs you're already going to jail you can't talk your way out of it that's true but it doesn't make it right Jeff Gray got arrested and kidnapped for doing something that was right and the cops are the one who did it wrong and big West broader watch is not calling the cops the frauds not calling the cops the criminals he he's laying that charge to the account of Jeff Gray it's it's hilarious every time I see this with a cop it's like it happens to all these frauders and so what is what is West doing here Wes look at me here's operating I don't know I I honestly don't know what you're operating on I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say Wes means well he has good intentions but you know what good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority it's hardly too strong to say that the constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of Good Intentions there are men in all ages who mean to govern well but they mean to govern and govern means control they promise to be good Masters but they mean to be your Masters they have good intentions big West they'll like try to trying to help you out right now all right Jeff Gray just said is objective and it's observable Jeff Gray is getting his rights violated and this guy that's making this video is calling that guy who's getting his rights violated a frauditor somebody who's engaged and wrongful or criminal behavior and deception that's that's the charger laying to the account of Jeff Gray West all right we'll fix that [Music] all right what do you do and whenever I told you to stop you continued walking disobeying another lawful command [Music] before when you were out in the hallway sir I need this real quick it's you know he can call it a lawful command or whatever what what this cop is doing is violating his oath he's violating the principle of free speech he's violating the principles of freedom and therefore he is acting as a criminal Thug legalized criminal Thug do you have anything on you that can poke prick or sticky yes sir [Music] so there you guys have it this frauder was acting like a homeless veteran and standing outside of a library with a sign and then went to attend the public meeting and this broader was acting like a homeless veteran can you prove that Wes can you prove that he had a bucket or a cup of money that you're sure he had hidden somewhere can you can you prove these assertions not even speak just sit there in the corner and be a creeper with this camera and this is what happens he's now his banned from the library uh the charges ended up getting dropped but he still got handcuffed why were the charges dropped Wes why were the charges dropped you went through this nine minute and 41 second video to try to convince your audience that Jeff Gray is a frauditor and yet the charges were dropped now why would the city drop the charges because they were in the wrong they violated Jeff Gray's and yours and my civil rights because like I said an injustice that happens to one man anywhere happens to all men everywhere you can't let this keep going Wes I'm going to assume that you mean well I'm going to assume that you're ignorant not stupid ignorant now if you keep on going in this and you keep on making videos from this point forward after you watch this video right here then you've gone beyond ignorance into abject foolishness stupidity mean spiritedness and disingenuousness this is your warning man this is this is your opportunity to make it right you have when you slander a man like you just slandered Jeff Gray you have got to realize the error of your ways and you've got to look internally and say why did I do that why did I tell my audience that I was sure he was panhandling why am I convinced in my mind that if he was panhandling that's some kind of criminal activity if you have a crime then you have a victim Wes who did Jeff Gray victimize what law let's just go by law not Constitution not natural law let's just go by man-made law what law of that state did Jeff Gray actually break apparently he didn't break any law or they wouldn't have dropped the charges they would have pinned the transgression of those laws on him but they didn't they dropped the charges and so you even went through this whole worth of 8 minutes 47 mark 47 second Mark out of a nine minute and 41 second video and you've already said that they dropped the charges and you should have stopped right there and said wait a second wow I was wrong then he's not a frauditer he didn't even even with the drop charges and the city admitting he didn't do anything wrong you are still sticking by your guns and telling your audience that he did wrong and a lot of people are agreeing with you don't take comfort in the majority agreeing with you and coddling you and your stupid in your let's just call it ignorance in your ignorance I'm going to call it ignorance at this point it looks like stupidity it looks like willful ignorance which is stupidity it is no measure of good mental health to be considered well adjusted to a profoundly sick Society West and even though the majority applaud you in your wrongness in your accusations and in your slander don't take comfort in that there's a lot of people that say a lot of good words in the comments time I mean congratulations I don't have a problem making a living on the internet my problem is making a living living by slandering other people and offering no proof to your audience and then the audience just taking it hook line and sinker and then start parroting what people like big West and all these people out there are doing it's easy to do that but if you want to stay on the thin line
