for not speeding and of course we all know what this means that the deputy is about to conduct a fishing Expedition so there are two takeaways from this video number one don't answer questions this cop pummels him with at least 100 questions and number two never give up your right to be secure in your person's houses papers and effects according to the Fourth Amendment don't give up your rights gonna be a blue four-door how you doing I'm Deputy Tony Sheriff's Office are you okay yeah well you're driving 60 in a 70 Zone and you keep breaking it's consistent I wanna I wanna keep the distance safe distance from the car the car in front of me there was no car in front of you when you were doing that at the time like the I'm keeping the distance yeah at one time there was a car in front of you but most of the time you're driving I was I was following the line okay cars okay and I always like to keep the safe distance I'm just making sure it's okay because someone someone doesn't go 60 miles per hour typically in a 70 Zone and break all the time I saw you behind me okay and I know that you're driving from that speed I thought maybe there's some sort of uh Road repair or something like that so everybody is driving pretty much the same speed okay and that's why I was uh all right doing the normal Pace well you're just gonna get a a warning do you have your driver's license insurance on you yeah okay can I see that please who are you headed to today spice food Spicewood actually I had a car broken like with my car the Honda Odyssey I left it at the car repair shop okay and because of that where do you live well I mean my your address and where Plano Texas what brings you this way said we were on vacation well so what brings you to this part of Texas besides that your car broke down I understand that but where gratitude okay all right okay that that's what I was trying to get to so this is a rental car yeah you have the rental agreement it's in the email did you rent the vehicle under your name okay do you have yes and he's in a 60 miles safer than 70. safer than 70 you're supposed to go to the speed limits most of the time okay I was following the cars in front of me and I was trying to get me it was consistent with someone that made me be intoxicated which is why I stopped you okay most Texans don't go 60 they go 80. a little bit extra safe distance behind the car because you have that back okay like I said you're just gonna get a warning what I'm gonna have you do is hop out hop into my passenger seat while I type that out a warning yeah for your driving behavior if that's what you believe that's fine you're just getting away to document my stops okay and I'm giving you a warning 38 rounds I was making sure you're not intoxicated no I don't believe your entire field which is why I'm getting you a warning to get you out of here I have to document does it go on the record no okay all right so I'm gonna have you hop out hop into my passenger seat of the vehicle while I type out your warning so I can get it to you okay if you're streaming in the background color if I keep speeches foreign [Music] no guns on you or anything for suspend always lived in Plano at the beginning okay you come this way often yeah what day did you rent this vehicle uh yesterday yesterday from which uh location uh in Marble Falls okay do you don't suspect I'm asking I said no okay living in Texas since 1990 yeah so you know how Texans drive right safely no I'm asking you I ask you a specific questions okay but do you understand where I'm coming from no no okay because in front of me there was a line of cars and that was falling that line when you first got onto Highway 71 there wasn't but at that time I didn't know what is the exactly speed limit here and then when uh I went on the highway there was a 70 sign and then I started to follow the uh seven yeah I was pacing you I saw you yeah I was pacing you at 70 the whole time there was you passed multiple signs that said that it was high this people yeah and I was done with the speed of the limit of the other cars okay so the 60 miles per hour it's a prohibited speed I didn't say it's prohibited I said your driving behavior is consistent with someone that may be intoxicated because you're breaking consistently and going below the speed limit don't see it that's all right so you said I can search your vehicle yeah okay all right I'll do that real quick I'll get you on your way with just that one I'll do this uh what things do you plan something plant something I'll have a camera right here and I've never been accused of planting someone in my home why would I want you to go to jail I don't know it's right yeah and all of a sudden you're stopping me right and I was seeing you all the time I I told you once and uh I was driving like when I entered the 71 it was from 281 I was sitting at the Starbucks then I entered it was a speed limit of 60. then I went there when you entered from Starbucks there's a speed limit at 35 no one thing that uh in general the air speed limit is around 60 on uh 281 in that area so when I entered 71 I was driving uh following the lines of the cars okay well that's what you believe this is what I believe okay based on my training experience I believe that you kind of possibly been intoxicated I see that you're not type of Behavior what type of behavior like that kind of a situation you know what my job is to do it I know no you don't you think you know drug addicts no I'm not looking for drug addicts I'm looking for drug smugglers and uh do I look like a drug cycle there's no such thing about how a typical drug Smuggler looks that's true Okay so maybe that California's license plate was suspicious too maybe that's a rental car and they have I know it was a rental car but when I'm driving especially when we were coming here at night there are a thousand suspiciously looking people sir thank you yep you're more than welcome to complain to my supervisor no I'm just saying that uh I live here okay 30 years okay and I've traveled all over the country okay I never had that type of situation I've been perfectly point to you sir that's fine no I mean you would what I was like the way how you approach and what you said I was doing exactly the line of the cause we can agree to disagree right I wouldn't I would be with you I know you're doing your job okay there is so much resources wasted on this well in other words car racing right in front that's not what my job is oh you're a drug
