This cop didn't just lie about violence he or she committed on camera, did he? Or she? >> And I'm not going to lie, he threw himself on the ground 100%. Okay. >> And I'm not going to lie, he threw himself on the ground 100%. >> Welcome back to another episode of Cops Lie, Cameras Don't. A retired Little Rock police officer was seen riding a moped with flashing vest and vehicle lights for safety when he was approached by the valiant warriors and heroes of the Little Rock, Arkansas Police Department. And before we get into this episode, there's kind of an interesting backstory. For years, people have wondered what the hell happened to Pat from the 1980s Saturday Night Live cast. You remember for years nobody could ever figure out if Pat was male or female. >> Are you a brother or sister? >> Well, I'm an only child. >> Well, it turns out that Pat has turned over a new leaf and has just become another orderf following puppet of the system. >> That's what everyone says about me. Well, it appears that Pat has sought and found employment as a beautiful officer with the Little Rock, Arkansas Police Department. And you never would have guessed it, but Pat displays the same violent tendencies exhibited by every police officer who doesn't immediately get his way. Or is it her way? GOD, I'M SO CONFUSED. [groaning] A okay, let's take a look at Officer Pat's violent tendencies, courtesy of North Little Rock Hood News as the Little Rock Police Department initiates force and violence on a man they're supposed to be protecting and serving. You almost look like a spaceship. >> I got to ask you all you got red lights. I got green, pink, and all over. >> I got Well, I don't know if you're aware of this, but you know, I got sir. Pardon? >> I got all the right colors. Blue and red. Do not. So, let's start with 93. Go ahead. So I understand you have other opposite colors like the green and pink and stuff like that but you doesn't take away from the fact that you have black and blue and red >> but you have all those colors like >> you cannot have flash and blue and red. >> It's not just blue. >> You're right. But you still flash. >> Oh [ __ ] What is this? >> Hands behind your back. Roll over. Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> Quiet. >> You threw yourself off. >> I will get a supervisor right here for you. >> Please do. >> That is called gaslighting. He pulled the guy off the moped. The guy looks like he lost his balance and stumbled forward. But you threw yourself off. You are the one who made me victimize you. You work in the jail. >> Retire police officer over here. >> Okay. So, we'll roll you on the other side. All right. 91. >> Yeah. Go ahead and roll. >> Yep. right now. I don't Okay. Let me call this police. >> I will just one second. Okay. >> I thought you were retired law enforcement. >> So, are you retired or are you current? >> Where do you work at? >> West County Sheriff. >> I didn't want to have to do that. >> I was trying to be cool with you. >> I didn't want to do that. I was trying to be cool with you as I did to you. what I didn't want to do, but when I did it, it was your fault. Got it, officer. And have you noticed that the majority of the time when cops are pulling people over for violating traffic laws, they do it in the name of safety? Can you be more safe than having a vest that's blinking red lights so that you can show drivers that you're actually on the road, please don't run me over? So constantly officers are giving tickets for people not wearing their seat belts, not activating their turn signals, being generally unsafe on the roadways, and this guy is promoting maximum visibility and safety, but he's going to get violated because you're not supposed to have blinking red and blue lights, sir. Dispatch >> secondary one. Secondary two assistance. We got an ambulance coming out. >> Did you grab his ID by any chance? >> Oh, no. >> I put his ID on the bike. It's on the bag. X82. >> So, do you you don't work for anymore? Xray 63. Go ahead. >> She the caller's advising he left the location. She's was laying in back of the bank by the fence. >> I just got to I got to do it, guys. I got to play it. [music] Fargo. >> When did you retire? >> Hey, young 61. >> Absolutely. Go with it. Could you create an incident number and put me out at 401 Main Street and can you put uh 090 if you're with me and whenever you're ready for me right now trying to run that working on me. Why should we take that helmet off you or you want to leave it on? Say leave it on. All right. >> I'd leave it on, too. They might get out their night sticks and try to crack you in the head or throw you to the ground again. >> For an assist road. Good. Everybody's good. Yep. 60 921 Kis Road 9201 Kis Road. >> Hey man does have flashing glow red and hey let me see your ID. I'll give you my ID when your surprise gets out here. Let me see your ID. I'll give you my ID when you surprise me out here. So I go and I grab him, just pull him off. And I'm not going to lie, he threw himself on the ground 100%. But >> I'm not going to lie, he threw himself on the ground. And we recorded it. You can believe me, Sarge. >> Obviously. >> I mean, it wasn't like an I did not like I did not like grab him and I yanked him. Literally, I grabbed him. >> He totally grabbed him and yanked him >> and pulled him off and he like threw himself like [laughter] >> I did not grab him and yank him. I literally grabbed him and pulled him off. wasn't >> not like grab him and literally I grabbed him and pulled him off and he like threw himself to like caught himself on the ground. >> Yeah. >> And um he's prior LRPD and he's current reserve >> I guess. >> Um it man I wanted this to be a ticket. I I I didn't want this to be what this was. >> Why would you even do that? Why not just say if it's a law in Arkansas that you're not supposed to be have these flashing lights? Just