He ran directly at their place. So, he must have known that they're not accustomed to locking doors and stuff like that, he ran directly to that place. You got to lock your doors, people. I ain't going to lie. I mean, I I get it. Some Some places, you know, they don't lock their doors. They They're very trustworthy and trustworthy and yada yada. Like, man, yo. I'm locking my doors. You can't just be leaving the door unlocked just to cuz you never know. You never know. That guy ran directly to that place and it doesn't shock me he would know that information because she says that, you know, she's familiar with him. That's a friend of ours. So, he he knows they probably are not they probably do not lock their doors. That's why he ran directly there. Mhm. >> I'm going to have you walk over to this spare vehicle or have you sit in that one, okay? >> Okay. Which one? >> This one right here. >> Is he gone? >> He's He's in another crew vehicle. Good cut. >> The female who wouldn't provide her identification was charged with trespassing, obstructing, and refusal to disclose personal information and is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. The male suspect who fled and took the hostage, David, was originally charged with felonious assault, aggravated menacing, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, inducing panic, refusal to disclose personal information, obstructing, resisting, and cruelty to animals. He was later indicted on different charges, those being trespassing in a habitation, aggravated burglary causing physical harm, felony kidnapping, obstructing, and resisting. He took a plea deal pleading guilty to the trespassing charge and the obstructing charge while all other charges were dismissed. [music] He was sentenced to 5 years of probation and released back into the public. >> How about now? And that's exactly what stood out here. Once he realized he might get caught, friendship stopped mattering, that woman's safety stopped mattering, everything became about >> All right. All right. All right. All All that [ __ ] is Okay. Anyways, yeah. Um Sad situation. Probation. These judges got to be ashamed of themselves, man. Honestly, like it's [ __ ] [ __ ] They They play a big role in the why society is the way it is. Honestly, because they're and setting examples. This woman is probably scarred for life, went through a traumatic event, and this guy gets nothing. Even that the kidnapping charge was dismissed. Judge, DA, all of them cuz they, you know, the DA, those are the ones that like work help work out deals and stuff like They should all be ashamed of themselves, man.