say, "Hey, man, there's a law. You're not supposed to have flashing lights, you know, just go ahead and get rid of them. I know it's high visibility and it sounds so hypocritical and stupid, but you know, I'm not going to do anything to you. I don't want your ID. I want you to be secure in your person. Do not give me your ID, but I'm telling you, there's other offices I work with that'll pull you over. So, just, you know, take that into consideration." That's what he could have done, but he's not going to do it. >> Especially cuz, you know, but uh it was had a gun and he had pepper spray on him. I said, "Hey, man." I walked up to him, "Hey, man. Are you law enforcement by any chance?" He's like, >> "No." Okay. But I mean, like, the lights are off now, >> but we have it on camera. Like, they were flashing blue and red, >> and he has blue and red on his helmet, blue and red on his back, and it was flashing blue and red the whole time. Show me. Uh, >> I saw pink. I saw green. I don't think I saw blue. I saw maybe a flash of red. >> You're good. >> Yeah, I'm fine. No injury, no nothing. >> Literally like once once we got him on the ground, it was it was over. >> Once who got him on the ground? Once we got him on the ground. I thought you didn't even pull him or throw him on the ground. I thought he did that himself. Really? And when we were on the ground, when we were on the ground, he Oh, you made the biggest mistake. I'm about to have your drop. Things like that. He's in the back. He's He's cool. >> Huh? >> Yeah. He He doesn't have it. >> I was trying to get his back. >> What? He said he said be advising you. >> Oh, he's in the back of the car. >> Yeah. Who is he? >> Some reserve with glass county. Oh, >> okay. >> He's retired from us and reserve with now. >> What do you mean? >> So, he's got all these flashing. He's had red, blue, and green flashing lights. So, they stop him. Hey, you're not supposed to have these colors that are flashing. >> And this cop that just arrived should go, okay, what was the crime? Who is this victim? Who's the verified complaint? You have none of that. But you still cuffed this guy. You threw him off of his moped. You torture cuffed him. And now he's held captive in the back of your vehicle. You better uncuff him and let him go free. This is supposed to be the land of the free. But this cop's not going to do it. Why? Because he's an order follower just like they all are. And there are no good cops doing actual good things. >> And then so he asked for his ID. He's like, "Yeah, I'll give you my ID. supervisor gets here. >> He's like, "That's not how it goes. I'll get my supervisor out here once I get your ID." Still refuse. Re grabs him by the arm and dude like heats himself off the moped and onto the ground. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He's retired from us. >> They just love lying. They don't care that it's recorded. They're just going to lie anyway. There is a cousin in her backyard with a blanket, black male, white shirt, a pillow, and a blanket. >> Are you hearing the radio chatter taking place? There are real crimes being committed in other parts of the city. And these cops could help their thin blue line gang members stomp out that crime, but they're too busy hemming a guy up because he's broken some traffic code about the wrong kind of flashing lights that he's got. >> Indigrinal trespass in progress. 17 months to draw. >> Criminal trespass in progress. And they're going to stay on this ridiculous traffic stop. >> Looks like she should be at a rave. It looks like you should be at a rave with all these flashing lights. Huh? >> All right, let's look at this incident from another camera angle. >> Light green, pink, and all those. >> I got you, sir. Well, I don't know if you're aware of this, but you know it's legal, right? No, you can't have this, sir. Pardon? I have all the right colors. You have blue and red. [music] You do not. So, let's start with the ID. >> So, I understand you have other opposite colors like the green and pink and stuff like that, but you doesn't take away from the fact that you have flashing blue and red lights, >> right? But you have all those colors like that. You cannot have flashing blue and red lights. You are not law enforcement. It's not just blue and red. >> You're right. But you still have [music] flashing blue and red lights. >> I need my ID. >> Okay. I need your ID first. I need ID first. >> ID first. Okay. >> Hands behind your back. Roll over. Hands behind your back. >> Now, the guy may have fallen forward a little bit, but it was initiated by the cop. Watch. The cop goes hands on first. Grabs his left arm. grabs the back of his vest, pulls him from the moped onto the ground, and then insists >> that he didn't throw him to the ground. And it's all recorded. So, he lies to his commanding officer. >> Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> Hands hands behind your back. >> Threw me off the fire. >> You threw yourself off. I will get a supervisor right here for you. You threw yourself off, dude. >> Classic psychopathic victim blaming. working. >> So, if it's true that this guy with the helmet on who was riding the moped is a former Little Rock, Arkansas police officer. He's done this exact same thing. I don't know how long he worked with him, but if he was a beat cop like these cops are, he's done the exact same thing. He's thrown people to the ground. He's torture cuffed them. He's kidnapped them. He's handed them over to the correctional facility staff to have their orififices checked. He was part of the same corrupt, perverted, disgusting system that he's now suffering from. Now the shoe's on the other foot. The tables have turned and now he is a victim of law enforcement brutality and abuse of authority. I guess what comes around goes around. Leave your thoughts about this in the comments section below.
